Trip.

What do you guys remember from this word trip?

Movie names, or some series..where friends, sometimes couples, sometime even siblings go on a trip mostly a road trip

But for me trip means her.

Not that we met on any road trip, family trip..or any other forms of trip...

But for me trip means her falling form..

Yes, she keeps on tripping now and then. And her this capacity of tripping over every surface made us meet.

Don't they say unexpected is some meet and unexpectedly they get entangled with each other.

Same is the case in my love  story which I have named as "Tripping MaNan"

Here tripping as she keeps on tripping and when I hold her my heart keeps tripping in her eyes.And Manan then they are the initials of our names..I am Manik Malhotra, so Ma and she is Nandini Murthy so Nan.

So, Ma+Nan= MaNan

Now, coming to "Tripping MaNan" then, I was travelling to my home town so yes a trip but alone and it was so boring. Obviously after driving my car for more than 5 hours regularly with just few breaks for food, water and nature call I was hell bored and tired too. But again I had to complete the journey before it was night. 

Yes, night. It will take maybe 3 to 4 hours more till it gets dark. And I being lazy soul thought of taking a short nap before starting my journey but it turned out to be more of a good sleep with so many dreams and time flew by me and now here I am stuck in travelling faster. If only my nap would have been nap then I could have gone without worrying about time but alas..

And you may be thinking why can't I drive in night then..It's not that I can't but it's not safe as there is a big jungle in between which I have to cross and crossing a jungle at night is quiet risky you know..And most importantly, it has not got good records regarding it's history and other criminal activities are also taking place at high rate at night so my worry was meaningful.

Let's skip some more hours and it's like 8 at night and all dark. And guess what where I am in the jungle. And I am not at all getting good vibes.

After about 30 minutes, I was deep inside the jungle and guess what boom..I guess Tyre puncture. Not to worry, I have extra tyre so I can repair easily.

I was half way done while repairing the tyre when I heard some sounds behind me or precisely behind my car. I was siting in front of my car as my front tyre was punctured.

While I peeked from the side of my car, I saw a girl in white dress approaching me..Damn did I really see a ghost. I immediately hide but again as per human nature, curiosity took over me and I again peeked and again I saw her and she was coming towards me only..

"Excuse me? " and I jumped in my place and got up while my eyes locked with her but before even 2 seconds have passed I adverted my gaze...I was standing in one side of car while she in other side..

"Yes.." I said while breaking eye contact..

"can you give me lift. Actually my car broke down and I am not any mechanic to repair it..And I started to walk and here I am, luckily I found you so I am here to ask for lift.." she said with some pauses in between while I just nodded without looking at her...

But what she said next made me looked at her shock..

"Umm..by any chance you are ghost as you are avoiding any eye contact and since you are standing that side of car so I can't see if your feet are turning behind or you don't have feet..Okay if by chance you are ghost then also please don't kill me ..I can give you one valid reason..she I am in bridal wear, such a beautiful white gown I am wearing  and killing a bride will only get you more cursed and your soul will keep on roaming here and there but if you help me reach my destination I will surely pray to god to forgive your sin or fulfill your wish whatever situation be it for which you are stuck here and my buddy as in god is too great..he listens to me so easily so I can guarantee you that he will forgive you too so please help me..' and finally her not so short speech was finished while she was waiting with a curious look on her eyes may be waiting for my reply but I was too shocked too even react..

But may be after not getting any reply from me she started to come towards me but before she could reach me only she tripped..

But I caught her in time and now she was in my arms and wait wait..It was so romantic would be an understatement..We are looking like a newly wed bride and groom so much in love and about to kiss each other..

I was dressed in three-piece armani suit as I was going for a night wedding ..You may be thinking a white wedding in night then yes as the friend who is going to marry is crazy and I just got to know his bride is more crazy and she wants to marry at night under the stars ..And he being love sick decided to fulfill her each wish and I have to reach there before it starts ..If not then the marriage will not start as I am his only friend from childhood and I am late..

Oh shit, I am late..And finally after what seemed like forever I mad her stand on her feet and she looked looked away..

"Umm..Are u fine? " I asked to avoid the awkward moment...

"Yes, No worries, I keep on tripping..And I don't even need any hard surface or any thing to trip on..My foots get entangled with each other frequently and I keep on tripping it's common.." she said while hitting herself lightly on her head for her stupidity ..

I chuckled slightly when she glared at me and I was instantly quiet..But then she laughed and I laughed with her..

In the middle of a dangerous jungle, dressed in bridal wears two strangers were laughing

What are they? crazy ..Nope..

Just strangers on their journey to find each other on every step which they take from now on wards.

After controlling themselves, they decided to move forward. After manik repaired the tyre, they started their journey and talked..

They got to know that they were going to same wedding ..He was best friend of groom while she was best friend of bride..And both were late and reason was same..nap which turned to be a good sleep.

After reaching there destination,  many questions and scolding from their friends were thrown at them but both of them dodged all of them together...

And finally there friendship began when nandini tripped for the third time in the wedding place and all the time manik was the one to save her.

"So madam, do you want to give me a chance to hold you whenever you trip?" 

"Only if your heart is ready to trip while getting entangled with mine and your eyes which held galaxies will allow at least a small constellation for me to reside forever."

~Under the stars,

 between the trees,

 in the bridal wears they meet.

 And she tripped...

A promise of tripping now and then

wrote MaNan unexpectedly.~
