Manik's PoV
Nandini's parents had agreed and I couldn't have been any more happier.This was the thing we were waiting for for the past 5 years and finally one batch of parents had agreed.

It was currently 1 in the afternoon and we as in Fab5 were sitting in Abhi's office for a meeting which I was least interested in.

"Manik I know you are not interested lekin don't make it soo obvious please."Abhi sighed.

"Dekh Abhi the last contract with the them wasn't the great.We all know how that ended.Even if they offer a million dollars I am not willing to take that up."I said.

"I agree with Manik.Why are we wasting time when we all know it is
going to be a no."Mukti frustratedly sighed.

"Okay if that is what you all say."Abhi literally threw himself on his chair looking at us tired. "I swear tumlogo ko handle karna is not easy."He said.

"Kyu kar raha hai phir?"I smirked.

He looked at me and then at Mukti who smiled shyly. "You all know the reason."He stated.I gave him a really look and he nodded.

'Get married already."I mouthed to him and he smirked.Ab kya chal raha hai iske dimaag mein?

"Mukti."He called her out which caught all our attention. "Would you go on a date with me?"He asked.She nodded.She had to or else I would have murdered her.We were all tired with their intense eye locks,the flirty smiles they passed to each other,their shy talks.It was about time.

What followed after that were hoots and teasings.

Nandini's PoV
"Mom where is the pizza?"I asked her searching through the fridge.Mom was Serious about what she had told us before.She had quit her job and was home.I had no work today so I was home and Niru had to study but he was playing games.

"I may or may not have been hungry last night."Niru yelled from the living room.

"Mommmm."I whined almost cried.You know when you have imagined eating a pizza with your favourite toppings and you find it to be missing.You just want to scream.That was my feeling. "Why the hell would you have my share."I stormed off to the living room and stood in front of him blocking his view.

"I was hungry."He shrugged.I hit him on his shoulders muttering a 'jackass' and he glared at me.

"Nandu language."My mom shouted.

"I want pizza now.Go and get me."I demanded.

"Order karlo dii natak mat karo."He said.I narrowed my eyes at him and he smiled nervously and ordered for me.Better.

My phone rang and I answered it after taking calming myself down. "Hello."It was Manik.

"Hii,wassup?"I asked.

"Abhi finally got the balls to ask Mukti out."He stated.

"Wowwwww!Thats great.About time."I squealed.

"I know right."He chuckled.

We spoke for a little while after which he had to go for some meeting. "Did you order?"I asked him plopping on the couch.

"Ha meri maa."He folded his hands in front of me.

"Never touch my food."I warned and he nodded in disbelief.

Manik's PoV
It was 8 when I got home that evening fully prepared to talk with Dad about Nandini.Tell him how much she means to me.How much I love her and that I wanted to marry her and only her.

I knew it would be 9 by the time everyone would get down so I left to get changed.I freshened up and hot into a tshirt and shorts.It was 9 by that time as I had taken a shower.Determined I left my room.

"Hello everyone."I pulled my chair out and sat passing a smile.

"Aapka mood bohot accha hai.Kya baat hai?"Bhabhi teased and I rolled my eyes making her laugh.

"Ha Manik baat kya hai?"Dad asked and I took that as a cue to start.

"Dad woh I am in a rela."I started.

"Myraaa."Bhai got up to pick a unconscious bhabhi in his arms.He rushed taking her to his room while we all followed him.

"Daadu aap yahi rahiye.Don't take tension."I stopped him as he was ready to follow us. "Kamla tai inhe please dinner serve kar dijiye."I instructed her and left assuring him.

I called the doctor on the way up.Bhai was sitting besides bhabhi while mom anddad were standing behind him.Worry clear on their faces. "Myra."He patted her cheeks lightly but she wouldn't budge.

"Rehaan don't panic.Manik get water."Mom pulled bhai up and sat besides bhabhi while I brought water.

She sprinkled water on her face and her eyes opened slowly adjusting to the light in the room.Mom made her sit properly with a pillow behind her back.

"Manik beta woh doctor aaye hai."Kaka informed and I asked him to get him up.

"Myra how did you faint?"Mom asked caressing her hair.

"Pata nahi mom.2 hafto se thodi tired hoon but aaj kuch jyaada hi weakness aa gayi thi."She informed.

"What the hell?Bataye ga kaun?"Bhai shouted at her and she pouted.

"I thought it might go.And you were soo busy with work the past couple of days."She innocently shrugged and I smiled.

"Aaiye doctor."I said as soon as I saw the doctor.She was our family doctor and mom's friend.As soon as she came she pushed all of us out.

"Kya ladki hai couldn't she just tell me."Bhai grumbled besids me.

"Manik you were good to say something."Dad asked.Oh yes!

"That can wait."I said. "Mom whats up with you?"I asked her.She seemed to be lost in her thoughts.

"Kuch nahi I think I know what is up with Myra."She bit her lip.

"Accha kya lagta hai aapko?"I asked her.No she wasn't a doctor but she was a woman so maybe she knew.Does that make senses?

Before she could say anything the doctor opened the door and we all rushed in. "What is it.Anything serious?"Dad asked.

"Oh nothing serious.She is fine."She looked at bhabhi and nodded. "Why don't we all go out."She said and we left but hhabhi stopped bhai.

"She is one month pregnant."The doctor said as soon as we came out.

"I knew it."My squealed while me and dad were too shocked to react,

"W..what?"I asked.

"You are going to become a chacha Manik."Mom said and I grinned.

"Oh my god."I squealed like a girl but I couldn't care.I was just soo happy.We thanked the doctor and after asking kaka to drop her out while we entered inside.

Bhai was hugging bhabhi when we got inside.Mom cleared her throat and they pulled apart.Mom hugged her and kissed her forehead.Dad too hugged her patting her head.I hugged her tightly. "I am sooo happy bhabhi."I said and she giggled.I hugged bhai next and he smiled.

We went back to our rooms after Mom asking bhabhi to take care and giving instructions.I threw myself on the bed and got my phone out.

I called Nandini and her caller tune played making me chuckle.That was my reaction all the time. "Helllo Nandini."

"Yes Manik."She said.

"I tried talking to dad about you."I started.

"What did he say?"She asked and I knew she was nervous.

"I couldn't talk to him cause bhabhi fainted."I paused.

"What!!How?Is she fine now?Kya hua unhe?"She rambled.

"She is fine actually more than fine."I said."Nandini are you there?"I asked suddenly excited.

She chuckled. "Then whats got you soo excited and happy Manik?"

I grinned just by the thought of it. "You are going to become a chachi."I said.I know we are not married lekin shaadi toh honi hi hai.

"Whattt?Wowwwww!"She screeched so much that I had to pull the phone away.

"Geez woman calm down."I said.

"What do you expect?I am going to become a chachiiii."I chuckled at her reaction but I was expecting it.We both loved kids.

We spoke for a little while more before we hung up calling it a day.

Not an interesting day but an earth shattering night!
