they were talking about the usual gossips... while nandu was having her convo with Rae...

Rae: look at these people, looking like clowns and puppets... she said sneering while nandu snorted inwardly...

she looked right at the two disappearing couple before clutching her dress and moving out gracefully...

to everyone she looked like a joke but to aliya she looked like a real queen...

padma: you vile creature... how dare you humiliate us... didn't you say he was going to propose you... she shouted while nandu just looked down...

padma: we gave you food, shelter and everything... this is how you repay us... she shouted as she tugged her hand harshly...

padma: i knew you were a bad omen to our house... you killed your sister in my womb now you are trying to kill us... she said slapping her already red hand...

Rae: let me out NANDINI! i will show this damn woman... let me out... she screamed while nandu didn't show any response to her...

nandu looked up to see her father looking at her disappointingly...

ram: i hope you know the consequences... i suggest you to pack your bag... we aren't going to help you in any thing... he said while nandu scoffed inwardly... what kind of family was this... the mother was abusive, the father was indifferent... am i really their daughter... i just wish i was picked up from the streets... she thought...

padma: this is what you deserve... you vile creature... she said and was about to near nandu when ram interrupted her...

she silently went to her room and took some money she stored... she took a small bag and put her usual clothes in them... she looked into the mirror... there stood the reflection of a girl whose eyes were red, she looked torn... shattered... but there was one thing that remained same in her... she was a queen and will always be one...

she jumped out of the window looking at her room one last time before running towards the lake she always used to go...

nandu was of 13 years when she first shifted... it was quite painful for her... even more being the chosen one... but she was just left to herself...

nandu: hello... i am nandu... she said happily even though she was in pain...

Rae: don't worry, i will be together with you from now on... so you wont be alone ever... she said gently while nandu smiled in her tears... someone finally cares about her...

nandu: together for ever and ever... she said again...
