In her ways of getting mad at his brand, showing them off in the commode, she did everything. Yet he looked unaffected standing in front of her leaning on the bathroom door of his room. She wanted him to react a bit, that's all she needed.

I don't have anything to say. He said meekly as he looked his both hands, where his both ring figure filled with rings, one promise ring other was a wedding ring. He doesn't know how to react as he looked Nandini behind, who was looking at his every action. He just shrugged and looked back at waves.

What happened? she asked him as she pulled out his right hand in her left hand. As she started tracing them, she felt uneasy looking at the ring and then him, who was also looking the ring now unknowingly.

Nothing. His answers were short, that she didn't know what to do with this man. She wanted to listen from him, but he didn't let her in. Not even a bit. 

I guess we should go back. he stated as he got up, he really doesn't want mess up her mood, it is their wedding day, and he definitely didn't want to spoil such beautiful day of theirs. Whatever other think about him, it doesn't matter to him now. He gonna give himself for this wedding, but all he needed was time for himself to get things into his system.

Even I guess so. she said as he helped her to stand on her feet, while she held his hands without a second thought, he looked their entwined hands, he smiled at her small gesture, he knows she will lead him, she will always. That was what her eyes said to him. while he tightened his hands around her's.

While ASR was startled with realization, something was there, he was missing it from years. He looked Manan, talking to a group of people, who Cabir was introducing them, while they faked a smile.

Kya huwa? U look upset. Khushi asked as she let Ruhi down from Arnav's arms, who was struggling to get down, as she wanted to go and play with other kids, then being in his arms.

Call the hospital and get information about Ruhi's real parents. ASR stated in a stern tone to Khushi, her eyes widened in shock. The man, who never wanted to speak about this, today was asking her to find out the real parents of Ruhi. the shock was a small word for her.

What? why? What happened? why are you asking me to do this? when u clearly didn't want this year back? she asked in a daze, he showed her eyes, which had all emotions of the world. It had the pain of losing his daughter, It had anger for his friend, He felt betrayed. A whirlpool of emotion was his.

I think I found her real father?? he choked looking at Ruhi, who was eating her food in left hand, why didn't he saw this ever?? Maybe because he never saw Manik and Ruhi at the same roof, like he did today. Now it was making sense to him, that why Manik stayed away from everyone when he clearly knows, he needed someone to hold him when he was falling apart. How couldn't he guess this obviousness, that he noticed in Ruhi and Manik? But you can't certainly point out his mistakes, as Ruhi was a replica of both her parents. But who was her mother? is a big question mark to ASR now. 

what? who? Khushi is so scared to this, she can't let go her baby, when her real parents want her back in their life. Ruhi is connected to them with their heart if not from blood. She had been a source of their happy life, and someone ruining it can scare any. So same happened with them too.

While Malhotra's have never seen that crazy idiotic Manik, who loved his life like hell years back. Though being ignored from family, Manik had everything with him until he had ASR in his life. There was nothing crazy he didn't do, he was an infamous bad boy, one says who meets him afar. But truly what he is only people, who stayed with him knows. he was flirt of course but never crossed the line out of it. He was not a player like people thought about him. He kept an arms distance between every girl, he flirts, except one girl, who made his life both colorful in her presence and colorless without her presence. That was his little past with his beloved, which he never confessed to her, fearing to be judged by his feelings again by her. He never dared to say, what she was in his life.

Wow! that was fun. Manik said Arnav, who smiled hearing him. Seeing Manik smiling ear to ear, its been years, none saw him laughing like this.Though Arnav was hurt, he didn't want to spoil the big day of Manik, it is not really easy to move on from past, but Manik had courage, he didn't want to make him realize his mistakes or his past, which he had left behind today.

I never did this without U. Manik said honestly, where Arnav patted his back. As they walked to sitting area to continue their gossip of their college days, it was fun. And Manik can't get over from it. It was best times of his life.

while many clicked pics with the wedding couple, who gave tight smile for their irritating relatives, where Nandini would snap some annoying relatives, while Manik kept everything under check in his presence. He doesn't want his wedding at the bad note when it is almost ending at next sunrise. 

All they wanted to crush on their beds, but not before cake cutting, which was brought by Cabir at last. The family was exhausted, where Manik tired being with Ruhi, which Arnav didn't let happen in his presence again. Making sure that he shows, he is the father of Ruhi, not Manik. He really didn't want Ruhi to get attached to her real father, which pained Manik like hell. Yet he gave small smile to his daughter, whenever she looks at him. He admired her being away, while Nandini exchanged greeting with Khushi with their never-ending gossips, which involved Ruhi. where she would get a loving peck on her checks from Nandini every now and then.

Manik was standing alone near shore, they need to leave their suite, which was booked for them. He was waiting for her. while family bid a bye to them, hoping that they won't divorce next day. They mentioned in front of Manik, who sadly smiled at his parents in return. He didn't know what to answer them. Maybe his too reserved to say anything he wished to his family.

Manik. he heard beautiful giggle behind him as he turned to see Ruhi running to him, who was followed by Arnav, who feared that his friend, will take away her from him. he could clearly see the fear in Arnav's eyes, which made Manik confuse. but he chucked thinking, it was an illusion for a moment.

Ruhi, we need to leave. Lets' go. Arnav's stern tone, scared shit out of Ruhi, who immediately dug herself inside Manik's arms in fear, while he engulfed her giving his warmth, assuring her indirectly he is there for her, no matter what.

Easy man. Manik said calmly. as he stood up. Arnav in blink snatched Ruhi from his arms, making Manik feel void. Sudden emptiness engulfed him, which could be easily seen in his eyes.

We are leaving Manik. Something was there in his tone, which made Manik look Arnav's eyes. There was something called emotion in his eyes, which Manik carried for years and even today.

He pleaded looking at Ruhi, who was already on the verge of crying due to news of leaving, while he really wanted more time with her. Call him selfish, he was. What happened? Manik whispered in Khushi's ear, she just gave small smile.

Everyone was yelling, while Manik kneeled down, waiting for her. when she crashed in a fraction in his arms, he was filled with everything. his daughter in his arms, what could he ask more for. he showered her with kisses. Manik, it's not necessary for u to promise. Because I know how busy u are. Arnav replied before Manik say an yes in joy, that he will join Nandini to meet his daughter. But everything crashed down, hearing Arnav, he got it, he was the culprit, and he doesn't want Manik to be around Ruhi no matter what. He made his heart strong again. Let go his daughter again. And never try to meet her again, like he promised years back himself. So, that Arnav and Khushi could live happily without getting worried about him.

ASR, Don't worry, I won't snatch anything from u. I'm not that mean man. Like u think. Manik was too hurt by the way ASR treated him, it broke his heart. His friend couldn't understand him, just like others did. One side he lost his daughter forever, another side his friend's unmanly behavior with him. Made him break again like years back.

Manik said softly without a hint of pain, as he walked away without waiting for a reply from ASR, who felt guilty for hurting his friend knowingly. He chucked it as he moved back to the car, making up his mind that he will never meet Manik or let Manik meet Ruhi again. Taking Ruhi once again away from her real father, who carved to hold her since, when the doctor broke the news of Ruhi nurturing in her mamma's tummy. It was like jackpot moment in Manik's life. Nothing made him happy than this. Nothing.

Car speeding to roads, while Ruhi was looking to Manik peeping from window, who was sitting in the same place, where she had done sandcastle last night. where she had a conversation with him for the first time, where she got to know about his secret. where she gonna lock it forever within herself.

Where she smiled satisfied knowing she gonna communicate with him sooner or later, no one can stop Ruhi doing that. No one.

Where Manik opened his fist only to see a photo of her with him and a number behind it, where the address of her favorite spot was written by her with time. Telling him to meet her there. she was fixed with her friendship with him. It was not fake friendship extended towards him. She really didn't want to miss out a stubborn man in her life.

Manik smiled at her small gesture, which mended his broken heart. Making his mind to meet his daughter for sure. No matter what.Even if breaking his promise. A father can't stop that desire of his.

hain. Nandini gave her hand, Manik put his hand in her's as he walked with her holding his hands, while Nandini saw 'R' written on sand. but she shooed it, she needed more answers from him, but she needs to gain his trust for that. she knows it.

Manik pulled her to his arms, as they saw their first sunrise after their wedding. which made them smile in satisfaction. They welcomed that sunrise just like they welcomed their new life with each other.

If I compliment u, will u roll your eyes? Manik questioned her as they reached their limo, where driver opened doors for them. with a professional smile, while Nandini gave small thanks to the driver. Gratitude is must in her blood.

That would depend on my mood. Nandini said looking another side with a small smile, where Manik chuckled and rolled his eyes.

U didn't compliment me still. Nandini demanded after few minutes, yeah Nandini Malhotra waited for some compliments from Manik, who really wanted to show his attitude, by not giving what she wants.

Where hand from behind held her possessively, who winked at her. How much ever disturb he is, he doesn't make others suffer. That's pretty him. He leads her to their suite after ridding small boat ride, Nandini giggled like a school girl seeing their suite, she was damn excited seeing the surrounding.
