"You changed address and phone number Nandini how can I ask you help?" He accused
"I forgot you share, take my number" she gave him her official number. He saved it.

"So how is life? Did you get married?"
She smiled softly "No same, life is good what about you?"
"Same dittos, still playing around, parents are insisting in marriage May be soon i may" he shrugged
"Wow good" her face paled again.
"So your Prince Charming did meet you"
"I missed chance"
Manik frowned "anything happened such?"
"I met him but he didn't felt such about me, after all this is life" she smiled forcefully
"What a slumdog he must be, who on earth can miss you Nandini? You are best"
She smirked with dull eyes "leave it, any new projects?" She changed topic.
"Yes very busy with it so to get relaxed I came here"
"Ok"
"What happened Nandini you look changed your smile is forced one, you look pale, your eyes don't sparkle as always they did when we meet? You became more thin and pale, please tell me, you know you can share with me anything"
"Nothing such Manik you are exaggerating, I am good"
Manik felt disappointment, but he didn't persisted

"Manik!" Neha called him, sneaking her hand into his arm holding it to her body she smiled "I was searching for you"
"I found a old friend, meet her she is Nandini Murthy financial advisor, she is best in her work, she is been my classmate from graduation"
"Hi" Neha said dryly. Nandini too wished her back

They ordered, Manik and Manu are busy with themselves Nandini felt as if she is unwanted and stranger to them she got tears but gulped them. She happy but she don't want to be left out. She is emotional. That's all.

Nandini house is decent, Manu took Manik to her room showed him all her dolls, she played tea party with him, she explained him how to be neat and fashionable, she even made him look good by trimming his hair with hands, she polished his nails, he didn't complained, he felt so different and protective towards her.

Manik observed that Manu is specific about being decent and cultured look, she keeps her dress wrinkle free, her napkin and towel neatly fixed, while eating she won't dirt her hands or things, she eats healthy respects her mother a lot, she even helps Nandini a lot. Manik felt proud.

"Is she like this always?" Manik asked Nandini
"Yes she is ocd, she don't allow anything untidy, sometimes I am fed up with her, she don't let me eat panipuri I hate it"
"She is so cute"
Nandini smiled "she is"
Manik hugged Nandini from back, "you don't know how much I hate you now but thank you, I am just proud and happy" he kissed her softly.
"Manik" she spelled like prayer
"Don't you fucking dare to say such way, she is not sleeping till" he hissed
Nandini jaw dropped "what the hell that even means?" She narrowed

"You will sleep in guest room" she gritted teeth.
