FIRST FLOOR CORRIDOR

Maya was walking down the corridor when she bumped into someone. She looked up at the person and realized that it was Manan and by looking at his expressions she was sure that Manan would blast in any minute.

Manan: What the hell are you doing here?

Maya (stammering): What do you mean?

Manan: How come you are in this mansion and don't you dare try to justify that this isn't your house. I have dropped you here in the beginning itself so you can't fool me.

Maya (justifying): This isn't our house.

Manan: Who is this ours?

Maya: My sister

Manan: You have a brother.

Maya (innocently): Can't I have a sister. I am staying here because of my sister.

Manan (acting smart): Okay then. Since the two of you are living here then it is sure that you knew about this party.

Maya: Yup.

Manan: Then it is sure your sister is here too because you are living here because of her.

Maya: What are you trying to say?

Manan: Get me to your sister and then I will believe.

Maya POV: Abh me yeh imaginary behen kahan se le aoon?

Manan (smirking): What happened? Can't think of an excuse.

Maya (smiling): Well you want to see my sister then I will take you to her myself.

Manan POV: I thought I caught her read handed. I think I have to find some other way to trap her.

TERRACE

Maya directed Manan towards the terrace. By now Shivaay and Anika were discussing how to execute their plan. When Maya entered the place she yelled Behen to which both Shivaay and Anika turned.

Manan: Anika?

Anika: Manan?

Shivaay: You know him?

Maya: You know her? Anyways you wanted to know who my sister was right. Then here you go, Ani di is my sister. Ani di, aren't I right about it.

Maya winked at Anika to make her understand that she had to act like Maya was her sister.

Anika: I know Manan that I haven't told you this. Maya is my distant relative and she is staying with as her family is in London.

Maya: I really don't know how you know her but let me tell you one thing that you need to know. We are staying here as Ani di is now going to get engaged with Shivaay Jiju. So we are staying here.

Manan: What??!! You are going to marry him? This man? I thought we were best friends. Is this how you keep your relationship with us?

Anika: Manan, it is just new. Shivaay just told me how he felt about me day before. I thought I will tell you guys when we meet as a surprise. So I didn't tell you. Please understand.

Manan: So this girl is your sister?

Anika: Yes.....

Manan: Okay then. Let me leave you guys alone.

Manan POV: Why do I feel that whatever they are saying is just a lie? I need to find out. Anyways I have to talk to dad.

With this Manan left.

Shivaay: You have told him a lie now Maya but how long will you hide it. He would have already seen some photo frames across the hall in which you are there with me and mom. And according to Ms. Anika, I have just proposed her yesterday. So that means a picture with you on the wall can't come so soon.

Anika: I didn't know that such a problem will be there. I am sorry okay?

Shivaay: Your sorry won't vanish the pictures in thin air.

Maya: You really think I am not your sister bhai. How can you think that I wouldn't have thought about the smallest of the small things? When mom had invited Manan bhai and dad I knew that there would be a questionnaire with Manan bhai. So I had prepared myself for it. With the help of the staffs, I cleared all picture on the wall having my pics. I didn't want to take any risk.

Shivaay (impressed): You are definitely my sister.

Anika: I am so proud of you dear.

Maya: You ought to be as now you are my sister. You guys head down and I will catch up with you guys as soon as possible.

IN THE HALL

Maya started searching for Arjun all over the hall. Alas she didn't find him at all. As she turned around her phone fell down. She went to pick it up but ended up hitting someone else head.

Maya (angrily): Are you blind?

Person: I am might be blind but I can see us together.

And there she knew that the idiot she had bumped into was the cheesiest man she had ever seen on earth. It was none other than Mr. Arjun Sharma.

Maya (getting up): Look for the devil and the devil appears.

Arjun (getting up and smiling): You are so hot that you would make the devils sweet.

Maya: Will you hold that side of yours for a minute? I need to talk to you something serious.

Arjun: You think I am not serious about you?

Maya put her hand on his mouth to which Arjun smiled.  

Maya: Not a word now. I was searching for you. The is reason for it is that I want something from you. I want you to be my boyfriend.

Arjun (pulling her hand away): And finally you gave me the key to your heart.

Maya (attitude): Oh wait a minute, I didn't add something to that sentence. The word is fake. You are going to be my fake boyfriend so don't keep to many hopes in your mind.

Arjun (acting showing with his hand that a knife had went inside his heart): Had full faith that it wasn't a dream. Anyways, I can give my life for you then this request of your is nothing near it. Take me my lady, take me.

With this Maya pulled Arjun, who was dreamily looking at her. He got Arjun to stand in front of Shivaay, who glared at him.

Maya: Arjun, this is my brother.

Arjun (dreamily): Hello brother.

Maya: But to everyone he is my fake Jiju.

Arjun (confused): You didn't tell then that he is your brother.

Maya: You don't think much. For you he is my Jiju and she is my sister Anika. Get it?

Arjun (looking at her dreamily): Anything for you dear.

Maya (looking at Arjun): Go to my mother, Ms. Nandini Murthy.

Arjun smiled at her and left.

Shivaay (annoyed): Out of everyone in the entire world, you only found him for this game? Because of him, our plan will be a flop in the very next minute.

Maya: I am sure that out of all only he can control mom's mind for some time. And I am sure she will be complete agreeing that he is the best match for me. I have full faith in his cheesiness.

Shivaay: Well then, it's all up to you. Don't tell me later that I didn't warn you.

With this they left for Nandini. The four of them stood infront of Nandini, who was looking at her kids in suspicion.

Nandini: What is it kids?

Maya: We want to tell you something ma.

Nandini (smiling): Speak beta.

Maya looked at Shivaay for assurance and the two of them looked at their partners and finally at their mother. The two of them shut their eyes and said in a go.

Maya and Shivaay together: We are dating ma.

Nandini: what??!! Who is it?

Shivaay: I am dating Anika.

Maya: And I am dating Arjun.

Nandini: I do get the fact that Shivaay and Anika are the best match for each other so I don't object. But who is this Arjun? How can I believe that he is the best match for you?

Maya (pointing towards Arjun who was smiling at Nandini): This is Arjun and I love him a lot. And even bhai thinks that he is the best for me.

Shivaay: Yes mom, he is.

Nandini: No, I can't trust words. Only actions speak louder than words. I would like to talk to him.

Maya: Okay then, talk to him.

Nandini: I would definitely do that if he was standing beside you now.

Maya looked beside her and found Arjun missing. She was cursing him. Shivaay looked at Maya and gave her the 'I told you' look to her. But her curses had soon vanished with the dimming of the lights in the hall.

What is going to happen now? Will Nandini believe Maya and Shivaay's lie? What is Arjun up to now? To know more stay tuned.
