Nandini Jai Singh Rajput is daughter of Raja Jai Singh, she is very naughty, active, stubborn and carefree. She loves to break rules, she is headache of Rajmahal, she always does crazy things which make Ranisa angry and go insane. Her brothers always make laugh at her, but .... She is only child everyone loves most. She is pure at heart, caring and loving one.

So...today Raja Jai Singh, bought a young Rajkumar as his bandi, he is one of the boards king's son, Jai Singh is having disputes with the king from long back about some water storages, both kings are fighting about a water source. Things were over boarding and made them rivals. Today the Rajkumar entered the line, and caught by patrolling army. So he is now in jail.

Jai Singh is suspecting him, as he is been caught so easily, so to know the motive of him, he ordered his sons to take care of him properly. He suspects him.

Rajkumari heard about this: she got a crazy urge to have fun now, she made a kufnath plan. She became excited. All day her brain made perfect plan. She came to her room after dinner, saying she is having headache, and closed her room doors, after acting like sleeping for an hour, all her servants left giving her privacy, she then jumped from her bed and got dressed up like a servant.

She opened her bedroom window walked out to her balcony, then with the help of tree she came out. She with then made her way to kitchen, she picked some food, and came to jail premises, she showed her plate and made her way in, after passing lots of cells, she came to last one, where a young man is sitting and playing with some thing in his hand.

"Take food" she said with the young man
He didn't give any interest, she got angry "can't you listen? Take your food and water" she said with attitude
He looked up "without showing face you want to give me? Show me your face first" he demanded
"Shame on you, don't you know you should never ask a lady to show her face?" She said in anger
He came to the bars and held her hand tight, she struggled to go away, he with other hand removed her veil, she looked at him in burning anger, he looked at her with mesmerising expression "you look beautiful Rajkumari Nandini" he said with smile,
She stunned. "What? Rajkumari? Are you insane? Our Rajkumari will never enter such places"
He laughed. "Give me food I am really hungry" she bent down and passed the plate and water glass along with some lassi.

He took glasses and drank both, "so what made you come to have a look of me? Am I that popular in your mahal that you want to see me personally?" He teased
"You look bad, and no one wants to see you" she said with smirk
"Really? I am looking bad? Oooo god how shameful, Rajkumari doesn't know how to admire handsome man, it's ok you will learn soon"
"Wow self appreciation" she monks
He had his dinner, "you didn't tell me why you took so much interest in seeing me?"
"No one is interested in you I am going" she turned
He held her hand and stopped "so what I heard about you is true, you love adventures, and no one can bind you"
She turned "leave my hand now, and it's none of your business what I do" she took her hand away and started to go
"Today you came to meet me, tomorrow I will come to meet you, be ready" he said smiling
She didn't turn nor gave any answer.

Nandini next day got up, did her chores and came out to find if anyone had noticed her absence, but to her surprise no one did, she felt great. All day she is happy, she played games with her Sakhi, she made pranks for her brothers, whole day went so happily. She is dead tired by evening. Her mother scolded her saying she should behave like a Rajkumari and take care of herself, so that she will not this exhausted, giving her haldi milk, she ordered everyone to take care of her, and left.

Nandini slept like a baby, she is so exhausted, when the young man entered, she is sleeping, with moonlight on her body, she slept one sided, her chunny is out of place, dress slightly up, hair strand is dancing on face by wind, she is looking magnificent, her smile face in sleep is making him go insane, he kept the hair strand besides her ear, he studied her face keenly.

After spending good amount of time, he woke her up, she after a long session of waking up she opened eyes then again closed
"Rajkumari if you don't wake up, I will elope you now" he said her in ear
She sat up immediately "who the hell are you?" She said standing up, taking her knife.
He laughed "first cover your self and you are so childish Rajkumari, didn't you recognise me?"
Nandini frowned covered herself, then she showed him her knife, "get out I will kill you now"
"Do you know my name?" He asked with frown
"No"
"Manik Ratan Singh, that's my name, I am feeling dirty, I want to take bath, show me wash area" he said searching
"Look Rajkumar, get out, if not I will shout"
"Do whatever you want but I really neat bath," he opened a door and found its opening to wash area he walked in, "if you can help you can come if not stay away and bring me some food too, I want to eat some sweets, I miss my mother food" he said while in thoughts and then left in

Nandini went out and bought some food without anyone notice and locked the door, she found Manik, "you bought? Come sit with me" he sat with plate and started to eat, she with anger sat down
"What are you doing here? Are you running away?"
"No I won't leave so soon, and about me coming, I promised you I will come today you forgot?"
"Rajkumar Manik, you are prisoner, and I am princesses, if anyone sees you here they will kill you in blink"
"Wow are you worried about me?"
"Dam it! Don't you get it, you should never enter into a lady room, that to in midnight"
"I don't care" he completed eating
"Look Rajkumar, this is now enough, go away from here and never come back"
"Why you will come to see me?"
"Rajkumar look for fun I came to prison, nothing more, you recognised me that's good but stay away from me and now get out if not I will shout"
"You won't but can I sleep on bed for a night? My back is now stiff sleep on ground don't suits me"
"Rajkumar don't cross your limits now" she said with angry
"Ok ok fine, I will leave but until you come and feed me I won't eat, I will be waiting for you"
"Go to hell I don't care"
"If you come to feed me, you will be mine for ever"
"What?" She said with shock
"Yes, see I am taking your sindhoor dhan, if you come to feed me I will make you mine that very moment, let us see how our fate goes"
"Bullshit Rajkumar you are here a prisoner, my father's enemy why the hell I will feed you? Even if you die who will care about it? Don't make yourself fool" she smirked
Manik came near her, "don't tempt me Rajkumari, I may make you mine now"
She pushed him away and stood away "khabardaar, I won't spare you now get lost"
"I will and you will come for me for sure" he challenged and left.

Nandini didn't give deeds to him, she is happy in her own world. Ten days passed, Nandini almost forgot about him, when they all having dinner, her brother said "babasa! That Rajkumar is not eating from so many days he is not even saying anything, what is his motive I am unable to make him eat"
"What they are planning I don't get it, I sent his father about his arrest we didn't get any reply, nor they are showing any move, now he is not doing anything just sitting idle, what are they planning?" King said worriedly
"What to do babasa? He is now weak,"
"Tomorrow morning I will talk to him personally" king said
All silently ate. Nandini frowned "is he really not eating? Why should I care let him die" she said to herself.

Whole night she couldn't sleep, next day king came to prison and talked to Manik but he didn't give any answer for him not eating, "I am just testing my limits Maharal nothing more don't worry about me, no one blames you" he smiled
King talked for more time but nothing came out, he left

Nandini is restless, she is strongly in negative answer for her to meet him, but why she is feeling such burden she didn't understand.

More two days went such, he not eating became a topic daily, Nandini couldn't take it more, she after midnight again came, this time she bought her food plate for him, she couldn't touch her food.

"Finally you came?" He said with smile
"Are you insane? Why are doing all this? What you want from our country?"
"You" he said taking glass of water "o my god! I was so thirsty" he took one more glass gulped lassi, he then took roti and ate, he didn't let her give him plate while she is holding it, when he was having hiccups, she hit his head slowly "eat slowly"
"I am hungry from twelve days how can I eat slow?" He took one more gulp.

After completing eating, he washed his hand, took her pallu and cleaned his wet hands dry. She with anger took it away, when she is about to go, he dragged her to bars, "you can't go away like that, I promised you to make you mine, Rajkumar Manik Singh always stands on his promises" he took the box and applied it on her hairline, she struggled a lot but, it happened, she is stunned "what the hell have you done? Is this the way to ruin a lady life?" She said with tears, her hand slipped all utensils dropped with noise
"I came here to do this, to make you only mine, you are always mine Nandini"
"No, this wrong" she shouted with tears
"How is it wrong? I want you, you like me too"
"I don't like you" she screamed in anger
"Then why did you come here with food?" He said in anger
Before they talk more king and his sons came
"What happened? Nandini why are you here?" King asked
"Nandini what happened?" Her brother asked seeing her crying
When she held her head high, they saw the sindhoor, all shocked "Nandini what the hell is this?" King roared
She hugged him and cried
"I filled her hair line, now she is my byahitha ( married women) she is my Ranisa" he said proudly.
King stumbled, her brother opened their swords to kill him.

Door opened, her four brothers came to him and started to attack, he dodged and took sword from one Sainik and started to fight, king is speechless still, Nandini is crying. He held her to his heart.

Manik within no time made all defeat, king with burning anger took his sword and attacked him, both are fighting, when king have Manik a scar, Manik lifted his sword but Nandini came and stood infront of Manik "babasa leave him let us go" she begged
Her father left sword and hugged her, he got tears. Manik dropped his sword. All brothers along with father and daughter walked away leaving Manik alone.

Next day was dark day in Mahal, Nandini  fainted, she was crying all night, her mother scolded her a lot for going to prison, after listening to whole story, then she too cried along with her.

Doctor came and treated her, she became silent and was just staring, family is clueless what to do. Manik when learnt about Nandini being ill, he came to her room. As prison was not locked

Seeing him, Nandini brothers roared "just give me way to see her"
"You are not allowed here" her big brother roared
"She is my Ranisa, don't you dare forget Yuvaraj" Manik replied
"No Rajkumar will marry a girl in such way" her father said in anger
"Yes no one will do such, but you refused my proposal so many times, I had no choice"
"You should atleast respected her choice, she don't want to marry you"
"What is between us, that I know, she is sad but she wants to marry me, so I didn't insulted her, and I will never do that, she will be my Ranisa with pride and with dignity she will rule with my side, king I respect you, and I always will but Nandini is mine forever that's final, if anyone apposes they can see how far I can go, so don't instigate me, let me see her now"
"As mother I am asking how dare you to spoil my all dreams of her marriage? Who gave you rights?" Her mother asked in anger
"I didn't spoil your dreams, I made her mine, marriage is always your choice and hers, I will take her home only when you allow me to take her, with dignity in very grand way" assured Manik
"Why did you do this?"
"I asked king to allow me marry her, he rejected, without seeing me, knowing me, just because of some issues,  so I came here for her, I want to win her heart and make her mine, she came to me by fate, I took her by my choice but only when she walked to me, I didn't cross any line, as Rajkumar I gave her all rights to choose, I gave her all rights. So I am not anyway wrong" he explained to her mother with respect.

"Then why the hell my daughter is crying now?"king asked angrily
"She is scared and confused that's all" with sad face
"When I rejected how dare you do back of me? Is this not shame?"
"No, Bhagwan krishna married Rukmini, how? Is it shame? No it's called male pride, I consider myself a romantic one" he giggled with blush.
Her mother laughed , king looked at her in anger, she covered her mouth.
"I won't give my daughter to you never" king roared in anger
"She will come with me anyway why to waste energy and time? King I understand you are angry for my way to make her mine but think, how madly I want her to be mine? I will keep her as my heart beat so precious, and I promise I will always keep her as happy as she is here" Manik said
"Wow do promise before you know her, she is mischievous as hell, no one can tame her or bind her, you will always be embarrassed with her nakra, she will make you go crazy, one day you will loose all you hair" one of her brothers said smirking.
All laughed challenging him
Manik smiled "after listening to her those stories I want to make her mine, and I will always make her be this mischievous whole life"
"You don't know her pranks, once you will be one having in middle of them then you will know what Rajkumari Nandini is" her elder brother said.
Manik smiled "so my life is going to be crazy one"
"Totally" they started telling him how she pranks them all. How she is fearless and butterfly of family.
"Don't worry I will spoil her more" Manik smiled with them.

"What the hell is going on here? And you how dare you to come here get out" Nandini shouted
"My dear Ranisa I will go along with you everywhere I go so don't stress how are you feeling now?"
"Get out" she gritted teeth
"Only when you are fine"
"I am fit and fine get out"
"See she want to be with me alone all of you get out" Manik said to all winking at Nandini
Nandini with frustration went to her room and closed the door slept in anger.

Next day Manik father and mother came, asked for Nandini hand officially having no other choice, Nandini parents agreed but Nandini being Naughty one she came to meet his parents like a mentally retorted girl, they were shocked, Manik mother was scared too, when they were about to say no Manik came, "Arey Masa look who is here? You know she is this dumb how advantageous is this? I can daily have a lady back of her, as she is this useless see" he said
Nandini with anger jumped on him "how dare you? You forced me into this marriage and now you want other ladies? I will pluck your eyes if you even look at them" she started to run with him to beat him. All laughed. Manik when he is out of their sight got two good beating from her, but he made her sleep under him, and kissed her, she with blush pushed him and ran away.

Marriage happened in very grand, Manik took Nandini home with dignity and happiness, everyone in kingdom welcomed her warmly, she overwhelmed with that.

Nandini never left Manik easily, she always takes revenge for forcing her, she once drawn designs on face when he was going to sabha, he didn't notice, he when entered sabha everyone laughed at him, then a dasi bought mirror showing him his face. Manik smiled but with straight face "my wife is having fun, see how boring you people are, get some life guys" he said and ran away to clean himself and planning to punish Nandini hard and smiling too.

Days passed but Nandini never stopped her naughty ways, but Manik learned how to overcome it, and make her blush. He being romantic one always punishes her in bedroom, making her beg for him. She enjoys punishments too.

Even after having kids she never stopped her ways, she even made her children like her. Manik life is so colourful and happy with her besides him. They became king and queen but they never grown up to behave as king and queen. They are always childish. People around them always admired them a lot.
