The family members had just settled themselves in their seats when they heard car's honk indicating that the younger clan was back. They moved towards the living room. Manan, Dhrulya and Mukbhi entered the house. The girls we're giggling and the boys we're making faces looking at the girls.  They saw everyone looking at them. Mukti screamed "superman" and jumped on Anurag for a hug. He laughed at her childish behaviour and embraced her in his arms. Manik approached Neyonika and hugged her. Abhimanyu too greeted the elders. Nandini just walked to her father and gave him a little hug. She then smiled looking at her brother. Dhrulya too greeted the others. Then Anurag saw Nandini's gloomy face and spoke.

Anurag- are guriya idhr aa mere pass. (She came towards him. He kept his hand on her head and asked). Kese hai. Aur lgta hai ke tune mujhe yaad nae kiya isilea ab tk mili nae na mujhe.

Nandini- esa bhe hoskta hai Kya uncle???

Anurag- agar ese baat hai toh lgja phir mere gale. Mere kaleje nu thand pejve (mere kaleje ko thand pdh jae ).

She hugged him and hid her face in his chest as tears threatened to escape her eyes any moment. Anurag hugged both his daughters with love. He then gestured Alya and Navya too. They too smiled to the fullest and the five of them shared a hug. The rest we're looking at them with admiration in their eyes. Neyonika understanding  her husband's actions and spoke.

Neyonika-  are nandu tere neyoma bhe intzaar krrae hai tere.

Nandini looked at her raising her head from Anurag's chest and looked at her like a lost child. Neyonika gestured her to come. She then went to Neyonika who embraced her with all the motherly love. She sniffed in her embrace. Neyonika stroked  her hair and spoke

Neyonika- bs nandu inta nae roote beta. Tabiyat kharab hojaege mere bete ke. Aur nae rona... shhh.. . Bsss....

Cavya came ahead and poked on Nandini's shoulder. She looked at them and both opened their arms.  She then hugged both of them too.

Navya- nandu bs na baba. Dekho baby Kya kehraha hai. (She placed Nandini's hand on her tummy and spoke. Nandini with teary eyes looked at her for an answer). Baby kehraha hai ke Massi don't cry. Massi ke aankho mey aansu ache nae lgte.

Cabir- kya yaar behna dekh ruladiya na mujhe bhe tuune.

She chuckled amd then turned towards Manik who was looking  at her with a small smile and arms folded on his chest. She ran towards him and hid herself in his embrace. He wrapped his arms around her liftle body.She was crying very badly. He let her be was some moment. He knew she needed time to adjust to all the love and care the family was showing towards her. He just tightened his hold on her. Everyone in the hall was looking at him. He blinked his eyes in assurance. Ram and Karan we're in guilt seeing their babychild in such a condition. Anurag patted Ram's shoulder assuring him whereas Neyonika ruffled Karan's hair who looked at her with a sad smile.

For Nandini, she was not able to control her tears.  She was having the same old feeling of family, love, care, attention which once she experienced. After her mother's death she had become a weak soul.
She had not recovered from the trauma when her support system left her. Yess her father was her biggest support system. Then that most dreadful incident happened. Then her bhabi' s death which she thought she was the reason and her brother too leaving her like her dad. Just when she was collecting her broken pieces bit by bit her world again clashed when her amms too passed away. A happy go lucky soul was now only a living body and dead soul  without any emotion. A girl who could fill someone's life with happiness, hope, positivity and love had lost herself somewhere. Hats off to Neyonika and Anurag's struggle that they some how managed to bring back emotions in her life, somehow managed to make her smile and then Abhimanyu entered in her life. He was her brother, her friend. He too managed her when she was all alone.... when haunted memories would frighten her up.. If she was living it was all these three. She needed time to adjust to her surroundings and Manik understood her well. He broke all her walls and darted deep into her heart. Not for once did she feel that his touches we're filthy. Whenever she would look in his eyes all she could see was sincerity and a different feeling for her.

She was constantly sniffing in his arms. Manik now had to stop her if not she would spoil her health which in his wildest dreams he could not afford.

Manik- hey kitten!!! What's wrong. Dekho all are happy seeing you back. Kitna miss kiya tumhe sbne hmm .....(he spoke lovingly stroking her hair). Ese thodi rote hai... look at their faces how worried they are for you. See they feel as if you are crying because of them.

She looked at him and he nodded with a smile. She then looked towards the whole family who just managed fake sad faces.

Nandini- I'm not crying because of them. I... I'm experiencing family feeling after so long. It's just that (her lower lip wobbled)...

Manik-  shhh.... bs... rona nae 'jaan' bs.... you are my good girl right??? (She looked at his when he called her jaan. She nodded instantly) phir.... bs aur nae rona....

Nandini- mey Kya kru Manik yeh tears ruk he nae rae hai....

Mukti came ahead and pulled her cheeks and said

Mukti- awwww dii you  are so cute.... Guys she is crying 'cz she can't handle so much happiness and her happiness is flowing in form of tears. Haina nanu dii....

Nandini nodded and again hid herself in Manik's chest. She was scratching Tommy Hailefer' s sticker on his tee. He was just standing wih his arms around her little body with a constant smile seeing her antics. Neyonika came ahead and stroking her  hair softly she spoke.

Neyonika- chalo bacho fresh hojao. Mey tum log ke lia plates lgvati hu.

Dhruv- nae aunty we are full hmlogo ne kuch deer pehle he khaya tha raste mey. Ab bs need a bed to crash.

Neyonika - acha thiik hai. Fresh hojao. Mey dudh bhijvati hu.

They nodded and left to their respective rooms. Manik pulled away from Nandini and rubbed off her tears and gestured her to smile. He then kissed her forehead  and asked her to freshenup. She nodded and left. Manik was about to go when he was called by his father. He went to the dinning area where all the elders and cavya we're sitting.

Manik- Kya hua dad??? Koe probeen hogae hai???

Anurag- Manik betho. (Manik sat and then Anurag spoke) agar ek sawaal kru toh sach sach jvaab dooge.??? (Manik looked at him confused....still nodded) kitna pyaar krte ho mere guriya se??? (Manik looked at Neyonika who blinked her eyes in assurance) apni ma ke taraf baad mey dekhna pehle jvaab de mujhe  Aur jhuut mt bolna. Humsb ne jo aaj tere ankhon mey dekha, jis trah se tune guriya ko sambhala hmsb in teen saalo mey bhe nae krpaae.

Talking a deep breathe Manik spoke

Manik- bohot pyaar krta hu dad aapki guriya se. Itna ke mey khud bhe nae janta. Mujhe pharak nae pdhta ke how she has been living. All I know is I want to give her world's happiness. Vhi purani Nandini vapas lana chahta hu jo usse Ishima ne apne laad pyaar se paala tha. Kb kese pyaar kr betha nahi janti.Mey bs itna janta hu ke vo mere Ishima ke dil ke ek anmol tukra hai jisse vo apne jaane ke baad mere lia chodgae.

Ram- Manik shaadi kroge mere bete se?? Bnao ge usse apni duniya. Dooge usse hur khushi jo usse chingae.

Manik- agar iss baat se vo sehmat hai... agar vo apni life ka yeh step mere sath lena chahti hai toh mujhe Pia ke kasam hai uncle, kabhi uska hath nae chodunga.

It was the first time in all these years Manik took Pia' s name. Now everyone was sure that whatever he spoke was true.

Karan- mere behen ko hmesha khush rakhna Manik.

Manik passed him a genuine smile.

Cabir- I'm proud of you Manik.

Manik- thank you Cabir. Acha I'll leave. I'm tired I think I should sleep now.

They nodded and he left to his room.
