Manik held her shoulders and made her look at him and said

Manik: shh... Nandini when I am there with you...you don't have to be scared at all. Hmm?

Nandini looked in his eyes which were assuring him. She took a deep breathe and bobbed her head. He smiled and held her hand...they moved towards the door which was open.

As they entered the lady who was sitting on the sofa said

Voice: what are you doing here?

Looking at her Nandini got tears.. after almost 6 months she saw her amms...

Even amms had tears looking at her but she shooed them away as she didn't want to show them her soft side.

Amms: tum dono yaha kya kar rahe ho?

Nandini: maine kaha tha na....

Nandini whispered to Manik to which he just blinked his eyes assuring her. Listening amms voice chachi came our and looking at Manik and Nandini after so long... specially Manik as he was in coma and Nandini with her baby bump.

Chachi: Manik... Nandini

She whispered to which Manik smiled looking at her where as Nandini got tears...

Manik:chachi kya aap Nandini ke liye paani laa dengi?

Chachi immediately bobbed her head and moved inside. Manik made Nandini sit on the sofa.

Amms was looking at his actions and she was longing to hug her Nandini but she couldn't do that.

Chachi came with water and gave it to Manik he made her drink the water. Keeping it aside he looked at amms who's eyes were on them.

Manik: I know aap dono mujhe aise dekh ke hairan ho lekin main sach mein hun yaha aapke nazron ke saamne...

Listening him chachi was going to hug Nandini Nandini saw her and was willing to hug her but looking at amms chachi backed off...making Nandini sad...

Amms: ab bologe?

Manik: amms aapko pata hai Nandini aapke liye kya hai aur aap Nandini ke liye kya ho...amms jab Nandini ko aapki sabse jyada jarurat thi tab aapne use kyun nahi apnaya?

Amms listening him looked away not wanting to talk about it...

Amms: because usne kaam hi aise kiye the...

Manik: kis kaam ki aap baat kar rahi hai amms?

Amms: she got pregnant that too without marriage...

Manik: aap kaunse khayalat mein hai amms? Aapko pata tha na ki main aur Nandini ek dusre se kitna pyar karte the... infact abhi bhi karte hai...phir?

Amms looked at him with tears but then soo diverted her face from his... Manik saw an unusual behaviour of amms.

Manik moved towards her and sat beside her and said

Manik: amms...aapko dar tha na ki main jinda nahi rahunga? Nahi?

To which she just bobbed her head with tears...

Manik: phir bhi aapne Nandini ko ghar se nikla diya? Agar use kuch ho jaata...toh? If us din dad Nandini ko ghar nahi leke gaye hote toh?

Amms: use kuch nahi hota...

She said with firm tone...making Manik chuckle...

Manik: aap toh aise keh rahi hai jaise aap Nandini ka khayal rakhte...

Amms: ofcourse rakhti...

Manik: toh phir tab kyun use itna dukh diya?

Manik asked with tears... Nandini and chachi were also crying...amms looked at him and then at Nandini.

Amms: main majboor thi...

Manik:majboor? Serious? Aap aur majboor unbelievable...

Amms: yahi sach hai... mujhe Nandini pe guss aaya tha lekin main use maaf karne wali thi par...

Manik: par? Par kya haan? Kya aapke dimag mein ek baar bhi khayal nahi aaya ki Nandini's ko aapki kitni jarurat hogi... kitni miss karti hogi voh aapko?

For the first time Manik has raised his voice infront of amms making her flinch as well as nandini and chachi...

Chachi: Manik..

Amms:nahi shanno Manik's ko bolne do...

Manik stared at nothing and said drinking back his tears

Manik: amms aise kaunsi majboori thi jo aapne apni hi beti ko thukra diya?

Amms looked down at her fingers and whispered

Amms: tumhari maa..

Here in College fab 4 were practising music when Harshad barged in making them stop.

Mukti:lo aa gaya gadha...

She whispered which was only heard by Cabir who chuckled.. Harshad came infront of them and asked smirking

Harshad: arey tum log char hi kyun ho? Where is ur lead singer Manik Malhotra?

Cabir: tujhe kya karna hai bey?

Harshad:tameez mein reh Cabir main is college ka president hun...

Cabir: president hoga is college ka humara nahi...so just back off okay...

Cabir said showing him the door to which Harshad got angry and said

Harshad: behave urself guys varna tum sabki complaint kar dunga...

Alia: aur kya karoge bhai?

Harshad: Alia?

Alia shouted and left from there...

Mukti: Harshad dekh ja yaha se...already tera chehra dekh kar maan kar raha hai haddi pasli ek kar dun...

Harshad: ohh mukku baby don't worry that day will never come...anyways us Manik ko bolna aake mujhe mile...

Cabir: and who the hell do you think of urself that he will come to you?uske paas time nahi hai

Harshad: haan voh bhi hai...apni preganant girlfriend ka khyal jo rakh raha hoga...

Listening him Dhruv, Cabir shot him a glare...he chuckled and said

Harshad: anyways nice meeting you guys aur haan Manik ko bolna to meet me...

Saying this he left from there... Mukti gritted her teeths and said.

Mukti: yeh samjhta kya hai khud ko? I feel like killing him...

Cabir: chill lady bheem...chal tu Alia ko message kar to meet in the canteen is gadhe ne aake oura mood hi kharab kar diya...

Saying this he moved forward and Dhruv and Mukti followed him. Mukti was messaging Alia while walking.

Listening amms Manik was numb...he thought his own mother didn't leave Nandini's family members also..

Amms: she told me about you cheating on Nandini and Nandini too but I didn't believe it... Then she said that she will kill you if I let Nandini be in the house isliye mujhe yeh sab karna pada...main aisa nahi karna chahati thi par...

Amms started crying and so did Nandini...chachi was crying not knowing what to say.

Where as Manik was numb...he didn't knew how to react to this.

Manik: so you took my and Nandini's baby as reason to throw her out of the house?

To which she just bobbed her head but then said

Amms: par I really love you both...mujhe koi objection nahi Nandini being with you.
