Climbing the stairs of the temple Manik n Nandini came towards the entrance n Nandini removed her footwear n entered in

Cmg in she prayed infront of the idol for manik's happiness n peace n also apologised for this action of her fake marriage

Praying this she came forward to idol whr the puja thali was kept in which there were sweet diya n sindoor. She bent down to take a pinch of sindoor wen a hand held her wrist stopping her n Nandini looked at the person n softly whispered

Nan-Manik

Both stood straight facing each other n before Nandini could say anything Manik said in his most honest tone

Ma-y do you need a fake marriage wen I m there to do it in real for you

Hearing all this a big bright smile appeared on Nandini's lips n she again took his name

Nan-Manik

Without saying further Manik bend down n took the vermilion pwdr in his pinch n came back to Nandini n in next second he filled her hair line with vermilion while Nandini closed her eyes happily n a lone tear escaped her eyes

Once she felt absence of Manik's touch she opened her eyes to look at him and manik took a big red thread kept there (which ppl use it for their mannat) n tied it around Nandini's neck as a nuptial chain n than looked at her

Nandini didn't say anything n hugged Manik while he too hugged her back tightly. After they were done the came out of temple again clueless that way they will do next

Standing at the middle of road they were looking here n there n than each other. Finally Manik spoke pointing at the tea stall from whr few mins ago they had their tea

Ma-woh chai wale bhaiyya se hi puchte hai abt any place to stay around

Nandini held his hand n they walked towards the man. Standing a lil far away Nandini was waiting for Manik while he went near to that man and asked

Ma-arey bhaiya yahan aas pass kahi basti ya kuch hai..... kahi rehne ki jagha

Man-sahab ya 15 min baad ek chota as gaon hai waha par shayad rehne ka intezam ho jaye ga...,( pointing to his ryt) yahan se sidhe jaye aage ek chota sa mandir hai left pe waha se ek kaccha rasta nikalta hai woh kaccha Rasta jahan khtm hota wahi pe woh gaon hai

Ma-thik hai thank you

Thanking him Manik came back to Nandini n told her wat the man told n than they started walking towards that road hand in hand. Walking all the way towards the village finally they found a village exactly the way they saw in movies n t.v's

The roads were full of mud, children's playing around with hens n goats, few men's sitting n chatting under the tree shades, house were of mud n bricks that also a small square kind of constructions n around the house there were bamboo fences, few women carrying earthen pots filled with water n some women cleaning vegetables or spices or washing clothes inside the area of fences and every house has a hand pump from which they can use water

Seeing the surrounding Manik Nandini looked at each other and Nandini bobbed her head assuring him to go ahead. Holding her hand tightly they headed ahead n Cmg near to those man Manik asked

Ma-excuse me

Those men's looked at him and Manik continued

Ma-yahan pe kahi rehne ki jagha milegi

The whole village was very kind ppl ,soft hearted ,sweet spoken n very helpful in nature. Looking at them the men's asked politely in their Rajasthani accent

Man-tum kaun ho yeh gaon Mei pehle toh kabhi nhi dekhiyo hai naya hai

Ma-ji naye aaye hai........ aap bata skte hai kahi jagha milegi rehne k liye

Those men's stood up n said

Man-ek ghar hai kiraye pe rehne milega chalega

Ma-chalega

Man-thik hai phir chalo

They all stood up n started walking towards a direction n Manik Nandini followed them. Ppl around were looking at them a lil weirdly as they never saw them in this village

Walking ahead they men came outside a house n than opened it. The whole house was a mess. The house was like a normal square shape a lil big there was a brown wooden door like thing so that ppl can chng over there n on the ryt side at the end of the house there was kitchen

Cmg back the whole room was dusty, webs everywhere. Looking at it Manik looked at Nandini while the men's turn to them n asked

Man-yeh ghar chalege Kya

Before Manik could say anything Nandini said

Nan-chalega

Man- thik hai fir yeh lo chabi

Handing him the keys n Nandini took it . They were leaving wen Manik stopped them n asked

Taking out his wallet Manik removed that money n gave them n all the men's left from there. Manik closed the door behind n Nandini dusting her hand said

Nan-chalo yeh saaf krte hai

Manik looked at her and tried to say

Ma-Nandini yeh ghar

Nan-bahut beautiful hai pata hai kyu

She came near him n locked her hand around his neck n said

Nan-coz you are with me

Saying this she pulled his nose a lil n than kissed him and than said

Nan-ab chalo lets clean

Nandini tried to find some cleaning materials bt nothing was present so she came to her and said

Nan-kuch bhi nhi hai yahan pe kuch saman lana padega

Ma-hhhmm

They came out from the house Nandini locked the door n they came out again looking here n there not knowing wat whr to go

Beside their house there was another house n a lady was working there so Nandini came to her n asked her abt market n she showed her the direction n they started moving there

At the far end of the village was a conjusted market. Cmg there Nandini started buying things all those things that were important only rice dal n some pulses, earthen pot to store water, one bedsheet so that they can sleep on that n one thin quilt to cover them, a broom mob  soap bucket a bathing mug n dust picking thing n some spices, some vessels to cook n eat food n one steel dabba to keep all the food items lastly she bought a stove bt its using way was very different the shopkeeper explained her bt Nandini was still confused bt she bought it. Buying all this only 1000 rs was spended

Manik looked at his wallet n he knew that he needs money n for that he have to earn that bt he hides that from Nandini n came back to their house

Cmg back home Nandini n Manik placed everything in a side n than Nandini looked around the house thinking from whr to start. She than looking at the house said to Manik

Nan-Manik tum ek jagha be thi Mei ghar clean kr deti ho

Manik looked around n than said

Ma-Nandini

She turned to him and raised her eyebrow n Manik continued

Ma-I was thinking to look around for some work...... kuch kaam mil jaye toh

Nan-thik hai

Ma-you don't worry abt me Mei ho sake toh aaj se hi join kr lunga toh don't get tensed for me

Nandini bobbed her head and Manik came near her cupped her left side cheek n said

Ma-take care plz

Nandini again bobbed her head and was leaving wen Nandini held his hand n stopped him. Manik turn to her n Nandini said softly

Nan-tum bhi dhyan rakhna plz n don't fall weak

Manik gave her a faint smile n than kissed her forehead n than left from there

Manik Cmg back to those men asked

Ma-yahan kaam kider milega

Those men's looked at each other and than one man said

Man-kaam idhar toh nhi hai Goan se bhar Jana padega jo pakki sadak hai waha se bus jati hai saara kaam hota hai

Manik again thanked them n left towards outside the village from whr they entered n came out to Main Street

Here Nandini started cleaning the house. Cleaning everything she was too much tired bt than she had to do all that. She than placed all the kitchen items according to her convenience lastly she felt hungry n needed food bt she dint knew how to start that stove.

Thinking lots she came out of room properly closing the door ( not locking) n than came to her neighborhood n knocked on their door. A married women around her early 20's came out n asked Nandini

Nandini explained her that she is new n  needs help n the women very politely agreed to help her . Nandini came back to her house with that women

Nandini showed her the stove n that women helped her in teaching how to burn that stove. After she thought her she immediately told Nandini to cook food as the stove as on

Nandini needed water n that had to be removed from the hand pump. That women thought her that also n Nandini started cooking

While cooking that lady became friend with Nandini n they talked something very basic things

Here Cmg out Manik started walking ahead finding for some work. Walking continuously for around 30 mins Manik found a garage so he came there n asked abt the work. The owner was not in a good mood so bursted out on Manik saying that he was any person who had dcd to take problems of every human n said Manik to leave

Manik left with a heavy heart from there bt he couldn't give up as he have to live like this only so he again started finding for work

Here Nandini cooked food n than that lady dcd to leave so that she can have food. Nandini filled a plate for herself n broke a morsel she was abt to eat that bite wen she thought

Nan-Manik........ usne khaya hoga k nhi pata nhi

N she became said that how his friends betrayed him n now how he have to suffer . Thinking all that Nandini's tears started flowing from her eyes. Keeping back that morsel Nandini covered her plate with another plate n kept it aside

She waited for few mins composing herself n than came out n went to her neighborhood. Cmg there she sat there n that lady asked

La-arey itni jldi khana hogaya tumhara

Nan-haan kha liya

She was made to sit in a charpai

She sat there n already her 6 yrs old daughter was sitting there n studying something. That women came with big amount of rice in a big plate n sat with her talking n cleaning

Nandini noticed that girl n asked abt wat she is studying n she replied she is studying geography. Than that girl asked a question to her mom related to her study n her mother couldn't reply as she was not educated so Nandini volunteered to help n than explained that girl very easily n she became her friend immediately

It was around 7 pm the sun had set n all the working men's of the village were returning back so Nandini came back to her house n waited for Manik

The tym started passing n Manik was not yet back so she was getting worried now n started pacing in the room. Lately around 10 wen almost lights of the village houses were closed there was a knock at Nandini's door n she impatiently opened the door n softly said

Nan-Manik

Standing there all tired Manik looked at her and smiled. Nandini immediately hugged him n than let him in
