Malhotra mansion...

"Manik malhotra! Get your ass down here." Neyonika screamed loudly. Hearing her, Raj who was sitting in the sofa flinched.

"Ab iss ne kya kiya..." Raj thought as he folded the newspaper back. He slowly sipped his tea as he angled himself so that he can get a better view.

Manik who was keeping his files in his bag was startled hearing his dearest mom cursing him. He cautiously went down to see her standing with her hands folded and looking at him intensely.

"Mom..." He spoke coming near her.

"What date is it today?" She asked calmly while manik scratched his head.

"Its xv/xy. kyu kya huva?"

"Aaj NGO ke clients se mil na tha... remember?" She questioned raising her brow at him while manik made a sorry face.

"Sorry mom. I will make sure to attend it." He said holding her hands in his while neyonika just nodded her head.

"Teek hai. Just dont forget it." She spoke caressing his hair to which he pouted setting his hair and moved away from her making her chuckle.

"Nook jook hogaya tho kya me apni biwi ko wapas le saktha hoon?" Raj spoke as he came towards them with a stern expression while manik rolled his eyes.

"Common dad/Raj" both manik and neyonika spoke making Raj pout.

"Accha tujhe office jaana nahi hai kya? Chal nikal." Raj spoke pushing manik towards his room while manik rolled his eyes again.

"Jaa raha hoon, jaa raha hoon." He spoke pouting cutely making neyonika giggle.

"Oye, mere bina ye kya ho raha hai!" Mukthi spoke coming down.

"Oh aa gayi meri bacchi. Kuch nahi iss gade ko bhaga raha tha." Raj said kissing her forehead while mukthi smiled widely kissing his cheek.

"Uth gaya chudail." Manik said ruffling her hair while mukti glared at him hitting his hand hard.

"Dad!"

"Rondu"

"Dad!" Mukti said angrily as if ready to pounce on him.

"Manik!" Raj spoke in a warning kinda tone.

"Raj!" Neyonika narrowed her eyes at him.

"Neyo." Raj pouted.

"Alright, common go get ready." She said shooing everyone.

Meanwhile nandu reached Glassy Queen... (restaurant name guys... it is a restaurant and bar both...)

"Excuse me." Nandu said as she approached the bar tender.

"Yes, how can i help you?"

"Can you tell me where Navya Naveli might be?"

"Wait a minute please." He said as he called the receptionist.

"Umm, she is in 5003 room, fifth floor." He said while nandu nodded her head muttering a Thank you.

She went towards the lift and pushed 5th floor button. She tapped her heel impatiently waiting for the floor to arrive.

As soon as it was open, she went out looking around trying to find the room.

She took her phone and dialled a number.

"Busy tone, Shit!!!" She muttered as she tried it again.

Room no. 5003... It read...

She opened the door to see Navya looking out of the window with a bottle of wine in her hand. Her eyes looking at a distance. A sad smile adored her face.

"Navu!" She muttered softly as she went and hugged her back.

"Hey love." Navya said weakly while nandu shook her head and held her hand.

"Tell me what happened correctly." Nandu asked her while she just smiled.

"I broke up with Sinan." She spoke as if it was the most normal thing.

"Again!" Nandu questioned rubbing her forehead.

"Yup. And maybe this time for real." She said looking at her hands which were held by nandu.

"But you guys have been together for almost 5 years!-"

"And broke up more than a million times." Navya concluded making nandu sigh.

"You love him."

"Past tense darling, i loved him." She spoke in her italian accent.

"He-"

"Nandu!"

"Fine, i wont talk to you about it ok." Nandu huffed and puffed out her cheeks.

"My love, in this world, there are some things that are meant to be while some are not. Maybe my relationship with him wasnt meant to be." Navya spoke softly as if pacifying a kid.

This wont do... she needed to talk to him...

She thought sighing while navya gulped down another mouthful of wine.

"We need to leave navu. And You are not getting drunk." Nandu said pulling the bottle away from navya who pouted.

"Love, i thought you loved me."

"My darling, although i still love you, that doesn't mean you are allowed to get drunk." Nandu said pulling navya up and supported her to walk.

Navya rolled her eyes at her as she straightened herself.

"So how were starz? You didnt scare them away right." Navya questioned while nandu bit her lip.

"Its not my fault. I wanted her to sing loudly. I just didnt think she would run away in the middle of the recording." Nandu defended herself while navya looked at her in shock.

"She ran away? Are you serious!"

"Hmm."

"Damn i should have been there." Navya muttered while nandu who was near her heard it.

"Seriously navu."

"Oh common, its not everyday that you take up people to train right." She said chuckling while nandu shook her head.

"God lets just get out of here first." Nandu said as they entered the lift.

"So"

"So?"

"Love, stop imitating me and tell me how were they?"

"Passable."

"Means they are good ha." Navya translated her 'passable' remark, chuckling.

"Yup what ever you say but trust me when i say, this is going to be a long one." Nandu said running her fingers through her hair while navya just hummed in response.

Ping*

The elevator opened, the two girls walked out with nandu supporting navya.

Navya was talking gibberish to which nandu paid no attention because all her attention was on a certain someone's back.

She narrowed her eyes a little more before going near, along with navya in tow.

"Manik........?" She called out unsure. The person turned towards her and surprisingly it was indeed manik malhotra standing with his PA cum bro Cabir Dhawan.

"Nandini?" He looked at her confused.

"Well, i had to pick up navya." She said while manik nodded his head understanding after seeing navya who was almost dancing instead of standing.

"Hello, i am manik." He introduced himself while navya smiled brightly.

"Oh Love ka hubby aaya." She spoke making nandu face palm while manik chuckled.

"Navu!"

"Oh love ke hubby ka ChomChom friend bhi yaha hai." Navya said while cabir's eyebrow twitched. Manik chuckled even more while nandu was just an inch away from taping her mouth forever.

"Manik." She spoke stiffly to which manik raised his brow.

"I think we should go, you must be busy." Nandu concluded. Before manik could utter a word, cabir bet him to it.

"Ji nahi bhabhi, we just ended our meeting and manik is free now. Agar kahi jaana hai tho jaa sakthe ho." He said raising his brow suggestively. Nandu widened her eyes while manik his his head with a scowl.

"Haha, its ok. I need to drop navu-"

"Me drop kar dunga na. Dont worry." Cabir spoke making nandu smile worriedly. Seeing this manik elbowed cabir who let a groan.

"You dont need to, nandini. We can talk some other time." Manik spoke while cabir pouted.

"Hmm. Well then-"

"Wait love, i will go with that chomchom." Navya said as she made her way towards cabir. Nandu frowned and caught her hand.

"Navu!"

"Dont worry bhabhi. I wont do anything to your bestie. Because i am a gay." He said. While both Manik and nandu widened their eyes at the sudden announcement. While Navya wasnt listening to him at all.

"Um, ok." Nandu spoke while looking at manik.

"Alright lets go navya." Cabir said as he made his way out while navya followed him like a kid.

"Are they going to be ok?"

"Dont worry nandini, i trust cabir more than myself." Manik said while nandu nodded at him. They both slowly walked out of the building. Nandu looked up and sighed.

"What happened?" Manik asked leaning towards her slightly. Nandu turned towards him abruptly bumping her head into his.

"Oww, manik!" She scowled.

"Sorry." He spoke unconsciously while nandu just hummed.

"Lets go to the parking lot directly." She said while he just nodded. She then walked away from there while manik followed her with confusion written on his face.

Why did i apologise when i wasn't at fault...

(Remember guys, manik never apologises and now he apologised when he wasnt at fault.)

Meanwhile at the parking lot...

Offo why did i scold him when it was an accident... he even said sorry...

She thought, pouting as she rubbed her head.

I should also apologise to him...

She thought and turned around to bump into someone again.

"Manik!"

"Sorry."

They looked at eachother before they burst out laughing.
