It was Sharanya who just opened the door to get the morning newspaper and saw the Tom n Jerry duo of M5 together hand in hand running. She got suspicious.

Sh-" Cutiepie, Manu??? What are you doing at this time outside the house? It's.. . * she looked at the clock to see showing 7:30 am.* it's 7:30 in the morning n tum dono Kahan se aa rahi ho?"

Neha/Manvi- " Jogging/gym gaye the."
They said together but this time not the same thing. Both smiled nervously at Sharanya who was now sure that these two have done some mischief.

Sh-" What do you think, I'm a fool? * they nodded their heads as yes but then again started shaking their heads left to right to say no seeing Sharanya glaring at them*
Manu... as far as I remember, you HATE going to gym.And you said that you went for gyming that too when Shaan bhai would be there.....and my sissy aapse toh itni subhe utha jayega nahi woh bhi apne aap. That you go to jogging early morning n then come back by 7. That too when it's raining outside." She said with a tight lipped smile.

Neha and Manvi sighed looking at her and then held her hand from both side and took her towards kitchen closing the main door.

Neh-" ok... meri Sherlock Holmes... ham koi gym yaa jogging nahi gaye the. We had a plan to be led down. Usko karne gaye the."

Man-" YES... to teach someone a good lesson." Manvi said all angry but still smirking.

Sh-" kya plan??? Kya lesson??? Oye tell me everything. Now."

Neha and Manvi then told her about Ruhan giving Amaya rose which Manvi found in amaya's diary. They told her it's a punishment for him to give Amaya a rose without their knowledge. They told about the thorns prank which made Sharanya widen her eyes.

Sh-" abey oooo.. .Kya hai yeh. Are you both mad? Usko lag jayegi."

Ne-" come on choco moco....you are behaving as if hamne rose thorns na balki bade bade needles dalae hai. Chill.. kuch nahi hoga."

Sharanya just nodded her head as she knew it's no point talking to these two possessive stubborn heads.

Murthy HOUSE

Rishab and Nandini were having their Bro-sis time. They were planning to go out shopping as Nandini had planned some surprise for Manik on their engagement day.

Rish-" Di.. ek kaam karte hai Abhi aap mere saath chalo we will shop for your SURPRISE!!!! Though aapne Abhi tak exact nahi bataya what the surprise is.*he made a face*. And then Manik jiju ke saath  aapko rings khareedni hai." Rishab said all excited. He was the most happiest as finally his nandu Di n buddy(manik) will be getting engaged.

N-" haan rishu... theek hai yahi karte hai. And Mr rishab... don't try hard... Mere ko pata hai tu kyun janna chahta hai what I'm planning... so that tu apne "Manik Buddy/Jiju" ko bol sake. *she air coated buddy and jiju. *

So thank u very much. Pura plan toh sirf M5 ko hi pata hoga. As Manik unse nahi ugalwa sakta." She said being happy.

Rish-" Yeh galat haiiiiii !!!!!! Bhai ko chod ke aapko unn 5 girls par bharosa hai. Aisa Kyun?? And main nahi bataunga Buddy ko." Rishab cribbed in front of Nandini to tell him the whole plan. Though he knew bits n pieces of it but not the whole thing. And other side Manik was constantly poking him to know what the surprise is, otherwise he would giveaway a secret of Rishab to Nandini.

(Bechara Rishab., phas gaya dono side se... hai na guy?🤔😔😜)

N-" rish... stop making such puppy faces... koi info. NAHI milegi. Chal ab jaldi tu mere ko late ho raha hai."

Rish-" Haan haan... late toh hoga hi aapko. Manik buddy se milni ki bechaini hai na. Waise... what if I tell Manik JIJU!!! to come there. Aap dono saath mein hi kar lo shopping n Romance." He said this and ran from there at high speed.

Nandini took time to process all the things and then ran after him-" Rishuuuu.... rukkkkkk ... Abhi batati hoon main. Bada tujhe romance n all sujhta hai. Rukk tu.."

They ran around the garage n Nandini beta him a little for teasing her.Then they told Chachi that they were going out.

Shantanu came back from jogging and then saw his brother setting his hair looking at the mirror and smiling. He was wearing a burgundy colour striped suit with white t-shirt.
Even Shaantanu got that his bro was getting so much dressed up to impress Amaya. He shook his head and went to change.

Here as soon as Ruhaan got ready he started going to Kapoors house and rang the bell. But he was feeling a bit uncomfortable.
He dusted his pants a little and was pulling it from sides when the door got opened.

There was Amaya standing at the door looking at him with a wierd expression. Ruhaan just straightened himself and smiled.

Ru-" Hi Rooh!!! Good morning. "

Am-" Good morning Ruhaan. Come inside. Waise Shantanu Kahan hai?" She asked giving him space to enter.

Ru-" woh.. He is getting ready. Aata hoga thode der mein." He said still looking at Amaya expecting her to say something about his outfit.

Amaya then saw Ruhaan wearing her fav. Colour office suit. She just hoped that manvi and Neha don't make a scene seing him as it was clear he wore this to impress her.

Ruhaan was continuesly trying to stand straight but then it seemed some itching was happening and he could not do anything in front of Amaya.

Neha came from the kitchen holding a coffee mug and rubbing her eyes.

Neha-" AMI..... yaar tu Kahan chali gayi thi? Kab se I'm waiting for u in the kitchen. Coffee thandi ho rahi hai Teri."

She saw Ruhaan standing there.
-" Ohhhh... aa gaye tum subhe subhe mooh uthake. Yahan hi breakfast khaana zaroori hai? Wahan bhi stock hai. Kuch bana ke khaa skate the." She said taunting him, but was trying to control her laugh imagining what will happen after sometime.

Manvi who was sitting on the breakfast table saw Ruhaan and with tight lipped smile said-" Rehne do na bhabhi.... aa gaye ho toh baitho. And have ur food. Ham tog yahan zor bhandara rakhte hai."

Amaya just left from there as she knew there was no way these two will talk straight with him. She also went to bring the plates. From the kitchen and saw Preethi and Sharanya bring breakfast on the table.

As soon as Ruhaan sat on the chair he jumped like a spring shouting- " MUMMYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!  AYIIIII LAG GAYI..."

He was holding his bum and was jumping up n down.

Amaya,Preethi and Shantanu who just entered the house saw him wide eyed.* WTH was he doing.*

Neha n Manvi laughed while Sharanya just closed her eyes with a sly smile.

Man-" I always knew... you are a monkey... you didn't had to... prove it ....by jumping like them." Said it with great difficulty in controlling her laugh.

Ruhaan just rubbed his pants and a thorn just came out of it.
He was shocked to see thorns in his pant.

Neha came near him and said- " Agli baar se yaad rakhna, roses mein khushboo bhi hoti hai aur Kaante bhi."

Man-" Rose toh tumne hamare naa rehte ammu ko dediya. Toh hamne tumhe uske thorns de diye. I'm way too possessive for my ammijaan. So...."

Neha-" Maintain distance from my BF. And hamare aas paas naa rehne ka koi fayda nahi uthane ka. NAHI toh isse bhi bura hoga." 

Amaya just looked at NeVi  (neha and Manvi) who were whispering something surrounding Ruhaan. She got to know it was done by these two devil's.

Am-" Ruhaan... go and change ur dress first. We will talk then. Jao." She said looking at Ruhaan. 

He was having difficult in going back so Amaya held him giving him support and asked Shaantanu to get his cloths here only.

Here Neha and Manvi just stood with a disinterested face.

Pre-" Guys, yeh galat baat hai. How can you both do this... atleast ek baar ... ek baar mujhse pucha hota, mujhe bhi help karna tha." Preethi started off in a very serious tone but at the end just laughed remembering the thing happened a while back along with Sharanya.

As soon as Amaya came back she just tapped on both their heads.

Am-" Kya tha yeh Haan?? And why you both did this? Is this the way you behave with anyone. Bohot shaitaani badh gayi hai tum dono ki. Zaada lag jaati usse toh? And aisa bhi Kya kiya tha usne?"

Neha and Manvi just made a hawww face and looked at Amaya making a sad pout.

Sharanya n Preethi looked at the trio and Sharanya asked-" Pree... yeh Ammu ko achanak Kya ho gaya? Why so angry that too on nehu and manu, woh hai ruhaan ke liye?"

Pre-" iske dil ki feelings n worry Ruhaan ke liye bahar aa gayi usko pain mein dekhke." She winked back at sharanya and she smirked enjoying the coming show.

Man-" Ammijaan, yeh kisliye? Aur that idiot deserves it. He gave you rose without my permission. How dare he." She was sad that Amaya took ruhaan's side.

Neha saw Ruhaan coming back. She just glared at him which  made him take 2 steps back out of fear.

They all sat on the dining area when Amaya saw Neha and Manvi with an angry pout. Neha was murdering her food with spoon n Manvi was still glaring Ruhaan holding the butter knife.

Ami-" C.B, Shona!!!listen..."

Man-" Mujhe news studio jaana hai. Have some work. So bye everyone. And Pretty I will come in the evening. MaNan ki engagement hai afterall." She just got up and didn't even look at Amaya.

Ne-" NanJu... even I have to go. Nandini ne jo kaam diya hai woh bhi karna hai. Choco moco tu BUNNY ke saath baaki sab dekh le. I will talk to decorators. Chal NanJu."

As they went all looked at Amaya who was all sad. Ruhaan was feeling guilty that because of him Neha n Manvi were not talking to Amaya as Amaya scolded them because of him.

Am-" I'll be right back." She just got up n left.

Here Preethi n Sharanya just casually continued eating their breakfast. They knew these 3 can't stay away from eachother Abhi shaam tak they will be back to normal. And agar nahi bhi hua toh amaya will manage.

Malhotra mansion

Manik was getting ready to take Nandini for ring shopping. He was already late today as he got up late. But thanks to his luck he got Nandini's message that she is going with Rishab and he can come in the afternoon to pick her up for ring selection.

As soon  as he got ready n was coming out of the room he saw a big box outside his room.

M-" Aree... yeh Kya box hai? And yahan kyun hai?"
He picked it up and saw 'MONSTER' written on the name tag. An instant smile came on his face getting that it's Nandini's surprise.

He picked it up and took it to his room to open it.

As soon as he opened the wrapper of the box he saw a guitar bag in it. His excitement grew more as he started taking out the guitar. The guitar came out and on it was beautifully encarved 'MANAN'.
There was also a letter in the guitar bag.

Manik read the letter and was all the more excited. Yesterday when Nandini said she wanted to plan all the arrangement for their engagement Manik didn't know she was planning a surprise for him. Now he knew why she didn't take him with her in the morning. He smiled and rotated his hands on the guitar and on the place where MaNan was written so beautifully.

He was gonna call her but then thought that he will meet her n tell her how much he liked it.

Rish-" Di... exactly Kya chahiye aapko? Kabse ham ghoom rahe hai ek shop se dusre shop. And what is with this gift." Rishab was tired as hell. It's been 2 hrs Nandini was going from one shop to another. She wanted a perfect gift and for that she could do anything.

Nan-" Maine nahi NAHI bola tha tujhe aane mere saath. Tu khud aaya hai. So now just cooperate." Nandini said smiling at Rishab.

Rish-" Mere ko nahi pata tha that aap bhi baaki ladkiyon ke jaise itne choosy ho shopping mein." He said being tired and sat on a pavement of the mall.

Nandini gave him a look, and asked-" Tum kis ladki ke saath gaye ho go shopping jo itni choosy hai? As Chachi ke saath toh tum kabhi jaate nahi and mere bhi saath kabhi hi kabhi aate ho. Hmmm.. with whom you came Rish.?"

Hearing her Rishab got alert he snapped his head towards her and said-" uumm... koi Di.. kiske saath aaunga. Woh.. ek baar Navya Di ke saath aana pada tha and you know na kitne nakhre hai unke with shopping. Aur baaki sab toh maine.. Maine Cabir bhai and Manik bhai ko baat karte sunna hai. Hann?.. unhi ko baat karte sunna hai." He stammered at the first but then at last took navya's name. And also added Cabir.

At the same time someone came from behind and hugged Nandini.

N-" Manik!!!!! Kya kar rahe ho tum. And aise kaun achanak se aata hai? You scared me." Nandini just put her hand on her heart though with a mere touch of his she got that it was Manik.

M-" Aree... kyun darna. Ofcourse tumko mere siva aur kaun aise hug karega? Kyun Champ..sahi kaha na Maine?" He looked at Rishab asking him to agree with him.

Rish-" Haan bilkul buddy... acha Chalo love birds ... mera kaam yahan khatam hota Hai. Ab main chala venue par as Amaya ne bulaya hai for looking after the prep. So bye" he said all this in a hurry and ran from there making Nandini to blush a little n Manik to smirk.

M-" So, chale princess Nandini hamari rings choose karne?"
He said blowing air in her ears which made her quiver.

N-" NAHI.... ham rings toh choose karenge.. but alone. You can't see which one I'm choosing for you and I cant see what you take for me. But then it should be something special like us." Nandini got excited as she said this but this thing made Manik sad. As he wanted to spend more time with her with this choosing ring.

M-" par... Kya zaroorat hai uski? We can decide together na. *Nandini made an angry pout which worked on Manik and he agreed* okkk... fine aise faces matt banao ab. Let's go."

After 2 hrs of selecting a ring for eachother and then having their lunch together they headed home to get ready for their big day.

Engagement Venue.

The entire hall was decorated as per nandini's instructions.  There was arrangement for food n beverages at one corner and the  main area was decorated like a ball room with fairy lights hanging from the roof giving it a look of millions of fireflies clustered around.

Preethi and Amaya were discussing things with one of the decorators to get everything done on time. The surprise of Nandini was suppose to be setup outside in the open area of the hall.

Am-" Are Bhaia wahan nahi laga na hai. Uss jar ko Udhar laga na hai. Ek seedhi baat samajh NAHI aayi aapko? Wahan lagao." Amaya was getting angry on small small things, reason.... well her baby aka shona aka Manvi and her eklauti GF/C.B. aka Neha were not talking to her. And this made her mood spoiled.

Pre-"Ammu, comeon yaar... why are you spoiling your mood. And fluffs and Love are not angry yaar, bas thoda unko pampering kar theek ho jayengi infact mere ko lagta hai abhi tak toh tog woh bhul bhi gayi hongi that they were angry with you." She said trying to cheer her up.

Ami-" inn dono devils ne na pareshaan kar dena hai mujhe. Dekh na subhe se dono ka ek call tak NAHI aaya. Aisa kaun sa Taj mahal ka doom saaf kar rahe hai dono that they can't even call?" Amaya sat on one of the chairs.

"Ammijaan!!!!!!!! Bachao mere ko iss sleepy head se." Came a loud voice hearing which all the workers along with Amaya and Preethi turned to see Manvi running towards where Amaya was and behind her was Sharanya who was trying to catch the bullet train like Manvi.

Manvi hugged Amaya tightly and hid behind her while Sharanya was trying to catch her

Sh-"Di hatto samne se. Aaj Maine chodna nahi hai issko. Hamesha cutie ke peeche padti hai aaj main mil gayi isko." She was huffing and again catching her.

Pre-" Are par hai Kya?? And Sharu tu toh hamari dresses lene gayi thi na boutique se. Tho love kaise mili tere ko?" She as trying to calm Sharanya.

"Main batati hoon." Here came Neha holding some of the bags along with Prithvi who was trying to hold 10 bags but failing miserably.

"Actually aaj main aur NanJu woh badi wali car leke chale gaye the and Choco moco needed that car as saaman bohot tha so she called NanJu to get the car but she was busy so  couldn't come.  Then Maine Handsome aka Prithvi ko bol diya to pick her as he was in that area only. And then NanJu came to pick me up."

Man-" And jab ham yahan pahuche toh dekha these two were sitting inside the car head bent down all close. Pucho Sharu se..what  was she doing.? Manvi said peeping from behind and smirked at Sharanya and then gave a teasing look to Prthivi who was shocked and all red.

Sh-" Chup re pagal... meri bracelet atak gayi thi uske watch se and we were trying to take that out and NOTHING ELSE!!" sharanya said in a defensive tone.

Ne-" my sweet sissy... don't you think this is too filmy. Matlab agar excuse hi dena hai toh kuch dhang ka de." Neha said trying not to laugh and hi-fied with Manvi.

Pre-"ummm.. Prithvi tum yeh sab rakh sakte ho yahan. Ham le jayenge usko. Thank u." She told Prithvi who was finding it awkward to stand there among the friends and listen their teasing. He quietly kept the stuff and ran from there telling them he will se them in the evening.

Sharanya hit both Neha and Manvi for teasing her while at last they hugged and teased her more along with Preethi.

Ne-" AMI... tere ko kya hua? Aise kyun hame dekh rahi haI?" Neha asked Amaya as she saw her smiling looking at them.

Amaya gestured her to come towards her and hugged both Neha and Manvi tightly.

" I'm sorry... Mere mere ko tum dono par gussa nahi karna chahiye tha. It was just Ruhaan ko agar zaada lag jaata toh galat hota na."

Man-" Are... Main gussa tab thi.. actually gussa bhi nahi thi, I was just sad that you just instantly scolded us in front of that idiot. Upar se hamne jo kiya was for you. Main gussa nahi hoon. Par haan you can give me some chocolates and a late night out at beach with M5 to compensate for that scolding." She hugged Amaya.

Neh-"Ami.. we both can never be angry with you. Tune aise socha bhi kaise? And jo NanJu boli was right. And hamara yeh karne ka reason tha which is to make him realise that what you feel for him should reach that duffer. And also I cant give away my love to any na. So a small test that whether he can bear pain for you or not. And zaada bura feel kar rahi hai toh ek kaam karna hoga tere ko jo baad mein pata lagega but promise  kar manna nahi karegi." Neha said smiling at Amaya and she agreed then both kissed her cheeks and hugged her. Which was joined by Sharanya and Preethi.

Pre-" Issbaar main bhi rahungi in the prank." She smirked and all laughed.

Sh-" achaaa..  guys now back to work. And cutie.. tu cake ka order kar di na?"

Neh-" Haan.. Nandini ko video call karke sab decide karke order Kiya Maine." And they all checked the final checking once along with Rishab who could only see the inside hall decore as instructed by Nandini.

Evening

The venue was set, lightings were set, Murthys and Mr. Malhotra were ready to welcome the guests. Media was crowding outside the venue hall for having every minute details of the biggest celebration of the most loved Rockstar and his STAR.

M5 along with Yash and Prithvi were checking the last time prep. Mittal brothers did not joined them in helping as Mr. Malhotra was already there and as per the plan  they can't let him know that they knew eachother. They will be coming as guests.

(but wait!!!!! Where is the star couple of the evening? Aapko pata hai Kya?)

Actually Manik had reached the venue earlier than anyone. He wanted to be the first one to see Nandini in the dress he chose for her. But alas!!!!!! He couldn't.

Outside the room where Nandini is getting ready.

M-" Navya kholo darwaza. What nonsense is this. Let me see Nandini, ab toh main bhi ready hoke aaya hoon. Open the damn door yaar!!." Manik was standing outside the room for the past half n hr. First when he got to know that Nandini was getting ready in venue only he thought to go there and meet her but when he came there he was kicked out of the room by Navya who told him to get ready and now when he was all ready its still the same.

Nav-" Majnu ji... ham bhi aapko keh chuke hai na ki aap Nandu se seedha engagement ke time milenge. Neeche jaao tum. Aur hame Nandu ko taiyaar karne do." She was having so much fun irritating Manik along with nandinj who was enjoying at the same time blushing seeing manik so restless. Actually this was planned by k-sisters to not let Manik n Nandini meet as bohot dino se koi prank yaa Manik ko pareshaan nahi NAHI kiya tha unhone.

M-" Navya open the door.. NAHI toh I will break it and come inside." Manik again banged on the door, at the same time Cabir along with Preethi came searching for Manik and saw him in hid hulk avatar.

Cabir-" Lo dekho... Aaj bhi iska shuru ho gaya. Bhai abhi thode der pehle toh tu majnu bana hua tha achanak se Monster kaise bann gaya?"

Pre-" Cabir, let it be na. Waise bhi pure din mein ek ya 2 baar yeh apne andar ka monster bahar nahi nikalega toh iska food digest NAHI hota hai. Oye Nandini ke monster.. chal na jab se sab koi wait kar raha hai. Manvi and Yash is not being able to control the media. Go and give them a small byte. Phir baad mein ek segment kar lenge after engagement."
Preethi ordered him like a missionary school principal and went from there to check other arrangements, where as manbir were standing open mouth staring at her retreating figure.

Cabir who came back from the shock early shook Manik- " Manik... chal yaar kaun sa naya hai tere liye? Yeh M5 girls hamesha aise hi baat karti hai tere se. Chal ab lets go. Aajayegi Nandini."

Manik just went from there dejected as he knew 'NO ONE CAN WIN OVER GIRLS!'

Manik came towards the open area of the ha'll to give some glimpse of himself to the media. He refused to give any byte without Nandini. So they managed to inform the media about thr same and asked them to wait a little for the ceremony to get over.

Manik was talking to the guests and taking their greetings, but his entire concentration was on the stairs up there from where Nandini was suppose to come.

Suddenly the lights got off and the was dark for a spilt seconds when again the hall was illuminated by small fairylights.
The guests were surprised to see the change.

"MANIK!!!! I know you want  to see you. Even I want to but for that you have to follow your heartbeats." As soon as this voice was heard by Manik he got excited as it was his Shining star and it was the time for her surprise.
