Next year I guess, I won't come online much or maybe never. I could have discontinue them but no, I didn't! I want to complete what I've started then only I'll leave, ofcourse!

2 days later..

Nandini's Pov

"Aaaaaa" I threw away the vase which was kept in the table. What was wrong with dad? He and his new wife, Vishni, came here, in Agra! Why? To sell the resort! The resort which my mom loved a lot! The resort where my mom & me, had so much fun together! So many memories!

I should stop this! I should stop dad from selling this!! I came out from my room, I guess no one knew I'd come here, in Agra and staying in this resort only!

"Umm, excuse me" I asked the receptionist

"Yes ma'am" Came her reply

"Actually.." I thought of asking about dad, but what if dad would yell at me for coming here? What if he would force me to return back?

"No, nothing. I just.. umm, Goodevening!" I grinned at her while she looked bewildered but then, She replied "Goodevening to you too, ma'am." I plastered a smiling face.

( Resort Lobby )

Oh God..! I had so much to do! I made myself comfortable on the nearby couch. It was our private session so, no one was around

Times passes way too fast! These two days passed just like a humming bird, flying by!

I didn't contact Manik! Hope he & Suhasi's fine! I'm such in a mess right now and I'm literally missing him!

Nandini took out her phone, and dailled Manik's number.

Here, Manik had just came out from his house, and was leaving for his job when his phone rang

"Hello" He picked it up just in two rings.

"Hi..." Her voice came out like a slight whisper

"Who's this?" Manik asked, he did know that it was her! But how could Mr Malhotra leave a chance to irritate Ms Kashyap

"WTH! Don't tell me." She mumbled but he heard it. "This is Nandini!" She replied in a stern voice

"Oh, Nandini?! Wow! Ms Kashyap calling me haan! So, did you already find a place to kiss?" He smirked. But Nandini was in no mood to argue. She was so tensed.

"Manik, what would you do if something very close to you, is being snatched away from you?" She asked, almost in a sad tone which alarmed Manik!

"Hey..are you okay?" He sensed something was wrong!

"Just answer me, a very close toy of a girl, is being snatched from herself! What should that girl do?" She asked yet again.

"She should fight back, obviously!" Nandini smiled at his reply. Well, She was indeed happy with the reply.

"Are you okay?" He still wanted a confirmation if she was alright

"I'm fine. What are you doing?" She asked, now she was feeling little good

"I'm standing infront of my house, answering to your questions!" Manik said making Nandini giggled.

After a minute she spoke "I miss you Manik"

Manik sensed her sadness "Where are you? I'll come to see you" He said

"I'm in Agra right now. Here's a resort, my mom loved so much! This is where I'd fun with my mom!" She said as Manik listen carefully to her words.

"This is where I keep all the memories, I have with her! And they want to sell this place..my dad and..Vishni!" She sighed,

"But why? I mean.." Manik looked perplexed as trying to figure out why they wanted to sell the resort?

"We want funds! We have to resume with our business and we have to save funds! So that's why." She sighed and added "And I can't understand, there are so many resorts, but still, my dad want to sell this. His new wife is quite excited about this deal." Manik heard her, something burn inside him when he heard 'His new wife' he was so wrong about Vishni though

"I came here to stop the same deal Manik. The rate of failure is 90%!! I have to stop this. Anyhow, if I can't stop this, I'm thinking about throwing away the throne" Nandini sounded determine and Manik knew what her next question would be.

"If I become peniless hobo, will you.." but before she could complete, Manik spoke

"I'll take you!" He said in determine tone and Nandini was still trying to figure out his words!

"We'll still be in connection Nandini. It's not so easy to escape from Manik's trap, you should know this! And yeah, It's not fancy but I have many rooms. There are rooms for me, my sister and a friend! I have about seven set of rice plates, soup bowls, spoons. I have extra blanket and pillows..." Nandini rolled her eyes as Manik was giving every details

"Stop it Manik. Okay, I'll take the offer! If the situation calls for a surrender then I'll surrender immediately. If it's needed to give up, I will give up! Until that time, wish me luck!"

"You won't give up until,.. it will be needed! Okay!" Manik said and Nandini's lips curved into a slight smile

"What brought you all the way out here?" Nandini heard the voice, which she hated the most! She moved her head to the front

"Travelling?" It was Vishni, "No, I mean because you haven't come here to work right. You are free these days no"

Nandini stood up from her place but her phone was still on as she forgot to disconnect the call and here, Manik was listening to their conversation!

"Ahh..thanks to you Ms Vishni, I don't have to go to office and don't have much to do! I just thought about making a scene here." Nandini answered making Vishni bewildered

"Making what??" She asked confusingly

"A scene!" Nandini replied "I want to put a stop to what you're doing!"

Vishni gave a sarcastic smile and spoke "How are you going to do that?"

Manik was still on hearing their conversation. Perhaps he wanted to know how much more evil Vishni had become

"I've found a way to get the funds without having to sell the resort. I, Nandini Kashyap have found a way, after all the searching! Isn't that praiseworthy of me mommy?" Nandini said in the last word sarcastically

"You came all the way here for nothing!" Vishni said in an equal tone. "You're not my match"

"Excuse me!" Frowns creased Nandini's foreahead

"You might think my journey to get here has been all smooth and easy. Do you know how many times life threw rocks at me, on my journey here?" She yelped "Do you know how I overcame and endured those obstacles?" Nandini just listened to her words, she was trying control her anger!

"No! how can someone like you, possibly know what it was like?" Vishni said and added "There's a place I want to get to, I'll get there at all costs! I won't forgive whoever tries to stop me! I don't care who it is." Manik clenched his teeth in anger. He so wished, he was there to answer her!

She leaned forward to Nandini's face and spoke "So stop acting cute and get out of my way, baby! Tch,..tch..,tch! Nandini.., you're no match for me, dear!" She smiled slyly, Nandini eyes were little blury by now. She was controlling her emotions!

"Okay so.. since you're taking a few days off from work, why don't you enjoy the sightseeing and return back hmm?" Vishni weared her black shades and marched out from there, leaving a totally, frustrated Nandini behind. This time, she couldn't answer her back. Meanwhile, Manik disconnected the call.

"I won't let you win, Vishni! No, not this time!" Manik mumbled, determinely. This time, he won't let her win!

Nandini was settled in another house which was found next to the resort and where she used to come earlier with her mom, very often.

As she didn't wanted to see Vishni's face so she decided to stay here till she don't find a way to stop the deal.

She looked up at the sky "I will find a way. Don't worry, I can find it! I'm Nandini Kashyap! I won't go down so easily. Trust me.. Mom." She whispered and went inside the house

She looked at the time which showed 6 p.m! So without waiting for a second, she sat on the table and started with her work. She didn't have her meal either but just a glass of water.

"Oh f!sh! This is going so tough!! I've to find a way!! C'mon Nandini, you can do it" She mumbled to herself. She was trying hard, in calculating the funds and all the accounts.

She knew something was going wrong! Deal was wrong and she had to stop it! But she wasn't finding the way to it! There were many obstacles and she was unable to solve them.

She was A+ passed in Accounting but still, her mind wasn't in her control today. She was frustrated! Messed up! She needed someone in her support!

"Ooooh god!! Please help me!" She yelped in frustion. She continued one more time.

And the time passed just ran like anyhow and it showed 4 a.m already!!

Nandini was literally tired! She went to the washroom. After getting freshen up, she opened the door and went out to take fresh air.

"How to solve it? Aaahh....Nandini, no give up! you should not give up!!" She said and laid down on the fresh green gazon. She looked up at the sky "I won't give up!" Her eyes were slightly closing, she was falling asleep and sooner, she went into a deep slumber

Nandini's Pov

I was having a super sweet dream when I felt someone lifting me from the ground! Was I in heaven already? I tried opening my eyes but they gave up! So damn!!

Next I felt my breath halted! My eyes shot opened! I found myself in the swimming pool! I palmed my face. Thank God the water wasn't much deep or else, I would have been in heaven right now.

"What the hell!!" I was so messed up earlier, and then this! Agrh! My eyes moved to the front..

I wanted to see the person who threw me in this swimming pool, without even a warning! But then, I was dumbfounded.

"Hi, you sleepy head! I guess, you've had enough sleep. It's time to get up" He spoke as he shrugged his broad shoulders and dropped his hands into the pockets of his jeans

"C'mon, wake up. Let's pull it together, it's time to kick some ass!" He winked at me, not to forget with his famous smirk! While I was still in state of shock! I rubbed my eyes twice and then thrice,

Was He really here??

Wasn't this a dream?

No It wasn't!

Manik was actually here!
