Manik's office

"Where are you going in such a hurry?" Barun asked Manik who was going somewhere "You know there's a meeting at 3 pm with Mr Singh right!"

"Barun cancel it..I really have to meet her..!!" Manik was going to sit in his car but Barun stopped him

Barun: This meeting is important Manik!

"To hell with the meeting..I said cancel it Barun!! Nandini is more important right now!!" Barun startled as Manik shouted..soon he left

Barun was confused..he looked at his car direction

"I can't understand this guy..first he fired Nandini..now he himself going to meet her?! Akhir ye chahta kya hai? Only he knows!" Barun said looking upwards

Nandini was in her room

Nandini pov: I am bored..! No office..no work..nothing..come on Nandu you should be happy no..ab koi tension nahi! Ugrhh..but I am so bored..I can't stay in home like this no?! I have to find another job now..

Suddenly the door bell rang

"Mamma and Sanaya market se aa gaye shayad" She walked towards the door to open and as soon as she opened it..she was stunned to find Manik infront of her!

"Aiyappa now I'm in such a tension that I'm hallucinating Manik?! God!!" She said and was closing the door but Manik didn't let her..instead he entered inside

"Nan..Nandini..I..I know..It's my mistake..I am.."

"Manik..? Tum sach mein ho yahan?" She asked

Manik: What?

Nandini pov: Arre buddhu Nandu!! He's in real!! But wait what is he doing here now? He tou fired me from the job na?!

"Manik..I don't wanna talk to you.." She shouted and went towards her room..Manik followed her

Manik: Why you didn't tell me??

Nandini: Manik don't you understand? mujhe tumse baat nahi karni!!"

Manik: Nandini..listen..

Nandini was not in mood to listen anything..she entered her bedroom

Nandini: Manik..go! You can't come in my room like this!!

Manik: I'm already in Nandini!

"Manik go away!!" She tried to push him..but that made his anger to rise.. he held her arms tightly and pinned her to the wall

"Why are you ignoring me haan!??" Manik spoke in an angry tone

"Manik please..I don't wanna fight..I can't take it anymore..I am not that strong Manik.." She said in a very painful tone..Manik instantly left her..he sensed her pain..no matter how much he try.. He can never hate Her!!

Manik: Why you didn't tell me?!! Why Nandini!??!!

Nandini: Tumne bhi tou mujhe nahi bataya tha na..about your Dad!

"Nandini..then you get to know na..! Phir why you didn't tell me?!! Why!! Why!!??" Manik banged his fist on the wall

"Why you didn't tell me that Akhil is dead!! Why you didn't tell me that appa.." He took a deep breath "That..appa is..is no more.."

"Because you didn't let me!!" Tears formed around her eyes..

"You didn't give me the chance to explain!! Whenever I tried to talk to you..you always cut me in between! Ab kya chahte ho tum haan? What do you want?! Go from here Manik.."

Manik immediately hugged her..Nandini protested but soon she gave up..she reciprocated equally

"I am..sorry Nandu..I'm really very sorry!!" His voice cracked..He was weeping! "I was so rude with you..! If you had tell me earlier then this wouldn't have happen!

"Ma..nik..I tried to..but..but you.." She sobbed loudly

"Shh..! Acha..tell me..how did this..I mean..ye sab kaise..?"

"Woh..woh..app..appa..and.." She couldn't complete..her sobs racked her body making her unable to continue..

"It's okay..It's okay! Shh..! Just calm down..shhh! You can tell me later.." He said rubbing her back but her tears were not stopping

Manik scooped her up in his arms and went towards the bed.. He placed her on the bed and sat beside her..

"Woh..Shaadi ke baad..exactly after 2 months..Appa came to London to visit us..main..mamma..and..Akhil.." Nandini managed to say while Manik was listening

"Akhil appa ko office le kar gaya tha..to show him the entire office phir..when they were..driving back home..they.. they met with..an..an accident..I..I lost them Manik.." She began to cry again.. It was hard for her to forget them!

"And..we were already in a tension..the business..was not going well..Akhil ke jaane ke baad..the company stopped.. all stopped..! I tried..I tried finding a job in London but it was..difficult..! Me and mamma shifted to India itself.. then..I got a job in your company.. next..you know!

"I know! I hurt you to the end this time! and I am not going to asked you to forgive me because that would be selfish no?!" He said in a low tone..

"Manik..I miss them!!" She cried

Manik gently pulled her forward and hugged her "Shhh..calm down..okay!" He gently massaged her back like soothing a child

"Sanaya..beta tumne mujhe ghar jaane kyun nahi diya..shopping karna tha to akele aa jati na ..Nandu is alone..she must be bored.." Koyal said as Sanaya dragged her to the shop where is nearby their house

Sanaya: Relax aunty..Nandu must not be bored..woh akeli nahi hai!!"

Koyal confused: Means??

Sanaya: Means that I saw Manik going inside the house..Manik hai uske saath..so chill

Koyal smiled: Really? You saw him?!

Sanaya: Yeah!! Let them stay together for a while..and sort out everything!!

Koyal: Acha hai..I just want Nandu's happiness

"Ditto aunty!!" Sanaya said and both shared a hug

"Barun..where's Manik?" Nyonika asked sternly as she entered his cabin..Barun startled at his place

"Manik is at Nandini's place" He said but soon he realised what he blurted out..

"Okay..I'm going to Nandini's place" Nyonika was about to but...

"No no no!" Barun came infront of the door "Woh..he's coming..I called him few minutes ago..he's on his way!

"Really? Woaw..I called him so many times few minutes ago..infact I am still dialing his number..but his phone is off! Then how did you get to talk to him?" She said crossing her arms around her chest

"Yeah Manik phone is off..! Arreyy aunty..I called on Nandini's number.. yeah!! Nandini's number!" Barun showed her his teeth

Nyonika: Okay give me her number

"Haan.." He took his phone out and then again put it in "Nahi hai!"

Nyonika: What?

Barun: Number nahi hai aunty actually..maine delete kar diya!

Nyonika: Kyun??

Barun: Woh..aise hi..I mean.. accidentally delete ho gaya mujhse and I don't even remember her number so..sorry..don't worry..Manik aata hi hoga..

"God..tum bhi pagal..Manik bhi pagal..dono same same..!! Arggh" Nyonika left

Barun pov: Thank God..! Nandini ka number toh hai hi nahi mere paas..and if Nyonika aunty would have gone to Nandini's place then..hungama!! Yaar baba Manik..tujhko pukare teri mom!! Come soon!

Manik and Nandini were silent.. Nandini was okay now..

Manik: Where's aunty?

Nandini: Mamma Sanaya ke sath market gayi hai

Manik: Leaving you alone?

Nandini: God Manik..I'm not a kid okay..! I can stay alone in the house

Manik smiled: You're not scared of darkness anymore..

Nandini: I didn't say that no! I am still scared of darkness but abhi it's day na so..I can stay alone

"Hmm..Nandini..can we be friends? Again?" He said looking in her eyes "A Fresh Start." He forwarded his hand

Nandini gave a faint smile and took his hand on hers

"You will not leave this friendship again na?" She asked innocently

"Never..!" He said

Nandini: How..did..you get..to know about..

Manik: Mr Johnson..in London.. business man..I know him..! So I tried getting information from him..he told me..about Akhil..and..

Nandini: Hmm..

Manik: Nandini..tum..you can join office

Nandini: Really? No!! Agar phir se fired kar diya mujhe tou?

Manik chuckled: No Nandu..I was angry that time..tou gusse mein maine....but not this time!

Nandini: Nandini promise?

Manik: Yeah..Nandini promise!

Nandini: Manik..Shraddha?

Manik: umm..she left

Nandini: It's just because of me no?

"No..It was my fault..that time..I..I couldn't control myself.." He said as Nandini lowered her head

Manik: Vaise..you were looking...

Nandini raised her eyebrows "Manik.. we were talking about 'Shraddha' right!"

Manik: Yeah!

Nandini: When will she come again?

Manik: I don't know! I was trying to call her but....I just hope she will talk to me soon!

Nandini: She will..

Nandini pov: Aiyappa..Manik and I.. friends!! Again!! Am I dreaming?!! If this is a dream..then let me stay in it..I never want to wake up God!! Now everything will be okay! It feel so good..!

Manik pov: She's still an angel..she suffered so much! she lost her precious one! God! Please don't make me do such mistake again..I just want her to be happy now! I want to fix things right away..and Never hurt her again!
