Nandu walked straight towards her office... what she saw inside made her blood boil in anger...

Nandu who had just entered looked at the scene in front of her... her eyes turned red and her blood boiled seeing the person sitting inside... that person was sitting in HER chair as if SHE owned it...

Nandu: what are you doing here... she asked... her voice was dead cold... the temperature around them dropped all of a sudden... Nandu looked monstrous...

Woman: oh, hi sista... still alive i guess... she said chuckling...

Nandu stayed quiet but glared at the unwanted person in front of her...

Woman: ah, you finally removed that dead weight... she said gesturing nandu's stomach... this made nandu tighten her fist in anger...

Nandu: what are you doing here navya... she asked once more which made the woman aka navya chuckle... she ignored nandu as she roamed her eyes around the cabin...

Navya: oh-ho seems like my sista has gotten a golden thigh to hug... she sneered while nandu scoffed... seeing this navya was displeased... she wanted nandu to cry... she wanted to look down on her...

Nandu: its none of your business...

Navya: i wonder if your suger daddy knows about that dead weight... or did you abort him... she said playing with the paper weight...

Nandu: call him dead weight one more time i will show you hell... she said in her dead cold voice...

Navya: dead weight ko dead weight nahi bolenge toh kya bolenge... naajaiz kahi ka... she spat...

*smack

Before navya could comprehend another slap landed on her face... quite hard if you ask me...

Her neck was grabbed from behind and her face was pressed onto the cold table... nandu's angry face reflected on the glass...

Nandu: this is the last time i am warning you navya... agar agli baar tum yaha pe aane ki himmat ki na toh me tumhe zinda gaad doongi... mark my words... she said and left her... hearing her threat navya shivered slightly...

Nandu: Ishika... she gestured to which ishika nodded...

Soon two bulky bodyguards came and dragged navya away who resisted and opposed them greatly... but her attempts were futile...

Ishika looked at nandu who was now sitting in the sofa away from the chair in which navya sat...

Nandu: ishi, i want the table and the chair to be replaced this instant... and i want this room to be sanitized about three times at least... she ordered which made ishika sigh...

Ishika: alright nandu... she said and informed nandu about her next schedule... although she didnt have much work, she did have some paper work...

Nandu: alright... i will be working from home until the room is ready... make it quick... she ordered as she stood up and strode towards her car...

In the evening...

Ayaan came home like a good boy and immediately rushed towards his mother's study... the driver uncle informed him that his mother was home... he was soo happy listening to this...

Ayaan opened the door to see his mother sitting and reading some file...

Ayaan: mumma... he shouted... nandu turned towards him and opened her arms wide gesturing him to come over...

He happily skipped through his way and hugged his mother...

As soon as he hugged her he was enveloped with her sweet mild strawberry scent which made him calm and warm...

Nandu: My jaan... how was school today... she asked him was putting him in her lap...

Soon ayaan started to talk about his day while nandu listened to him patiently...

Ayaan: mumma... when are we going to meet uncle... he asked innocently while nandu gulped visibly...

*ring, ring... ring, ring...

Nandu: woh... ayaan arent you hungry... go mumma will come after attending this call... she said trying to escape his interrogating gaze...

Ayaan pouted but went away sulking... he really wanted to meet uncle manik... he missed him...

Nandu lifted the phone... it was ishika...

Phone convo...

Nandu: bolo ishi...

Ishika: well, nandu i have the information you asked for...

Nandu: alright lets hear it then...

His name is manik malhotra... an actor by profession... his father is raj malhotra and mother is neyonika singhania... they are divorced... his mother married Mr. Singhania soon after that... his father was rumoured to be seen with Mrs. Kashyap...

Nandu: isnt she married... are they having an affair... she asked amused with his parents...

Ishika: it seems so...

Nandu: alright continue... its not our business anyway...

Ishika: hmm... he started his acting at the age of sixteen... he is a well known actor and goes by the name film emperor... i had checked everything... he didnt seem to be dangerous... he never had any relationships... he appears clean but i really have my doubts on his assistant, Cabir Dhawan...

And there is something i couldn't understand... this man Cabir had a 3rd degree lock on his information regarding his past... it was sealed off by himself... I dont know whether the government has approved this or not... she said which made nandu frown...

Nandu: alright... take care of this matter... she said and cut the call...

She went down to see no one sitting in the dining table... she frowned a little... she asked the maid who informed that ayaan got a call from his friend... soon after cutting the call he ran towards his room and had not come out...

Nandu went towards his room and knocked the door...

Nandu: Jaan... baby open the door... the dinner will get cold... she said but heard no response...

Nandu: jaan... what happened now... tell mumma... she sais worried her little life would feel hungry...

Ayaan: mumma i want to meet uncle... you said you will fulfill my wishes... he shouted with his small voice...

Nandu frowned... her jaan never acted like this... he was an obident little boy... yes, he was naughty but never like this...

Nandu: jaan uncle must be busy... you know he is a big star na... please listen to your mumma... she pleaded...

Ayaan: no mumma... you call uncle... he said while nandu rubbed her forehead...

She asked one of her body guards to send the recording of the conversation between ayaan and his friend...

Nandu switched it on not before pluging the earphones in... after all, she doesnt want her son to know that she was prying into his convo...

Phone convo...

Ayaan: hello...

Boy: hey ayaan... guess where i am going...

Ayaan: i dont know...

Boy: i am going sky diving with my father this weekend... he promised to go with me...

Ayaan: oh...

Boy: arent you going anywhere this weekend... he asked in fake curiosity...

Ayaan: no... he said meekly...

Boy: oh i forgot... you dont have a dad... then do you want to come with me and my dad... he asked but the call was cut...

Listening to this nandu tightened her grip on the phone...

This kid... didnt his parents teach him any manners...

She thought as she looked at the closed door...

Nandu: Jaan... i will call your uncle... we can meet him this weekend alright... come out please... you are making your mumma worried baby... she said softly...

*click...

The door opened revealing a cute little white bun... he looked down...

Ayaan: sorry mumma... he said while nandu was in awe seeing him... she lifted him up and hugged him...

Nandu: do you wanna talk with your uncle... she asked while ayaan nodded his head... nandu hugged him tightly while on the other hand she sent ishika a message...

I want his phone number... now...

Short and simple... she thought as she went towards the dining area with ayaan in her arms...

The phone rang twice before it was lifted...
