Sunday! morning... Murthy mansion...

nandu was having her beauty sleep after a long struggle last night... it wasn't that she couldn't get sleep... it was just that she chose not to sleep but work on her new project... she struggled hard thinking about a tune for that monkey gang... she actually brainstromed all music videos and all her original tunes which she saved up...

she finally found one... but according to her it still needed changes...

amms entered her room to see her still sleeping... she sighed and went near her... she was about to sit when she saw a pile of papers on her desk beside her bed...

amms frowned a little...

*this girl... she didn't even wait a day before she started to work... its all her DJ's fault for turning her into a workaholic...* she thought as she sat down on the bed...

she slowly caressed her hair but made no moments to wake her up... she waited for a while before going down...

Raman: arre maa... princess kaha hai... he asked while amms sighed...

amms: wo so rahi hai... kal raat thak kaam kar rahi thi... she said glaring DJ...

DJ: arre bhai ab me ne kya kiye... he said looking at amms in disbelief... while the latter just shook her head...

she then went into the kitchen to see ishita cooking breakfast... she started helping her when the phone rang...

phone convo...

ishita: hello...

neyo: hello ishita ji... hum neyonika...

ishita: ji bataiye... kaise call kiye...

neyo: arre hum ye batane ke liye call kiye ki humare mannu ko apki beti acchi lagi... but wo uss se ek baar phir milna chahtha hai... if you don't mind... she said while ishita smiled happily...

ishita: ji I don't have any problem... meri beti ne bhi yahi kaha hai...

neyo: oh ye tho acchi baat hai... thank god... she said while they both talked for a while before cutting the call...

Amms: kiska phone hai ishi... she asked while scooping the curry into the bowl...

Ishi: amma, neyonika ji ne call kiye hai... unhe humari nandu acchi lagi... they also agreed to meet once before deciding... she said almost jumping while amms laughed at her childishness...

Amms: arre humari nandu ko koi bhi na nahi keh saktha... she said as they both went towards the dining table with the food items...

Amms: rishu... jaa apni di ko utha de... she said while rishab nodded his head and ran up stairs...

He reached nandus room and opened it with a loud bang which shook nandu as she woke up with a jerk... she looked around to see rishab smiling widely at her...

Nandu: RISHUUUUUU! She shouted after taking a deep breath... while rishab ran away shouting good morning di...

Nandu took another deep breath before shaking her head at his childishness...

*childishness really does run in the family...*

She thought chuckling as she went to get ready...

She came down wearing her tracksuit...

Missing a day of her routine really is disturbing according to her...

She was all set to hit the gym whwn ishita saw her...

Ishi: arre nandu kaha kaa rahi hai... khana toh kha le... she said being confused while the others just sighed...

Nandu: mom, i am heading out to the gym... i will probably come in an hour... she said vaguely while ishi frowned...

Ishita: par... she was about to start when nandu interrupted her...

Nandu: mom please, i missed my routine yesterday... i wont do the same today... she said moving out while ishita frowned...

Raman: ishi tujhe pata hai na... if she doesnt excerise then her mood will be off for the whole day... he said taking no no stealing the news paper from DJ  who glared at him sipping his coffee...

DJ: Ramu mera paper wapas de... he said while raman made yuck face...

Raman: dad! Mujhe ramu mat buliye... i hate that name... he said while giving DJ his paper angrily and went to his room... while DJ smiled happily at his win...

Ishita stifled a laugh seeing her husband act grumpily at that name...

*i guess grumpyness runs in the family...* she thought as she served the breakfast for them before sitting and eating...

Meanwhile in the gym...

Nandu: god! Where is this navu... she just diappeared this morning just leaving a message that she has some work and will come in the afternoon... she said while doing some squats... soon it changed to push ups...

Throught out her excerise nandus mind was running with million watts power...

Nandu: now what should i do...

Inner nandu: you said you like him...

Nandu: yeah but... you and i both know we arent doing this because of love...

Inner nandu: yeah we are taking advantage of his condition right...

Nandu: no its called a deal... purely business...

Inner nandu: yeah yeah... what a shrewd business women... she said mockingly...

Nandu: should i call him...

Inner nandu: nah...

Nandu: but... i need to ask him when and where to meet... she said while inner nandu stayed silent...

She did have a point...

Nandu after doing 50 push ups finally took her phone and called manik whose number she saved as Mr. Malhotra...

Phone convo...

Manik: hello... he said in his morning husky voice which was soo good but fell in deaf ear...

Nandu: hi, i am nandini... i wanted to ask you if your deal is still on... she said as if really talking about a business deal making manik confused...

(Inner nandu: wah nandu wah... kya zaroorat thi muh khol ne ki... she said while nandu bit her tongue...

Nandu: ab me kya karu... she thought being embarrassed...)

Manik on the other side held his laugh not to offend her...

Manik: hmmm yeah... so how about this tuesday... he said...

Nandu: umm, if you dont mind can we do it on wednesday... she said while manik hummed in agreement making nandu sigh in relief...

Nandu: ok bye... she said ending the convo...

Nandu sighed in relief again...

Nandu: finally, the main task is completed... now for the next one... she thought smiling...

Nandu: umm uncle... how much are these flowers... she asked the old man who smiled at her welcoming her...

Old man: its 200 beta... he said handing her a beautiful bouquet of 32 flowers... precisely white tulips...

She reached her destination and went straight to where the person is before going down on one knee...

Nandu: I am sorry amma... for acting so moody... she said holding out her bouquet of flowers with one hand and the other pinching her ear...

While ishita broke into a wide smile but then covered it up quickly...

Ishita: hmm... she just hummed ignoring her while nandu stood up and walked in front of her again...

Nandu: Jaan jaan please... i will do anything... she said while ishita smiled at her...

Ishita: accha fine... but you need to meet manik once more... she said while nandu nodded her head...

Ishita: wait... you agreed... she asked being shocked while nandu gave her a confused look...

Ishita: nothing... i will give you his number ok... she said and told nandu a series of numbers while nandu just noted it down in her memo...

*after all it will not be nice to say, no i already have his number... he gave me that day itself... some things are better not mentioned...*

She thought and handed ishita the flowers and kissed her cheek tightly before going up to change...

Manik was sleeping peacefully when the alarm rang... he woke up on dot and went to change into his track suit...

He came down while scrolling his emails in his mobile...

Neyo: mannu... good morning beta... kaha jaa raha hai... she asked...

Manik hugged neyo saying good morning mumma and told her he was going out for jogging...

After approximately 30 minutes he came back sweating...

Neyo: mannu come here once... she shouted from the kitchen...

While manik walked into the kitchen...

Manik: yes mumma... he said while neyo who was making rotis smiled at him...

Neyo: ha mannu, me ne ishita ji ko call kiye tha... she agreed to let you both meet once again... she said manik just nodded his head...

Manik: oh ok mumma... he said still standing there... neyo frowned...

Neyo: ab kya huva... why are you still standing here... go get changed... she said while manik made an amazed look at her changing mood...

Manik: ok fine, i am going... he said raising his hands up while chuckling...

It was an unknown number... he frowned slightly before thinking who else did he give his number to...

After the phone convo...

Manik chuckled to himself as he remembered what she said... he saved her number as Ms. Murthy...

* pagal hai ye ladki... par i think i can live with her for this life time...*

He thought before opening his laptop to send message to his office in new york...

Manik was sitting with FAB5 as they finally caught him...

Mukthi: bhai... ladki kaise hai...

Cabir: tujhe acchi lagi...

Aliya: wo kya karthi hai...

Dhruv: wo kaise hai...

They all asked at a time and frowned...

Mukthi: bhai... me first... she said glaring the others...

Cabir: jaa, ye mera dost hai... manik me tumhara PA hoon... he said while glaring mukthi and the others...

Aliya: manik me tumhari bestfriend hoon... she said while viciously glaring cabir and mukhti...

Dhruv: manik i am your buddy... mujhe pehle answer karo... he said and all started throwing pillows at each other... bechare pillows...

Manik: SHUT UPPP! He shouted making everyone stop...

Manik: i will answer all of your questions... now silence... he said making all of them slient...

Manik: toh... ha muku i like her... she is ok cabir... aur wo ek CEO hai murthy industries ki... wo acchi hai... she talks well and she never crossed any line... she is funny... he said nonchalantly while the others nodded their heads with a ohhh...

*they do not need to know about the contract... as some things are not worth mentioning... it was like a pact between him and nandu... it wouldnt be nice to talk about it in front of family...*

He thought as he gave a tight lipped smile...

Manik: thats all now you guys can talk... he said while the others bombarded him with questions yet again...

While neyo and raj just looked at his helplessness with pity...

Meanwhile in murthy mansion...

It was a very peaceful evening...

Everyone was busy in doing their works... except for 2 members...

Nandu: DJ please... you got to be kidfing me... this is the 10th game now... my hands are paining... she said while moving her pawn forward... they were playing chess for the last 2 hours... DJ was hell bent on making her loose...

Thats when navya came home...

Navya: i am home amigos... she said in her italian accent... while nandu looked at her with tears brimming in her eyes... the only thing left was for them to roll on her cheeks...

Nandu: Navuuuu... she said raising both of her hands in attempts to get a hug... she was looking soo cute...

Navu: aweee, my baby... she said hugging nandu... DJ shook his head at their drama...

Navu: DJ i want nandu all to myself now... ok... she said and dragged her along with her who was more than ready to go...

Thats when Raman came out of his room too... he smiled seeing the two girls talking while climbing the stairs... he suddenely remembered their childhood... both of them used to climb the stairs while talking... he smiled to himself before turning towards the hall...

The first thing that greeted him was a chess board with a smiling DJ...

Raman: Shit! He cursed his luck as DJ beckoned him to his seat...

And another round of chess started...

Meanwhile in navni's room...

Navya: so did you talk to him... she asked as soon as they both sat on the bed...

Nandu: yup... but just when to meet... i think he would message me where... she said laying down... following her suit navya too laid down beside her...

Navya: you know nandu... i still cant believe you agreed to this marriage... especially when you always believed in..... in love... she said slowly while nandu just sighed...

Nandu: it wasnt the easy navya... but i have to... see how happy amma and appa are... and i really got to know that fairy tales doesnt exist in my life... in a hard way... she said while navya hugged her...

Navya: they want you to be happy... they will never force you... she said while nandu too wrapped her arms around her...

Nandu: i want to see them happy too... if this makes them happy then i will do it... she said and they both talked for some time... they watched some movies and had their girls night...
