After having a small convo mr malhotra asked manan to freshen up n than they will have dinner

Manan came to the room n Nandini got fresh first n than Manik

After he came out chnging in his nite wear Nandini came to him with that envelope n said gvg him that

Nan-yeh lo dad ko dena hai na

Ma-abhi?

Manik took that from her n both descended down after Cmg down they got to knew that dad was in his room so they started walking there

With every step Manik was taking he was getting nervous n his heart beats were racing

Reaching the room Nandini knocked the door n dad said

Dad-yes

So Manik called from outside

Hearing him mr malhotra shouted from inside

Dad-Manik aajao

Both entered bt first was Nandini n behind was Manik trying to hide Himself mr malhotra saw their position n saw Manik holding Nandini's hand tightly just like a child holds his mother hand

Both were silent n Nandini was gesturing through her eyes to him to go all this was seen by mr malhotra who understood that they are here to say something bt he dint interrupted their moment coz he knew that they need tym to motivate n encourage each other n the matter will be known to him soon

Pressing her hand on his gvg him all the surity n strength she freed his hand n moved aside n with lots of energy Manik came to mr malhotra who was sitting on bed

He kneeled down in front of dad n said forwarding that envelope looking down on the floor

The ever so monster Manik was not able to word out his feelings n mr malhotra had seen all his colors from being the silent Manik to the hard heart man to a happy lover n now a soft hearted boy n knowing that his n manik's innocence being brutally destroyed it was very difficult for both of them to express their feelings n not wanting to make it more difficult for him he ruffled his hair n said softly

N he initiated to take the envelope n Manik to forwarded to give to him n than there was a different silence btwn them which was broken by Shankar kaka who was unaware of the air in the room n entered saying

Kaka-khana lag gaya hai sahab ab chale

Seeing them all silent he asked

Kaka-Kya hova

Mr m-kuch nhi chalo khana kha lete hai

He killed that awkward silence btwn them n made Manik stand up n he too stood up n came to the dining area

To lighten the mood Nandini served them food n than filling her plate she said excitedly

Manik n dad looked at him n Nandini continued

Nan-kaal Diwali hai so kya Mei kaal yeh pura ghar saja skti ho plz

Mr malhotra smiled at her cute demand n said

Mr m-off course yeh tumhara hi toh ghar hai usmei puch na Kya hai jo Marzi hai woh karo

Nandini became very happy after listening this n said

Nan-thank you dad

N both men smiled at her babyness n than kaka said who was standing a lil away from the table

Her determined tone made mr malhotra a lil happy n he agreed n gave her a positive ans than wishing good nite to each other Nandini made mr malhotra lay down covered him with the duvet n came out closing light n door

Keeping the glass n everything in the kitchen properly she came to Manik who was waiting for her resting his back with the head board she entering saw him awake so asked

Nan-tum soi nhi abhi tak

Manik raised his hand as if calling her n said

Ma-tumhare bina kaise sojao

Nandini sat beside him n said

Nan-ohhh like that

Manik started nuzzling in his hair n said

Ma-hhhmm aise

Nandini giggled feeling ticklish n than said

Nan-r u not tired after traveling so much

Ma-tum ho na ur one touch n all my tiredness flys away from me

Nan-is that so

Ma-hhmm

Than after some time both laid down n than slept hugging each other

It was 4 am n Nandini got up untangling herself from his hold softly without waking him up she left to take a shower

Cmg out she chngd into a good heavy dress n came down stairs she knew all must be sleeping so she quietly came to kitchen n than took all the required thing n came to a small corner of the hall whr there was mandir

She without eating anything started cleaning the whole mandir as it was Diwali she cleaned everything n decorated the whole mandir gvg it a beautiful look bt still flowers were left to put on the idol

It took 2 hrs to complete that work n than she left in kitchen to make sweets to keep it as prasad n also made badam ka halwa coz it was mr malhotra's fav n today was his birthday n breakfast for everyone

It was 8 am n kaka n all the servants woke up n saw Nandini busy in her work she also lite up n diya n agarbatti infront of god n due to which the whole mandir was smelling pleasant

Kaka saw all this coz till date nothing like this happened in Diwali at that house n came to mr malhotra smilingly who had just woke up

Seeing his smile mr malhotra asked curiously

Mr m-Kya hova kaka subhe subhe aap k chehre pe muskurahat hai

Kaka-baat hi aisi hai aap khud dekh lijiye

N mr malhotra followed kaka n from far he showed him the view that how Nandini was working for him n Manik n looking that everything is perfect mr malhotra smiled n said

Mr m-mere Manik ki psnd hai galat kaise hogi

Nandini was done with her preparations for morning breakfast n puja so she was Cmg out wen she noticed them so came to him n bowed down n took his blessings n said

Hugging her he said

Nandini smiled and said

Nan-aap fresh hojaye tab tak Manik bhi aajayega fir puja kr k breakfast krte hai

With this he left to take a shower n Nandini rushed to Manik who was still sleeping without any romance she woke up Manik

Nan-Manik wake up dad is already up we have to wish him

Knowing wat she said he too woke up immediately n left to take a shower

Removing a pair of clothes for him Nandini came down n removed badam ka halwa in a beautiful silver bowl with a silver plate beneath it n was waiting for both the malhotra's

Luckily Manik came down n stood beside Nandini waiting for dad n soon mr malhotra too came he came near them n said

Mr m-chalo puja krta hai

N was abt to walk away wen Nandini forwarded the halwa n Manik called him softly

Mr malhotra turn to them n Manik taking the plate from Nandini came infront of him forwarding a spoonful of halwa towards his lips Manik said softly

Taking the bite happy tears brimmed in his eyes so Nandini took the plate from Manik so that they can have a proper hug

Hugging each other for a good time they broke apart n than Nandini came forward n feeding him halwa she too wished him n mr malhotra took her also in hug n than thanked both of them

Than keeping the halwa on the table they came to mandir n also called all the butlers to attend the puja

Already the thali was decorated only diya was left to lighten up so Nandini lighted that n gvg the thali to mr malhotra she started singing the aarti n they did puja half way mr malhotra gave thali to Nandini n Nandini with due respect gave it to kaka to do the puja

Being happy to do that as a fmly member he too did the puja n lastly Nandini was given the chance to do the puja n she brought Manik too with her

Holding the thali with his left hand  manan did the puja n than completing it she turned to apply tika to them as Manik was beside her only Nandini did tika to mr malhotra and n than gvg him ladoo that was for prsd she n Manik bend down n touched his feet to take blessings

Gvg them lots of blessings they stood up n wished mr malhotra happy Diwali n than turn to kaka n did the same with him like mr malhotra

Than gvg prsd n tika to all the butlers Nandini turn to Manik n by that tym mr malhotra gestured everyone to leave them alone

Applying tika to him Nandini feeded him sweet n so did Manik n than asked her teasingly

Ma-yes off course

Punching him lightly Nandini placed the thali back in mandir n came out n Manik followed her blushing

Butlers had laid the breakfast n Nandini served them n also gvg bowl full of halwa to everyone she too sat for breakfast

By that time all the things that Nandini wished last nite to decorate the house was brought n kept at a side n they had a peaceful breakfast

Than mr malhotra had a small work so he had to go out so Manik took him with him n gvg him a ride also in the car that he gifted him

Here Nandini asked all the butlers to clean the whole mansion n till than she prepared some really yummy dishes for Diwali

Before lunch Manik n dad were back home with a happy face n Nandini was just gng to start her Diwali decorations

Placing earthen diyas/ diyas made of mud on both the side of stairs only lighting up was left, placing a big water bowl properly around the big whole filling it with sunflowers n than it will small scented candles she was busy in decorating the mansion n their rooms
