D day cmes to an end nd Nandini was still waitng for Rishab to open her eyes... Manik asks fab 4 nd Chachi to leave and rest at home and after lot of cnvincing dey agrees except Cabir.. He demands to stay at Hospital alng wid Manik and Nandini...
To which Manik agrees...

Man~(to Nandini) Nandini tmne subah se breakfast ke bd kuch nai khaya h chalo chalke kuch khalo...
