As soon as the Malhotra's were out of the Khurrana mansion, Aryamaan spoke in doubt.

Saying that Soha ran in her room crying. Already Khurrana was very angry with the news, soha behaviour angered him more towards Malhotra's. Aryamaan came to Khurrana and asked.

To which Khurrana banged his palms on the upper part of the couch back rest and said.

K-bahut hogaya hai ab in Malhotra's ka........aaj uske wajha se meri beti naraz hai mujse....... galti kr di unlogo ne.........Nandini ko involve kr k.......bahut badi galti kr di.........ab unki nafrat Nandini ko bhi bhukat nhi padegi........jo mere sath hova ab woh phir nhi hoga.

Aryamaan was clueless abt his dad's words. Khurrana looked at the way from Malhotra's exit and started planning. On the other hand. Malhotra couples reached Malhotra office.

Shashank got down and Manik took his place. They drove to Murthy mansion to pick up Meera and Nandini. More than Nandini Meera was excited for the shopping. They were waiting outside the house waiting for Malhotra's.

Soon their car arrived and Meera was jumping in her heart. Once they meet nyonika, Meera offered for a mini snacks time but nyonika denied and they started their journey towards the designer.

Nandini was made to sit on the front sit and both the mother's sat behind and started talking. Everything related to the engagement. Manik and Nandini looked at each other and smiled on noticing their parents excitement.

They reached the gallery of the designer, they were welcomed by the designer/owner itself and were escorted to the comfortable place. They were served refreshments and then the designer started showing a few of her selected outfits.

Firstly nyonika and Meera started looking for the clothes, the texture, it's fine work, colour and all. Then they saw the engaging couple getting bored, that's why they gave the charge to them.

Nyonika told Nandini to select according to her like and comfort and told Manik to help Nandini in selecting the outfit. They left the kids and move to the opposite direction to choose outfit for themselves and Mukti.

Nandini was looking for the best outfit and Manik was waiting for her to choose one coz what ever was present was not to his liking, just like Nandini. After lots of searching, Nandini found the perfect outfit for her engagement.

She showed it to Manik, who too liked the outfit in a blink of eye. They were happy to get such a outfit. They told the mother's about it, who then told Nandini to try it and show to them.

Nandini got changed in that lehenga and came out looking extremely beautiful, no heavy jewellery or make up, just the bridal look was perfect. There were a few alternation needed. That was noted by the designer. Finalising rhe outfit for everybody they left the gallery with the promise from the designer to drop the outfits after alter within 10 days.

Paying advance by cheque, the headed towards Manik's designer. Unlike Nandini, any outfit that would suit Manik was in display. That's, they had to start from the start. Choose the pattern, cloth, colour and then measurements.

Just visiting 2 gallery it was late afternoon. They were tired due to hunger. They quickly headed to a hotel nearby and had food. Nandini was beside Manik all the time. They did have conversation here and there but whenever they entered into deep conversation their mother's would start looking at them keenly, making them conscious.

After lunch, they headed towards the jeweller to buy jewellery on the outfits, engagement ring and gifts to give to the bride and groom. Once they sat and told to show engagement rings. The attendant said to the ladies, that they have exclusively introduced engagement rings.

Those rings were prefect match of each other, for the couple and this theme is introduced recently which is why they have all the sets new and antique. Both the mother's were happy and decided to have a look at it first.

The asked the attendant to show those sets only. Soon 2-3 blocks of rings were placed infront of them. After a few glance and trying, they got the prefect rings for Manan. Finalising that, the ladies started shopping more of jewellery.

After long 2.5 hours of selection and all, they finally paid through cheque and made way to exit. Coming out of the showroom, nyonika and Meera were talking abt their next destination when Nandini saw a watch showroom and she said excitedly to Meera, just like a small kid see balloons.

Nan-woah mom........dekho watch shop........ let's go there.

Manik and rest saw the showroom and Nandini held Meera's wrist to pull her to the showroom but instead Meera pulled Nandini to opposite direction and said.

Me-aaj nhi Nandini........

Nandini started cribbing like a kid but Meera pulled her to the car. The mother son duo followed the mother daughter duo. Nandini was hell grumpy now.

Well nobody except from Murthy's know, that Nandini have a bad craze of watches. She has like 68 watched of different colour and brands. Nandini can have a control on everything except from buying watches. Manik gave a glance to the watch shop to see that what made Nandini so grumpy.

Their next destination was the shoe designer. Meera was not at all accepting Nandini's this behaviour. According to her, Nandini is now getting married, the work they are doing is extremely important and she is in front of her MIL and soon to be husband. Such behaviour of a girl is wrong.

They reached the shoe designer and Meera gave all the instructions for Nandini's footwear. Doing all this it took them night/dinner time to reach home. Nandini was still grumpy. Coming in lazily, she came in her father's embrace.

Who just by her walking style understood that something was wrong with Nandini. He kissed Nandini's head and held her tight. Then he asked very sweetly and with all the fatherly love and concern.

A-kya hova nandu ko........thak gaya mera baccha.

Meera sat infront of the father daughter duo, keep the jewellery bags on the coffee table. She knew what's coming next. Abhi joined her mom and Nandini joined the tips of her forefinger with each other. Pouted her lips and said like a small baby.

Nan-mom didn't take me to the watch shop...... I wanted one.

Akshay was surprised, he immediately looked at Meera and asked in a bit firm tone.

A-kyu nhi lekar gayi tum Nandini ko wahan?

Me-tumna apna laad pyaar kum kar do ab...... aur samjo.......hum engagement ki shopping pe gaye the........aur time nhi hai.......usmei idhar udhar jaana nhi afford (means can't put time in that) kr skte ek din mei.......aur aisa behaviour Nandini ka.......woh bhi nyonika aur Manik k samne........so bad.......abhi shadi honewali hai aur bacho jaisa behaviour.

Nandini was more upset to which Akshay said.

A-shadi ki shopping baadmei bhi ho skti hai..... aur shadi ko abhi panch saal hai.......panch saal baad meri bachi badi hojayegi........abhi woh mere pass hai.......aur mere liye abhi bhi meri 6 months ki nandu hai........diaper mei ghumne wali.

Nan-dad!

Nandini cribbed and abhi laughed loudly. Meera knew that "gayi bhais pani mei", while Akshay gently patted Nandini's jaw and said.

A-cheer up my girl........kaal subhe uth k........ bina brush kiya tumhare watch lene jayenge..... jitni chahiye utni le lena.........

Hearing that Nandini cheered up and asked.

Nan-sach?

A-off course........akhir mei kama kyu raha ho.

Nandini's smile was never ending but abhi asked cutely.

Ab-aap Nandini k kiye kama rhe hai.......toh hamara kya?

A-arey tu toh apne pairo pe khada hai na....... apni maa k liye bhi kama le........aur kaunsa meine tumlog ko ghar k bhar bhej diya hai...... reh toh rahe hai na sath mei.

Nandini laughed and Akshay just wanted that. He too giggled with Nandini and then said.

A-ab khana kha le........

Nandini agreed. Well Murthy men's were waiting for the ladies only so that they can have dinner. They came on dinner table and on the other side, nyonika was talking to Shashank on the dining table.

Nyo-aur Nandini ka dress bhi bahut aacha hai.........uski psnd toh bahut aachi hai.

S-mei nhi manta.........yeh Manik bhi ussi ki psnd hai........kya pata kya dekh liya iss nikamei mei.

Nyonika started looking at Manik and Manik was shocked on hearing this from his father but Mukti started laughing and Shashank joined her. This made the mother son realise that they are pulling their leg. To stop then nyonika said.

Nyo-par end mei Nandini naraz hogai.

S-kyu?

Then nyonika told abt the watch shop thing. She didn't knew abt Nandini's craze that's why that thing didn't fit her mind but Mukti said.

Mu-areyyyyyy.........Nandini watches ki deewani hai........usse koi nhi chiz k liye mana kar do usse chalega.........but agar watch k baaremei uff bhi kiya na toh hogaya kaam...... abhi bata rha tha.......uske pe kuch 65 watches hai........agar number increase hogaya hoga toh pata nhi........but yeah she has that much........ aisa koi brand nhi hai jo Nandini k pass na ho. Abhi toh keh rha tha........Nandini ki badolat uske aur dad (Akshay) k pass bahut saari watches hai.

The Malhotra parents were surprised hearing that but Manik was smiling as he knew what he had to do.

Coming back to Murthy's, post dinner Akshay instructed Nandini to sleep so that they can wake up early and go. Like a kid Nandini agreed, like a good girl, she came in room, got changed and slept. Closing her eyes.

Manik messaged her but Nandini was fast asleep. Next morning, Akshay woke up 1/2 an hour early than his regular time. He quickly got changed in his office wear. He was taking Nandini to the shop but last night he remembered he said her that they will go without brushing but that is good in words only.

He was ready and was sitting in living room, reading newspaper. Waiting for Nandini and breakfast. Nandini on the other hand woke up with a smile. Without rubbing her, moving her fingers on her messy hair. She got up from bed and moved downstairs.

She saw the newspaper, so she knew behind that is her father. While climbing down the stairs she spoke.

Nan-dad let's go.

Akshay moved the paper from his front and looked at Nandini. He smiled and said.

A-arey uth gaya mera baccha.

But Nandini made a bad face and said.

Nan-aap toh taiyar hogaye.......apne bola tha na k bina brush kiye jayenge.....phir!

Akshay forwarded his hand to Nandini who took that and sat beside him. Akshay then said sweetly.

A-mei excitement mei jldi uth gaya.......par tum soyi thi na.......ab mei meri princess ko kaise utho........watch tumhari jaan hai par meri jaan toh tum ho na.

Nandini pouted cutely. While Akshay continued.

A-fir akele akele kya krta Isliye taiyar hogaya.... ab tum bhi jldi ready ho jao.......pata hai na mom breakfast k bina nhi bhejegi.

Nandini knew her mom will not let her go like this, that's why she gave up and got ready. Then they had a quick breakfast and Akshay took Nandini to the showroom and bought 7 watches for Nandini, that she choose.

According to Nandini it was the best day of her life.
