Avoid mistakes if any...

One day Nandini was resting whdn the there was a knock on the door she opened the door and saw Manik with mask on and transperant glasses making him look like a theif.

"what is this?" She asked about his attire to which he replied.

"Since you vomite looking at my face i don't want that to happen so thought to go with this. Here I got the breakfast..." saying this he entered with touching her.

Nandini controlled hed laugh and moved inside. Manik was taking out the porridge out when Nandini said

"Please remove that mask. I don't mind." listening her he removed it.

"Have it before it gets cold." Listening him she avoided he got up to go when Nandini bent a little take a smell of the porridge when Manik returned to her and pecked her cheek making her startled.

She looked at him who was smiling showing his teeths...when he left her lips broke down into a beautiful smile.

After few days it was Nandini's appointment for the check and also for the ultrasound.

This time Nandini's didn't protest Manik's request for his accompany. They both entered into the hospital and directly went into the doctors cabin.

"Ohh. Hello Mr and Mrs Malhotra. Come come." The doctor called them inside and they went.

After that the doctor along with Nandini and Manik went into the ultrasound room. Manik made Nandini lay down on the bed.

Lifting her top the doctor put the gel on her womb and ran the ultrasound machine on it.

Nandini looked at Manik and held his hand right with a giddy smile on her face. Manik gave her assuring smile.

"See mommy to be and papa to be...there are two elephants inside." Listening him Manik's and Nandini's happiness knew no bound.

"We are having twins" Nandini mumbled Manik bobbed his head pecked her head.

The doctor did hee check up and they came into his cabin.

"Take care mommy to be. No need to stress now or do any heavy work. And papa to be make sure that now you should control ur hormones." Listening him Manik and Nandini blushed and looked away.

They exited the hospital and Manik took Nandini to the river where Nandini's house is there. There is a sofa like chair with soft material on it.

Manik made Nandini sit on it and he went to get the food for her. Soon he came and plated everything. Nandini was looking ay him continuously.

"I know I had been jerk since then but now I want everything to be really good. I don't want make you cry and I will make sure that I take care of you."

Nandini's lips were wobbling and Manik continued

"And here is ur favourite egg roll." Saying this he cut one and Nandini's eyes were forming tears now.

He brought up to her she opened her mouth as he stuffed in her mouth she bit it and let her tears spill.

Manil was surprised seeing her like that.

"Hey! Nandu....now only I promised not to make u cry and see I made you cry...."

"Manik...." She got up from her chair Manik also move....

They came close... Nandini crying hugged him but her bump was not allowing them a proper hug.

"Manik... I am sorry.... I am sorry..." Manik chuckled listening her.

"Shh... Nandini stop. I should be saying sorry stupid... I love you." As soon as he confessed she cried more and hugged him more tight.

Manik smiled knowing her nature. Nandini looked at him Manik chuckled seeing her running nose. He took the handkerchief wiped it.

He stared at her and moved towards her and pecked her head making her feel bliss.

Few days passed with Manik taking care of her... They used sleep hugging each other. Recently he was worried about Nandini as she was feeling giddy here and there but due to work pressure he was hardly getting any time to go and visit the doctor.

One day Manik was on his work site when he got call from the doctor telling him to meet him immediately.

"Mr. Malhotra there is one problem. Your wife, her one kidney is damaged."

Manik was shocked listening him. He was numb to react.

"You mean to say...she needs to ab...." He wasn't even able complete only thinking about their babies.

"No...we can't do that she has already reached a stage where the baby has started developing. If we go for abortion we might lose her as well the babies. But after her delivery we will make sure that we perform the surgery. But we can't guarantee. Also make sure that she doesn't put on wait and she shouldn't have heavy food."

With a heavy heart and mind when Manik reached home he noticed Nandini laughing freely with her legs laid on the table and watching TV.

"Manik... finally you came." Nandini said to which he put on a smile to not to let her know about it.

"Manik let's go on a walk na...please." Nandini said

Manik agreed and took her for a walk in the backyard he was keeping an eye on her from a long time.

"Bas! I am tried." She exclaimed.

Manik immediately picked her up and took inside inside Manik's heart was clenching knowing the actually reason of her tiredness.

One day when Manik was cleaning he noticed Nandini working on the laptop. She smiled and got up and took the cloth from him.

"I'll also help."

"No...you sit here take rest." He said and she pouted.

"No Manik I have been resting all day let me help you also...and this bump doesn't help me at all it makes me look like hippo." Listening her he chuckled and thought of something

Taking the cushion he placed it under his t-shirt and said

"See now we are the same!" Nandini's chuckled and Manik smiled and sat beside her he also started working on the laptop and also doing house hold work with the cushion under his t-shirt.

Nandini was sitting outside when Riya came and said

"Yeh lo...aaj tumhara favourite banaya hai maine."

"Woah! Thank you di." Saying this she took the spoon dipped it into the dish before she could have Manik held hef hand.

"Manik..."

"Wait..." Saying this he had one spoon and it and immediately said

"No you can't have this... I'll get you something else."

"No I want to have this. Kabse dekh rahi hun you aren't allowing me to have these stuffs. Even you aren't allowing me to help you." She shouted as she was really irritate with his behaviour.

"Nandini I am telling you for ur benefit. So I'll give you something else chalo..." Nandini glared at him and shrugging his hand off she went away.

Manik sighed and looked away... Riya asked

"Kuch baat hai kya?"

Manik sighed and told her the reason she gasped and went away she wanted to give them privacy.

Nandini was angry with Manik that she didn't even talk to him till evening when she came back she was all cool and had forgotten the matter.

"Manik... I feel my legs have become heavy but they aren't even swelled up." Listening her Manik got worried. He immediately took the weighing machine and told her to stand on it.

It was more than expected... Manik ran his hand through his hair making Nandini worried.

"Manik kya baat hai? I have noticed you...you have taking my care too much...." Listening her Manik he he can't hide more.

He took her in his arms and told hef everything. Nandini was scared to death. She didn't want anything to happen to her babies.
