Here comes, full on 'MaNan' update.

I wanted to post this chapter on Sunday but it was such a hectic day for me, I was busy because of Diwali festival.

Anyways, wish you all a very Happy belated Diwali. Hope you guys had a great time with your family.

Chapter 11- You have a place in my heart which no one else could have..

Ahh..Finally! Like finally Nandini told me everything.

Feeling such relief now..

But is she okay right now?

I glaced at the clock, It'd been 15 minutes, since Nandini and Nidhu were downstairs.

I also got down, but I found just Nidhu in the living room. Maybe she just finished her lunch but, Nandini?

"Baby, where's mumma?" I asked Nidhu, who was watching..

As usual, cartoon!

"Mumna musht be in kitchen papa" she said, eyes still fixed on tv

"Kitchen? Okay." I moved in the kitchen but she wasn't there.

Kahan gyi?

Maybe she went upstairs to my room?

I was about to walk upstairs when something got in my ears

I heard sobs from the guest room.

Nandini...?

F!sh!!

I grabbed the door handle. Fortunately, the door was not locked! I walked straight in, shutting the door behind.

"Nandini!" She was there, right sitting down, with her arms folded across her legs, hugging her knees close to her chest.

I marched forward and bend down to her. Her head was low enough, to rest on her knees

"Nandini" I called her. She raised her head, her eyes were red, swollen! Tears were constantly flowing out from her eyes..

"Baby, why are you crying?!" I said calmly, wiping her tears.

She still needed some time to sort out her emotions...

She was broken!

"Shh! I'm here!" I pulled her in my arms instantly, she gave in and hugged me tighter

"Manik, please don't leave me." She was sobbing like a baby and I just wanted to take out all her pain away

"What made you think this way? Do you actually think, I'll leave you?" I asked almost in a such a sweet tone, she nodded in a no

"Tou phir?" I said, tucking a few strands of her hair behind her ear.

"I don't know" She sighed.

She wanted an assurance

God, these insecurities...

"I'd never leave you, you knew that from the start I met you right! I was there, with you all the time! Why? Because I love you & I need you in my life. You're asking if I'll leave you then my answer is Never. I'll never leave you Nandini.." I mumbled while my hand on it's own accord, stroked her cheek gently

"Promise?" She whispered back, folding our pinky fingers together, making a puppy face

Such a kid, my Nandu baby

"Yeah, 'MaNan' promise" I smiled, tightening the hold of our fingers

"MaNan?" She asked confusingly

"Manik-Nandini ..'MaNan'.." I tried clearing her confusion and it took her a minute to register

"Oh!" She giggled and hugged me again, I reciprocated equally

Her smile, her giggles, her everything is so precious to me..

After a good 15 minutes, we broke the hug broke when something struck my mind

"Nandu, I've an important work at office. Have to go!" I stood up from my place, she followed my move.

"Baby, you okay no?" I asked, cupping her face. She nodded

"I love you so much Nandini!" We bored into each other's eyes for a moment.

Somewhere I was hoping she would say those 3 words back to me!

But..perhaps she needs time, never mind.

Aj nhi tou kal, confess karna hi hai. I know she loves me too.

I turned to leave when she held my hand..

"Manik" She called me yet again, I turned to her side

"You need anything?" I asked in a calm tone and she bobbed her head like a kid

"What is it?" I raised my eyebrows to her, gesturing her to answer

She leaned closer, decreasing the distance. She put her bare feet on mine, to match my height. I wrapped my hand around her waist, to make sure she doesn't stumble back.

I was just standing like a confused soul

She wrapped her arms around my neck, standing in my feet as I held her steady

God, what was she up to?

"I need this" She whispered and before I could register anything, she placed her lips on mine!

Damn!!

She kissed me but I didn't responded! I was taken aback, obviously!

This girl never leaves a chance to surprise me.

She broke the kiss, with a disappointing face. Ofcourse, I didn't responded so it's obvious for her to get disappointed

But wait, her head was lowered!

She must be feeling rejected!

She was about to move away but just then, I pulled her closer to me as my one hand was around her waist, and the other one, stroking her cheek.

She really had an effect on me

"Manik, Kiss me" Her words came out as a whisper, but even if she would have whispered the words a hundred miles away, I would have picked every single syllable.

I pulled her face closer to mine. Brushing her lips lightly and our lips locked!

The kiss started soft and tender but..

I wanted more!

More than kissing her!

"Oh god, how much I missed this!" I mumbled in between the kiss, I could feel her smirk

I know she missed this too!

I pinned her to the wall, kissing her more roughly

I can't control anymore!

As soon we pulled apart, my lips found it's way to her sensitive spot

"Manik" She moaned as I placed wet kisses down her throat

"Ah.." She whimpered as I bit the side of her neck,, daamn!

She so made me crazy for her..

I need her right now..

We both hit the bed lightly, with her beneath me. My eyes bored into hers.

"Manik" She immediately held my hand, stopping me to go further "Office, you have to go to office right" Oh sh!t! I totally forgot about that! But, when she's around, I can even forget the entire world too..

"Oh yeah.." I got up, she did the same as she adjusted her dress "I'll miss you" She began, and I smiled

"I love you too" I deliberately changed the answer.

Say it Nandini, c'mon!!

"See ya" She smiled at me, I moved forward and placed a long kiss on her forehead. "Take care" I spoke softly and dashed out, not before giving her my warm smile

Nandini's Pov

"Mommy, kal 'Diwali' mommy!" It was evening. This was the fifth time, Nidhu was saying this. It was evening already, we were sitting on the couch, watching T.V. Nidhu was actually getting so much excited about the festival.

I was so much in a mess back that totally forgot about Diwali festival. Thanks to the 'Diwali' add which showed on the T.V through which I got to know

Does Manik know?

God, so many prepations to do! This will be my first Diwali with Manik!

I was in my beautiful thoughts and I don't know when my eyes got closed

"Manik, kal Diwali hai!!" I freaked out. I didn't even realise when I went into a deep slumber. Manik was home already! I was in Manik's room, obviously he carried me here when I was in slumber. But why didn't he wake me up?

"So?" He asked as if it wasn't a big deal agrh!

"So? Manik we have to buy so many things! Clothes, we have to decorate our house, lights, diyas, prayer and all!" I yelped, I was almost in a verge of crying.

I so wanted to celebrate my first Diwali with my Love. .

"Ooh noo!" I started wailing like a baby.

"Hey shh! stop wailing like a baby." He took my hand in his "My dear Nandu, I've already arranged everything. Come with me" He dragged me out of the house while I looked at him bewildered

He arranged everything..?! How? When?

He dragged me out where Nidhu was!

"Mumma, dekho humala house!" She clapped her hands with excitement

My gaze moved to the front.

"Oh wow!" The only word came out! This was so beautiful! "When did you do this?"

"Well, when you were in a deep slumber and as I love simplicity so I didn't wanted to make it more complicated. You like it?" Manik asked me, seriously?

How can someone not like it?

"Manik, I love it! It's simply beautiful!" I whispered, still looking at the house

"Papa, me too love you it and mumma too loving it" We let out a chuckle with Nidhu's word.

She was feeling sleepy too

"Okay now let's go inside, kal bahut sare preparations bhi tou karna hai." Manik picked up a tired Nidhu in his arms and we moved inside

"Papa, main kishe saath khelungi? I want a fliend (friend)" Nidhu spoke almost in a sleepy tone as we moved in the guest room

"Fliend? Hmm..main hoon na! Main apke saath khelunga. Acha, Nidhu baby ko Diwali gift mein kya chahiye hmm?" Manik placed Nidhu on the mattress, trying to make her sleep. He was whispering sweet nothings in her ears

Aww! Father & daughter duo.

"Papa! Mommy and maine cartoon mein dekha, a shishter (sister) have a big brother, who takshe (takes) good care of her. Mommy said, I will have a chotu brother in future. Phir mujhe uski care karna parega. Mujhe chahiye abhi! Main apni chotu brother ki care karungi. Diwali gift! I want a 'chotu brother', papa!" My eyes widened listening to her words

Oh god, Nidhu!!

I could feel Manik's gaze on me but I avoided.

Obviously, this was embarrassing!

"Ah..acha? But mommy ne tou daddy se iss k bare mein kuch nhi kaha. Mommy, aap Nidhu baby ki wish puri karengi?" Uhgrh! This Manik na.. he just like teasing me more

Monster! devil!!

"I..main,..I'm water; I'm going to have thirsty" I spoke as Manik frowned at me. Oops, I realised it was pronounced in a wrong way. Sh!t

"I mean, umm..I'm thirsty so I'm going to have water" Manik started laughing..

What the..Is he mad?!

No, no. I'm the one who's mad right now. Grh!!

I somehow moved out of the room and rushed in the kitchen.

I instantly put my hand on my chest, my heart was literally beating so quick!

"Mommy, aap Nidhu baby ki wish puri karengi?" Manik's words rang in my head and I couldn't help but blush profusely

"Nandu!! No blushing!" I tried calming myself but this damn blush!! Grh! "Stop blushing Nandu, what if Manik comes here and see you like this? So stop blushing like a 18 year old teenager" I somehow muttered to my inner soul

"I'm already here, Nanduuuu" Manik's creepy tone made me startled. I turned to find him just too close to me

Monster!! I mean, whose boyfriend scares their girlfriend like this?..

"You said you're thirsty but here you're busy blushing huh!" His hands wrapped around my waist and he pulled me closer to him. I hit his chest instantly.

I felt myself melting into him...

"Acha tell me one thing, are you serious about 'that' ?" He glanced sharply at me and again slow flush invaded my face

"Manik, maine,..woh bas aise hi." I bit my lower lip, sh!t this stupid blush won't leave my face either

"Vaise, two babies tou already hai" He nuzzled in my neck and I winced a little as he gently sucked the mark, which he gave me in the morning

"Is it hurting?" He asked ever so huskily making me all weak.

"No..." I whispered; closing my eyes to feel his lips on my skin when something struck my mind

He said 'two babies' !

"Two babies??" He pulled away as I asked him the question

"Yeah!" He shrugged his shoulders as he answered

How? two babies..?

What was he trying to say..?

"Shut up Manik. Ek raat mein kuch nhi hota okay! Vaise bhi, we didn't do it that night so." He smirked at me, again making me all flushed

"Ofcourse I know, we didn't do it! Aur maine kab kaha k tum pregnant ho? I meant to say that, one is Nidhu baby and the other one is You , obviously" WTH! He found me like a baby? Seriously?!

"I'm not a baby!!" I snapped, trying to push him away

"Ofcourse you are! My Nandu baby" He pulled me more to himself "You keep wailing. Kabhi bhi, kahin bhi rona shuru kr deti ho. You're such a babby.."

"Shut up!" I was so annoyed with him okay!

"Why will I shut up? Anyways, tum jaise bhi ho, you're my love & I still love you" He said, I felt my cheeks heating up

"Ahh..I love it when you blush" He scooped me in his arms and moved out of the kitchen "Time to go to bed, baabbyy..."

"Manik!!" Okay, I can't bear this. He was really irritating me now!

He placed me on the bed, next to a sleeping Nidhu "Goodnight" He whispered lowly, as he kissed my forehead "I love you"

I love you too Manik..

But I'll tell you tomorrow, giving you a big surprise.

"Goodnight" I whispered back. He gave me a faint smile and went out of the room, closing the door behind

I know you want to listen those words from my mouth and I promise, tomorrow will be OUR day. I love you so much Manik...
