"Ma'am, there's someone waiting outside at the door" I was stopped by a maid who walked up to me.

"Who is it?" I asked but she shook her head negatively.
She's new, I guess.

"I don't know who she is but grandma starts rambling things under her breath as I asked her to stepped inside" she nervously replied.Crap!!

Nandini's here! and that's too talking with Grandma. Not good, nope not at all.
My slow pace was replaced into a run as I approached towards them.
Nandini looked up to see me and her mood brighten and so was mine.

"Finally!", we spoke at the same time as we hugged each other tightly and laughed. Grandma cleared her throat as we pulled out of our hug.

"They didn't come with you?" I asked her even though I know the answer but still she responded with a small smile which means 'do you seriously think they'll come here?' kinda smile.

"Of course they didn't, still didn't have the guts to face me", Grandma said accusingly.

"Enough Dadi, you can start your Mahabharata later on, now I need to spend some time with her" I rolled my eyes as I pulled Nandini's hand which she obliged happily.

"Thank you" Nandini sighed as we started climbing the stairs.

"You owe me" I smirked as we entered in her new room. I looked at her as she continued to stared at the room.

"So, do you like it?" I asked rubbing my hands together, grinning.

"What?", she replied innocently while looking at me,
"Is there something that I should like about?".I gave her 'dafuq' look at which she smirked.

"Is this the moment where I need to say 'thank you'?", she asked again.

"Yes ,it is" I rolled my eyes.

"Thank you" she smiled and extended her hands for a hug which I happily accepted.

"No way in hell, you just keep it here", she walked towards the book shelf looking at the latest books of her favorite author.

"I guess you love it" I grinned as she started to flipped the pages of one of the books.
This will take time. I rolled my eyes at her huge smile plastered at her face.

"I'll let someone bring something for you to eat,okay?", she nodded and took a seat in one of the chairs placed at the side of the window.
Bookworm.

I walked downstairs and spotted one of the maids in the kitchen.

"Henah, can you please get something for Nandini to eat?", she nodded and started to make,what looks like a sandwich.

"So your cousin finally arrived eh?, won't you introduced her to me?", Navin suddenly approached making me jumped in surprised.

"Did I just scared you,Prenu?" He smirked.

"Prenu? Seriously? Yewk" I gagged. His smirked fell off.

"I'm mean seriously, do you really used all sort of disgusting nicknames for your victims because I will seriously turned deaf if I have to hear this sickname for all my life?". He glared at me.

"Shut your fucking mouth understand?", he whisper-yelled.

"Lol! I should have said that statement since it suits you better", I smirked this time. As he gripped my arm.
Ouch, he didn't just did that.

"Arey Navin babu, do you have a death wish or what?", Rithwik suddenly appeared taking Navin's nasty hand off of me.

"Rithwik, my son! Where have you been?", he nervously asked as he distance himself from me.

"First of all, I'm not your son and I don't want to either", he said with a bored tone.

"And second, I was watching your outdated boring flirty lines on my best friend", he gave him a 'fuck-off' look at which he blinked and back off.

"And yeah, next time you touch someone make sure they won't do this", I said while I stepped towards him.

"Do what?", he asked confusingly.

"This", I said as I raised my heel and placed at his feet, digging it down. He yelped in pain as I removed my heel after a good few seconds.

"You'll pay for this, Prena", he muttered and left.

"Thank god it's not Prenu", Rithwik laughed.

"Can't you just spill everything to his wife or everyone?", He asked again.

"We wished we could", I said looking at him.

"We?", He creased his eyebrows.

"We", I motioned my hands on both of us.

"How do you know I won't spill the beans?", he raised his eyebrow.

"And how do you know I won't spill the beans to Asha too??", I grinned as he sighed in defeat.

"Fine, I won't but if he tried doing that again, I'm gonna break his teeth". And he left muttering something under his breath.

"Let's see what's happening up there", I walked out of the kitchen after cleaning my hands off.
I'm not going to enter in this hell hole again.

And the first thing I saw up there is something, I don't want to see in a million years.
Navin walking out of Nandini's room. He turned around and his sickly sweet smile was replaced with a pale look when he noticed me glaring at him. Because he started walking towards the other way as fast as his one limp feet can walked.
I'm proud of my heels.

I entered Nandini's room and as expected she's still on the novel that she picked in the morning.

"What did that asshole asked you?", I asked impatiently tapping my feet.
She looked up to finally notice my existence.

"Huh?", she asked. Clueless.

"What was he doing here? Did he asked you for a candle light dinner or a long drive?". She rolled her eyes.

"Actually he asked me if I wanted to go for shopping, you know new place new clothes?", she answered.

"What was your response?", I asked.

"I refused his offer. Moreover he was making me uncomfortable", she shivered in disgust.
He seriously have a death wish.

"He's a bad news, better to stay away then regret later", I advised.

"Leave all this bullshit",she dismissed my talked and rather asked,
"Tell me about your soon-to-be husband", she playfully smacked my arm. I blushed.

"Someone's blushing", she teased.

"Oh, shut up. There's nothing to talked about", I rolled my eyes.

"When it's about love, there's plenty of things to talk about", she smiled.

"You and your thoughts! I seriously wanted to know with whom you're going to have your happily ever after", I sighed.

"I'm not yet ready for my soon-to-be-what? husband? I think I'll pass". She chewed on her nails.

"Look I found my 'happily ever after' and you need to find your's too, understand?", I sternly asked.

"Your command is my mission", she bowed. I laughed.

"By the way, I heard that he have a brother or cousin", I said rubbing my hands.

"Okaayy, So?", Nandini looked at me suspiciously.

"So, I was thinking about why don't you guys, you know talked?, I can set you guys up." I suggested nervously.

"You know, I thought you were insane but now listening to your bullshit, you confirmed it", she smacked my head.

"I was just thinking", I scratched my chin.

"Please don't, it's not your job", she walked towards the cupboard to keep the recent book back.

"How rude! Is it bad to dream about marrying in the same house along with her sister?", I walked up to her.

"Yes, yes it is", she flipped pages of an another book which I know she's gonna read.

"But still imagine, you and me as sisters-in-law, wow how dreamy", I sighed.

"It's totally not dreamy", she sarcastically replied.

"You're sarcastic replies, won't lead you to anywhere", I huffed.

"And I don't intend to either", she mimicked in my tone.

"But--", my phone goes off interrupting me midway as I excused myself and left the room. I checked the caller, Unknown.

"Hello?", I said.

Oh Fuck!
