Next day Nandini and Manik reached a particular place on the insistence of Manik's dadi...

Nandini: Manik...yaha toh koi hai hi nahi...

Manik: I know...u go..

Manik glared at her she muttered something under breathe... Manik moved forward and Nandini followed him.

They climbed the steps.....as they climbing they were getting scared... Manik when he almost reached said turning back to move down...

Manik:no no... I am not going...

Nandini was about to say but at that time only a lady came out making them scared...

Manan:ahhh...

Lady: ohh...hello...chalo andar...

Manik:aapne order diya tha?

Lady:no way... I am fortune teller...come inside...

Manik:kya bakwas hai yeh...mujhe apna future vagera nahi dekhna...

Manik's dadi: don't you dare come down...varna you will be out of the house...

Manik frowned and made what the hell face... Nandini was standing being excited

Manik: dadi you know I don't belive...

Manik's dadi: but I believe...so chalo andar..

Manik glared at her and moved his legs to go down but the fortune teller lady held Manik's shirt and took him inside...

Manil:agh... leave me...

Lady: shut up...

They went inside Nandini and Manik were made to sit beside each other dadi was sitting beside Nandini.

Manik's dadi: mujhe toh bas itna janana hai ki meri godh mein mere pota ya poti kab aayegi...

Listening Nandini blushed... Manik frowned...the lady said

Lady: uske liye is ladki ko kich karna padega...

Nandini and others frowned except for Manik who rolled his eyes...

Manik's dadi: kya matlab?

The lady instead if taking their hands she took one leg of Manik and one leg of Nandini...

Manik:what the...

Lady: no swearing....

Manik rolled his eyes...they lady started looking at their lines on the legs...

Manik:kya bakwas hai yeh...

Manik muttered under his breathe.. Nandini frowned and looked at him...he saw her gave a what expression.

Lady: apke yaha judwa honge...

Listening her dadi exclaimed...where as Nandini blushed looking down then looked at Manik who was still rolling his eyes...

Lady:par...is ladki ko pariksha deni padegi...she has to do something for this boy...

Manik's dadi: usse pehle kuch nahi hoga?

The lady shook her head... Manik said

Manik: mujhe toh chahiye hi nahi...

Lady: oye...itni achi kudi mili hai itna kya attitude hai tumhara...shukar manao... yeh na hoti toh jo problem mein tum ho usse bahar hi nahi nikal paate...

Manik sighed and later on they all left... Manik was frustrated listening to the fortune teller...where as Nandini was happy...

The next day Manik was at his house...it was raining outside. He was arguing with his dadi...

Manik:dadi maine kaha na... I don't want this marriage...pehle hi main mana kar raha tha..

Dadi:tu pachhatayega Manik...

Manik:no...and I have decided

Dadi: so you have decided to get divorced with Nandini...

Manik: yes... I will divorce Nandini and will never ever marry anyone...

Listening him she sighed...but they didn't know that Nandini had heard them...she was hurt badly...shoing away her tears she knocked on the door...

Dadi got scared as she thought she might have heard them...

Dadi: Nandini aao...

Manik turned and saw...he noticed her face which had a forceful smile...

Nandini:nahi dadi...woh Manik ko ghar lene aayi thi...it is raining aur Manik didn't bring the umbrella...

Dadi:khana kha ke jao beta...

Nandini:nahi dadi...bhookh nahi hai...

She bobbed her head... Manik and Nandini left with each other. They were walking without talking and Manik felt it odd...

Manik:why aren't u speaking?

Nandini:kuch nahi...bas mood nahi hai...

Manik sighed and looked at the other side... Nandini stared at his face and tears were forming in her eyes... Manik turned towards her she immediately put a smile...

Nandini:mm... Manik I wanted to tell you that I accidentally heard your conversation with dadi...

As soon as she said Manik stopped walking... Nandini said

Nandini: I really didn't mean to hear but...

Manik: it's okay... I was thinking how I should tell you..but you know that's much better...aur vaise bhi humara rishta benam hai...it has no future so better end it...

As he was saying Nandini's heart was breaking badly. Manik was in his world where he didn't want any relations after Alia where as Nandini she loves him truly but he is unable to understand.

They came near a steps which they had climb down. Nandini and Manik were walking slowly... Nandini was not able to control her tears... She moved forward as she didn't him to see her tears...

She was so into her emotions that she missed one step and slipped...but Manik held her immediately... Manik's eyes met her eyes...they were lost... Manik's eyes were showing nothing but Nandini's eye's were saying a lot...

Nandini stood properly...she tried walking but stumbled Manik again held her...

Manik: are you okay?

Nandini shook her head... Manik then came infront of her bent on his knees and guestuered Nandini to climb on his back... Nandini got tears she somehow wrapped her hands his neck...and other hand a umbrella.

Manik stood up and Nandini immediately wrapped her legs around him.

They started walking where as Nandini was crying without making noise...

Out of nowhere Manik felt as if she is crying...he asked her

Manik: Nandini are you crying?

Nandini pressed her lips and said moving away the umbrella

Nandini:no... I am enjoying the rain...see...

Manik:tch Nandini...we will fall sick...

Nandini:kya Manik it's so amazing... don't be spoil sport...

Manik sighed and Nandini threw the umbrella aside. Nandini kept crying without Manik's notice.

Will these two every able love each other?

Though Nandini loves Manik but will he be able to?
