Nandu reached downstairs and manik stood up as it was already late...they both bid bye to Thakkars and settled in their car...once they were out of mansion gates manik stopped the car at side and turned towards her....

Manik:Whats up angel ?? Morning you were soo excited...what happened now ?? Did anyone hurt you ??

Nandu was still lost in her own world...she is just looking at her palms....manik held her hands with his both hands and waited till she looked him and when she did he got more worried as her eyes were filled with tears but there was a different pain in them which she is unable to express nor can she keep inside....manik immediately pulled her on his lap and settled her comfortably....he switched off the radio and hugged her tightly....she held his neck and inhaled his scent to bring her senses back....once she got settled she started to narrate what all happened from the time manik went till he returned....manik listened patiently without any reaction....she closed her eyes till now and once she finished her story she opened her eyes and moved back to look his face....she was a little taken aback by his expression but waited for him to speak....he understood that she finished her side story....he wiped the tears from her face and cupped her cheeks....he kissed her forehead....

Manik:Are you angry on Mr.Vedant ??

Nandu(meekly):No...

Manik:Angry on elder vedant ??

Nandu(sternly):He don't even exist in my world !!

Manik:Then what's going on in your mind ??

Nandu(pouting):That's what I am confused manik....I should be angry with mamaji as he is the reason I lost my parents but I am not...atleast I should be angry on that old man but I only pity him for his fate...I forgave dhruv too before he asked for forgiveness....The thing I am unable to understand is that don't I feel enraged knowing that they are responsible for my lost childhood...he would have been responsible for my lost dignity if you were not in my life...after all these loses I still can't hate mamaji and can't care for the other vedants....

Manik nodded his head in understanding and held her hand in his hand and slowly caressed it....

Manik:There is nothing wrong in it....you know that there is nothing you can do which can bring back amma appa to us...I am not saying that you are being careless or we are doing injustice to their death...it's just that when we know that god has punished him in the most severe way and Mr. Vedant faced such life just because of his one mistake which was not his entire mistake actually yet he lived his entire life away from his best friend and wife...dhruv life became a living hell as he is unable to bear the guilt which is growing in his heart everyday whenever he remembers all the girls with whom he played....you were never a girl who keeps grudge on someone....when you forgave your mama mami after their tortures you never actually realised why amma appa died apart from the fact that someone planned the accident....so there is no harm if you are not feeling anything against them....just do what you feel correct from your heart....

Nandu nodded and hugged him back in the same position....manik took the cue and started the car with her in his lap...he reached mahal and tried to untangle nandu but she was in deep sleep...may be all the information dropped an impact on her mind...he carefully picked her and handed the car to driver....raj and nyo were in the living room only when manik carried nandu and they got a little worried...he slowly placed her on couch and arranged cushions near her as he knew she will wake up soon coz she is not a heavy sleeper in daytime...he explained everything to them about how pratap was nandu's mamaji...raj was little shocked as he didnot met Pratap till now....by the time manik finish his story nandu too woke up and cavya was also down when they heard car sound....as soon as raj saw that nandu is awake he moved near her and hugged her tightly as if hiding her from the world...nandu too gave in as she was in desperate need of a fatherly warmth...he caressed her hairs....

Raj:princess !! Tujhe ab yeh pata hain na that what all happened in past and how she died but you never asked about why you both were made to get married when the reason everyone knew that amms health was worsening but then she survived much long than required....don't you wanna know the actual reason...

This statement of raj shocked everyone except nyo as no one really thought in this angle as to why manan were married at an early age when in actual amms recovered immediately after their wedding.....raj observed them all and started to speak...

When Mr. Vedant saw swara everyone thought that no one knows about that but I was aware of all his moves....when I saw him at the party I knew that swara will be in danger....I made sure that swara security was tight but nandu being in school was a risk factor....I know that he is unaware of nandu being swara daughter but we can't risk it....I discussed the same with nyo and we both came to a conclusion that we will get nandu married to manik as we will anyways get them married in future but right now it is very important to change her surname....our plan was perfect...bhai already made all arrangements for manan school and visa....but situations turned out in the way we never imagined....I made sure that security was tight and car was in perfect condition....but bhai's presence never made me realise all the possibilities and I too made a mistake that is to contact all the killers and keep them under my control....I realized my that mistake lately but lost most important people of my life....

Raj(holding nandu hands):sorry bacha !!!

Nandu:uffoo bf !! I know you tried your level best to save amma appa...it's ok...it was our fate to loose them....dekhna !! Woh dono jaldi wapis aayenge hunare paas....

Nyo(smirking):haan raj !! Bhul gaye kya ?? Nandu ke bachon ki tarah dono wapis aayenge...dekh lena...right nandu ??

Nandu blushed and ran from there stating that she needs to check her luggage while all others just smiled at her retreating figure along with tears at how innocent and good hearted she is....

Manan room

Nandu was all ready for travelling when manik entered inside and locked the door...nandu heard the sound of lock and didn't dared to raise her eyes as she is yet shy from the talk which happened downstairs....manik didn't paid heeds to her changed behaviour as he was thinking of something else....nandu waited for manik to make a move and when found none from his side she raised her face and looked him to find him lost in some thoughts....she frowned and shook him to bring him back to senses....manik looked at her and smiled and left to washroom to freshen up....nandu got confused as why did he appeared lost....she settled on bed and started to think about all incidents that happened from morning and stopped at the thought where she confessed everything to manik and he was quiet....he gave zero reaction...she understood that may be the matter....she waited for him to come out and once he is out made him sit infront of her....

Nandu:captain !! Tumne tab car mein koyi reaction kyun nahin diya when I told you that mamaji is the one who is responsible for amma appa death ??

Manik(smiling and cupping her cheeks):I was aware of it already angel !! When we met Thakkar's family in India I came to know about it....

Nandu:ohh !! So you were not lost thinking about it ??

Manik(laughing):nahin baby !! I was just thinking about my new project for which I need to fly to paris directly from newyork tomorrow....I was tensed for you....

Nandu(confused):mere liye kyun ??

Manik(shocked):tum mere bina akheli reh logi ??

Nandu(pouting):bhai, navya aur maa papa nahin honge kya ??

Manik:honge....par...

Nandu:Then ?? We will enjoy a lott !! Don't worry about me...tum jao aur apna project complete karo ok ??

Manik just kept looking at her in shock as he was thinking that it will be difficult to convince her and he can't take her with him as he is going to be completely busy with meetings only from morning to night....finding no change in her expression he just pouted and nodded in acceptance....he left the room in his trance while nandu blushed and chuckled to herself !!
