I am clearing the confusion Manik didn't betray Nandini instead Alia betrayed Manik. Manik and Nandini were not married.

Manik was taken to the hospital. It has been 3 days now. Dadi has come to Manik's place.

Manik now was having his food and dadi was feeding him. Manik asked on not meeting Nandini.

Manik: dadi where is Nandini? U haven't seen her...

Dadi looked at him but her attention got divert to Nandini who just entered...

Nandini: tum mujhe rahe the?

Nandini asked excitedly and Manik made a face and asked

Manik: where were you? Main zinda hun ya nahi voh bhi nahi dekhne aayi...

Nandini: ayee... I think u r well now haan...u r already picking on me...

Manik made a face and Nandini laughed where as dadi smiled looking at them.

Manik: now tell me where were you? U didn't even come to see me..

Nandini: I was busy working...

Manik nodded and rest his head on headboard. Later on Nandini went from there.

Next day Manik was taking rest and noone was there in the room. He woke up as he heard the door opening.

Manik: tum what r u doing here?

It was Alia who came.

Alia: I came to see you...

Manik: get lost...

Alia: Manik I love you...why r you pushing me away?

Alia asked placing her hands on his cheeks Manik shrugged them away and said

Manik: listen Alia... don't you dare come close to me...u betrayed me...

Alia: I am sorry...but I am gonna divorce my husband...

Manik: yes so...but u aren't still divorced...it is ur mistake that u kept me in dark...now just leave...

Alia: why r u saying like this? Do you love someone?

Manik: yes I do...

Alia: who is that?

Manik: Alia don't forget I live with a girl...

Listening him Alia said smiling

Alia: I know you live with Nandini but she is ur sister...

Manik gave a smirk and said

At that time only Madhyam entered...he furiously went to Alia and held her by waist and said

Madhyam: tum baaz nahi aaogi na...haan...aur tum Manik Malhotra why r you seeing my wife?

Manik: listen I am not interested understood and vaise bhi I have girlfriend okay...

Alia: jhuth...

Madhyam: ohh really if not then I will kill you by my hands...

Manik got scared listening him and said covering himself

Manik: so listen carefully I AM GOING TO MARRY MY GIRLFRIEND NANDINI MURTHY

Alia got angry and said

Alia: u r lying...

Manik: no I am not...

Madhyam: fine then I'll wait for ur marriage if you do not get married to Nandini then be careful...my eyes are on you...

Madhyam said dragging Alia out. Manik sighed and roamed his hands around his hair.

Manik: ahhh...kaha phas gaya...

After few days Manik was discharged from the hospital. Dadi came and stood in the hall and said looking at Manik and Nandini...

Dadi: Manik Nandini I have decided to get you both married.

As soon as she said Manik was shocked where as Nandini was blushing. Manik stood up and said

Manik: dadi!!!

Dadi: kya?

Manik just held her hand and took her to the pool area and said

Manik: dadi? What is this? Main aur Nandini se shadi? Never...

Dadi: chup kar...u only said u will get married to Nandini...

Manik looked at her in confusion. Dadi said clearing his confusion

Dadi: I heard you saying when that Madhyam and Alia were in ur room that day...

Manik: dadi...that was just to save myself from them...

Dadi: and you r doing it...

Manik: never... I just took her name...

Dadi glared at him and shouted

Dadi: but did use her name... And u r going to marry Nandini...

Manik: if I say no?

Manik asked in anger and dadi also said in anger

Dadi: then u will be thrown out of Malhotra house and property...

Listening her Manik was shocked...here Nandini knew why dadi took her name as she knew Manik had taken her name to escape himself from Alia and Madhyam.

Manik and dadi entered and Abhimanyu looked at them for the answer

Manik: I am ready...

Nandini smiled listening it why not after all she is going to be Manik Malhotra's wife.

Mukti smiled and hugged Nandini. Manik smiled looking at Nandini's smile but soon hid it as Nandini turned to see him.

Abhimanyu: toh kaise karni hai shadi?

Manik: I don't want any dhoom dham and all...just let it be marriage and nothing else.

Listening him dadi glared and Manik got scared but Nandini said

Nandini:let be na dadi... let's do what Manik says...

Listening her dadi smiled and nodded. Later after having tea and all Manik went to the beach which was infront of his house only and sat beside Nandini who was already sitting over there gazing at beach.

Manik: Nandini...

Nandini looked at him and smiled and Manik said

Manik: u know why we r getting married?

Nandini: yes to get rid of Madhyam and Alia...

Manik: so I want after marriage that we should keep our marriage as a secret because after few months I'll give divorce...

Nandini nodded understanding... Nandini inside was breaking but just to keep him happy she agreed. Manik smiled and said

Manik: u r a obedient child...

Nandini made a irritated face and said

Nandini: I am not a child okay...

Manik: ya ya... I know...u r child...

Nandini glared at him and got up ran behind him who was already running saving himself.

Nandini: Manik stop... I won't leave you...

Manik: common a child can't catch me...

Nandini made a irritate face and went from there... Manik saw her going back...he went to her and said

Manik: arey chill...just teasing you...

Nandini looked otherside and Manik removed a chocolate from his pocket and gave her...

Nandini took it and smiled... Manik smiled and ruffled her hair and said

Manik: chalo...late ho raha hai..

Nandini nodded and both of them went to their house.
