Nandini: manik chalo khana khalo..

Manik lied down covering his face with the blanket

Nandini: manik? Ufff manik..uthoo..

She tried to remove the blanket but manik held it tightly..

Nandini: ouchh..

Manik removed the blanket and looked at her

Manik: kya hua?

Nandini smiling: kuch nehi..chalo khao!

Manik: seriously? Nandini u r being ridiculous..

Nandini: haan thik hain!

Nandini gave him the spoon..

Manik: i just want to...

Nandini: kiss me? Aww manik..

Manik: shutup nandini!

Nandini: khana khao..

Manik started having his dinner..

After he was done nandini gave him his medicine..

Ayaan called nandini

Ayaan: mamma mein so raha hoon dhruv chachu or alya chachi ke saath..

Nandini: okay baby! Goodnight mera baby! Love you..

Ayaan: papa kaise hain?

Nandini: papa bhi thik hain..ye lo baat karo..

Manik: hi buddy! Sleeping like a good boy?

Ayaan: haan papa..get well soon!

Manik: thanks champ..goodnight! Loveyou..

Ayaan: love you too..bye..

Manik cut the phone and kept it at the table..

The nurse came and took the food tray out..

Nurse: corridor lights will be off soon..patient abhi so jaye..

Nandini: haan thik hain!

The nurse left..

Nandini switched off the lights of the room and turned the dim-light on..

Nandini: manik so jao..come on lie down!

Manik lied down

Nandini: mein waha sori hoon okay? Kuch chahiye ho toh call me?

Manik: oh so u r not gonna sleep with me now?

Nandini: manik..mein yaha kaise sou..ye patients ka bed hain na?

Manik: fine! No sleeping for me tonight..

Nandini: acha acha thik hain..

Manik gave nandini side and she lied down beside him placing her head on his chest and hugging him..

They covered their body with the blanket..

Nandinu: dard nehi hain na?

Manik: nehi..

Manik put his hand around her shoulder

Manik: nandini bolo na..

Nandini closed her eyes: kuch nehi manik..

Manik: u r so stubborn.. Omg

Nandini: i want u to sleep now! Please sleep..

Manik: thik hain! Maat batao..humesha toh tumhari hi chalti hain..phir karoge something stupid..aise hi toh ideas ate hain na tumhare dimag mein jab tum mujhse kuch chupati ho? Manik ko chor ke chala jaunga mein..manik ko protect karunga aur khud hi problem mein fas jaungi..typical nandini..

Nandini kissed his cheek : i love you..

Manik: haan me too..

Nandini hugged him tight and they both closed their eyes..

Nandini: aiyappa..i dont know mein kya karu..baas manik ko kuch na ho aiyappa! Kal saab thik ho..

They both slept soon hugging each other..

At 5 am-

A nurse came inside..

She woke nandini up slowly by calling her

Nandini woke up and sat: haan?

Nurse: rounds..

Nandini: ohh haan..

She slowly removed manik's hand from around her stomach and got out of the bed..

The nurse check manik's bp..

She soon left after writing his report..

Nandini stood beside the window and looked outside..

The sun did not rise yet but the sky was lighting up slowly..

She heard the birds who were waking up..

The one or two cars going along  the roads..

Nandini stared at the view thinking about something..

Manik started coughing slowly..

Nandini rushed and took a glass of water..

She sat beside him

Nandini: manik..ye lo!

She held around his neck and manik raised his head..

Nandini made him drink water and then he lied down again..

Nandini lied down again beside him..

Manik hugged her from the back and slept..

The thoughts was travelling the innocent mind alot..

Nandini wiped her tears and soon slept holding manik's hand..

At 9 am-

The doctor came..

He switched on the lights

Nandini and manik both woke up..

Doctor: sorry to disturb guys! Manik's x-ray time..

Cabir came in just then

Cabir: so sorry nandini..i forgot to come at night..actually i slept

Nandini: its okay cabir! Kya sorry..

Doctor: lets go then..

Cabir: for the x-ray?

Nandini: haan.. 

Manik and nandini both got up and freshen up..

They went to the x-ray room..

Doctor: chalo ready?

Manik: haan...

Doctor: she looks more nervous than you are..

Manik smiled looking at nandini

Manik: dont worry..

Nandini held his hand and kissed it..

Manik went inside..

Cabir side-hugged nandini

Cabir: kuch nehi hoga..

The tests were soon over..

They went back to the room as they were asked to wait for some hours..

Nandini: sab so rahe hain?

Cabir: haan saturday hain na..everyones all tired! Ayaan bhi sleeping..

Nandini: acha hain..itni subeh uthna parta hain..

Cabir: let me get some breakfast for us..

The three had breakfast together while talking..

The doctor came soon with the reports..

Doctor: congrats! All the reports are fine..there are just some stretches on your arm..but its nothing to worry about..pain killers would do the work..and everything else is fine!

Nandini got a big glowing smile on her face..

Nandini: thankyou so much aiyappa!

Doctor: discharge will be at the evening..

Nandini hugged manik as soon as the doctor left..

Nandini: finally..

Manik hugged her back..

Cabir: moo mitha toh banta hain..let me bring some sweets..

Nandini broke the hug and looked at manik..

Nandini: i am so happy finally we will be at our home..

Her expression changed as a thought came to her mind..

Manik pulled her closer holding around her waist..

He got his lips very close to her

Manik softly: bolo nandini..whats disturbing you?

Nandini: manik..woh..

Manik: hmm..

Nandini opened her eyes..she controlled all her emotions and pecked on his lips..

Nandini smiles: i love you..

Manik: jab bata na ho toh bol dena?

Nandini: haan manik..

She hugged him again..

Manik: still pissed at you..

Nandini hugged him more tight: dont be..

Manik smiled but changed his expression as soon as nanidni looked at him..

Nandini: kya? Smiling haan chori chori?

Manik; nehi toh..

Nandini tickled his stomach

Manik laughed: nandini..

Nandini: ye kya hain?

They both laughed for awhile and then cabir came in with cake

The three enjoyed the cake and then had coffee..

They again sat gossiping..
