Manik has been in love with nandini for 6 years... And nandini is the one who is avoiding and rejecting him due to his bad impression he had, college doesn't say that but he was the most handsome hunk and popular flirt guy, girls were crazy for him and he was crazy for nandini.

It was 3:00 pm on the dot and that means I only had four hours left.

It's annoying but it's the truth. Her teenage years were much funnier than mine. She even taught me tricks I could use to know if a guy really likes me but that's my little secret.

She walked towards me and pecked my forehead.

"But first you need to have your bath you stink," she said while we both giggled.

I rushed into my bathroom and took a proper bath. I made sure I scrubbed every part of my body and washed my hair properly. I got out of the bathroom and saw my mum picking out clothes for me. She was holding a very beautiful black gown that I never thought I had.

"Check this out," she said immediately she sighted me.

"Wow it beautiful"

"Clean up your body so I can dry your hair"

I cleaned up my body and put on my underwear. She sat me down in front of my mirror.

After arguing back about manik topics and forth we all decided to let my straight hair down. And with makeup we picked a light summer look.

After what felt like hours later my hair was trimmed, washed, deep conditioned, and my straight hair was shiny and bouncy. My makeup was done and I looked amazing.

The brown glittery eyeshadow was very subtle and the foundation blended perfectly with my skin. The natural pink lipstick that I picked matched my natural lip color. Since all these looks were neutral Mandy made sure to make my eyes pop with false eyelashes. I looked like a completely different person.

I was obsessed with how my hair was straight to perfection. I naturally had straight hair and Mom used a straightener to define my long hair even more straight. My hair was bouncy and I was super grateful for being blessed with thick hair since it made me feel even more confident.

I placed my nail polish, phone, random pens, some money, my portable charger that I received from Mom, my lipstick and powder before shutting the clutch shut.

Searching through my drawers I found an old container of white nail polish and quickly going over my toes with it I let it air dry as I packed up my clutch.

"Wow! I'm speechless"

I checked my time and it was 6:30 pm already.

"I need to get the dress before I get late for my own date"
