The next morning Manan got up to get ready for the baby shower ceremony. Nandini got ready fast. She wore a Off white & light golden coloured lehenga with royal blue coloured border & blouse. The colours suited her body colour completely & made her look stunning. She then went downstairs to check the preparations for the breakfast. Just then Daniel came from the back & said,
Daniel: Someone is looking really fabulous.....
Nandini turned towards him & said,
Nandini: Thank u Daniel!! By the way Good Morning.... I hope u had a nice sleep.
Daniel: Yeah!!
Nyra: Mumma!!!
Nyra came running towards Nandini & she picked the little girl in her arms.
Nandini: Good morning baby!!
Nyra: Good Morning!! U r looking very pretty.
Nandini: Awww thank u!! Chalo now let me get u ready... then u will also look pretty pretty!!
Nyra: Ohk lets go....
Nandini turned towards Daniel & said,
Nandini: Daniel... I'll go n get her ready till then u also get ready fast.
Daniel: Cool!!
Nandini took Nyra to her room & saw that Manik had gone to take a bath. She made her wear a nice pink-green coloured lehenga. And was making her hair when manik came out & said,
Manik: Ohh my God!!!! Beauty Overloaded in here....
Nandini turned towards him & Nyra laughed at his comment.
Manik: Do u want to kill me here itself!!
Nandini: Shut up Manik.... Achcha tell me who is looking more pretty Nyra or me!!
Manik: Ohh u... Let me see u first!! I was talking about Nyra till now but u too r looking ohk!!
Nyra laughed out loud at it & Nandini hit manik slowly. To this Nyra said cutely
Nyra: Mumma bad habbit... U should not hit anyone...
Manik heard her & picked her up in his arms, & then he said kissing her cheek.
Manik: See Nandini... Learn something from her!! She is the one who cares for me...
Nandini: Ya ya u r right!! Now if u r done.... Plz get ready fast otherwise Mukti will kill u for getting late...
Soon he too got ready & then reached Mukti's place to see that all their friends were already there. All of them greeted each other & then Mukti noticed Daniel & Nyra. Nandini turned towards them & said,
Nandini: Guys meet my friend & neighbour from Australia... Daniel!
Cabir: Hey!!
After that she picked Nyra up in her arms & said,
Nandini: And this is my daughter, Nyra!!
All of them heard her & Aliya said,
Aliya: Daughter??
Nandini: Yeah she is Daniel's daughter!!
Saying so she blinked her eyes in front of them, making them all quite. All of them smiled at it & Mukti said,
Mukti: She is so cute yr!!
Nandini made Nyra stand on her own & then she called Kavya closer. She came running towards her & said,
Kavya: Chachi... Where were u!! I was waiting for u...
Nandini: Aww.... Sorry!! Achcha now I have a work for u....
Kavya: Say..I'll do whatever u say!!
Nandini: Thats my girl!! ohk so this is Nyra... She is 4 years old & she has come from Australia, so she doesn't know Hindi...... So u hv to stay with her today & take care of her.
Kavya: Ohk Chachi!!
Nandini turned towards Nyra & said,
Nandini: Nyra, this is Kavya di... U stay with her, and if u need anything then u come to me or to Manik uncle.... Ohk??
Nyra: Ohk Mumma!!
Soon the ceremony started & as always it was full of fun. They did a small pooja, gave gifts to Mukti & wsihed for the well being of the baby. And then started the real party. They played games, danced & sang songs. Sometime later Mukti said,
Mukti: Manik- Nandini now ur turn!! Plz...
Nandini smiled at it & got up. She got in the center & toke up the mike & so did Manik. Cabir got a guitar for Manik & Veena for Nandini. Nandini sat on her place & said,
Nandini: Sorry Mukti but we couldn't prepare anything for today as we didn't hv much time. But as u had asked, we will perform something new for u!! Since we havn't decided any tune or lyrics... It all has to random & there is no garantee how it will be so plz forgive us if its not that good!!
Mukti: Chill I know u'll rockk... As always!!
Manik & Nandini smiled at her & then looked at each other. Nandini slowly whispered,
Nandini: Manik u start first.....
Manik: Nandini relax!! Its just us...
Nandini smiled at him & Manik started on his guitar. He played a brilliant tune & it hardly took a minute for Nandini to sync her tune matching to his on her veena. Manik smiled at her & blinked his eyes & then started singing.

Nandini heard him & immediately started,

Manik smiled listening to her, and remembered Amms words, "Earlier also she found her peace in music & I hv a believe that this time also music will help her. Manik bring Music close to her, make her practise & then u'll see ur older nandini back." & he thought to himself, "Now those dreadful dreams wouldn't haunt u Nandini... U will be all fine!!"
Manik: O... mmm...

Both of them hugged each other & all of people clapped for them. As the clapping got over, Mukti shouted,
Mukti: U bloody romeo & juliet.... I asked u both to perform not to make me cry!! Yr how can u too be so good....
Cabir: Mukti u know na these two don't see anything else around.. When they r together!!
Manik & Nandini got down the stage & all the people praised them & then they moved towards Mukti.
Mukti: Guys u were so so good... I really couldn't believe that this was random.
Manik: Thank u Mukti!!
Aliya: Yes guys this was awesome..... Manik I think Fab5 should release this song!!
Mukti: Yes its a brilliant idea!! It was so nice & once we add the keyboard & the drums its gonna be magical.
Cabir: Yes Aliya u n Mukti prepare Nandini's lyrics & we want we can add a bit to it.
Mukti: Cool!!
Mukti said excitedly. But just then nandini interuppted their happiness..
Nandini: NO!!! U guys can't do this...
All of them looked at her shocked as this was the first time ever nandini was interuppting in Fab5's work. Nandini looked at them & then said slowly.
Nandini: I m sorry guys, I know I don't hv a right to say anything about this but-
Cabir: Shh.... First of all u r totally wrong here.... U hv all the rights to say everything over here!! Nandini remember u asked me not to call all of us as Fab8 & instead call it Fab5, making u the silent members of this group. But though u r the silent member, still u r the core of us!! Anything & everything u feel effects us! And therefore u hv all the rights to stop us or to question us, whenever u wish!!
Nandini: Thank u Cabir, Thanks a lot... It really means very much for me!!
Manik: Hang on!! At least tell us why r u saying No!!
Nandini: Guys plz for sometime get out of ur work!! Don't forget its not even two weeks left for Mukti's delivery & I m clearly telling u guys... I will not allow Mukti to even step out of the house now!!! Forget about recording n all...
Mukti: Here comes the bossy doctor again!! Come on Nandini i-
Nandini: No... Means no!! U can do whatever u want just wait for a month at least....
Manik: Ohk Madam we agree!!
All of them continued with the party. Sometime later Mukti said to Nandini,
Mukti: Nandini... I need to go to the washroom, will u plz help me!!
Nandini: Sure!!
With this both of them moved inside. Meanwhile Nyra came out of a room looking for Nandini. She looked around to find her & but couldn't. And then she saw Manik standing with Cabir, Dhruv & Abhi!! She slowly walked towards him & pulled his kurta downwards, Manik turned to look at her & picked her up in his arms saying,
Manik: Hello Nyra!! What's up??
Nyra: Uncle I m finding Mumma!! But she is not here... Where is she??
Manik looked here & there but couldn't see her so he said,
Manik: Nyra... Even I don't know where is mumma!! Ohk u tell me why r u finding her.....
Nyra: I m hungry..... I want Muuma!!
Manik: Aww baby... No worries, come we'll eat something together. What will u eat??
Nyra: Sandwitch!!
With this manik took up a seat on the corner & then started feeding her sandwitches. Nyra was totally enjoying his company along with the delicious sandwitch, when Nandini saw them from the other end. She smiled at them & asked the others to look in that direction. All the others saw this new side of Manik & smiled,
Aliya: He is looking so cute!!
Abhi: Who can bellieve that this is the same Manik Malhotra who keeps the entire world under his shoes?
Navya: Hume toh laga tha ki Manik esa sirf Kavya ke saath ho sakta h... But now I think Manik is like this with all the kids.
Mukti: Nandini... I m sure ur child is gonna be very lucky to hv a father like him.
Nandini blushed listening to him & was noticed by Mukti.
Mukti: Aww someone's blushing haan!!
Nandini: Shut up guys... I'll just go n check on Nyra once!! By the way hv anyone of u seen Daniel.
Cabir: No.... In fact I hv not seen him from a long time.
Nandini: Ohk... I'll just be back.
Nandini walked towards Manik & Nyra to see Nyra holding a sandwitch in her hand & saying to Manik,
Nyra: Uncle have it na.... Its very tasty!
Manik: No u only eat it... I will hv it later.
Nyra: Have na.....
Nandini smiled at them & walked closer.
Nandini: What is happening here??
Nyra: Mumma see na uncle is not eating anything!
Nandini smiled at her & said,
Nandini: Nyra... U should not force elders like this!! Ohk...
Nyra: Ohk Mumma....
Manik: Nandini where were u??
Nandini: Manik actually Mukti needed my help so I was inside with her.
Manik: Ohh!! Actually Nyra was finding u but now its ohk!!
Nandini: Nyra have u had ur lunch?
Nyra: Yes Mumma!!
Nandini: Ohk so go & play with Kavya & sameer.
Nyra slowly got down the chair & ran towards Kavya.
Nandini sat there with Manik & he said,
Manik: She is such a sweet girl!!
Nandini: I know....
Saying so nandini picked up a sandwitch & took it towards him.
Nandini(mimicking Nyra) : Uncle have it na... Its very tasty!
Manik smiled at her & said in a husky tone,
Manik: For now I m in a mood to eat only one thing & thats u!! Good u r looking so damn awesome.
Nandini: shh... manik!! We r at a party....
Manik: So what?? No one is going to disturb us...
Saying this Manik held her hand & pulled her closer, nuzzuling his nose in her neck.
Nandini: Manik choddo Mujhe!!
Manik: nop!!
Suddenly a voice came from behind, "Nandini!!!"
Both manik & nandini got away startled & turned to see Daniel standing there.
Daniel: Ohh I m so sorry!!
Nandini: no no its fine!! Come na....
Daniel walked closer & then said,
Daniel: Actually nandini I just wanted to inform u that I m going... I actually need to report at the hotel where I hv booked our room otherwise they r gonna cancel my bookings.
Nandini: Hey why do u need a hotel?? I thought u both r gonna stay with us....
Daniel: No I don't know... I mean u don't hv to take all that trouble!!
Manik: Dude!! Chill... Its no trouble & u both r staying with us!! I insist...
Nandini: See... Plz!! Come on..
Daniel: Are u guys sure??
Nandini: Off course we are!! And this way I will also get time with Nyra!!
Daniel: Ohk then!!
Manik: Cool!!
Just then Mukti called them for lunch so Manik & Nandini excused themselves. The moment they walked away Daniel thought to himself,
"U just wait & watch Mr. Manik Malhotra!! U hv made a great mistake by inviting me to live with u... Now see how I take my revenge from u!! I hv done so much to make nandini mine. Now I will not let a no body like u to snatch her away from me. Nandini was always mine & she will come back to me soon!! All these people are gonna see"
