Next day- 12 am

Nandini woke up to find both manik and ayaan sleeping on both sides..

She slowly got up and sat..

Nandini took her phone..she saw the texts she had and one was from anubhav..

He had wished her a happy diwali

Nandini replied to him and to all the other texts she got..

Manik woke up too soon..

Nandini: goodmorning 

Manik: goodmorning..

Manik sat up too nad leaned with the bedrest..

Manik: myrah is sleeping?

Nandini: hmm..chalo manik! Fresh hoke niche jate hein..party ki preparation karna hain na

Manik: haan..chalo

They both freshened up fast and went downstairs

Nandini: happy diwali everyoneee! 

Cabir: happpyyy diwaliiiii!!

Navya hugged nandini and then they all sat discussing about the party..

At 6pm-

Nandini sat on the floor of the living room making a ramgoli beside the entrance..

Navya: nandu ready ho ja

Nandini: haan..yeh banalu! I love making rangolis

Navya laughs: thikhain..mein jati hoon

Nandini: hmm..

Everyone else went to get ready too and nandini with a very happy face sat making the rangoli..

She took some colours and designed a part..

When she was to take colours again she saw the plate of colour was not there..

Nandini: yeh kaha..

She looked on the other side to see it there

Nandini: yeh toh uss side mein tha na..

Nandini took colour and started designing again

Again the same thing happened and the colour plate's position changed..

Nandini: arehh..

Manik from behind placed his chin on her shoulder

Nandini: manikk..bata tha mujhe

Manik smiled: hogaya?

Nandini: no thoda sa baki hain..

Manik: chalo na nandini..

Nandini: thoda sa please..

Nandini started putting colours again..

Manik placed his hand above her one..

Nandini smiled: kya karrahe ho?

Manik: helping you..

Nandini laughed..

His hands moved as nandini moved her hand..

Manik took some colour from the plate..

Nandini: manik no..

Manik entwined their fingers together first and then moved his hand up her hand and to her shoulder..applying colour the whole way..

Nandini closed her eyes as manik moved his other hand around her stomach..

Manik whispered in her ears holding her very tight: happy diwali nandini..

Nandini opened her eyes slowly with a smile on her face

He kissed her cheek from behind

Nandini: manik abhi jao an get ready..stop distracting me!

Manik: chalo bohot hogaya

Nandini: please thoda sa baki hain

Manik: finee 

Manik stood up but his leg slipped on the oil that was spilled over tere from a diya..

Manik fell flat on the rangoli...

Nandini:ahhh..

She opened her mouth and looked at the rangoli..

Manik: shitt..

Nandini: manikkkk!!!!

Manik: sorry! Areh waha tel..

Nandini: tumtoh..arghhhhh!!

Manik held her hand and pulled her too

Nandini went on the rangoli too..

Manik: kya? Khud kyu ayi?

Nandini: why did u pull mee! Aahh meri  rangoli! Ohhoo!

Manik sat up..

Manik: chill phir banalo

Nandini: you dont talk to me! Uff

Manik applied the colour on her cheeks..

Nandini: arghhhh

Nandini hit him playfully and moved his hands away..

Manik laughing went to his room to get ready and nandini again started making the rangoli..

After about an hour-

Nandini was done and hurried back to her room..

No one was there...

She hurriedly went to the washroom to freshen up and to change..

Manik and all the others were on the terrace taking pictures..

Ayaan and navya were lighting diya's all around the terrace..

Myrah was with alya and they were both busy taking pictures..

The terrace was decorated beautifully with lights and it was the perfect lighting..

Manik wore a navy blue kurta with a black pajama and ayaan wore a red kurta..

Manik: nandini..uff takes so much time! Mein ata hoon..

Manik went down and to his room..

He entered and sat on the bed

Manik: nandini fasstt..

Nandini: haan..hogaya..

Nandini came out..

Manik kept staring at her as she stood infront of the mirror wearing her earings..

Her hair was kept open and set perfectly at the back..

Nandini turned around and came walking towards the bed when suddenly her legs got tangled with her clothes which were on the floor and nandini fell on top of manik and the both lied down on bed with nandini on top of manik..

Nandini: ouch..

Manik and nandini both looked at each other and started laughing..

Manik laughing: history repeats itself huh?

Nandini laughing: chalo..

Nandini was about to get up but manik pulled her down and then went above her..

Manik: ahh..something was left undone 7 years ago..

Nandini smiled looking at him

Manik entwined their fingers together and kissed her forehead

Nandini: manik..we should go..sab wait karrahe  hain..

Manik: i love you

Nandini smiling: i love you too..

Manik slowly kissed her lips and nandini did too..

They both stood up and nandini fixed her hair..

Manik: this shall remain continued..

Nandini smiled and manik picked her up

Nandini: kya manik..

He carried her up to the terrace..

Mukti: aa gaye ye dono! Finallyy! 

Nandini: manik put me down..

Manik put her down..

They all wished each other happy diwali and took pictures...
