Maya: You know what I love the most?

Manan: Yelling at people for no reason right?

Maya: Very funny.... No, I love to...

They hear a scream of a person and turn around to find and girl on the road with her cycle beside her. With Manan's help Maya got down and the two of them went to the girl.

Maya (while helping the girl to get up): I hope not much happened to you.

Manan (picking her cycle up): What were you doing here and if you don't know how to cycle then don't cycle.

Maya: Can't you spare your anger for once. Accidents happen at times. No one is perfect, not even you.

Manan: Oh don't teach me what to do.

Maya: Well learn to behave properly and I will stop my ranting session.

Manan: you fool...

Maya: Mind your language.

Girl: Will the two of you please stop it. My leg is hurting a lot.

Maya: Oh, I am so sorry dear. Challo, we will get you to a doctor.

Manan: What we, your problem and you will take her.

Maya: Well then who told you to pick me up? Now that I don't have any transportation, you will have to drop us to the hospital.

Manan: You see that cycle over there. Just take that and you will reach the destination.

Maya: Oh sure, and then when I will meet your dad I will tell him that his son forcefully abducted me from my house and dropped me here and left me all alone with an injured girl by my side. Should I?

Manan: No you won't do that.

Maya: You know I don't fail in any challenge so try that with someone else. See she is very hurt atleast have some humanity. Your grudge is with mom and not her.

Manan: mom?

Maya: Anika di's mom in law is my mom too.

Manan: fine, get her in.

Manan moves towards the car but stops in between and sees Maya struggling to get the girl near the car. Manan angrily goes and picks up the girl and get her in the car while Maya smiles looking at his grumpy face.

HOSPITAL

Doctor: Nothing much to worry about. Only a small air line fracture. She will be alright with proper care.

Maya: Thank you doctor. So can we call her parents?

Doctor: Sure. I'll take your leave now.

Manan: Hey girl, tell me your mom's number?

Girl: I don't know.

Manan: Accha, you will no your dad's number na. Tell me that.

Girl: I don't know that.

Manan: What!! Are you serious? You don't know your parents number?

Maya: Will you calm down for god sake. There would be a reason why she doesn't know their number.

Manan: She is just lying. When she found out that we are quite rich she wants to enjoy in our money.

The girl on hearing this, starts crying.

Maya: What rubbish are you talking? Not everyone person is money minded and this girl is nearly 7 years old. A child mind is very pure and that's why people call them angels.

Manan: Will you...

Maya: Shush now...

Manan: How dear you shush me?

Maya: will you keep your mouth shut for once. I need to know who her parents are. Child please don't take his words seriously. He forgot how to respect people. Do you have any pic of your parents together or something we could use to find them out?

Girl: I am new in this country so I don't know much about this place. But my house is near Starbucks Café.

Manan: lol girl, your house is near Starbucks. There are atleast a 50 of them in this entire continent and you are telling this.

Maya: kindly try to use your brain for once. If she is saying her house is near Starbucks then it has to be near the place we had gone today on the morning. And since she was using a cycle she wouldn't have gone too far.

Manan: Oh, as if I don't know that.

Maya: Oh yes you don't know that. Now will you do the searching part or do I have to tell you how to do it.

Manan: You needn't be so sweet.

Maya: Then get going.

In a while Manan returned and saw the girls having fun with each other. Unknowingly a tiny crept up his face and Maya smiled seeing this. She knew that no matter how harsh his words were, he wasn't bad at heart and he did care. His misunderstandings were the main reason for his harsh attitude.

OFFICE

After getting the girl to her parents Maya and Manan reached the office. Maya ran in and pulled Arjun to one corner of the hall while Manan angrily left for his cabin.

Arjun: Is there an airport nearby or is that just my heart taking off?

Maya: Don't start it now.

Arjun: Most people like to watch the Olympics, because they only happen once every 4 years, but I'd rather talk to you cause the chance of meeting someone so special only happens once in a lifetime.

Maya: Will you kindly shut up now and listen to me for god sake.

Arjun: I am at your service whenever you need it.

Maya: Then listen to me, I need you to do something romantic for me.

Arjun: I never need to see the sun again because your eyes light up my world.

Maya: Not now, just plan something good and then we have to showcase it in front of dad.

Arjun: dad? Where is that alien?

Maya: Alien???

Arjun: Your dad must be an alien because there's nothing else like you on Earth!

Maya: Oh my god. Now will you do something?

Arjun: Sure my queen. Would you like to fall into my arms?

Maya: Meaning?

Arjun: Yes or No.

Maya: fine but I shouldn't get hurt.

Arjun: don't worry, I'll be wearing gloves.

Maya: Gloves?

Arjun: Cause your too hot to handle.

Maya: Just get to the plan.

Arjun: Its simple lady love, you need to slip and fall into my arms.

Maya: as if it's romantic.

Arjun: Well, when you weren't here I did talk to Manik sir and he told me that when he was in love, his girl used to frequently fall into his arms.

Maya: Oh, that means you are smart enough other than your cheesy attitude.

Arjun: of course madam. Anyways I am completely different when you are not around.

Maya: And why are you different around me?

Arjun: Well when you are around my brains stops working and my heart gets stolen.

Maya (laughing): My god you need some treatment.

And within seconds she slips and was going to touch the floor but Arjun held her in time and pulled her towards him. Maya's eyes were shut in fear and to open them up Arjun gave a peck on her nose. Maya opened her eyes and looked at Arjun in shock.

Arjun (whispering): And this is called perfect timing. Your dad and brother saw whatever happened. And I must say that you are quite entertaining to be with. Sometimes your smiling and sometimes you ae grumpy but in the end I want you in my life.

With this Arjun made her stand properly and again surprised her with a peck on her cheek and left and for the last and final time he winked at her.

Maya was blushing. She looked around and saw Manik smiling at her while Manan was shocked. Maya hurriedly left for her cabin.

Manan: how dare they romance over here?

Manik: Will you stop your anger for a while. After a long time I am able to see something like this so let it be this way. Anyways I feel they are good for each other and they remind me of myself and...

Manik pauses after realizing what he was going to say.

Manan (taunting Manik): why did you stop, let me here her name. Get this straight dad I don't even want anything that will remind me or you of that lady.

Manik: Then leave this place. You have no right to stop Maya and Arjun. It's their personal life.

Manan: Now you are taking their side. Why the devil do I have to be your son?

With this Manan angrily left the place and left Manik completely hurt.

Manik was almost near the stairs when he was pulled back and got a tight slap across his face.
