Manik parked the car and both got out. He stretched his muscles and looked around

Manik- finally home!!!

Nandini smiled seeing him and spoke

Nandini- you love your apartment alot haina???

Manik- love would be a small statement kitten. This place reminds me to not give up on my failures. You know I bought this place with my first salary when I worked as a normal employee in Malhotra Industries. Even though I was Anurag Malhotra's son, dad always treated me like other employees. I was even scolded and insulted infront of all and see that's what made me what I am today. Meine tb yeh jgah rent pe li thi and I bought it with the money I earned on my first concert. This place is more close to me than Malhotra Mansion. This place has seen the real me. Me crying, shattered, fighting with my own self and what not.

Nandini was looking at him with admiration in her eyes. She was bought out of his land when he picked her up. She closed her eyes, her hands around his shoulder.

Nandini- Manik!!! Put me down. Mein gir jaungi plus you are tired already.

Manik- trust me I won't let you fall wifey aur abhi tired nae hu mein. Tired toh I'll make you.

She blushed and hid her face in his chest. Manik put her down and unlocked the house.

Manik- wait here I'll be back.

Saying this he went away leaving a confused Nandini behind. After 15mins he returned with a cup filled with rice.

Manik- sorry I could only arrange this. I guess ghr mein vo kya kehte hai usse...

He started thinking. Nandini smiled at her husband's cuteness and spoke

Nandini- kalash??

Manik- exactly!!! Kalash... kalash nae hai ghr mein so adjust with the cup.

She pulled his cheek and spoke

Nandini- why are you so cute husband!!!

She removed her stelitoes and pushed the cup lightly. He picked her up and locking the main door took her to the bedroom.

He threw her on the bed gently nd hovered over her.

Manik- finally it's only me and you Mrs. Malhotra.

She slacked her arms around his neck and pulled him close.

Manik- you seem to be in a different mood wifey...

Nandini- any doubt???

She pulled him close and kissed him on his lips. Taking the charge, she bit his lower lip. He parted his lips and she savoured every corner of his mouth.

Breaking apart, he removed her ear-ring and she removed his coat and opened the buttons of his shirt. He turned her around and opened the zip of her gown. He roamed hand on her back and she shut her eyes tightly. He then removed his shirt and threw it away. He started kissing her back making her moan. He opened the clip of her bra with his teeth and turned her around. She flipped their position and came on him. She kissed his face followed by his chest. She gave a hickey on his shoulder making him groan.

Flipping their position again ,Manik kissed her and what followed was their passionate night.

Both we're lying in each other's arms with Nandini playing with his thread.

Manik- jaan ek baat puchu??

Nandini- hmm...

She spoke making patterns on his chest.

Manik- why do you become nervous so easily especially in these two days. I mean tum choti choti baat pr nervous hone lgi ho. Koe baat hai???

Nandini narrated him everything including her chat with Neyonika.

Nandini- aur phir Neyoma ne mujhe smjhana aur mein thoda relax hui...

Manik- that means mom did my work this time.

She grinned looking at him and suddenly she remembered something and sat up. Due to her sudden moment the duvet slipped down exposing her upper body. His constant stare made her concious and she pulled the duvet to her chest again.

Manik- if you want to go for third round toh ese he boldo. Why are you torturing me???

She blushed and pushed him a little.

Nandini- Manik!!!!

Manik- arre kya Manik.... You don't know how badly does it affects.

Nandini- Mani!!! Don't try to distract me.

He was about to say something when she sshhhh him.

Nandini- shh.... teasing baad mein pehle mujhe btao aap konse surprise ke baat krrae thay.

Manik- ooo so you remember. I thought you forget.

Nandini- Nandini Murty doesn't forget anything!!

Manik- oee it's Malhotra. Nandini Malhotra smjhi....

She smiled sheepishly and spoke

Nandini- ohh sorry. .. hehe... vo aadat nae hai na. Jldi hojaegi don't worry.

He smiled seeing her antics and pulled her. She adjusted her head on his chest and he took out a envelope from the side drawer.

Manik- here!!! Open it...

Nandini- ismein kya hai? ??

Manik- your surprise!!!

She opened the envelop and hugged Manik tight.

Nandini- omg wow Manik.... I love you... I love you... I love you so much...

Manik- and I love you more.

Nandini- pr when did you get it???

Manik- internet ka zamana hai madam.

Nandini- omg Paris!!! Yipee...

Manik- yeh toh sirf ek honeymoon destination hai madam. The other two are yet to be revealed.

Nandini- btaea na Manik please... pretty please...

Manik- don't make these faces or I'll gobble you up.

Nandini- you gobble me up pr pehle tell me na...

He chuckled and spoke

Manik- okk so the other two destinations are Greece and Spain and before you ask kitne din ke lia I'll tell you myself. We are going for three weeks.

Nandini- thank you so much.

Manik- you know your thanks can be better...

Nandini- thanks can be better....how Manik???

Manik- how!!!! I'll tell you...

He hovered over her and the room was filled with their moans and groans again.

It was 2 in the afternoon when Manik's sleep broke. He looked around and his eyes fell on his love sleeping cuddling to him. This bought smile on his face. He tuck the loose strands of her hair behind her ear. Kissing her forehead, he went to freshen up.

He came out in shorts and vest and shaked Nandini a little.

Nandini- mmm... Manik let me sleep.

Manik- baby get up. You must be hungry. You skipped the breakfast too.

Nandini- I'll eat later now let me sleep, I'm tired.

He sighed and made her wear his shirt. He then picked her up in bridal style and took her to the washroom. Making her sit on the slab, he shook her a little. She opened her eyes and looked at him irritated. He handed her the brush and went out to set the bed.

He came back and immediately ran to her. She flinced and opened her eyes.

Manik- Nandini you could have fallen baba....

Nandini- sorry vo mujhe pta nae chala, mein bethe bethe he soo gae.

Manik- it's okk. Chalo abhi brush and have shower I'll get something to eat.

She nodded her head in a no and spoke

Nandini- shower nae na Mani please....

Manik- acha okk atleast brush your teeth.

She nodded and he stood beside her not trusting her when would she sleep again.

Once done she extended her arms to him. He gladly picked her up and took her to swing in the balcony.

Manik- you sit here I'll get something to eat.

She nodded and unknowingly slept again.

Manik came back with omelette and juice for them and shook his head seeing Nandini sleeping again.

It was dawn when Nandini finally opened her eyes. She got up and rubbed her eyes. She looked around and realised it was evening. She checked her phone and freaked out seeing the time.

Nandini's POV
Shit ayiappa!!!! 7 bjgae....Mein itna kese so gae.... Manik!!! Manik kaha honge... pagal Nandu unhone breakfast aur lunch bhe nae kiya hoga. Ufff ayiappa thodi se akal agar mujhe bhe dedete toh kya jaata aapka.

She got down from the swing and taking her change ran to the bathroom. Coming out, she hurriedly applied the vermillion and lip stick.

She then went out and started to search for Manik.

Nandini- Manik!!! Manik!!!! Manik kaha hai aap???

Hearing her voice he came out of the study room gesturing her two minutes. She nodded and went to him. She hugged him and he reciprocated equally. She had rested her head on his chest and he was ruffling her hair with one hand.

Manik- haa buddy tu dekhlena.... baaki I'll see vapis aake. Chal thiik hai.... okk.... kl milte hai... bye...

He then placed the phone in his pocket and hugged her properly.

Manik- so neeni poori hogae mere baby ki???

Nandini- hmm... pr I'm lazy lazy...

She for once looked at him and spoke

Nandini- Manik aapne breakfast aur lunch nae liya na???

He frowned and looked at her.

Manik- tumhe bhook lagi hai???

Nandini- nae mujhe bhook nae lgi ulta I feel full pta nae kyu...

She pouted. He chuckled and spoke

Manik- that's because I made you eat omelette and a glass of juice.

She frowned and asked

Nandini- kb???

Manik- kitten you seriously don't remember anything???

She nodded in a no. He sighed and spoke

Manik- I woke up at two and realised we both we're sleeping till long. I freshened up and woke you up too pr my sleeping beauty was lost in her dreams. Phir somehow I made you brush and eat.

He kissed her head.

Nandini- I guess mein neend mein thi. Mujhe thoda thoda yaad hai pr I thought I dreamt.

He chuckled and she too giggled.

Manik- guess nae madam tum bohot gehri neend mein thi as if sadiyo se nae soi ho...

Nandini- haa toh.... you made me tired so much.

Manik- acha!!! What did I do???

He asked naughtly. She slapped his chest and spoke

Nandini- Mani don't tease me.

She shyly looked down. He laughed at her innocence and hugged her again.

Manik- hah!!!! What would I do without you!!!!

Nandini- baad mein socha abhi mujhe chodo dinner bnana hai aur aap ghr pe call kro. We are here since last night aur hmne ek baar bhe call nae ki.

Manik- arre what's the need to cook. We'll order something. Vese bhe my nanhi se jaan must me tired.

Nandini- your nanhi se jaan was tired. I'm fine now aur mere hote huay why will you order??? Mein bnaungi...

She pulled away and went to the kitchen. He sighed and followed her. She opened the refrigerator and found it almost empty. She then opened the kitchen cabinet and found nothing that could fill their stomach. She turned to Manik and spoke

Nandini- Manik mein kya bnao, ghr pe toh kuch bhe nae hai. Saare groceries khatam hai....

Manik- haa vo I was in Malhotra Mansion for many days toh I did not buy anything.

Nandini- vo sb toh thiik hai pr atleast aata, dal yaa chaval toh ho.... yaha toh vo bhe khatam hai....

He smiled sheepishly and she nodded her head in disbelief.

Nandini- heights of being irresponsible Mr. Malhotra. Abhi change, we are going to the supermarket.

Manik- abhi???

Nandini- ji haa abhi...

Manik- jaan vese bhe hum kl shopping pe jaarae hai toh jo lena hoga, you buy tomorrow itself na. Now let's just order. ...

Nandini- Manik abhi ka order krlenge kl subha ke breakfast ke lia bhe kuch chahea na...

Manik- fine... let me get my wallet and keys.

Nandini- aap kya vest aur shorts mein aaenge...

Manik- point. ... let me wear a trouser too. Let the vest be...

She nodded and soon he came out changing.

Supermarket
Manik- Nandini don't buy so much baba. Vese bhe we are leaving day after tomorrow.

Nandini- aap chup chap se cart drag kejea and let me do my work. Vaapis aake I don't want to face the same problem.

He pouted and she again got busy with her work. She remember something and spoke

Nandini- Mani doodh lu yaa ghr pe aata hai???

Manik- kl ka lelo. I need to inform the man jo society mein aata hai.

She nodded.

Nandini- phir aap usse vapis aane ke baad he bolna. We'll adjust for two days.

Manik- hmm. Yeh hogya toh bill krvaale yaa kuch baaki hai.

Nandini- jitna mujhe yaad tha I bought. Kuch reh jaega toh we'll see later. Next time se I'll make list.

Manik- do whatever you want biwi. Ab toh aapko he sb smbhalna hai.

She smiled at him and spoke

Nandini- and I'm glad to do all this.

Cashier- sir you bill is """...

Manik handed him his card and took the bags.

Cashier- sir wish you both a happy married life ahead.

Manan thanked this and came back to their apartment.

Apartment
Nandini- now tell ne what will you eat, phir mein sb arrange krte hu.

She spoke making a bun.

Manik- jaan tum thak jaogi. Just let it be. Yeh arrange vgera do afterwards na...

Nandini- pehle btaea aap khaenge kya??

Manik- make something jo jldi bnjae.

Nandini- emm vegetable rice chalenge.

He nodded.

Nandini- done then.

She went to the kitchen and started cooking. He sat on the counter having nothing to do. She cut the fruits and placed the plate in front of him.

Nandini- here... keep munching jb tk khana bnra hai.

She was about to move when he pulled her and put the piece of apple in her mouth. She was arranging the groceries and he was sitting on the slab eating and making her eat in between. Soon their dinner was ready.

Nandini- aap bahar chalo mein leke aati hu.

He got down and pulled her to himself. She raised her eyebrows asking what... He did not say anything, just placed his lips on hers. Breaking apart he spoke

Manik- I just realised I haven't kissed you since 12 longggg.... hours.

He stretched long and she giggled. They watched some movie for timepass and soon drifted to sleep hugging and cuddling each other.

Next morning Nandini woke up and carefully came out of her husband's grip. She went to the balcony and stretched her arms. She was busy looking at the beach when two arms encircled her waist. She smiled and placed her hands on his arms.

Nandini- good morning husband....

Manik- morning wifey. ...

Nandini- why did you wake up???

Manik- 'cz you we're not there n I'm used to you sleeping beside me. Vese why did you wake up so early???

Nandini- early?? Mani it's 9, early nae hai ulta late hai.

Manik shrugged and started kissing her neck. He slid her top from her shoulder and she turned to him. He was about to place his lips on her when she palmed his mouth. He made an irritated face and looked at her.

Nandini- no unhygenic kisses Mr. Malhotra.

She pushed him and went inside. He groaned and shouted her name but it went to deaf ears.

She came out in

And went to the dressing table. She was about to put the vermillion when Manik stopped her. He took the box from her hand and filled her hair line. He kissed her head and she smiled feeling the moment.

Nandini- aap fresh hojaea, mein breakfast bnati hu.

She kissed his cheek and then rubbed it a little to erase the lipsick mark. Smiling she went to the kitchen.

She winced.

He pointed towards the gaurds. She looked at him angrily and turned to the other side. She then noticed Ranveer and Mukti coming towards them. She squealed in excitement and went to them. They both hugged her and mumbled a "miss you". Soon they we're joined by others. As she hugged Navya, Abheer who was in Navya's arm started jumping. Nandini pulled out but Abheer had held her hair leaning to her.

Nandini- ale... ale... mera beta.. aaja..

She took him from Navya and he happily came. Aashi went to her and pulled her jeans a little.

Nandini- kya hua baby???

Aashi- boo Aashi ko bhe godi mein lo...

She pouted. Now Nandini was in a fix. Manik came ahead and picked her up.

Manik- aap mamu pass aao. We'll do lots of masti.

He spoke the last line in her ear. She nodded and clapped her hands in excitement.

He and the other boys nodded.

Navya- good toh yeh bachoon ko sambhalo and go to the food court. We'll be there in a while.

She gave Abheer to Cabir and Aashi was already in Karan's arms. Manik went to Nandini and spoke in her ear.

Manik- buy some good set of lingeries and also flavoured lipsticks.

She shockingly looked at Manik, her cheeks already flushed.

Nandini- aapko kese pta???

Manik- madam Victoria's Secret ke samne khade hokr mujhse puchrae ho.

She shyly looked down and he chuckled.

Soon the shopping fiasco came to an end Manan came back having lunch with everyone.

As soon as she understood his words, she glared at him and the pillow fight started. Soon they drifted in deep slumber welcoming another day.
