Nandini woke up to see herself lieing on a bed.. She sat up immediately and looked around to see it was manik's room..

Nandini: how did i come here? Mein toh kal raat..balcony mein swing mein so gayi thi..

Just then manik came out from the washroom wearing a white ferrari tshirt and black jeans..

Manik: ohh goodmorning!

Nandini: mein yaha kaise..

Manik: sleepwalk..

Nandini: sleepwalk? Me? No way..

Manik: ofcourse i got you here..

Nandini: but why?

Manik: why kya? It was cold outside..

Nandini stood up and wore her sandals..

Nandini: since when do you care about me?

Manik looked at nandini and gave her an annoyed look..

Manik: i dont bimbo..

Nandini gave manik confused looks..

Nandini: nothing...woh mein kya washroom use karsakti hoon?

Manik: hmm..

Nandini went towards the washroom..manik went behind her..

Nandini turned around: what?

Manik: what? Dressing table ke paas ja raha tha..

Nandini looked beside to see the dressing table

Nandini ran to the washroom and closed the door..

Manik laughing went and stood infront of the mirror..

Manik's pov: for the first time this bimbo asked a good question! Since when do i care?

Someone knocked the door and manik opened it..

Alya: manik tumne nandini ko dekha?

Manik: haan she is using the washroom..

Alya: ohh..woh that girl came to meet her..her friend

Manik went inside and then applied perfume..

Nandini broke the hug and looked at navya..

Navya and nandini both sat down..

Nandinu: how dare he! Why did he? Mein harshad ko mar dalungi..

Manik: wow nandu bani killer..

Nandini: navya bolo mujhe..what happened from the start?

Dhruv: guys you can stay here..we will go

He went inside..

Navya and nandini took a cab..

Navya: thikhain.. 

Nandini: just be nice to him..for this plan navya..phir dont worry..usse apni jagah zaroor dikhaungi mein..

Navya: matarani sabkuch thik kardena..

Nandini: we can do this navya..

They soon reached and rushed inside..

Navya went to find harshad while nandini went upstairs..

Nandini called manik but manik did not pick up the first time..she called again and manik cut the call..

Nandini: uff manik..gussa baad mein karo this is important..

Nandini started writing a text for manik when she saw harshad..

Harshad: i was searching for everyone too..woh acrually inform karna tha..projector class shifted to 5

Nandini: 5? Ohh okayy..

Harshad smiled and then walked past her..

Nandini: aiyappa thankyou so much for giving more time!

Nandini called manik again and this time he picked up

Manik shouts: kya hain?

Nandini: manik..kaha ho?

Manik shouts: why do you care?

Nandini: listen meet me at college now now..its important

Manik: sorry not my problem..

Nandini: manik please..its about cabir..meet me at the roof noww..

Manik: cabir? Kya hua?

Nandini: just come fast will you?

Manik: acha coming..

Nandini texted navya to come to the roof too and then she herself went..

After sometime the three of them were together..navya told manik everything..

Manik: that bloody harshadd..fuckkkk!! Let me just kill him...

Manik was about to walk but nandini held his hand..

Manik: i cant believe this! Cabir Nd that raghav..wthh!! Now what?

Nandini: now we have a plan..you have to help us..

They three went down and seperated into three different directions..

Harshad was walking in the corridor whistling and using his phone..manik came from the opposite side and walked past him making sure that he pushed harshad..

Harshad's phone fell on the ground as he fell..

Harshad: wth..

Manik turned around and laughed looking at him..

Manik: awww!! Harshad baba gir gaya?

Harshad: what is your problem manik?

Harshad stood up and looked at manik very pissed..

Manik: laga kya?

Harshad: why would you do that?

Manik: i just felt like it..

Harshad: what do you mean manik?

Manik punched harshad and he fell on the ground..the small pendrive which he aas carrying came out of his pocket and fell on the floor..
Harshad lost all control over his anger and stood up and held manik's collar and went back..the both started fighting..

Nandini hurtiedly came out of the classroom beside and took the pendrive and his phone and went inside..

Navya deleted the video from his phone and nandini deleted the video from the pendrive as fast as she could and went out and placed them on the ground..she showed a thumbs up to manik..

Manik punched harshad another time and nandini came running and stood between them..

Nandini: stop it guys! Principal is coming..

Harshad got so pissed and he was boiling with anger he turned around and picked up his stuffs and left..

Nandini: hogaya..

Manik: good! I would have killed him..

Nandini looked at manik's hand which was bleeding..

Nandini: manik your hand...its bleeding..chalo sickroom mein..

Manik: no its finee..

Nandini held his wrist and pulled him..

They went to the sickroom to find no one over there..

Manik: nandini i am fine.. Lets go..

Nandini: wait..someone will comee..

Manik: you are wasting time you know?

Manik sat on the bed and nandini stood beside him..

Nandini: first aid hain yaha..let me just do it ..

Nandini took the first aid box and some cotton and started wiping his wound..

Manik: ouch...

Nandini: shit sorry..

She caressed his hand withher fingers and did it very slowly..

Manik stared at nandini the whole time...for the first time he felt like someone cared for him genuinely..someone also felt bad when he got hurt...

Manik moved the hair strands with his other hand and nandini looked at him...
Just the sight of his eyes staring at her made her cheeks go red..

Manik cupped her face with one hand and caressed her cheeks with his finger..nandini closed her eyes

Nandini: manik...

Manik moved his face closer and nandini could feel him breathing...

Nandini knew that she would lose all control so she moved back..

Nandini: manik this is not right..

Manik: what is not right?

Nandini: what we do manik..i dont know what we have between us..but its just confusing both of us..

Manik stood up and pulled her closer..

Manik: so why dont you figure out nandini? What do you think this is?

Manik held her arms very tightly and nandini looked at him..

Nandini: maybe just..infatuation..

Manik was so pissed now...he opened his mouth to say something but then he let her go..

Manik: forget it!

He turned around and opened the door to leave..

Nandini: manik your hand...

Manik: you shouldnt care!

He left out of the room closing the door with a bang..nandini jumped up a bit...

Nandini wiped the tears from her eyes and went out..

At 8pm-

Nandini picked up her phone as it rang..

Nandini: haan dhruv?

Dhruv: kaha ho?

Nandini: college ke bahar..

Dhruv: okay wait there i am coming..

Dhruv along with manik came outside..

Dhruv: okay so mein ready hoke jata hoon waha pe..you come with manik?

Manik and nandini both looked at each other..

Nandini: mein...

Manik: i will pick you up at 9

Dhruv: cool then! I am so nervous! Hope everything goes well..

Nandini: dont worry dhruv..sab thik hoga..

Scene shifts at nandini's house..

Nandini wore a red loose sweater with a black scarf and black jeans..

Nandini: bata nehi manik ke samne what i say..its not infatuation..what i feel for him is strong..very strong..there is a different feeling when he is around...there is a different feeling when manik gets in trouble or he is in pain..that time when i punched him..i felt so bad afterwards but he deserved it..and he is so caring..but he hurts me too..uff i dont know anything..nandu stop thinking..just go with the flow..

The clock ticked to 9 and nandini went down taking her phone..

Chachi: nandini jaldi aa jana..

Nandini: haan chachi..

Manik called nandini..

Nandini: chachi i will go now! Byee

Chachi: byee..

Nandini went outside and then towards manik..

Nandini's pov: oh god he looks so handsome when he wears black...

Manik was wearing a black adidas jacket and a white pant..

Nandini came and stood infront of him..manik was still staring at her admiring her beauty..

Nandini: manik chale?

Manik came out of his thoughts: hmm chalo..

Nandini sat beside the driver's seat and manik started driving the car...

For a long time they both were silent..

Nandini: soo..are we going to be like this?

Manik: yes..thats what you want

Nandini: manik i didnt mean that...

Manik: forget it nandini..lets not talk about that..

Nandini placed her hand above manik's hand...

Nandini: manik..we have to talk about it

Manik: cant you understand what shutup means?

Nandini: manik here i am trying to talk to you and fix things and you are being mean?

Manik: what do you want to sort? Whatt?

Nandini: idk..

Manik: yeah then shutup..

Just then manik's car stopped..

Manik: wth...

Nandini started laughing: i guess your car heard that..

Manik looked at nandini and gave him an angry look..

Manik: ufff..

He went out and then opened the hood of the car an stood trying to figure out what the problem is..

Nandini came out too and stood beside manik..

Nandini: manik we are getting late..

Manik: toh?

Nandini: toh jaldi karo na..

Manik: mechanic hoon mein?

Nandini smiling: ohh sorry.. Manik bata hain bachpan mein na hum car car khelte the..mujhe ati thi car fix karna..

Manik sarcastically: wow so exciting..

Nandini: hain naa? Amms itna datti thi na..

Nandini leaned with the car and looked at the road..

Nandini: manik yeh rasta itna khali kyu hain?

Manik: shortcut hain..

Nandini: kitna andhera hain dekho..

Nandini looked at manik who was very busy with fixing the problem..

Nandini: dekhonaa manikk..

Manik: oh my god nandini! Will you shut up? I am trying to work here..

Nandini made a cute sad face..

Manik: non stop talking omg..

Nandini: finee..mein chali jati hoon..

She started walking..

Manik looked above: kya torture hain ye?

Manik turned around and called nandini but she kept walking...

Manik ran to her and then held her had and picked her up..

Nandini: manikk...

Manik shouts: not one more word! Shutup

Nandini: tum kya karrahe ho?

Manik: nandini one more word and...

Nandini: and what?

Manik walked back to the car and then made her sit at the trunk lid..

Manik: and i will...

Manik moved his lips closer to hers..nandini leaned back and manik kept moving closer..

Nandini moved her hands to his shoulder..

Manik stopped and looked ather face..so scared..so nervous..

Manik smirked and then moved back..

Manik: shut your mouth..

Nandini: hmm..

She moved her finger to her lips..

Manik turned around and smiled..he took his phone out and called his driver to get anothercar..

Manik: we have to wait for sometime..

Nandini: hmm..

Manik leaned with the trunk lid and stood beside nandini..

Nandini: dhruv ko text kardo..

Manik: hmm..

Manik texted dhruv that rhey will be a bit late..

Dhruv's text: its okay buddy! Fireworks not before 12

Manik: he said its okay..

Nandini: thik hain..

Manik looked up at the sky: the stars look beautiful today..

Nandini looked up too: hmm..

Manik jumped up and sat beside nandini..

Nandini: stars are beautiful.. But they died for me..

Manik: try making them alive again..

Nandini: hmm..and you should see firelfies going..they are the most beautiful

Manik: really? More then you?

Nandini smiled but then she looked at manik after realizing what he said..if it came from someone else it wouldnt have surprised nandini so much..but manik malhotra complimeting was surely a new thing..

Nandini: what?

Manik: you heard me..

Nandini's face turned all red and with a smiling yet nervous face she looked at manik..

Just then the flashlights from another car fell on their face and both of them closed their eyes...

The car passed away and they both slowly opened their eyes..

Manik looked around..the whole area was so isolated..

Manik: are you scared?

Nandini: what?

Manik: are you scared?

Nandini: no.. Why would i be?

Manik: no the road is all isolated..we are alone..

Nandini: i trust you..i know you wont let anything happen to me..

Manik looked at her surprised and a smile came on his face..

Nandini: your smile is very cute..you should smile more often..

Manik smiled more and stared at her..

His hands moved towards her hand and they entwined their fingers together slowly when another flashlight hit their face but this time the car came and stopped beside manik's car..

Manik: thats my car..come..

Manik jumped down and then turned towards nandini..
He held around her waist and picked her up placing her down..

Nandini: thanks..

Manik took the car keys from the driver and then drove off with nandini..
The whole way they talked about their life..their likes..their dislikes and soon they reached..

Nandini: almost 12! On time..

Manik: yeah..chalo..

They went at the backside of that area..

In a small table dhruv had kept all the fireworks packets..

Manik and nandini took them and then unpacked the packs...

Manik: place them in lines..we just light them up so they burst all together..

Nandini: okayy..

They did all the work and then waited for dhruv's text..
Dhruv texted: start..

Manik and nandini with candles went lighting them up till they went to the last fireworks on each side..

The fireworks started burstin one by one and they looked at each other.. They were quite a distant away..the light spread all over the sky and it literally lit up the area..

Nandini's pov: i love him..

Manik's pov: i love her...

Nandini's pov: i should not do this now..i am not sure if he even likes me or not..dont do this nandini..

Manik's pov: dont do this manik..i am sure she doesnt like you..this is the worst idea ever..

After a few minutes of more staring..

Nandini and manik: fuck it..

They both walked quickly towards each other and within seconds they crashed their lips together..

Nandini held around his neck and her hand was on his hair caressing them and manik's hands were on her waist..he literally picked her up while kissing her..

Their lips moved perfectly in sync and manik tasted every part of her lips.. Nandini was no less..they both kissed passionately..forgetting what was to come next..forgetting the whole world..it was just them..and they were finally completely aware of their feelings for each other...

Nandini and manik broke the kiss as they needed air and they both looked at each other smiling..

Nandini was all red and manik had a lit up face...

Nandini and manik: i love you..

They both giggled and then stood joining their foreheads together..how beautiful it felt..
