Cmg back in her room Nandini laid down dropping a message to his travel agent to book a ticket for Sydney after 2 days. Abhi came and consoled her while Nandini told him not to do such things with Mukti as it is not correct on her part. After their small conversation both slept.

Next day at morning it was dhrulya's wedding so all the murthy's leaving Nandini and abhi attended the wedding. They came back by afternoon as they have to look after abhi's wedding too.

Soon all started getting ready. Beauticians arrived and helped the ladies to get ready. Nandini and aryamaan were helping abhi and Avantika was busy with baarat thing. After that Nandini too quickly got ready.

Even though her dress was beautiful and she got ready perfectly but the glow on her face was missing. Soon the time arrived and abhi was bought down. Avantika did his aarti and then aryamaan helped him in climbing on the horse.

Once abhi sat and was ready crackers were burst and all started exiting the villa to reach the Malhotra mansion.

All the guest were dancing and making Avantika and Jai dance. Nandini was simply clapping her hands. Aryamaan nudged her to dance but she gave him simple smile and would clap.

Like this the barat reached at the door of Malhotra mansion. Dhruv and Manik being the bride's brothers came to help get down abhi from horse and then they reached the door steps. Nyonika did his aarti and then performed the ritual of pulling the neck of the groom.

All cheered up for that and then abhi was made to come in. All got in and abhi met few people. Then he sat on the mandap and the priest lighted the holy fire and started chanting the holy versus. All the guest sat on the chairs and seats made available for them.

Except from Mukti,aaliya and Navya all were present there. Soon the priest asked to call the bride and nyonika stood up to call Mukti. Soon she was bought to the mandap by aaliya and Navya.

Mukti was made to sit beside abhi and then priest started praying the holy versus. One after the other the wedding rituals were performed and finally Mukti and abhi were declared as married. They got up and took blessings from all the elders.

Then they were bought on the stage for a mini reception were guest met the couple gave them the gift and blessings, clicked pictures and then headed to have their dinner.

While family were having their part of fun. After a long long ceremony all the family members accompanied to have their dinner and then performe Mukti's farewell ritual.

After dinner Mukti was bought to the door of house and she was made to throw rice behind her back on nyonika's pallu. After that Mukti met all her family members and all cried as she was going away from them.

After a lot of time Mukti was made to sit in car and both the murthy's and Malhotra's joined their hands in front of each other to bid audie and left from there.

Mukti was bought in murthy villa and dadi did her puja. Then she performed the rice pot ritual and walking in the house after  dipping her legs in the red water. After all this few games were played and then Avantika asked Nandini to take Mukti in her room.

Nandini comforted Mukti and left as abhi was waiting outside. After she left abhi entered. Mukti was waiting for him to come close to her but abhi simply said her to change and sleep as he is very tired. This broke Mukti's heart and she slept while crying.

Next day Mukti performed the chula puja and she made sweet for everyone. All liked the sweet and gave her Shagun. Then her pegphera was to be conducted so abhi dropped Manik came to pick her up. Mukti left with him. At night abhi had to pick up Mukti back so he was invited for the dinner too.

Even aaliya's chula puja was performed and after having the sweet dish that she made all gave her gift. Nyonika also gave her Shagun in which she gave her their khandani kada. But she gave her one the original and one she made it new so the other olden one she can give it to Manik's future wife.

After doing the dinner with Malhotra's mukbhi came back home. While Nandini was busy in packing her bags as she have her flight by tmrw. While Manik was informed that a girl has been selected for him and by the end of week his engagement is planned.

Manik tried to deny to nyonika but she clearly stated that she is helpless in this and talking to dadi and nani might result in revealing abt Nandini.

Here Nandini's mom apologised to Nandini and talked to her Nandini said her that she doesn't have to worry abt her and she is perfectly fine.

The end of the week arrived and tmrw mrng Manik will get engaged to the girl dadi and nani have dcd to him. While Manik have made his dscn that he will tell the girl that he loves someone else and can't marry any other girl. He was determined to break this alliance by hook or by crook.

Next morning all got ready. Mukti too was at Malhotra mansion as Avantika granted her the permission to go as it's her brothers engagement.

As the girls side didn't wanted much of chaos and Manik was also okay as this breakup might then not spread all around their caste that is why the engagement was scheduled in a local mandir of Mumbai.

Malhotra's reached on time and were waiting for the bride's family. The younger clan were standing in a circle at one corner of the temple while dadi and nani were asking the priest abt the arrangements and nyonika and raj were completing the last moment work.

Soon the girls family arrived in temple and all were shocked looking at them. Manik softly whispered looking at his bride.

The whole murthy family arrived with some sweets and all. Nandini took blessings from the elder Malhotra's and dadi nani kissed her forehead praising their Manik's bride.

The younger clan were dancing in their hearts seeing Nandini to be "to be Mrs Manik Malhotra" dadi and nani along with Nandini's dadi told them to start the engagement ceremony as it is the time for shub muhurat.

Both Manik and Nandini was made to sit in front of the holy fire and the priest started chanting the holy versus along with sprinkling holy water on them through leaves. Then the priest asked the to be bride and groom to exchange rings.

Aaliya and Mukti gave them rings and Manan exchanged rings. In the entire ceremony Nandini neither smiled nor she looked at Manik for once.

As they exchanged rings all clapped and then after a few more praying of holy versus all of them got up. Manan together took blessings of all the elders of both the families and then nyonika kissed Nandini's forehead. She took her in a hug and Nandini too holded her properly.

Being in hug nyonika said to Nandini in her ears.

They broke the hug and Nandini gave her a assuring nod and smile. After that they remained there for sometime and all were talking. Actually Malhotra grandmothers were discussing with Nandini's dadi abt all the wedding rituals coz they wanted Manan to get married in a week.

After all this they left to their respective homes. Nandini didn't say anything to Manik while Manik's happiness knew no bounds. After they left. Dadi and nani too left from there. Once all were gone Mukti, aaliya and Navya jumped on nyonika and started saying.

Trio-thank you mom/Aunty.....aap ko sab pata tha......you are great......finally sab thik hojayega.

As the girls were hooting boys attention diverted to them and saw nyonika smiling too in satisfaction. Manik moved ahead to approach her but nyonika said looking at other side.

Nyo-Nandini abhi bhi naraz hai.......isse keh do jab tak yeh usse maana nhi leta Mei usse baat nhi karungi.

Manik felt bad but then at one part of his heart was satisfied that her mother herself have done all this. They all left from the temple and sat in their car. It was Innova so all of them got settled in one car only. While they were driving to murthy villa to drop her home the kids asked that how did Nandini come in the whole picture to which Raj said the story.

Flashback.......

Dadi and nani were looking for girls in all the wedding functions but nobody could satisfy their level. When Nandini came they thought to approach her but then they doubted with her and aryamaan's relationship. Finally dadi and nani told nyonika and raj abt their hidden mission of bride hunting for Manik and they also told them abt Nandini and aryamaan.

Next day Jai found out the relationship btwn Nandini and aryamaan and gave the hint to dadi and nani. On the wedding day dadi and nani approached murthy's for Nandini. Manan's parents were also present over there. So when the elder ladies were talking about the alliance jai still had a doubt but Nandini's dadi gave Malhotra's her words and like olden times now there was no looking back.

This is how Nandini was selected for Manik. And as far as conducting a formal meeting btwn the girl and boy dadi and nani said that Manik and Nandini both have seen each other and there is no need to do any formal get together. As also in olden days the marrying couple use to see each other on the night of wedding but Manan have seen each other so no need for all that. And then they planned the engagement and here was the day.

Flashback over.

After raj completed the story all clapped and soon they reached murthy villa. Dropping Mukti at the door step they left. Meanwhile once Nandini reached home she firstly changed and then was staring at her engagement ring.

When she reached the temple she was not at all expecting Malhotra's to be there. But when she got to knew that she was supposed to marry Manik for a moment she jumped in joy but the other moment she felt to run away.

But then she knew even if she took a step to leave everything will be a mess. Her and Manik's parents will have to face unnecessary defamation which why she stopped. But she was thinking what to do......go with the flow or find an escape.

Her thoughts process was halted when she heard the knock on the door. She let the person in and saw her mom entering. She stood up from her place and said not meeting her gaze.

Avantika gave her a warm smile and came to her. She made Nandini sit and sat beside her. She holded both her palms and said.

Ava-haan pata tha.......humne hi milkar yeh sab tey kiya tha.......

Nandini looked at her and before she could say anything Avantika continued.

Ava-dekh Nandini.......tere aur Manik k bich jo kuch bhi hova usmei tum dono akele nhi ho nyonika bhi hurt hovi hai aur tumhare dad bhi..........hum sab sirf tum dono ki khushi chahte hai.........aur tum dono ko bhi pata hai k tum dono ki khushi ek dusre Mei hi hai.......

Nandini looked at her with wide eyes while Avantika said seeing her expressions.

Ava-nhi toh tuje lagta hai tu mandir Mei ek min bhi rukti........dekh Nandini.........nyonika bhi ek maa hai......aur muje pata hai k kaisa feel hota hai jab aapka ek bacha dunking ho aur dusra kush.........unke badle koi aur hoti toh woh apne bache ka side leti fir usmei uski galti ho ya na ho..........but nyonika be hamesha tumhara sath diya..........its high time we end this........unhone hamesha mukti k liye apni chuppi banai Rakhi.......but ab agar hum aise aur krte hai toh yeh nyonika ka upar galat hoga........hum ek maa ko aise pareshaan nhi kr skte hai........yeh galat baat hai........aur fir ek din tuje bhi shadi krni hai....Manik ko bhi toh fir tum dono jab ek dusre ko psnd krte ho toh baat ko khichna kyu.........muje pata hai Manik se galti hovi hai lekin woh uski saza bhi paa chuka hai........its high time you both start living together.

When Avantika was saying all this Nandini's tears made its way and apart from that Jai too listened everything. Nandini sniffed gaining both their attention so to lighten up the mood Jai came close to them and said in jolly tone.

J-bhale hi yeh sagai hogai ho but maafi toh Manik ko mangni padegi.......ryt.....

He held Nandini's chin to make her look at him and she was just blankly looking at him. She cried more after a min and Jai took her in his fatherly embrace.
