Next morning Nandini woke up by 4 n her day was usual while it was 8 n still Manik was sleeping dreaming abt Nandini

It was 8.30 wen a packet was dropped for Manik that was send by his dad

It was 9 n yet Manik was sleeping while Nandini was getting ready for college .Manik woke up n asked for his bed tea wen a butler came n gave him a square box n said

Seeing the box tied in a ribbon he opened it n found a key inside analysing wat it is he came down n outside the mansion

As soon as he opened the door he saw the latest model BMW car standing exactly outside the door n Than he removed a small chit that was with the key in the box the paper read

After reading it Manik looked at the car n than immediately called up Nandini

Nan-arey no hie no good morning direct conversation

Ma-Nandini plz bolo kaha ho

Nan-leaving for college.......kya hova Manik is everything okay

Ma-sab thik hai bas tum ghar aajao

Nan-ghar bt kyu are u fine Manik

Ma-Nandini plz mei.........mei thik ho tum bas aajoa

With this they ended the call n Nandini hurriedly left towards malhotra mansion while Manik was pacing around in the hall rubbing his hand on his head

It was 1/2 hr still Nandini haven't arrived n looking at the time Manik talked to him self

After another 10 mins she came to him she was so much into to reach to Manik that she dint notice the car n straight forward came to Manik she entered n saw him walking to n fro in the hall so she called him softly

Looking at her Manik came near her n said

Ma-itna tym kyu lagaya kaha thi tum

Nan-Manik i was just Cmg tum batao y u called me so suddenly like this

Manik held her elbow n softly dragging her outside the mansion he said

Ma-come

As he reached near the car n said looking at the car

Ma-see

Nandini looked at the direction whr he was seeing n after seeing the luxury car she came out of his hold n said dreamingly taking a round around the car n looking at it kneely

Nan-wow Manik this is so beautiful so Pretty

Having a complete look at the car she came infront of him n he said

Ma-dad ne gift kiya hai for my success

Nan-(excited)-really (Manik bobbed in yes) than did u call him n thanked him for this

Manik knew that Nandini knows abt that awkward relation btwn him n his dad so he raised his eyebrow while seeing his reaction Nandini said

Nan-don't tell me that U r not happy

Ma-gift ka mei kya karu wen he is not here to wish me

With this he leaned to the car

Nandini knew that he was ryt at his place bt she also knew that his dad to was ryt at his place n now Manik needs to break all that ice btwn them so she said

Nan-srsly Manik tum yeh bol rhe ho.........do u realise how lucky u r

Manik was abt to speak bt this time Nandini dint let him talk n said

Nan-Manik tum akele launch nhi hove ho entire fab5 have been launched bt do u realize that nobody is there to gift them individually.........u ppl received bouquet bt as fab5 not to alone mukti ya dhruv n here u r getting car from dad n u r disappointed

Again Manik opened his mouth to speak n again Nandini dint let him say

Nan-Manik fab5 k pass Bhi fmly hai mukti k parents bhi usse dur hai bt they dint care to send anything for her cabir n dhruv uski bhi mom hai still they dint receive anything

She held both his palm in her's n said

Nan-Manik I know u r hurt bt dad is not wrong at its place

Manik looked at her surprisingly n Nandini knew wat he meant so she continued

Nan-yes I had a conversation with dad n he told me that he never wanted u to let go bt unhe laga that for a kid uski maa se zayda kuch important nhi hai n that is y he let u go with nyonika n by the time he realized that his decision was wrong tumne apni duniya bana li with fab5 isliye dad never forced u to come back n unki khamoshi tumne galat le li

By now Manik had softened n Nandini continued

Nan-Manik I don't know wat is btwn u nyonika n dad lekin Manik dad tumse bahut pyaar krte hai He misses u really don't do this to him accepted that dad is wrong bt Manik tum toh ryt ho na toh kyu isse drag kr rhe ho unnecessarily I know even u miss him than y r u hurting ur self don't this to urself Manik it hurts me to see u hurt mat karo aise baat karo unse

Manik understood wat she meant to say bt still there was something that was not letting him break that wall btwn him n his dad n seeing his expression Nandini can understand so she said

Nan-aacha chalo imagine (Manik looked at her n started imagining) agar ek din wen aahana is 3-4 yrs old n aisa ho that u are busy in ur work extreme busy that u dint call me once just to give worlds luxuries to aahana also n raat ko u get to know that aahana bahut naraz hai tumse n she is not talking to u n next day also tumne bahut koshish ki to manofy her bt she never appreciated ur efforts n stayed far away from u whole day just for a day n aahana dint look at u for once toh

Before she could complete Manik had imagined the whole situation n than took her name softly yet complainingly having all the emotions fear anger guilt helplessness sadness

Hearing his tone Nandini said

Nan-kya hova taklif hovi with the mere thought only that ur child tumhara baccha tumse naraz hai............wat abt dad Manik........abhi tumne feel kiya na that how a father goes through wen his own baby does not understand him wen he is busy just to give them happiness.........toh Manik dad k kya unhone apni puri zindagi sirf tumhari luxuries ko fulfill krne k liye apna saara tym de diya n aaj bhi de rhe hai this tym wen he is suppose to retire he is still working roaming all over the world to earn more money just to not let u say that he can't complete  ur any wish n wat are u doing ......... aahana ka toh koi wajud bhi nhi hai n u r hurt n tum..........plz Manik don't do that mat karo aur pareshaan dad ko baat karo unse Manik mere liye aahana k liye Manik.....plzzzzzz (saying this she rest her head on his heart n saying) plz Manik call karo unhone plz Manik plzzzz call karo unhone aur break this difference among u call karo Manik plz aisa mat karo

Hearing her so much a lone tear escaped his eyes n than he kissed her head n making her face him without a word he picked up his phone n called his dad

Mr.m- hello

Ma-dad

Mr.m-Manik kaisa hai tu

Ma-Mei thik ho aur aap

Ma-Mei bhi.......aap apni dawa le rhe hai na thik se

This was the first time wen Manik asked something that was related only to his health n not work

Mr malhotra chocked bt with great difficulty managed to say

Mr.m-haan beta

Hearing beta Manik closed his eyes  n a tear escaped his eyes n Nandini wiped it immediately.there was a brief silence n than Manik drinking back his unshed tears said

Ma-aapka gift mila muje

Before he could say anything mr malhotra asked

Mr.m-pasand aaya

Ma-haan bahut

Again silence took place btwn them n Nandini held manik's hand tightly n nodding her head to go ahead she was silently encouraging him to speak n finally he spoke

Ma-dad

Mr.m-haan Manik

Ma-dad I m ......... I........m...... so.......sorry

Saying this Manik burst out in tears n hearing his sorry n crys mr malhotra too started crying n Nandini too cried seeing him crying n was continuously wiping manik's tears n Manik started saying in his crying tone

Ma-I m sorry dad so sorry plz dad muje maaf kar do Mei bahut bura beta ho dad m sorry

While other side mr malhotra was nodding his head in no still crying n saying

Mr.m-nhi Manik it not ur fault son it not ur fault

Ma-m sorry m sorry

Mr.m-Manik baat sun teri galti nhi hai it was my fault I m sorry beta I m really sorry

Ma-nhi aap sorry mat bolo

Mr.m-m sorry it's my fault

Ma-no don't say that

Mr.m-Manik plz stop crying mere liye plz

Manik drank back his tears n mr malhotra said

Mr.m-purani baatein bhul jao let's start a fresh

Ma(determined)- yes u r ryt let's start fresh

Again silence took place btwn them n than mr malhotra said

Mr.m-chal ab rona band kr n take that car in college n tell me kaise lagi iski first drive

Ma-hhhmmm I will

Mr.m-thik hai take care beta

Ma-hhmm

With this they were abt to end the call wen Manik said

Ma-dad

Mr malhotra kept back his phone on his ears while Manik continued

Ma-I love you

Hearing him fresh tears brimmed in mr malhotra's eyes n he replied

Mr.m- I love you too son I love you too

Tears flowed from Manik's eyes to n seeing his tears Nandini too cried more wiping his tears n Manik ended the call n immediately hugged Nandini still crying like a 4 yr old baby in his neck again n again mumbling "i m sorry" while Nandini was rubbing his back consoling him

Here mr malhotra was badly in tears n shankar kaka came to check on him n seeing him crying he came to him n said

Kaka-kya hova sahab aise kyu ro rhe ho

Mr malhotra stood up n hugged him n said to him

Mr.m- mera Manik mere pass aagaya kaka woh usne mujse bola woh mujse bahut pyaar krta hai mera Manik mujse naraz nhi hai

Shankar kaka was very well aware of manik's coldness btwn them n hearing him he was happy n he too started crying happily n saying

Kaka-mubarak ho sahab bahut bahut mubarak ho

Having happy tears n content smile mr malhotra analysed that it was Nandini behind all this n he silently thanked her in his heart n later texted her

Cmg back to Manik he was still badly in tears still in Nandini's embrace n was saying again n again

Ma-Mei bahut bura ho Nandini I failed as a son

Nan-no Manik u r the best.best son best boyfriend best lover n worlds best man

Ma-no Nandini I m not

At the same time Nandini received a msg bt she gave a damn to it as her Manik was near her n she forcefully broke the hug n said wiping his tears

Nan- u r not bad okay

Saying this she made him look at her n said wiping his tears

Nan-bas ab no rona dhona ab sab thik hai so u should smile

Saying this she stretched his lips saying to smile bt Manik again engulfed her in his arms n said

Ma-I love you Nandini I love you so much

Nan-I love you too Manik

Saying this she kissed his shoulder still being in his hug
