"Hey Nandini!..kuch zyada hi early aa gayi tum tou.." Barun said while entering her cabin

"Yeahh..! And tum yahan..? Kuch kaam tha?"

"Why? Kaam hoga only then i'll come kya? Aise bhi aa sakta hoon na..?" He sat on the chair

"No. Don't take me wrong..I was just asking.." She smiled

"Hmm..acha it's early abhi toh all the staffs are not here yet and manik bhi busy..so..lets talk.."

"Talk? Umm..should I ask him about Manik..? but ye mujhe misunderstand tou nahi karega na..?" She thought

"Hey..what are you thinking?" He clicked his finger infront of her to bring her back from her thoughts

"Nothing. Barun..actually..I wanted to ask..about Manik sir. I mean wo..his family..his life." Nandini was hesitated to ask to him

"Tou you want to know about his family & his life? Don't you think that you're being too personal?" Barun asked in a very serious tone

"Nahi..woh..I..umm..it's just.." Nandini stumbbled with words

"Hahahaa..Okay, relax! Nandini..main aise hi serious ho gaya tha..I was just kidding. Don't be afraid..so tum manik ke bare mein janna chahti ho..tumhai pata hai..Manik is a very nice person..I know you must be thinking ke how can a rude person be nice..but that's true..1year ago..he lost his father..RAJ MALHOTRA aur ye company bhi uske hi naam ka tha..then.."

"Whaatt??!! Mr Raj Malhotra is dead? Lekin how??" She freaked out.

"Yeah...Manik ne mujhe bataya tha that his father is dead because he had some heart problems and after that his mom asked him to look after the business. He didn't deny his mom. Manik renamed the company as Malhotra Industries and became successful and very famous you know.."

"But what about his music..?!!"

"Music..!? Yeah his mom told me about it but wait, how do you know that manik liked music?" Barun gave a suspicious look. But before Barun could ask more questions, his phone rang

"What! Really..! Okay thank you so much..yeah okay I'll inform him.."
He cut the call and left from there leaving a confused Nandini

"Manik..! Guess what?!" Barun showed him his teeth

"What?" Manik raised his eyebrows

"We got the deal man..!!" And Manik happiness was on high.

"What...really?!!" Manik jumped out of his chair in excitement.

Mr Patel entered in the cabin with a file

"Yes Mr Malhotra..I'm here and the deal is yours..so what's the plan now?!" He asked as he gave him the file

"Ahh..Mr Patel...thank you..! Plan? Abhi toh pata chala hai..I haven't made any plan.." Manik took the file from his hand

"Okay plan is..kal Sunday hai, so issi khushi mein kal ko party at the hotel okay! And as it's about the deal so you and Mr Barun have to come!"

Just then Nandini entered the cabin

"Hello Miss Nandini.."

"Hello Mr Patel." Nandini greeted him

"So I want you also to come at the party..you're coming right?

Before Nandini could say anything..Manik replied

"Yes..! Ofcourse Mr Patel we'll definitely come.."

Nandini's pov

How can he say yes..? He should listen to my answer first na..aiiyyoo aiiyappa no I will not go with this khadoos

"Okay..see you all at the party then.." Mr Patel said and soon he left

"Sir..I dont want to go to the party.."

"Who asked you?..you're coming okay..I don't want any excuses"

"Manik..she don't want to go. Don't force her..hum dono chale jayenge.." Barun took the side of Nandini. He was very kind though.

"Barun..Mr Patel ne khud invite kiya hai Mrs Kapoor ko, so if she won't go..he'll feel bad and we might lose this deal.."

"But sir, how will my absence at the party affects the deal? I mean i'm not that important to attend the party right.." Nandini had a point

"Mrs Kapoor.. I don't want to lose this deal.. and not to forget that you're my P.A okay! so you must come with me!"

Nandini's pov

And all he's thinking is the deal..ek tou he's behaving rude with me and he wants me to go with him..!

Yeah right, I'm his P.A..! So miss Nandini, your decisions doesn't matter to him now..you must go either you want to or you don't want to..grrrrhh..

"Manik..look don't force her..if she doesn't want to come then why.." Barun spoke again but Manik showed him his hand

"Mrs Kapoor, abhi I'm going to attend a meeting. You get back to your work and be ready tomorrow. Give your address to me before evening, I'll ask my driver to pick you and yes, you're my P.A, so wear something which is best okay..!" Nandini nodded and went..

"Why did you force her to come?" Barun asked sternly

"Tu kyun itna side le raha hai uski..?"

"Manik.."

"Barun..enough yaar!!"

"Okayy fine!!"

8:30 pm

Nandini was running towards manik's cabin. She was holding a paper in which she has written her address as she had forgotten to give it to him

"Aiyyooo!! Nandu..!! Nowadays you're being so careless!! Omg..how can I forget to give the address..Manik angry hoga..!!" She kept on talking to herself till she reached to Manik's cabin

Nandini took a deep breath and entered Manik cabin. He was talking on phone, she was facing his back

"Soch kya rahi hai Nandu..monster phone pe baat kar raha hai, just keep the paper on the table..haan!" Nandini murmured this to herself. She kept the paper on the table and was about to go when..

"Mrs Kapoor!!! Where you think you're going??" Manik said in a stern voice "You're late.!! when I said that before evening, tumhai samjh mein nahi aata kya?!!"

"Sir, main..I was busy in morning.., I have to check so many files..that's why I..I forgot to give this.." Nandini said showing him the paper which was on the table

"Fine..! Get out!"

Nandini's pov

Woww!! Like..

"Get Out?"

Meri koi value hi nahi hai. Arrey I also have some high standards..opps! I mean I had..! But that doesn't mean that don't have any value..!! He can tell me sweetly na..

'Nandini..it's time..you should go home..' But no, monster tou monster hi rahega na..aiiyoo how will I go home? Car to mechanic ko repair karne ke liye diya hai..!

"Hello..!! I said get out!!"

"Abhi taxi milegi kya??" Nandini said in a sad tone

"Whatt?? Taxi..? Listen tumhai jaise bhi ghar jaana hai..go okay..I don't care.." Why Manik has to show his monster side all the time?!!

"Haan..woh tou tumhare iss rude behaviour se hi lagta hai" Nandini murmured

"What did you say..?"

"No..Nothing..!!"

"Go home..we'll meet tomorrow..at the party." Nandini nodded in yes and left.

Manik's pov

Is she crazy? I mean how can I know ke abhi taxi milegi ya nahi..

But wait..!

Why did she ask me? Maybe she doesn't have her car..! Mujhe kya..I shouldn't care..! But how will she go home? It's late! And..It's not safe as well..! God!! Stop overthinking Manik..uska husband hai!! He can come to pick her!

Nandini kept walking as she couldn't find any taxi.

"God..mamma will be worried!! Taxi kya..not even a bus is passing by..how will I go home now..phone ki battery bhi dead..grrhhh I'm tired!! Come on Nandu lets sit.." Nandini said as she found a small bench just nearby a club.

Here Manik was driving back to home when he saw Nandini..!

"Nandini!! What are you doing here?!!" Manik asked as he came near her

Nandini was a little shock but then she replied.."Main taxi ka wait kar rahi hoon..to go home..walk karte karte I reached here..so..waise bhi..why are you so worried? Tum aaram se ghar jao na.."

"This girl is really crazy!! Kya karun main iska?!!" Manik mumbled under his breath.

"Chalo..I'll drop you home"

"No..I'll manage..." Nandini said in angry tone

"I said Chalo!!" Manik said in equal tone..he held her hand and dragged Nandini with him while she was trying to free her hand just then 1 officer came. Ops! Now An encounter with an Officer!

"What's happening here..? And you..you're Manik Malhotra right! Aisi jagah pe?"

Nandini's pov

Hun? What? Aisa kya hai iss jagah pe..omg kahiin haunted to nahi na?!!!

"Yeah..you guess it right..I'm Manik Malhotra..and I'm taking my soon-to-be wife with me!" Manik said with a smirk and Nandini's eyes widened..

"Acha..you're getting married. Congrats Mr Malhotra..but yeh..I mean yahan..?" He looked at Nandik from head to toe

"Woooh...actually she was in London she don't know more about this place..she was angry with me..and she came here unknowingly so.." Manik faked a smile while Nandini was glaring at him

"Ohh..yeah..so Mrs soon-to-be Malhotra..all okay now?"

"Yeahh! All okay..!! Haina Baby..?" Manik placed his hand on her waist and pulled her close to him while Nandini was just giving shocking expressions

"Bolo na baby..all okay na..? Now you're not angry with me na..so chale..home?" Manik asked smilingly and Nandini just nodded
Soon they both came near the car

"Manik!! mera hath chodo!!!" Nandini said in a stern voice

"Baby..! Itna gussa thik nahi hai sweetheart!!"

"Manikk!!! Don't baby me okay!!" Nandini shouted "Stop calling me with these names!

"Shhh....!!"

"Shhh?? Don't shush me!!" She said irritatedly

"Silly girl..!! Can't you see that officer is looking at us only..usse doubt na ho, so just shut up okay!!" Manik whispered and Nandini glared at him. Soon both left from there

"Manik..! What was that place..? I mean woh officer.. why was he asking questions? Is that place haunted kya?" Nandini asked Manik who was concentrating on the road

"Mrs Kapoor, It's sir...okay!"

"We are out of office now, so I can call you Manik.."

"Yeah but I'm dropping up you home as Manik Malhotra, who is the owner of (M) industries and your boss as well not as Manik only. So you have to call me sir only.. okay!"

"Ugrrhhh..yahan bhi!! Aiiyoo god..I don't like this bossy Manik.." Nandini muttered. Manik chuckled as he heard her.

"Okay..SIR!" Nandini faked a smile

"Good! And about that place..tumhai wohi jagah mila to sit..that place is not a safe place Mrs Kapoor..there was a club nearby.. you noticed that right..wahan kabhi kabhi drug dealing hote hai and pata nahi kaise kaise log aate hai..!"

"Whaat!!?? Mujhe taxi nahi mil rahi thi..and saw that bench tou I sat there only..Aiiyyoo aiiyaappa thank god...i'm safe!!" Nandini prayed

"Don't you think you should thank me first..I mean agar main nahi hota..tou that police would have misunderstand you and would have taken you with him..aur tum jail mein hoti.." Manik said and Nandini turned her face to the other side..

"Vaise where's your husband..? You could have call him to take you right and you belong to Kapoor family now, a very rich family!" Just then Nandini looked at him..

"Haan..! now I remember..ye kaise bhul sakta hoon main..London mein company bhi hai na..Kapoors ki..! tou tumhai yahan aake job karne ki kya zarurat pad gayi?" He added

Nandini's pov

Means I was right! Manik doesn't know about it!

Should I tell him?

No!!

Why should I? He's behaving like a stranger with me and it hurts!! Usne bhi toh kuch nahi bataya mujhe..I'll not tell him..

"Sir! Stop the car!!!" Nandini suddenly said..
