Chacha chachi Got to knew abt Manik so they came to mansion with rishab. Chachi came took the place of navya n started placing strips on him bt no use his fever was still the same. Cabir asked him to take the medicine bt he denied

Nandini had already boarded the flight n now they were ready to fly

Manik slept unknowingly n after some time chachi was replaced by mukti.

After 1 hr 20 mins Nandini's flight landed n after 10 mins she came out. Cmg out there was already a car present with the driver to take her

(I googled the time of flight from mangalore to Mumbai n it showed 1 hr 20 mins so isliye)

Driver took her bag n Nandini sat in the car. She immediately called the dr n asked abt his reports n dr said that they are still in procedure n he himself will come in mansion with the reports. Nandini thanked him n waited to reach malhotra mansion she even called the butler n told him to make soup n keep it ready and then she called cabir n asked him abt Manik n food also n cabir told her everything

As soon as she reached mansion she walked as fast as possible bt couldn't as her leg was paining. She had told butler to get a bowl of soup n food that navya cooked quickly .Aryamaan was Cmg out of the room wen he noticed Nandini's arrival so he came in room n said

Ar-guys Nandini aagai hai

Even in his sleep he heard abt Nandini n immediately woke up before he could say anything Nandini came towards door Manik looked at her and tears brimmed in his eyes while everybody started leaving the room to give them some privacy

As everybody left from there Nandini closed the door n came to Manik. She placed her hand bag on the edge of bed and came beside him

As soon as she sat beside him Manik with great difficulty lifted his upper body n hugged Nandini. Nandini too held him tightly n took him in her embrace n kissed his head

Nandini easily could feel his temperature n knew that his fever was more so she immediately took the thermometer n measured his temperature still the temperature was 104 degrees

Before she could say anything there was a knock on the door n Nandini let the person in. It was navya who had got water for her Nandini took the glass from her while Manik was still in her arms she forwarded the glass to Manik n he drank the whole water as Nandini knew that he was thirsty his dried lips said it all

Navya smiled at her concern n than left saying she will get another glass for her. As she left Nandini looked at Manik n again kissed his forehead head and than said

Nan-pehle thoda khana kha lo than we will treat your fever thik hai

With this Nandini started making him sit comfortably on the bed. Adjusted the pillows behind his back n covered him with the duvet properly as he was feeling cold

There was a knock on the door n Nandini let the person in n he was the butler who got food for Manik as per Nandini's order and behind came navya with water for her. Nandini took that bt kept aside coz Manik was important ryt now.

Nandini took the tray from the butler n said pointing at those cold water bowls

Nan-aap yeh le jaye aur fir jab Mei kaho tab aap dusra le aayega

He said okay took the bowls n was leaving wen Nandini again said him

Nan-lunch ka time hogaya hai aap lunch lagaye aur sab se khe dijiye k woh log khana kha le

Again saying okay he left bowing his head infront of Nandini. Nandini turn to Manik n asked him

Nan-muh dhona hai

Manik bobbed his head and Nandini stood up got a empty mug n lil water in glass n made him clean his mouth. Throwing all that Nandini came out washing her hands n sat in front of him placed a napkin around his neck n took the bowl of soup

She was abt to feed him wen Manik said like a kid

Ma-Mei yeh saara soup pee jaoga without any tantrums toh tum muje 5. Kiss dogi ( he told her 5 bt he showed his 10 fingers )

Seeing his actions Nandini giggled n said taking n kissing his one hand

Nan-5 nhi 10 bas

Manik gave her a million dollar smile and Nandini started feeding him the soup blowing air in soup to make it warm enough to drink that

Manik was quietly having that soup n making faces saying that soup is yuck n downstairs the butler told everyone abt Nandini said n than everyone sat for lunch

Completing the soup Nandini cleaned his lips n than started feeding him the veggie n roti. Feeding him a morsel she asked

Nan-pehle adhi roti kha k kyu chod diya

Manik chewed his morsel n than gulping it he said

Ma-my whole body is paining I couldn't even break a morsel isliye I left that food

N a lone tear escaped his eyes which Nandini immediately wiped it . She again feeded him a morsel n than took his hand whr the blood was taken from him she kissed on that white sticker n than rubbed her thumb all over that area easing his pain along with feeding him

After long time she stopped her thumb movements over there n asked

Nan-ab dard ho rha hai

Manik nodded n Nandini continued his feeding. After feeding him Nandini kept the plate at a side n came out to call the butler to get cold water n 2 fresh clothes strips for Manik

Cmg back she made Manik lay down on bed bt he instantly placed his head on her lap n hide his face in her stomach n for few mins she let him be

Butler got wat Nandini asked for n left taking the empty plate from there . Nandini than called him softly n said

Nan-Manik sleep straight I have to do this cold water strips

Ma-nhi muje aise rehna hai tumhare pass plz

Nan-thodi der Manik pehle let me treat you than you can sleep the way you want

She forcefully made him sleep straight n started doing that cold strip thing. Nandini was doing that wen Manik said

Ma-muje bahut itching ho rhi hai Nandini plz do something

Nan-Krti ho thodi der plz let me treat your fever first

Doing all this from half n hr finally manik's temperature reduced to 101 degree. Nandini again made him sit n removed his vest to check his itching n as soon as she removed that she was big big red patches of rash on his body n Nandini immediately got shocked seeing that and said

Nan-Manik yeh toh

She looked around n they were on his chest n stomach also. She touched that Manik flinched as it was burning him. Nandini stood up from her place n immediately got a cold cream from her wardrobe n started applying that to his rashes which helped in reducing manik's itching

Nandini than lifted his tracks too from downwards n noticed that his legs n thighs too were having same rashes so applying it over there also she covered him with the blanket

Cmg to him she asked

Nan-ab kya ho rha hai

Ma-my whole body is paining n head too

Nandini sat beside him n Manik kept his head on her lap n hided his face in her tummy while Nandini started gvg him a head massage

Just few mins had passed away wen the dr arrived with manik's reports n again everybody gathered in his room. Manik dint let go off Nandini away from him n she had to be like that

Dr came n checked Manik n said

Dr-aacha hova tumhara bukhar kum hogaya warna hospital Mei admit krna padta

Nandini asked.

Nan-uncle reports Mei Kya hai

Dr-well reports says that it's an allergy. Uske reports Mei it shows that he had consumed lots of acid which had caused him allergy......aur Manik k reports k hisab se yeh mostly pineapple ki wajha se hova hai

Ma-Meine pineapple khaya tha...... kaal aryamaan k ghar pe

He said all this looking at Nandini n Nandini than looked at dr n than said

Nan-iski body pe rashes all bhi hai they are.....

Dr-they are all because of that only...... consumption itna zayda hogaya hai that it has got into his blood n he will feel extremely weak n abhi fever kum hai bt might be it will come back bt I will give him a injection toh fever will subsided

(Guys these are not the symptoms of pineapple allergy bt my story needs these symptoms so bear it)

Hearing injection Manik looked at Nandini and Nandini said

Nan-uncle medicine nhi hai Kya I mean injection can we avoid that

Dr-its okay if medicines chahiye toh woh bhi sahi hai injection toh isliye so that his allergy will get out of body soon bt medicines will also do

While the dr was writing his prescription Nandini asked

Nan-uncle Manik ko pehle toh koi allergy nhi thi fir yeh kaise

Dr-it happens..... with growing age and chng in body side ho skta hai .......nothing to worry.

Saying this he wrote few medicines n gave to Nandini n explained her the dose. Dhruv came ahead n said that he will get the medicines n Nandini gave him the prescription

Dr was abt to leave wen he noticed Nandini's elbow n the band aid so he asked

Dr-yeh tumhe Kya hogaya

Nandini looked at her elbow n than said

Nan-Mei gir gayi thi

Dr-ohh take care

He was abt to leave bt Nandini stopped him and than she asked that if she could give Manik haldi dhood n kada n all n dr said that it will be good for him n act as a blood purifier for him

Nandini thanked him n dr left from there. After he left mr malhotra asked Manik abt his health n than Nandini to eat something. Nandini said she will have later

One by one everybody left from there n Manik snuggled in Nandini. Soon dhruv handed his medicines to Nandini n left from there .feeding him his afternoon dose Nandini sat over there for some time.After some time Nandini got up from him n came down n brought him haldi milk

Making him sit Nandini offered him the glass bt he denied it so Nandini said him

Nan-pee lo na Manik isse your body ache will go plz have it na

Nandini made him drink the entire glass . After he finished it Manik said to Nandini pouting his lips

Ma-bahut ghanda tha

Nandini sat infront of him n immediately captured his lips dominating the kiss. She entered her tounge in his mouth n sucked each n every corner of his mouth

Feeling breatheless she broke apart n after catching her breathes she asked

Nan-ab ghanda taste aa rha hai

Manik smiled to the fullest and than nodded. Nandini went down kept the empty glass n got food for herself. Sitting beside him Nandini ate her food. Completing her food she cuddled Manik n soon he was fast asleep

After he slept Nandini gave him a good hard body massage to all those areas that was easy for her to massage. Than Sitting with the support of head rest Nandini leaned her body over there n she too was fast asleep

Navya came to check in them n saw them sleeping so she left from there quietly and informed the rest abt it

Chacha chachi had left quiet early as chachi wanted to do ardas for Manik n that's why she was busy in that

Late at evening Nandini woke up while Manik was still sleeping. She carefully placed him on bed n came down after getting fresh to cook dinner for Manik coz she knew that he will not eat such simple food if not made by her hand

She was busy in cooking wen mr malhotra came to her n asked her to take rest bt she explained him abt manik's tantrums with such lite tasteless food n that's why she was cooking

Blessing her mr malhotra came out. Soon it was dinner time n Manik was so weak to even get up from his bed so he had his dinner over there only with Nandini from Nandini's hand only

Eating his medicines Manik was fast asleep n than Nandini chngd in her nightwear. The gang downstairs asked mr malhotra if they could stay back as Nandini might need help n he agreed

Chnging in their night wears everybody slept soon.
