Alia: What are we doing here?

Asked a confused Alia, the whole Fab5 have the same confusion etched in their faces.

Well, now you guys must be thinking what Fab5 apart from Mukthi doing here. Simple, as for our Majnu, the moment he got to know that his Nandini is ditching the remaining college hours then what he has to do there? So he tagged along. As for our Cabir, as he has already stuffed his face with his beloved darlings he thought at least to spent the rest of the day with his Madhubala. He doesn't want her to think that food is above all for him even though it is the truth. That makes Alia and Dhruv alone in the college and they certainly don't want to be together without their friend especially not after what happened yesterday night. They are not relieved from the shock as of yet. Even though Alia boldly told that girl that she is his girlfriend it brought a hell load of awkwardness between them. They are afraid to discuss the topic. They are still hanging on that confused stage. Even though Alia's jealousy is at its peak when another girl so much as to look at our silent boy her heart is not ready to embrace this whole feeling all of a sudden. She desperately needs to talk to someone about it. But she is afraid at the same time. It's not that Fab3 will judge her. It's just her insecurities kicking in. Maybe it is her failed relationship and the pain it bought playing with her mind and become a barrier for accepting the second chance the destiny throwing at her. On the other hand, what pulling Dhruv back is how he misinterpreted his feelings for Nandini, and he won't want this to happen once again. Only he knows how glad he is that he never told Manik and Nandini about his feelings. Otherwise, he would have lost his buddy and best friend. Another problem is Alia herself. How could he feel something for that girl who was his best friend and his buddy's ex for that matter? On above that same girl was trying to arrange dates for him. This sudden change in their emotions and all of a sudden seeing her in another light is messing with his mind. It will surely take a lot of effort for him to understand that the very same girl has already made her space in his heart where no one ever dared to enter which is only reserved for her. Hopefully, these two will realise their love soon.

Back to the present, now Fab5, NavNi and Harshad are waiting for M6 to come. Fab5 is being impatient, especially because this very same hospital being them back to the memories of Dhruv and Rishab's sufferings. But NavNi and Harshad's face didn't show any kind of uncomfortable feeling. They seem excited.

Navya: Just a minute, other will be here soon.then you guys will understand everything.

Nandini: And of course you guys will surely enjoy here. We promise.

As they said it a car enters the premises and M6 comes out of it. They share their greetings surprised to see Fab4 there.

Abhimanyu: I never expected you guys here.

He said looking at Fab4 after side hugging Mukthi and kissing her temple.

The girls gave each other a look then at Mukthi, Navya wiggling her eyebrows at Mukthi, who tried her best to not get affected by their teasing look. While boys were surprised, to say the least. Aryaman even filed his fake tears earning an eye roll from Abhimanyu.

Navya: That was an awesome improvement for one day.

She said taking the opportunity she got when Abhimanyu and Harshad left for checking the arrangement earning giggles from the girls except for Soha who was still looking at the retreating figure of Harshad.

She came back to reality feeling a concerned Nandini nudging her arms asking what happened to which she just needed in a no and dragged Nandini with her behind the others who were already halfway.

Fab5 was confused when M6 lead them to the hospital auditorium and felt amazement when they found it decorated with colourful balloons and other decoration stuff and a big banner in which Happy Birthday Naina is written in bold letters. It was also filled with sparkles and pictures of Disney princesses and barbies.

After a few minutes the chirping and cute giggles of children who burst through the door. Some looked so pale, some in wheelchairs and all but the smile stretched across them told a whole new story.

Then comes Abhimanyu giving a buggy back ride to our little Naina who was admiring the whole decoration with those bright eyes filled with an ocean of happiness. Behind them enters Vikram and Payal Naina's parents who looked at M6 with a thankful look which they just shrugged with smiles.

"Happy Birthday Naina"

Everyone screamed making Naina shy away and hid e her face more into Abhimanyu's back. Everyone awed at her adorable acts. Abhimanyu tickles her sides making her erupt in a fit of giggles.

Soha took Naina from Abhimanyu's hands and bring her to the table where her birthday cake is set up.

Soha called Naina's parents too then made 3 of them hold the knife and instructed to cut the cake together.

They cut the cake together and feed Naina kissing her crown. The scene was very emotional it made everyone went through so many emotions.

While Navya, Kaira, Aryaman, Soha, Madhyam Abhimanyu and Dhruv reminisce their birthday celebrations with a happy smile, Nandini, Alia and Harshad had a sad smile as they could never have birthday celebrations with their parents. Manik was hoping to celebrate his next birthday with his parents as they become a happy family again. Mukthi who do not have a memory of celebrating her birthday with her parents was watching the scene unfolding in front of eyes with misty eyes and lastly for Cabir who never celebrated his birthday with his father had only one wish that if there will be a day where his father will accept him.

After the cake cutting, everyone indulged in making the kids happy. Playing with them, hearing they're non-stop blabbering. Fab5, who is infamous for their lack of patience for once loved to be with these kids.

Manik: Tum hamesha Nandini se kyun chipak raha hai?

Asked a frustrated Manik to the boy who is giving dreamy looks to Nandini and it was enough to wake up the possessive monster.

The boy showed Manik his tongue before running back to his other friends.

I think I said about Fab5 having patience a bit soon.

Nandini: Manik, bacha hai woh.

Manik: Toh?

Nandini: Toh use khoorna band karo.

She scolded him making him pout.

Nandini: Awweeee Manik, Tum kitne cute ho.

Manik: I said this before also. I am hit, handsome sexy but not cute.

Nandini: Aisa muh banate hai aur kehte hai ki cute nahi hai. Me.Self obsessed Malhotra, tum maane yah na maane you are cute. So shut up and help me distribute them their toys. Come.

She said dragging a whining Manik.

*Nandini ke alawa koi bhi Manik ko aise beizati nahi kar paenge. Sab ke saamne sher but Nandini ki saamne cute kitten.*

Harshad: Aisa nahi hai Alia, aise pakdo nahi to woh gir jaegi.

Said Harshad adjusting the kid in Alia's arms.

Alia: How do you know to hold the kids that?

Harshad: Alia, you are forgetting that I have a little sister who always refused to leave my arms when she is little.

He caressed her hair making her give him a bright smile.

Alia: Bhai, I know I ignored you for long, but.

Harshad: It's not your fault Alia. It was mine.

Alia: We both were at fault. Now I want to redeem it Bhai. I want to be that Alia who always need her Bhai with her. I miss us.

Harshad: Me too. And now everything is fine na. We will once again be the siblings we once were. I am not gonna let you go for any reason now. You are all I got.

Both the sibling aide hugged each other.

Alia: Bhai, kya kal ki din aap mere saath spend karoge? Like just us?. I have so much to tell you, to hear from you.

Harshad: of course, jo mere baby sister chahe.

Kaira: Aryaman, you can't eat these candies. These are for the kids.

Aryaman: arey, I just eat 10 of them. Bakki sab de do inko.

Kaira: 10 candies? God! what are you? 5?

Aryaman: Kayu, God kaise 5 saal ki ho sakte hai? Tum itna budhu kyun hai. Now go and don't disturb me.

He said showing another candy to his mouth.

Soha: Kaira, why are you wasting your time yaar. You know my pyaara sa brother is never gonna hear you.

Kaira: You are right, but kya kare, dost jo hai. Think about it Soha, what will be Neha's reaction when she gets to know that he still snatches kids candies. Tch... Tch....

She said making Aryaman chock on his candies. The girls suppress their laugh.

Aryaman : (keeping a hand on his heart) Don't worry Aru, your Laila will accept you as you are. Don't think about these idiots and their words.

He murmured before carrying on eating his candies making with the girls look at him in disbelief.

Aryaman rocks Kaira and Soha shocks. *Poor Them*

Madhyam: Dhruv, tum akela kyun baithe ho?

Dhruv: Kuch nahi Maddy, I was just looking at them. Kitne khush hai na yeh sab. Sach mein, kitne easy hai in logon ko khush karne ko. It's just us adults who make everything complicated right.

Madhyam: Baat toh sahi hai. But why this gyan now?

Dhruv: Tum bhi toh apni life bewajah complicate kar raha hai.

Madhyam: Matlab?

Dhruv: I saw how longingly you are looking at Kaira but something is stopping you from reaching your happiness.

He said looking at Kaira who is now making faces at Aryaman who is devouring his candies.

Dhruv: She is your best friend someone who understands you without you say anything. Then why this hid and seek. Go and get your happiness, Maddy.

Dhruv adjusted his cap before starting back at the playing children.

Madhyam closed his eyes for a moment before opening them and smiling at Dhruv.

Madhyam: You know what Dhruv, you are right. I am just making it more and more complicated when I can have my happiness back. But don't forget that what you said also applied to you too.

It was Dhruv's time to be confused.

Madhyam: I saw what happened yesterday and also saw how awkward you and Alia feels now. Just like me and Kaira, you and Alia too need a heart to heart talk. Mein toh aaj hi karne wala hai and I suggest you do it soon too. You know na our girls are too beautiful inside out that anyone can fell in love with them. I don't want to lose my chance. So think my dear friend.

Madhyam winked at Dhruv leaving him to think.

"Aur mujhe pata chala ki meri sote vakth maa roti hai, tab doctor uncle ne kaha ki agar mein ache se woh gandha wale tablet khaongi toh mein theek ho jaongi. Isiliye meine dawai khane suru kiya. nahi toh kon khayega yeh dawai?"

Said the little munchkin who is now comfortably sitting in Mukthi's lap. This little girl was searching for someone to play with her dolls that were given by Manik and Nandini and she asked Mukthi. Not being able to decline the cute request Mukthi agreed. The next second this little munchkin climbed on Mukthi's lap. Now she is blabbering anything and everything.

Mukthi nodded her head even though her posture is stiff and is holding the kid to her chest to make sure she will not fall from her hands.

Abhimanyu: What is happening here?

Kid: Bhaiyya, didi is so sweet. She even gave me chocolate.

Abhimanyu: Wow... Then She really must be sweet.

Abhimanyu gives the kid n astonishment expression winking at Mukthi who was blushing for a change.

Abhimanyu: so, how is it? Did you enjoy here?

Mukthi: I never know I can befriend kids. But I didn't understand why you bring me here.

Abhimanyu: You didn't get it? Arey, it's simple. You see these kids, they haven't even started their life but is fighting their own battles. Tum bhi toh salon se apne jung lad rahe ho na. But, do you know the difference between you and these kids. They love their life. They are fighting for having a life where they could achieve all their dreams. But you. You are fighting just for the sake of it. If it wasn't for Fab5 you would have given up this long ago.

Abhimanyu took a pause gauging her expression.

Mukthi: Look Mukthi, if we think from only our side then our problems will always be big. For once look around yourself. There are so many people who have to go through a lot in her life. Tumhari doston ko hi dekhlo. Alia, who hasn't experienced parents love, Manik, who lost his childhood because of business rivalries, Dhruv who is still recovering from his illness and of course Cabir who is hiding all his pin behind those lame PJ and pranks.

Mukthi: Cabir?

She asked confused. Everything he said about Fab3 is correct but Cabir, he is always happy and smiling. How can he be sad and hide from Fab4?

Abhimanyu: Don't tell me you never noticed it.

Mukthi: Tum kya bol rahe ho Abhi?

Abhimanyu: A Smile On Someone face Doesn't Prove That, They Are Happy.

Mukthi looked at Abhimanyu not knowing what to say before searching for Cabir and found that he is looking at Naina and her parents who are making her eat cake with a sad face. That moment she got to know that there is more to Cabir than he shows them and she is determined to help him. She can't let her friend be sad. After all, for her Fab5 is her life.

On the other hand, Navya, who saw the sad expression on Cabir's face come to him and held his hands.

Navya: (softly) Cabir, are you okay?

Cabir: Of course, mujhe kya hoga?

He said acting like the cool Cabir Dhawan. Navya just looked straight into his eyes making him sigh.

Cabir: arey Madhubala I am perfectly fine. Tum khamaka pareshaan kyun ho rahe ho?

He side hugged her and she rested her head in his shoulder.

Navya's POV.

Sometimes I think to ask you about your dad Cabir. But I know you are not ready, you are not comfortable sharing it to anyone. But I hate when you hide your grief behind these jokes. I hope I could help you. For once let me in, please. I promise you will never regret it.

Cabir: Kya soch rahi ho Madhubala?

Navya: kuch nahi.

She gave him a small smile making him frown. Before he could ask anything his phone rang and the caller ID showed MAA.

He answered the call and sprinted to the exit. Navya who come out of the shock after a second looked at her friends who is busy with the kids before running behind him.
