She yawned and stretched her arms or precisely tried to stretch her arms but then she couldn't. Knowing what it is, she smiled and opened her eyes to see her man sleeping with his slightly opened mouth and his hands wrapped around her, like he was afraid to lose her even if he's sleeping with her in their bedroom..

" Mani..wake up.." she whispered and in return, he just left his hold on her and kept his head on her naked chest and slept again, which brought a smile on her lips but then her cheeks puffed in red color, cause she was blushing..

Manik: Nandini, tum bhi soja..I'm way too sleepy..

Nandini ( sighed ): If you're way too sleepy, then you should probably understand that its only you who's sleepy and I'm fully awake. So, leave me, Mr. Malhotra..

Manik raised his hands upwards and showed her..

Manik: I'm not holding you, for your information, Mrs. Malhotra..

Nandini ( glared ): Should I really tell you what I meant by that..??

Manik ( smirked ): I don't think you have any other choice..

Nandini ( smirked ): You need to get out of me..Is that enough, Malhotra..??

He made a bad face but then got out of her while kissing her, as he was still inside her, after their love-making which happened last night, in fact, they do it every nights..

Manik: Ouch, that will hurt..

Nandini: Of course, it will. Nandini Dixit's punch isn't something common..Ab hato, mujhe ready hona hai..

Manik ( naughtily ): Mein help karoon na..

She pushed him to the washroom ignoring his protests..

Nandini: Aapke jaise energy nahi hai mujhmein..

He held her shoulders and kept his hand on her forehead and then stared at her face but then frowned..

Manik: You still look sick..

Nandini ( sighed ): Ab kaha gaya tumhara naughty side..??

Manik ( glared ): Nandini...you're sick since 2-3 days phir bhi tum doctor ke pas nahi jaana chahthe ho..

Nandini ( pouted ): You know how much I hate hospitals..

Manik ( smiled ): Tho mein doctor ko yaha bulaoon..??

Nandini ( widened her eyes ): What..?? Now way, whenever our family doctor comes, he gives me an injection..

Manik ( chuckled ): Why is he coming to you then, for a business meeting..?? You used to be sick so obviously he gotta treat you..

Nandini ( bad face ): It doesn't mean he can give me injections..

Manik ( sighed ): I'm asking him to come here..

Nandini: And, I'm going to go gayab for today, then..

Manik: Really..? Wow, and then I'll get you here anyhow..

Nandini ( pleaded ): Mani...

Manik ( pecked her nose ): It won't work..

She started to seduce him and he smiled knowingly..

Manik: Agar seduction hi maqsad hai tho hum bed pe karenge na, khade hoke karne ke zaroorath nahi hai..

Nandini ( bad face ): Manik....I was trying to seduce you and you just..chi..

Manik: What..?? Don't be that " chi " now, you were even seducing me, we have done it for at least, arey I lost the count..do you remember Love..??

She slammed the washroom door shut after pushing him inside but he opened it again..

Manik: I think, more than 100, after all, its been 6 months since we've got married..

She threw the comb at him but he closed the door but he was laughing too. She blushed with his comments and then got ready in her office wear and climbed down the stairs and moved to kitchen..

In Kitchen

Nandini: Hey Al..

Alex turned behind and greeted her, who was making breakfast for the Malhotras..

Nandini: Al, I'll manage from here..Now, get some rest. I told you not to work this early..

Alex ( smiled ): It's a habit now, baby ji..

Nandini ( smiled ): But, I don't find it such a beautiful habit..so, please leave the kitchen to me..

Alex: Aye aye Mrs. Malhotra..

She giggled while he got out of the kitchen. She wore the apron and started to make coffees for both the men. She took her mobile and kept it on the slab after dialing a number..

" Di...." she heard her baby's exciting voice and she stood in front of the mobile while preparing coffee as it was a video call..

Nandini ( smiled ): So, how's Di's baby..??

Ritesh: I'm missing you....will you come to meet me..??

Nandini ( giggled ): I know, you're missing me and yes, i will come to meet you as soon as I complete the meeting, mene bathaya na tumse kal raath that I'll be having an early morning meeting today..

Ritesh ( pouted ): Haa, par mein aapko milna chahtha hoon..

Nandini: Haa tho koi nahi, mere meeting sirf ek ghante keliye hai, after that I'll be with you, tum kaha pe hoga at...11 a.m..??

Ritesh ( excitingly ): I'll come over there, I mean, dreamland..

Nandini ( smiled ): Teek hai, tum aaja..now, go and have breakfast, kaaku ne tumhare liye sab kuch ready karke rakha hoga aur haa, I had brought your pancakes yesterday night, refrigerator mein hai, kha lena..aur haan kal raath mene aaj keliye jo kapde tumhe chahiye, wo bhi select karke rakha hai, aur phir..

Ritesh ( grinned ): Di...I love you..

Nandini ( smiled ): I love you too, baby..apna khayal rakhna, Di nahi hai ka mathlab ye nahi ki khudke khayal nahi rakhoge..Di hamesha tumhare paas hai..

He blinked his tears and smiled at her making her to smile..

Nandini: Chalo, let me call Dad, now..take care..

She made the coffee and moved upstairs with the mobile in her hand, which was also in the video call..

Nandini: Dad..aankhen kholo, aapki doll hi hai..

Viren opened his eyes and smiled after knowing it was his doll..

Nandini: Sabke aadath aaj bhi badle nahi haan, mujhse pehle kisiko bhi nahi dekhega, aapka aur baby ka tho teek hai, par Bhayyu aur Bhai tho shadi kar chuke hai, aap un dhono ko samjhao na, mere dhono bhabis ko mujhse nafrath honge ab..

She pouted angrily while Viren was simply staring at her.

Nandini: Dad, kuch bol kyu nahi rahe ho..??

Viren ( sighed ): Tumhare liye tum badi ho chuki ho, tumhare Bhayyu aur Bhai ki shadi ho chuke hai par hamare liye aaj bhi ye hamare ghar ki muskurahat hi hai..

She smiled lovingly at her father..

Nandini ( with tears ): I miss you, Paapu..sach mein, Nandini promise..

Viren chuckled hearing her..

Viren: I know, promise ke kya zaroorath hai..

Nandini walked inside her bedroom and kept the coffee on the side-table and walked out on finding Manik is still inside the washroom..

Nandini: I thought, you would think that I forgot you all..

Viren ( glared ): I know my daughter more than anyone could imagine..

She smiled and got inside Raj's bedroom after knocking at the door only to see Raj trying to tie his tie..

Nandini: Good morning Pops..

Raj looked up and smiled widely. He moved forward and kissed her forehead..

Viren: Oye, wo mera haqq hai..

Raj turned his attention to Viren, who was watching the duo with a fake angry face..

Raj: Of course not, ye mera haqq hai kyunki mein bhi iska baap hoon, aur legally father-in-law hai and father-in-law mathlab father ki tarah hi hai. So, legally and emotionally, I'm Nandini Malhotra's father..

Nandini: Emotionally bhi mathlab..??

Raj: Arey dil ka rishtha mathlab hai..

She sighed in disbelief..

Viren pouted sadly and nodded..

Viren ( excitingly ): Really..?

Nandini: Yup, I'll be free from my work during my lunch time today..

Viren: I love you..

Nandini: Well, I love you too Mr. Dixit..acha Dad, ab mein Bhayyu ko phone karthi hoon, do you guys need to have some conversation..??

Raj: Mrs. Manik Malhotra, aapke Paapu aur mere beech ke conversation bilkul bhi private hai, we won't let anyone to intrude between our friendship..

She made a bad face while Viren was also grinning..

Nandini: Chal teek hai, I'm not gonna intrude. Can I call my brothers now..

Raj/Viren: Oh yes..

Nandini: Thank you..

She hung the call and dialed Vishal's number..

Raj: Love, will you help me with this tie..

She smiled and took the tie in her hand and kept the mobile on the slab which was facing them.

" Nandu.." Nandini turned to the voice while helping Raj to tie his tie..

Nandini: Hey Laya Bhabi..

Laya ( smiled ): Good morning, Nandu..

Nandini: Good morning, Bhabi. I'm sorry, mein aaj bhi..

Laya ( glared ): Pehle bhi keh chuki hoon aur aaj bhi keh rahi hoon, you just called up your brother and I'm none to intrude in it so basically, you don't need to be guilty..

Nandini smiled lovingly. She was a lot grateful to God for sending Laya in her Bhayyu's life as she was the best in all cases. From being a daughter to a sister, she meant a lot to Dixits and Nandini..

Raj, greeted her once Nandini was done with his tie..

" Can I get my wife back Mr Malhotra.." Manik asked faking a sarcastic face after seeing Nandini helping Raj with his tie..

Manik walked towards Nandini and then turned to Laya..

Vishal gave a fake glare and Manik raised his hand in air..

Manik: Bhayyu, she's getting violent, nowadays, God knows why..

Nandini: Seriously..?? Mene kya kiya..Bhayyu, sab isne kiya, mujhse ladai karna hi iska favorite job hai..

The rest 3 sighed in disbelief..

Raj: Vishal, tum jaake apna kaam karo, ye dhono ka tho chalthe hi rahega..

Vishal chuckled but Raj got a super glare from his son and daughter-in-law..

Vishal: Chalo, teek hai, tumne Abhi ko phone kiya..

Nandini: Nahi Bhayyu..

Vishal: Tho wo karlo aur kaam pe jao..you too have an important meeting right..take care..aur haan, zyada kaam tho math karo, teek hai..

She bade bye to Vishal and then turned to Manik..

Nandini: Chalo, gimme your tie..

Raj: I'm out of it, I don't wanna witness you people romancing..

He spoke after seeing Manik's pleading eyes and walked out..

Nandini: Who used to help you with this when I wasn't with you, Mani..??

Manik ( casually ): I never wore a tie, simple..

She sighed at him while he was playing while drawing circles on her waist..

Nandini ( glared ): Manik, mein Bhai ko phone kar rahi hoon..

Manik: Haa tho kar lo na, wo kaha ye sab dekhne wale..

Nandini: Why did I even thought to stop you..

Manik: See, you make a lot of mistakes too..

She ignored him and concentrated in the call..

Nandini slapped Manik's arms lightly and glared at him..

Abhimanyu ( chuckled ): Kya bath hai..Full on romance chal rahe hai hamesha ki tarah..

Nandini ( whined ): Bhai..I'm not gonna talk to you, then..

Abhimanyu: Arey what did I do..?? I was just pulling his leg..

Manik: Mujhe tho aisa nahi laga, I thought you were teasing Nandini..

Abhimanyu glared at Manik, who was enjoying his wife's deathly glares for her brother..

She spotted Mukti bringing coffee for Abhi while entering in their bedroom..

Mukti ( smiled ): Good morning, Nandini and Manik..

Manik: Morning Mukti..kaha thi tu..

Mukti: Coffee bana rahi thi, waise tumse tho mujhe seekhna hai Nandini ki coffee kaise banathi hai, Dixits are missing your morning coffee..

Nandini smiled at her..

Nandini: Why not..Aakhir Bhabi ho tum meri, phir bhi, Bhai ko tho tumhara coffee bohath ache lagthe hai, kyu Bhai..

Abhimanyu glared at her while Mukti looked here and there, who was blushing..

Nandini: Chalo, Bhai, aapne breakfast nahi kiya hoga na, Bhayyu bhi ready hoga..

Abhi: Chalo, mein bhi nikalth hoon phir. Apna khayal rakhna, aur haan Manik, don't forget my threats..

Manik: Its been 6 months since our marriage par aap tho aaj bhi wo saare threats ko yaad dila rahe ho mujhe jo aapne mere aur Nandini ke first night se pehle kaha..

Mukti: Waise kya kya kaha tha Abhi ne..

Manik: Dn't even ask..Ask your husband..

Nandini ( giggled ): Oh yes, Manik told me how you threatened him saying that you would even make him stand naked in front of whole Paris if he tries to hurt me..

Manik made a bad face while Abhimanyu was having a proud look on his face and Mukti was giggling..

Abhimanyu: Meri behen ko hurt kiya tho isse bhi bura haal hoga..

Manik: Isse bhi acha haal hai aap goli maare..

Abhimanyu: Sochke bathaoon..

Manik: Bhai..aap jaake kaam keejiye..please...

Abhimanyu: Cool..acha doll, I'm leaving..love you..And Manik, take care..

Manik smiled at him, no matter how much they bicker, they have a pure friendship between them..

Nandini: Love you too Bhai..Bye, Mukti..

Mukti smiled back and Nandini hung the call and turned to Manik..

Nandini: Chalo, Malhotra..let's leave..

He took her for a short kiss and muttered..

In Dreamland

Nandini's Cabin

Nandini was working in her cabin. But, unlike last 2-3 days, today, she felt more weak. She couldn't even have proper breakfast due to her morning sickness and she did get a very long scolding session from her husband and her Pops..

Nandini: Will, can you get me a glass of juice, it's been a hectic meeting..

William nodded and got out of the cabin. She got up from her chair but she was feeling a lot dizziness in her body..

Nandini: Oh God, I should have listened to Mani..

She took a couch to get seated properly but she couldn't balance herself even on the seat. She got up again and held her head because she knew, she was going to fall unconscious. She was about to walk to her table to reach the landline so that she could get William's help but before that, she felt herself drowning in darkness and feel in someone's arms. The only thing that she heard before blacking out was " Di..what's wrong..Di, open your eyes..Di.."..

Yes, it was Ritesh, who entered her cabin to take her to Dixit Palace, when he saw her holding onto her head and trying to move ahead. He took long strides and held her before she could hit the ground..

Ritesh: Di..What's wrong..Di, open your eyes..Di..

He yelled when he saw her closing her eyes. Tears formed in his eyes..

" Nanz..." William entered the cabin to get shocked seeing her unconscious..

Ritesh ( panicked ): Will..Will..do..do something..she..she isn't opening her..eyes..Will..My Di..

William: Shh..calm down..calm down Ritesh..nothing is gonna happen to her. Let's take her to hospital..okay..come one..

Ritesh nodded and picked Nandini up in his arms and walked out of the cabin followed by William. They moved past the employees who were gaping at them and reached out of dreamland. They took a boat from there and reached till Ritesh's car.

In Kapoor's Hospital

Ritesh took Nandini in his arms and ran inside the hospital..

Ritesh: Get me Poorvi Kapoor, right away..did you get it..

He spat on a ward boy's face who ran to get Poorvi while Ritesh made Nandini to lie on a stretcher and Will stood with Ritesh to console him..

" Ritu..tum ya..." Poorvi ran to where Ritesh was standing but then stopped it after seeing Nandini on the stretcher. She gasped and stood still after seeing her daughter lying unconscious..

Ritesh: Poorvi Ma..

Ritrsh ran to Poorvi which broke her trance. He held her hand and pulled her towards Nandini..

Ritesh: Poorvi Ma..Di..di..dekho na..she..she..

Poorvi wiped her unshed tears and became Dr. Poorvi Kapoor and held Ritesh's shoulders..

Poorvi: Okay..relax, relax, Ritu..pehle ye bolo..kya hua..huh..

Ritesh ( nodded ): Wo, I went to dreamland to meet Di but then..I saw her falling..unconscious..phir..phir wo ut hi nahi rahi thi..kuch kuch karo na Ma..please..please..

She wiped his tears..

Poorvi: Shh..ritesh..be a brave boy, your Di's brave boy..huh..I'll check her okay..kuch nahi hoga Di ko..

Ritesh nodded. Poorvi asked a ward boy to take the stretcher to the emergency ward and she followed them. On reaching the ward, she made Ritesh to sit on a nearby seat..

Poorvi: You're going to sit here..

Ritesh: No, meri DI..

Poorvi: Ritesh..don't you trust your Ma..

Ritesh nodded and Poorvi smiled and kissed his forehead and walked inside..

William: I need to call someone or else Ritesh will get out of control..

He dialed someone's number..

Person: Williams..what happened..

William: Akash sir..its something urgent, can you get the whole family to Kapoor's hospital emergency ward..

Akash ( panicked ): What..But why..??

William: Nanz fell unconscious..

The phone slipped from his hand after hearing it. But by being himself, he calmed himself down and moved out of his company while calling his friends through phone..

In the hospital..

Poorvi was treating Nandini with shivering hands. But, she masked herself to be the doctor again and thought Nandini to be a patient, not her daughter. Soon, she saw Nandini getting conscious after sprinkling some water on Nandini's face which made her to feel relieved..

Poorvi ( relieved ): Ye Ritu bhi na, he didn't even try sprinkling some water on her..

Nandini, opened her eyes while trying to adjust her eye-sight with the lights..

Nandini ( frowned ): Where am I..??

Poorvi: At hospital..

Nandini, jerked her head to the right to see Poorvi, who immediately took her in her embrace..

Poorvi: You literally scared me..

That was when Nandini realized that she had lost her consciousness back in office. They broke the hug and Nandini immediately got alert..

Nandini: Poorvi Ma, I..I fell unconscious..and..and I heard Di..baby ya Ri hoga shayad..wo..wo bahar hai kya..are they fine..

Poorvi: Oho, tum dhono Bhai behen ithna panic hoga tho mein kya karun..It was Ritu and yes, he's fine, William bahar hai uske saath..

She sighed in relief after knowing that he wasn't alone..

Poorvi: Par Nandu, what happened to you..

Nandini ( nervously ): Wo..actually..Um..

Poorvi ( sternly ): Speak up, Mrs. Malhotra..

Nandini ( grinned sheepishly ): I was sick, for the past 2-3 days, shayad, issee sickness ke wajah se hoga..

Poorvi glared at her and she made a puppy face to her..

Poorvi ( frowned ): You should really take care of yourself, Nandu. Kabhi kisi ke bath sunthi hi nahi..Manik hi tumhe samaj paega..par Nandu..sickness mathlab kya kya hua..

Nandini: Um..nothing much, I felt drowsiness, mostly subah hothe hai aur khane ka bhi mann nahi hai, isiliye shayad energy loss hoga..

Poorvi thought for a moment and looked at Nandini with her heart beating at the fastest..

Poorvi: Are you on PMS, Nandu.??

Nandini ( frowned ): No..in fact, mine is really late, ye bhi ek wajah hoga shayad, you know I get cranky when I get late PMS..

Poorvi: Really late ka malthlab..

Nandini: Uh..2 months..its the first time, though, phir bhi ye sab hotha hai na, I've heard from many ladies..

Poorvi has already started to get the syringe Nandini who freaked out..

Poorvi ( sighed ): Nandu, I'm afraid you are in need of some certain care..

This stopped Nandini and she looked at Poorvi blankly who has by now took her blood test..

Poorvi: lo kar liya mene..

Nandini: Cheating Ma..

Poorvi grinned at her..

Poorvi: Ab urnin test ki baari..iskeliye koi pain vain ka chakkar nahi hai..

She made a bad face and got inside the washroom to get her urine test done..

Poorvi ( excitingly ): I hope ye sach ho..nurse, get me the result asap..

The nurse nodded and mpved out who met Ritesh, who was getting hugged by Viren, as by now the whole family was waiting outside, except for Manik..

Vishal: Where is Poorvi Kapoor..

He bombarded with questions..

Abhi: Doll teek hai ya nahi..

Rishab: Miss ranger, where is Poorvi Kapoor..

Since, Rishab was also working int he same hospital, he had to maintain his doctor's aura..

Nurse: Sir, Nanz mam is fine, she's getting her tests done, Poorvi Mam is busy with her..

They sighed in relief and nurse ran away from there with the blood samples as she was dead scared with the family..

" Nandini " they turned to see Manik running towards them with his bloodshot eyes and tear stained cheeks..

Raj: Manik..

Manik: Dad..dad..meri Nandini..wo wo kaha hai..kya hua tha..

Viren: Relax Manik..relax..

Manik ( frustrated ): Dadda, meri Nandini kaha hai..

Cabir: Manik, she's fine. Wo, andhar Poorvi Ma ke saath hai, she's getting some tests done..

Manik ignored everything and got inside the emergency ward followed by others. Since, Poorvi owned the hospital, she had a private room in the emergency ward where Nandini was present. Manik pushed the door open and got inside..

Manik: Nandini..

That was the moment Nandini walked out while giving the urine sample to another nurse who was taking it to outside..

Nandini: Manik..Kya..

She couldn't complete as she was taken into a bone-crushing hug by Manik. He hugged her tightly and sobbed in her neck who ruffled his hairs..

Nandini: Mani..kya hua..it's okay, I'm fine..just look at me..

She broke the hug forcefully and made him to look at her..

Manik: Tum teek ho na..

Nandini: Haa baba, mein teek hoon..

She wiped his tears and kissed his forehead as an assurance and he sighed..

Manik: Hua kya tha..

She bit her lips and nodded in No and he got it..

Manik: I told you to meet some doctor, par nahi sunthi kaha tum meri koi bath.

She looked down in guilt. After all, he was dead scared because of her..

Nandini: I'm sorry..

He glared at her but their moment was broken by the family..

Raj: Ek second, mathlab, she was unwell..

Mnaik: Of course, she was but then she didn't want to go to any doctors because she hated hospitals..

Everyone glared at her but then she held her ears and pouted..

Nandini: I'm sorry, aage se nahi hoga, Nandini promise..

They sighed and then hugged her one by one. She moved to Manik who was still glaring at her..
