Nandini and Arohi Murthy are sisters. They share everything and anything. Arohi is active, adventurous and attractive girl. Nandini is pure nerd type, typical glasses, always shy, not to talk unless it is needed type girl.

Their father Ram Murthy is employee in multinational company as accountant, he is brilliant and very efficient worker, his company is proud to have him,

Their mother Geetha Murthy is music teacher, she teaches music in school where two girls study. She is very strict teacher, everyone fears, but once you get to know her, you will just adore her.

Manik Malhotra is good student, best at music, fun loving guy, surrounded by people always, foot ball captain in school, handsome hunk, girls admire him.

Manik father, Harsh Malhotra is an industrialist, he is busy man, but lives his son too much, spoils him rotten. Even when Manik never get spoiled. They play video games, bicycle racing, chess. He always compete with his son in fashion and gadgets. Manik loves him madly.

Manik mother is socialite, she loves fashion, she runs fashion house, she is beautiful lady, very down to earth women. Fun loving, active and outspoken one.

Nandini has a secret, she admires Manik, first day when they crashed each other at canteen, magic happened. According to her. She drowned in his handsome smile, each feature of him, made her just stunned, but he smiled at her. Said sorry, she too apologies. Left with shy and embarrassment.

That day Nandini lost her mind, she as chakor to moon, drawn to him, her eyes searches for him, follows him, admires him as everyone in school.

Days passed, he being in Arohi class became her friend, both started seen together, Nandini used to tag with them in lunch. Sometimes back to home in bus, they always ignored her and talk as if they are in their own world.

Nandini started to feel the pull and attraction towards him, day by day it turned to more, she learnt many things about him. He loves food, his father most. Want to become singer in future

By her luck, on Annual function, she shared stage with him, they both performed a duet, last moment his partner had health issue, Nandini mother being the teacher of arts, she ordered her daughter to sing, Nandini having no choice came to stage, she felt nervous being with Manik, she closed eyes and started to sing, they synced so well that claps were unstoppable.

Manik later back stage thanked her, praised her for so natural talented, asked her to participate more, she being shy just nodded.

Years passed, Arohi and Manik became thick friends, everyone asked them if they are in relationship, they used to laughed that's all, Nandini heart beats fast when ever anyone ask that question to them, when she started scared of it she too don't know.

When Manik and Arohi joined college, Nandini was insecure still she couldn't express her feelings to Manik or she didn't disclose it to her sister. She too joined their college, but nothing changed, change was that Nandini got friends this time.

She got three girls and a boy as friends, all same introvert, smart people, like minded ones, she started hang out with them a lot, still steeling glances at Manik. She never got guts to speak to him freely

Here Manik is not different, Nandini stole his attention on their first meet, then on she is his source of curiosity , Enthusiasm then his source of smile.

In mean time Arohi became friend, he came to know about her a lot, once they were doing assignment, and unable to put it into correct frame, she being our junior, didn't it just like that, he felt little conscious, he felt dump and embarrassed too. Then on annual function, she came and sang, Manik and the other girl practiced that song for two days to get synced, then again he felt useless.

Years passed, Arohi became close friend, she even got to know about his crush on Nandini, she told all his friends about it, they started teasing him like hell. But Arohi never involved in this matter, she did tell her sister about, nor warned Manik to step away. She being a friend stood its ground.

When he is in class doing some important work, all of sudden someone will call Nandini. Manik turns automatically,all laughs, once match of football was going on Manik is about to goal, his teammate shouted Nandini, he got distracted he snatched ball and had goal. Whole team laughed, he became fool. But the smile he gets just with her name is incredible.

Years passing on, now it's final year of college, he want to talk to Nandini express his feeling, make her acknowledge his existence, he tried multiple times but failed. Now a days she is having a gang of friends among them one boy too, he is so close to her, which made Manik insecure, he is pissed too.

Finally one day Manik found that boy at washroom alone, he stopped him, "look boy, I know you are good boy harmless and very smart but you see if ... I am saying if at someone likes Nandini and you being close to her can make problems to you,"
"How" that boy asked confused
"Like he might trip you while you are walking on stares and broke your neck, if not he can cover your face with jackets and kick you till loose, if not at night he may throw a big stone on your head. You see anything can happen?" Manik shrugged
"But why?"
"You being so close to her, roaming always with her, holding her hand, and mostly taking her on bike to movie like yesterday"
"Yah! Someone broke by bike tyre, but why?"
"To make you stay away from her"
"We are friends, like you are Arohi, and I don't know but every time seeing you guys Nandini becomes sad, I think she as feelings for you? Or May be she is protective towards her sister."
"Nandini becomes sad? Seeing us?"
"Yes we have to always cheer her up"
"Why?"Manik said in confusion
"I said na"
"You go" Manik dismissed him.

In class Manik came to Arohi, "Arohi do Nandini feel possessive about you? I mean she don't want you time share with us or anyone except her?"
"What? No.... Never. I am possessive type, she is not. Where from this question came? And why?"
"That boy in her gang kind of said"
"Nandini friend? Raghav? Why would he say that to you?"
Manik explained, Arohi got shocked "Manik you threatened him? For what?"
"He always stings to hers, yesterday he even took her to movie, on his bike, ... I couldn't take it, all these years she never been with anyone I was easy but now I feel like she is slipping away"
"For that you need to talk, not to do insane things"
"I know that, she very smart girl, me dumbest ass."
"Nonsense, you don't have courage to talk"
Manik kept silent
"Why do she feel sad when we are together?"
"I don't think so, may be boy misread things"
Manik started to think.

Manik after that started to observe her keenly., he couldn't analyse things. Manik felt desperate and want to talk to her at any cost, he need to express whatever be the answer. As always things failed he remained silent

One day Manik and Arohi gang were doing project, Nandini is helping them too, all sat in garden, at Manik house, his friend Sameer got a crazy thought to make Manik problem solve

"Ab buss I am tired let us take break now, I need food"
Manik laughed, all said ok.
Manik got up to get food for them, when another one got up to help , Sameer said "Nandini can please help, we have something to talk" she having no choice got up. Her heart is beating drums, Manik is not less tensed

When they walked away Sameer explained his plan, Arohi made face, it's her baby sister, but knowing Manik she eventually stood silent.

When they returned back with drinks and food, all looked at them smiled in hope. everyone started eating.
"Why don't we play truth or dare? It's last year we may know our secrets" one of the friend suggested all accepted
Game started
Sameer started, "Arohi you first truth or dare?"
"Dare"
"Ok! Tell us a secret you never framed to let others know"
Arohi felt nervous, "I kind off, you know .... I mean... shit..... I want to join army"
All looked at her with surprise, Nandini said "what?"
"Yes, I know appa don't allow but I want to"
"Appa terrifies Di, you know he lost his brother, he will never let you go"
"That is why I don't tell anyone"
"Ok ok discuss this later, now Arohi you nominate"
Game went on, Manik turn came, Sameer smirked "Manik I will give dare that's final"
"Ok but no stupid things I am warning you"
"You never know, ok go get a rose and give to the one you love"
Manik heart pounding, Nandini felt like this the end, she is so sure that he will give to Arohi, she closed eyes in fear.

Manik got up, he plucked the rose, he is nervous, he really want to do it now, when he is walking towards them, Nandini stood up to go away with out looking, Manik ran to her , he stood before her, forwarded his hand with rose towards with racing heart, she looked at rose, then at him in stunned expression, her eyes widened, she didn't dare to open her mouth nor her numb body reacted
"Nandini" he said at verge of collapsing, as she didn't move nor said anything
Arohi got up came her sister, "Nandu! You don't want this?" She asked politely
Nandini turned to her "is it not you?" She asked in confusion and for confirmation
Arohi nodded no, "we are only friends"
She turned to Manik with hope and fear "yes, we are friends only, it's always you"
She got tears, she hugged her sister and cried, why she too didn't know "what happened?"
"Di! I am sorry I always thought you too, ..., from long time I was.... You know.... I want to ask you, .... But scared to listen a yes from you"
"You thought I loved Arohi?" Manik asked
She nodded, he huffed "here I was hanging out more with her to have glance of you, know about you."
She looked embarrassed now "I don't know that"
"Yes, as always I am dump"
All laughed
"Will accept the rose or should we give it Arohi"
"No" both Manik and Nandini shouted, she took it in hurry all laughed.

After that they were blushing didn't look at each other directly, everyone teased them for being this shy. They are embarrassed too

Nandini and Arohi returned home, Arohi asked "do you really like Manik?"
"Yes, it's been years now"
"You really thought we both had feelings?"
"Yes, sorry for being judgemental"
"No need, actually lots of people asked me, infact amma too asked me once,"
"Should I say sorry to him?"
"No need, if you want that's up to you"
Then both talked about Arohi to army.

Next day when Manik reached college, he is so excited to meet Nandini, when she came he greeted, smiled at each other but kept silent what to talk was the question which made both silent.

Nandini and Manik being this shy made them waste more time, finally Manik took courage to text her saying "are you busy"
She immediately replied "no"
They started with simple question answer msgs

Days passed but their shyness didn't leave, college finished for Manik batch, both became gloomy and sad, Arohi applied in army, Manik applied for Masters in Germany, Nandini when known this got very sad. Finally she talked about it, Manik clarified that he will return back won't settle there and daily he will face time her, she silently sobbed. He want to hug her and console her but he didn't dare to.

When he was Airport, he with great self talks and all, hugged Nandini saying bye, both felt electricity passing by, both shivered "I am missing you like hell, please don't cry" he said in low voice
She hugged him more tight,

Both didn't notice that their parents were watching this, when announcement happened Manik kissed her forehead bid everyone bye and ran away.

Nandini was been in hot seat, KBC happened, both parents when felt it's ok, they left her, she being shy soul felt embarrassed

After reaching Germany, Manik watched many couple kissing here and there, expressing their love interest openly, he felt like a fool to waste so much time in insecurity.

Nandini when completed her degree, she started her music carrier, she joined music school in Mangalore

Manik returned in two years, in these two years Manik made many changes in their relation, he started to call her when ever he feel to talk, he used be naughty with words, but Nandini is still same, unless it's important she never disturbs him, she smiles adored him, compliments him but never being so out spoken.

Arohi too returned from Army training, along with a boyfriend. Her family first apposed her going to army, but shockingly her appa was first to accept. He said who has that junoon to serve country can't be tied up, he worries a lot but it's happens.

Arohi when got her first posting she wishes to get married, her parents accepted

"Next is ours, shall I ask our parents?" Manik asked her
"How can we ask? Let them talk about it" she said with shy smile
"You look yummy when you blush, and I don't want to waste time waiting for them to ask, we already wasted lots of years in feeling shy, so let us talk"
"I can't"
"What? You don't want to marry me?"
"What? No I didn't say that l, I can't talk to parents"
Manik took deep breath, calmed himself "I almost lost breath, I swear, if you do such things again I may die"
"Don't say such words please"
"Ok, but come on be my side I will talk that's all"
Nandini blushed and nodded no
Manik having no choice he took Mike 🎙, it's sangeet function of Arohi.
"Hi! Guys, it's my best friend shadi, I am very happy for her, bro she is precious to us better keep her happy" he shouted
"I will" he replied
"So, Arohi is getting married, I settled in carrier, I am now 24 legally eligible to get married, and you all know I love Nandini, she is bit shy, No most shy person, so let me do this" he sat on one knee "mom dad and amma appa, give me to Nandini please, she will protect me, keep me happy, takes care of me, and you know she being smart can always make me better person, please"

Everyone started to laugh, Nandini felt so embarrassed and shy when she was about to run, Arohi held her tight
"No Manik, you are precious she is shy so no" Arohi shouted
Nandini mom"she can't cook properly to feed you so no"
Manik mom said "you are lazy and she can't drag you out of bed , you are heavy so no"
Manik dad came up on stage "Manik don't worry we will find a better one" he patted him
Nandini father roared "she is not at funny, house will be like silent valley better look for someone else"

Nandini shocked at them all, "how mean you are all? I will learn cooking, I know how to wake him up, and I enjoy jokes, about Di he is precious so I will keep him" she said proudly

Manik is stunned, he clapped happily and joined her. He rushed to her hugged her. "I love you Nandini murthy will you marry me?"
"Yes"

Manik and Nandini got married in two months. Nandini always been shy, Manik is not pda type but when they are alone, they are fire. Inseparable passionate and wild. They experimented sexual life, fulfilled their desires enjoyed it thoroughly.
