At Sona's place

( People were seated around and Dev and Sona were seated on the mini stage with M5 beside them )

Everyone were indulged in their own talks with their friends and relatives. Abhimanyu and Rishab moved to the the stage and shouted..

" Attention peeps.." and each and everyone's heads snapped at them and listened to them curiously..

Abhimanyu: Finally, you've guys planned to mute your radios..

Rishab: Exactly, I mean, I know girls can never close their mouths but what about guys and men..?? How can you guys think of speaking like a non-stop nightingale..

Abhi ( frowned ): Wait..?? Why nightingale..??

Rishab ( grinned ): Because nightingale sings and here people are speaking just like how nightingale doesn't stop singing..

Abhi ( bad face ): I can never expect more..Okay, I think, we should start with our programmes..?? What say..?

Rishab: Hell yeah..So, peeps, what do want to see first, group performance or any couple performance, I mean, a romantic one..

" Romantic..." the people shouted and Abhimanyu and Rishab smirked..

Abhimanyu: Whoa, which means, even you guys wanted what we want..Okay, Rishab, do you have any pair in your mind..?

Rishab: Of course, why should we think more when we have the main pair here. Let's welcome Mr. Dev Kapoor and soon to be Mrs. Dev Kapoor..!!

And the crowd cheered for them while Dev and Sona made horrified faces..

Dev: What..?? Performance..? When did it happen..??

Nandini ( smirked ): It didn't happen yet, you're going to make it happen..

Sid: Exactly, now get up and pull your bride along with you..

Soha: And yeah, we're expecting something hot..

Arya: Oh yeah, buddy, keep aside your calm nature somewhere else and be your girl's guy now..

Dev glared at him but nonetheless, he stood up and forwarded his hand to a nervous Sona. She looked at him to see the assuring smile on his face which made her smile too. She gave her hand in his and they moved to the stage..

Mr. Bose was looking at Sona with a smile which she looked at him nervously but saw him giving her a nod which was enough for her to go ahead with her performance..

Abhi: So, here's our beautiful couple to light up a romantic atmosphere..

Elders watched them with a smile who have taken their position with Sona's hands on Dev's shoulders and his on her waist..

Sid ( grinned ): Mera..

Soha made a bad face at him while the rest laughed..

Arya: Waise Munchkin, where's your guy..??

Nandini ( smiled ): With his friends, even they are performing today..

Sid ( nodded ): Oh yeah, Manik informed me that he and his friends are also performing today..

Nandini ( shocked ): He informed you..?? Out of everyone, he informed you..??

Sid ( frowned ): Tu ithna shock kyu ho rahi hai..Oye, mein kya koi aise waise aadmi hoon jo The Manik Malhotra bath nahi kar sakthe..Pyar kya mila dost ko bhool gayi tum..kameeni kahi ki..

Nandini ( annoyed ): Shut up gadhe, mera mathlab tha, how can he inform you..Why didn't he inform Dev or Arya..??

Arya: Arey, we have told Fab 5 right, that Sid, Ritu, Ri and Abhi Bhai are the ones who are handling Sangeeth performance chart, so, he obviously gotta inform Sid..

Nandini ( grinned ): Tabhi tho, warna Manik tho bilkul bhi Sid ko inform nahi karega..

Sid ( gritted his teeth ): Kameeni..tujhe tho mein dekh loongi..

Arya ( narrowed his eyebrow ): Waise tumne aisa kyu kaha..??

Soha ( grinned ): Possessive Malhotra jo hai..

Nandini ( glared ): Shut up yar..

Soha just giggled, of course, she has seen Manik's possessive side in India and Nandini has talked about him to Soha too and she never forgets to tease her ( Nandini ) with this..

Dev: Mathlab..?

Soha: Mathlab yahi ki Manik Malhotra doesn't like any guy near his love, Nandini Dixit and you know Sid and soulie's friendship right. So, he simply hates Sid being so close with soulie..

Sid ( scowled ): What the hell..We are just friends..in fact best friends..

Nandini ( smacked his head ): He knows that, in fact he trusts both of us, but he doesn't like any guy near me..not even if that guy is just a friend. Tum kya, Dhruv, jo uska buddy hai, he doesn't even allow him ( Dhruv ) to be friends with me..

Sid ( widened his mouth ): Baap re, ye kya possessiveness ki dukan hai..

Nandini glared at him and he just chuckled..

Sona ( smiled ): Nandy, do you feel bad because of this nature of his..??

Nandini ( smiled widely ): Of course not, Sona. In fact, I feel so happy when he gets possessive for me. Haan, he even loses his control because of his possessiveness but that's how he shows his love for me. No matter what, his love for me doesn't fade away..

M4 and Sona smiled at her sweetly..

Sona: Finally, Nandini Dixit is smitten..

Nandini ( grinned ): You have no idea..

They smiled at her and hugged her..On the other hand with Rishab and Abhi..

Rishab: Okay guys, now, it's time for the second performance, Bhai, who's next..

Abhianyu: Well, next is a group performance..Give a round of applause to the most famous band of India, The Fab 5...

And the next second, the spotlight fell on the person standing on the stage..

Nandini ( whispered ): Mani..

Manik raised his head and his gaze fell on Nandini who mouthed ' All the best ' to him for which he gave the most beautiful smile of his..

Manik ( smiled ): Good Evening Paris..Well, I know, I ain't any famous personality of Paris because it's not been even half a year of my stay in Paris. Actually, not stay, you could call it " settled ". Now, you might be thinking why I'm saying all these to you. Cause I have a reason. I'm here to perform with my band who are my family. We were known for our friendship. I thought, I had only friends as my family until I came here. I've been loved and loved and loved since the moment I stepped in Paris. I never knew I had a huge family. All I knew was I had only my Dad as someone who's of my blood or else my family are my best friends. But when I cam here, I got to see relationships. Relationships between a father-daughter, a brother-sister, a mother-son/daughter and moreover friendship. My meaning of friendship was nothing compared to the friendship that I have witnessed here. Some months back, if someone had asked me what's friendship then I would be replying, its Fab 5 but now my answer has changed, my answer will be A Family. Because, friends don't form just between strangers who later become your family. Friends could even form in between a family too. Trust me, I have witnessed a kind of friendship here which changed even my existence. The biggest example is M5 ( M4's heads snapped at Manik while Nandini was smiling amidst her tears ) I knew them as a band but when I cam here, I got to know them, they lived for each other, they cried for each other, they get happy for each other, not that any other friends can't do the same, but whatever they do has got their own style, their emotions aren't lies but it comes from their heart..They are friends since childhood, like since they were born but seeing them, sometimes you think they just became friends recently because you can see their care for each other, because I've heard as the years pass your friendship might fade and you can even become strangers for each other. But no, that saying is exactly wrong. M5 has proved it. And now, a friendship that I admire is my Dad's friendship with his best friends or his family. 8 of them they are, but there is only 1 soul. They know what the other one want, they know what should be done at the right moment. Most importantly, more than their own kid, they care for their best friend's child who is none but an own child for them. Such friendships are rare to find and I'm so blessed to see it and so happy that I could be one of the kid among their kids..I'm really glad Dad, that I'm your son because not just a Dad but I got a huge family along with you who love me more than I could imagine. I love you..

The whole family was looking at Manik with only adoration and happiness in their eyes. The ladies had tears in their eyes. Nandini held Abhimanyu's hand and hid her face in his shoulder to hide her tears..

Manik ( hid his tears ): Well, I don't want to drag this and bore you guys. but, I would like to say one more thing, this song which we are going to perform is written by me, but I want to dedicate this song to someone, maybe you won't accept it but I can dedicate it to you right..to..to my champ...

Rishab's heart stopped beating for a second and his eyes went moist..

Manik: I'm so bad in expressing my feeling through words. Whatever I just said right now is just because I, finally, fell hard for a girl and she forced me to change myself ( Nandini chuckled ) and here I'm giving speeches. Whatever I did in past was something that shouldn't be done. Champ, I know, you can never forgive me so easily because I did hurt you by hurting that special person of your life, but if possible do forgive me, cause I love you so much buddy..!!

Rishab's tears, finally, rolled down his cheeks and he immediately wiped them before anyone could notice..The elders were quiet confused about this 'champ' except Shanno and Venkatesh who were praying in their heart for Rishab's and Manik's reunion..While, M4 were happy knowing that Manik still has given a special place for Rishab in his heart..

Soon, Fab 4 joined Manik, on stage with their instruments. Manik looked at Nandini and she blew a silent kiss to him which was enough to make him smile..

At the end, Rishab didn't even bother to wipe his tears. He felt his eyes getting blurry but still, he couldn't wipe those tears neither he didn't blink his eyes. He walked to the stage like he was hypnotized and climbed the stage only to see Manik breathing heavily with his eyes closed..

Rishab ( softly ): You kept your promise..!!

And this brought Manik out of his trance. He opened his eyes to see Rishab standing with teary eyes. His eyes too had tears in them..

Manik: You remember..??

Rishab ( chuckled ): You serious..?? That was the first time I ever tuned my violin and you just kept your promise by writing a song with it..

Manik ( smiled ): That was the best tune I've ever came across off..

Rishab ( whispered ): I thought you forgot about it..!!

Manik ( smiled ): I tried to forget, but then I realized you were important for me..!!

Rishab just crashed in Manik's arms and he couldn't stop himself from hugging him back.

Rishab: I missed you, Bhai...

And he felt happy after hearing that simple word from his champ's mouth after 7 long years..While the rest understood who was Manik's champ and why they were not in talking terms with each other..

Manik ( broke the hug ): I missed my champ too..

Rishab grinned like a kid and Manik ruffled his hairs like that kid like man was his little brother, indeed, he was like a little brother for him..Ritesh, wiped his tears after seeing such an emotional scene and jumped on the stage..

Ritesh: Okay,t hat's enough guys, I'm not so familiar with these emotional stuffs. I have an image to keep for..Please understand..

Rishab ( rolled his eyes ): Shut up you monkey head..

Ritesh ( bad face ): Excuse me..? Girls die for this pretty, handsome face and you just insulted it..( turned to the crowd ) girls, do you think I have a monkey face..

" No.." the girls shouted much to Rishab's annoyance and Ritesh's happiness..

Ritesh ( smirked ): Did you hear it..?? Now, will you please shut that mouth..

Rishab: No, I won't..what would you do, huh..??

Manik: Okay guys, that's enough..Let's not fight..It's Dev's Sangeeth..

Ritesh: See, he's much better than you..

Rishab just glared at him while Manik smiled at them..

Cabir: Fine, so here Fab 5 just presented their first song in Paris and we hope, you liked it..

" We loved it.." the crowd shouted making them smile and soon Fab 5 descended down the stage..Manik stood beside Nandini and raised his eyebrows and she mouthed ' happy..?? ' and he looked here and there and held her hand in his and whispered " never better ". She gave a wide grin to him in return..

Abhimanyu: Okay guys, moving on, let's give a round of applause to World's No.1 band, The M5..

Manik left Nandini's hand and gave a thumbs up and she smiled at him and moved ahead with her friends and climbed the stage..

Nandini: As usual, this one's for our family..

M5 ( shouted ): We love you Papas, Mummas...and Fab 5 and Sona..

And the whole family just smiled at their kids..Fab 5 were quiet amused with their confession, but that's how M5, when a person becomes the reason of happiness of any of them, then that person conquered M5's hearts..While, Sona smiled at them sweetly..

And M5 descended down the stage and joined their family. As soon as Nandini stood beside Manik, he bent to her ears and whispered..

Manik: You just expressed your Love for your friends, now its time to express your love for me, Love..

Nandini stared at him with raised eyebrows to see him smirking..

Nandini ( smirked ): Is that a challenge Mr. Malhotra..??

Manik: Call it a challenge then, Love..!!

Nandini ( grinned ): Don't you think you should initiate it..?? I mean, you're the guy so be a guy..

Manik ( smirked ): You just challenged Manik Malhotra..So, ready to lose..

Nandini ( smirked ): Let's see Mr. Malhotra..

Manik walked to the stage while Nandini shook her head with a smile on her lips..
