Space University

As soon as nandu entered the college premises as if waiting for her alya pounced upon her and it took nandu few seconds to reacognise her...nandu hugged her back and they both broke their hug !! Maddy and dhruv were standing beside her only...nandu wished them too with a smile and turned towards alya with a smile !!

Nandu:Kya hua alya ?? Itna pyaar....kya baat hain ??

Alya(blushing):tumhe pata hain I have a huge crush on manik and kal jab tumne bataya ki you know him that close main toh almost faint ho gayi !! I want to meet him and talk to him...will you introduce me to him please ??

She made a puppy face to which nandu laughed....

Nandu:Ofcourse alya !! Tumhe itna plead karnr ki zaroorat nahin hain...main vaise bhi tum logon ko introduce karwati as you guys are my friends !!

Maddy:Tumhe pata hain nandini...he is the topper of this University !! Koyi nahin kahega ki the son of trustee will ne topper...he is so talented and it will be our honour to meet him personally !!

Nandu smiled and they all entered their classes...everything went smooth and through out the day nandu never remembered her past as she was happy with her friends !! They were having fun while listening to classes...nandu felt satisfied while hearing classes as she is finding her happiness in the subjects....their classes went well and now it's lunch time...it was announced that firsr year classes were suspended for lunch due to their professor absence !!

Canteen

Four of them reached canteen to have lunch...nandu was starving as she had only fruits for breakfast and moreover navya already allowed her to eat anything...its just that she was afraid what if nandu didn't had fruits at evening and night it may affect her health !! So...nandu breakfast was limited to fruits for a month....she decided to have heavy lunch and hence alya ordered two large size chicken pizza along with Double-Decker Tropical Avocado Smoothies....she purposely asked alya to order so that no one can knew that she is new to their world...she determined herself to adjust to outer world which was away from her for 4 years which is more than enough to be an alien to our society !! Maddy went to pick up their lunch and soon arrived as they were fast due to lack of time as it was lunch hour !!

As soon as nandu's eyes fell on smoothie her eyes sparkled with happiness as she remembered her gf who used to make various types of food and beverages for her as she is allergic to outside drinks but used to nag for them always and she neglecting her pari's wish is impossible !! Nandu had slight tears in her eyes but she stopped them from falling as she was a pro in it....she smiled at all who were lost in their pizza and talks and started to eat soon after grabbing her smoothie !! They finished their lunch and are confused as what to do and as always alya asked about shopping to which boys made a grumpy face but nodded....they reached a mall and boys skipped from the scene as nandu is there to accompany her !!

Alya is continuously selecting outfits one after other and gathered about 20 tops and frocks while nandu is just following her and viewing dresses....alya was about to move towards trial room but spotted nandu with empty hands...she frowned and asked her through signals as what happened ??

Nandu:I have shopped more than enough the day I landed in London !!

Alya:Still....Just for fun !!

Nandu(smiling):I don't want to shop for fun !! When time comes we will together shop...ok ??

Alya(hugging nandu):Ok !! I will try these and come...you will select for me na ??

Nandu smiled and broke the hug while nodding her head in yes !! She started with her dress show and compared to her previous shoppings this felt excited to her as she finally have a girl company apart from maddy who used to sulk whenever she ask him to shop with her !! They finalised 3 dresses and moved from there after paying bill !! They reached games room where boys are playing wrestling....girls waited for them to finish...meanwhile nandu got a call...she excused herself and moved aside as it was manik who called her !!

Call

Nandu:Hello manik !!

Manik:Nandu kahan ho tum ?? Iam waiting for you at the college...koyi classes remaining hain kya ?? Do I need to wait ??

Nandu:Manik calm down !! Actually...afternoom meri classes off thi so I came for shopping with my friends...tum mall aa jao jo university ke paas hain...I don't know the name!! Iam here only !!

Manik:Ok !! Give me 5 minutes !!

Nandu cancelled call and moved inside....they finished their game and were planning to go for a pub...nandu didn't knew their discussion as she was outside that time...as soon as she entered inside they thought to inform her but nandu didn't gave them a chance to speak !!

Nandu:Guys !! Manik ne call kia....he said he will be here in few minutes...let's go out !!

They all nodded in approval though dhruv was upset but reached down as he knew by now that nandu is not an easy girl to tackle and convince....it's too difficult to convince nandu for anything !! By the time they reached down manik was already waiting there...maddy and alya smiled at him but dhruv was not at all pleased yet managed to smile which was least affected by manik...he opened door for nandu and she settled down after bidding them all bye !! Alya was beaming as manik bid her a bye.....she is a great fan of manik which made her much more excited !! Manik sat down on his place and started the car....they were on their way to mansion and both of them are silent...though it's been just 4 days nandu met manik still she feels so uncomfortable by his silence as if someone locked her in a room without oxygen !! She thought to ask him if everything is ok but before that her doubt got clarified as manik stopped at the ice cream parlour where they decided to taste all flavours....she looked at him with a smile to which he just chuckled and gestured her to move out...they settled inside in a corner table but not chosen by manik...it was nandu who chose it as she wanted to eat peacefully !! They sat down and manik took out menu card...he was about to go through it but nandu snatched it from his hands..manik was shocked at first but composed himself as he can see the change in nandu behaviour...it is like she is opening up infront of him !!

Nandu(going through menu):Aaj main select karungi...kal tum karlena...next day me...we will select alternatively !! what say ??

Manik:Good idea !! Now choose a flavour as Iam too excited to taste your choice !!

Nandu nodded and closed her eyes...manik smiled looking at his angel who is coming back to him though unknowingly and with slow steps !! She placed her finger on the card and manik removed her finger to reveal the flavour !! Manik ordered a single bowl as yesterday he knew that even if nandu disliked it he can finish both bowls but from today theu are gonna taste different flavours so he decided to not take any risk...it's not like he never tasted any of them...he wished to relive their past memories of sharing a bowl with nandu !!

Manik:Is it ok nandu if we both share from a single bowl ??

Nandu(smiling):You are my friend manik...so it's quite common and I trust you to share with you !!

Manik felt a kind of joy in his heart at her words as they meant little for nandu but for him they are more than enough as he understood that nandu is trying to be his friend which is the first step for any relationship !!Their order arrived with two spoons....

Nandu started to eat and manik too started slowly....while eating he was looking at nandu may be waiting for her to tell him her daily routine...he can ask her to speak but it will be more satisfactory for manik if she herself initiate their conversation and as if hearing manik's plead nandu started to talk...she was saying about her classes,lecturers,subjects,lunch and then shopping but at shopping manik frowned and asked her the same question which alya quit to not ask as she thought they need time to know each other in a better way !!

Manik:But nandu why didn't you shop...I don't think your reason is valid !!

Nandu(playing with spoon):Manik !! Main bhi ek normal girl hoon...itne din almost jail mein thi....I too want to shop and roam like all other girls but the money with which Iam studying and using for my survival is my mother's share of property and money which my nanaji transfer in my name...main yeh nahin keh rahi ki I have no right on that money but I don't even want to waste them for passing my time...main enjoy karungi sabki tarah but....I need to achieve my dad's dream by restarting his business !!

Manik just smiled as he is at loss of words after seeing her maturity and way of living...she is not compromising on her wishes...she is just living it the way she want to and wish to !! They finished their ice cream and left for home....they reached in about 10 minutes and parted to their rooms to freshen themselves !! Nandu changed into a comfortable dress after having a relaxing shower and reached downstairs....she was feeling too fresh and hence decided to have a coffee and as she missed manik's coffee at morning so she made for both of them and moved towards manik's room to call him as till now he didn't came down !!

Manik's room

Manik came out of the shower and was about to wear his vest and shorts when he noticed nandu's childhood pic which he hid in his closet under his files away from everyone !! He traced her with his fingers and smiled cutely !!

Manik(pov):Angel !!! You know you are looking soo cute abhi bhi just like in this pic....mann karta hain to just tell you who I am so that the love which Iam seeing in your eyes for your captain can be reflected for me...huh !! Kaash main bol paata tumhe...koyi nahin...I want to make you comfortable around me by the time you know who am I !!

He placed the pic and changed into his dress as cabir strictly ordered him to wear atleast tshirt till nandu gets habituated to it !! He is drying his hairs when there was a knock on the door....manik opened the door casually and left it open while moving back to mirror but the time his eyes fell on the reflection behind him he was left spell bound at the cutest sight ever !!

Nandu left her hair open and is looking like a china doll in the dress she wore with her bunny slippers....manik just froze at his spot without blinking his eyes while nandu is blushing under his gaze...she is confused herself as why she is blushing but kept quiet !! She coughed a little to gain his attention and manik turned towards her !!

Nandu:I made coffee for both of us !! Come downstairs quickly before they get cold !!

Manik:Ok !!

Nandu ran from there while manik just ruffled his hairs in embarrassment on being caught....

Manik reached downstairs and moved to lawn as he knew she will be there only waiting for him...nandu smiled at him and he sat beside her...

Both had their coffee silently while viewing garden which gives an immense amount of peace to anyone !! Manik is remembering their childhood when they used to play in India while nandu is thinking no different....they finished their coffee and after an hour moved inside !! Manik settled on couch with his laptop while nandu moved inside kitchen to prepare for dinner....she prepared paneer curry and roti for them...

They had their dinner with talks and jokes about cavya...manik is highly impressed with nandu's cooking skills but didn't told anything as he wanted to tease her...but she disappointing him didn't even brought that topic...not able to keep his eagerness manik asked her !!

Manik:Nandu !! Why are you not asking me about curry like how it is ?? Do I like it or not ??

Nandu:I can see it in your eyes manik !! They are pure reflection of your heart and brain !! So...mujhe tumhe puchne ki jaroorat nahin hain as I know it already !! You may think how I can read your eyes...it's because after my captain and joker bhai you and cabir bhai are the only men who my heart trusted and it can never be wrong !!

Manik is like what did she say ?? He didn't expected her to accept him that closely....he felt proud of her as she took a lot of care in choosing trustworthy men and smiled imagining her reaction when she will know that the 4 people whom she trusted are in actual only 2 persons who appeared as different persons in her life !!
