In Kapoor's Mansion

Nandini saw Manik getting out of the party hall with the bottle in his hand which was enough to freak her out..

Nandini: Um..Gadhe, I need to go..

Sid ( frowned ): Kyu..?

Nandini ( worried ): Patha nahi kya samajke rakha hai apne aapko..He took the whole bottle with him. Arey, ithna koi peetha hai kya..Doesn't he know its dangerous for one's health..

Sid ( annoyed ): Hold on kameeni..Pehle ye tho batha ki ye HE kaun hai..?

Nandini ( sighed ): Manik malhotra..aur kon ho saktha hai jo mere baath kabhi nahi maan sakthe..

Sid ( chuckled ): Ye bhi tho sahi hai..only he can deny you and your orders..Waise, tum uskeliye ithna worried kyu ho..

Nandini stared at Sid who was smirking at her and she just ignored eye contact with him..

Nandini: W..wo..Noth..nothing..

Sid ( amazed ): Wow, the great Nanz of Paris is stammering..wo bhi apne best friend ke samne..

Nandini ( irritated ): Gadhe..just let me go..I need to meet him..

Sid: And why do you want to..?

Nandini ( pissed ): If you know the answer then why are you asking me..You know me well..

Sid ( smirked ): Of course, I know you very well..Tabhi tho pooch raha hoon na ki why do you care if something happens to Manik..Usse kuch hoga bhi tho tumhe..

Nandini ( gritted her teeth ): Sid..you know how much I CARE FOR HIM..

Sid ( smiled ): Ye hui na baath..You still love him, don't you Miss Dixit..

Nandini ( widened his eyes ): What..no..I don't..

Sid ( glared ): Kameeni, tum mujhe tab SID bulathe ho when you really get pissed with my behavior and it used to be genuine..If you don't love him, then why do you get worried for him..you care for that person whom you can never see in pain..whom you love him to an extent nobody could think..Mujhse jhoot bolna shuru kiya tumne..

Nandini ( frustrated ): Fine..I STILL LOVE HIM..khush..

Sid started smiling..

Sid: Jaa..warna tumhara BP high hojayega..

Nandini ( disbelievingly ): Tho tum mujhe abi thak jaane kyu nahi diya..

Sid ( grinned ): I wanted to get the truth our of your mouth..

She stomped her feet in anger and went in search of Manik while Sid chuckled at her behavior..

On the other side,

Manik directly went to the terrace and started drinking. He was just getting the flashes of Nandini is Sid's arms which increased his anger..He kept on drinking and at last he fell on the ground. His eyes have turned bloodshot in anger as well as side effects of being drunk..

Meanwhile, Nandini has got out of the party hall and started searching for Manik..But, she couldn't find him anywhere..

Nandini ( huffed ): God, ye Manik kaha reh gaya..Ye monster ko mujhe pareshan karne ke alawa aur kuch aatha hi nahi..

She saw the workers serving drinks to people..She even saw Peter guiding some people out of the Mansion..She went to him..

Nandini: Kaaku..Did you see Manik..?

Peter ( frowned ): Manik..Um..I have seen him getting out of the party hall..

Nandini: Even I have seen it..I have searched the whole Mansion..Did you see him getting out of the Mansion..

Peter: No..I have been staying here since an Hour but Manik didn't get out of the Mansion..But why are you looking so tensed Baby Ji..Is everything alright..?

Nandini ( composed herself ): Yeah..everything is fine. It's just..um..Pops..pops was looking for him..I will search for him my own..

She just went inside without waiting for his reply..Suddenly she remembered something..

Nandini: TERRACE..I didn't check the terrace..

She ran to upstairs and reached the terrace and pushed the door open and got inside and called his name out..

Nandini: Manik..Manik..Manik..are you here..? Manik..

She searched for him, but he was nowhere to be found..She sighed in defeat and was about to go back when she saw a blazer in a corner of the area..She walked towards it and picked it up..

Nandini ( frowned ): Ye tho manik ka blazer lag raha hai..

She heard some sound and moved further only to see Manik Malhotra sitting on the ground..

Nandini ( shocked ): Manik..

She ran towards him..

Nandini: Manik..are you alright..Manik..

Manik raised his head as he was doing something on the ground..

Manik ( narrowed his eyebrows ): Tuumm...kaun...

Nandini ( surprised ): What...??

Manik ( widened his eyes ): Tuuumm...Nandi..ni..ho na..tumhari..shakalll tho..bilkul uske..jaise laggg rahe haiiii..

Nandini ( face palmed ): You got DRUNK..? You drank the whole bottle..?

Manik ( frowned ): Bottlllee..? Whhatt bottlllee..? Waiseee..tumm Nandiniiii hi hooo naa..

Nandini ( sarcastically ): Nahi, mein uska bhoot hoon..

Manik ( freaked out ): Bhoootthh...kaha..kaha hai..

She sat on the ground and held his shoulders..

Nandini: Manik..relax..relax..koi bhooth nahi hai yaha..

Manik ( innocently ): Tummm ne hi tho kaha tha..

Nandini ( sighed ): Mazak kar rahi thi..

She saw the empty bottle beside Manik..

Nandini ( disbelievingly ): Great, so you actually drank the whole thing..

Manik ( bad face): Howww..can I drink a thing yar..

Nandini ( murmured ): Patha nahi aaj raath kaise guzrega..( to manik ) Chalo, utho..

Manik ( frowned ): Kyu..Tummm Nandinii tho nahii na..Mien nahi aoogaa..

Nandini ( sighed ): Mnaik..mein Nandini hi hoon..koi humshakal nahi..

Manik stared at her face for some time and kept his hand on his mouth..

Manik: Haw...Tumm..Nandiniii..sach mein yaha ho..

Nandini: Haa, mein sach mein yaha hoon..chalo, utho..

Manik ( bad face ): Meinn nahi aanewala..waiseee tum usss chimpazeee ko choddke yahaaa kyu aaye ho..

Nandini ( confused ): What..? Chimpanzee..? Kaun Chimpanzee..?

Manik ( annoyed face ): Areeyyy wo Gadha...kya naam thaa..Sad..Sood..kya naam rakha thaa uske maa baap ne..Chimpazeee hi sahi..tum tho uskkeee saath naachh rahi thi na..aur ab mere paass kyu aaye ho..jaa na uske paas..Mein thoo koi nahii hoon naa..

Nandini understood what was the matter. She bit her lips and smiled..

Nandini ( smirked ): Sid..uska naam Sidharth hai..Chimpanzee nahi..

Manik ( grumpily ): Mere liye Chimpanzee hi sahi..

Nandini ( chuckled ): Kyu..wo tho Chimpanzee nahi lag rahe hai..he is the most handsome guy of Paris..

Manik ( baby face ): Haa haa..ab tumhare liye wo hi tho handsome, best friend aur sab kuch hai..mein tho sirf ek monster hoon na..arey, Isn't the Monster better than the Chimpanzee..!!

Nandini ( pulled his cheeks ): You know, you look so cute when you get jealous..

Manik rubbed his cheeks..

Manik: Tum bath hi math karo mujhse..

She giggled and stood up and helped him to get up..

Nandini: Chalo, ab hame neeche jaana hai..

Manik: Mujhe nahi jaan hai uss party mein, uss chimpanzee hoga waha pe..And he justt..just lovee to stick with you..pichle janam mein fevicol tha kya wo..

Nandini ( giggled ): Ab tum usse ithna curse math kar..aur haan, hum party mein nahi jaa rahe hai, if somebody sees you in this condition then you would be rewarded a punch from one and only Raj malhotra..

Manik: Haw..Tumm dadd ko naam se bulathe ho..Nandiniii..very bad..Wo tumharaa Popsss hai..

Nandini ( glared ): Tum mere saath aoge ya nahi..

Manik ( cutely ): Tum mujhe daant kyu rahe ho..aa raha hoon na..

She took him downstairs without getting noticed by anyone and got inside her car and drove towards her Mansion..

Manik: Hummm..kaha ja raha hai..

Nandini: Mars mein..kyu, nahi aana chahthe ho..

Manik ( palmed his mouth ): Really..? Mars mein..wow..I ammm..dam excited..tumhe patha hai, mujhe mars bohath pasandh hai, you know peopleee say itss the hottest planett on earth..Par nahiii..Venus is the hottest..patha hai kyu..

Nandini ( controlled herself ): Manik..mein tumhara science teacher nahi hoon..naa hi tum mere student ho..

Manik ( frowned ): Areyy tumm mere Sciencee teacher kaise ho sakthe ho..wo ek buddaa tha..he had a fat belly and round eyes..I could even recognize him from 10 meterrss away from me because of his belly..

Nandini chuckled..

Nandini: Really..? How was his teaching..?

Manik: Areyy..teaching kya..usse tho bas hame daantna aathe the..He hates me..

Nandini: You might have played any prank on him, right..

Manik ( nodded in No ): Nahi, I never played..Meinn tho bas uske handwriting mein Hamare Maths teacher keliye ek Love Letter likha..I just wanted to help him..he didn't have a wife..socha cupid banoon..

Nandini ( raised her eyebrow ): Phir kya hua..

Manik: Arey, he got a tight slap from our teacher..

Nandini ( frowned ): Kyu..sirf love letter hi tho hai..

Manik ( grinned ): She was already married..

Nandini stared at him and then started laughing and seeing her laughing, even he laughed..

Soon, they reached Malhotra's Mansion..Nandini got out of the car and helped Manik to get out as he wasn't walking but dancing..She took him to his bedroom..

Nandini: Chalo, ab sone ka time hai..

Manik: Ye sone kon hai, Nandini..Haw, Nandu..I swear on my Black Coffee..Tumhare alawa aur koi ladki nahi meri zindagiiii mein..

Nandini hit her head with her hand..

Nandini: Manik, sone ka time mathlab..its time to sleep..

Manik made an " oh " expression..

Manik ( pouted ): But, I don't want to sleep..

Nandini: Kyu..?

Manik: I am hungry..

Nandini ( murmured ): Ye tho sahi kaha monster ne..We didn't have our food..

Manik poked her cheeks making her look at him..

Manik: Bhook lagi hai..

She smiled..

Nandini: Teek hai, tum yahi raho..mein kitchen se kuch lekar aaoongi..

Manik bobbed his head like a kid and she walked to the kitchen and searched for food..

Nandini ( disapppointed ): Yaha pe kuch bhi tho nahi..I will have to cook some food, Manik is really hungry..

She decided to change into some comfy clothes first..

Soon, she started preparing the food..She just made bread toast because Manik was really on high and she didn't want to keep him alone in this condition..

She took the food in a trolley and moved towards Manik's bedroom and entered in it..

Nandini: mani..ye lo khaana..

She looked above to see the room empty..

Nandini: Manik..Manik..

She searched the entire room and then went outside but couldn't see him..

Nandini ( sighed ): I shouldn't have left him alone..

She got worried thinking whether he moved out in his car..It would be dangerous for him..Soon, she heard some sound from swimming pool are. She walked inside to see Manik staring at the sky but he was blabbering something..

Nandini ( sighed ): Manik..

She walked towards him and tapped on his shoulder and he turned to her..

Manik: Nandu..Arey I was waiting for you..

Nandini ( glared ): I told you wait in your bedroom, not in the swimming pool..

Manik pulled her and made her sit beside him..

Manik: Arey I was waiting for you but thennn theseee stars..they called mee here..

Nandini: Manik..enough okay..come with me..tumhe bhook lagi na, chalo..

Manik: But look at them , they are so sad..

Nandini: Who are sad..?

Manik: Stars.

Nnaidni: Manik, stars don't have any emotions..they aren't like humans..

Manik: Arey nahi..look at them, they aren't bright today which means they are sad..tumhe patha hai, whenever I look at them, they used to shine just like you shine for me, but tonight they weren't shining..Which means they are sad..

Nandini ( smiled ): Its because your eyes are blur..

Manik: Hain..? Blur..? Why would my eyes get blur..I have perfect eyes..

Nandini ( sighed ): Tum nahi samaj sakthe ho..chalo, khana khao pehle..

She took him upstairs and made him sit on the bed..

Manik: Tum khilao na, I am bored..

Nandini: Really..? tum aur khana tho long lost girlfriend and boyfriend jaise ho na..Phir ab kya hua..

Manik ( confused ): Meri long lost girlfriend tho tum ho na, waise bhii mein khane ko kaise gf banoon..I can't kiss food..But, I can kiss you..

Manik said it cutely and she smiled and shook her head..She started feeding him and he ate it like a baby..

Manik: Nanduuu..sleepy..

She smiled and wiped his mouth and got up but he held her hand..

Manik: Tum mujhe chodke jaa rahe ho..

Nandini got surprised with his question..

Nandini: Nahi Mnaik, let me wash my hands..I will come back to you..

He nodded reluctantly ad she came back to him after washing her hands..

Nandini: Chalo Manik, so jao..

She made him lie on the bed but he made her sit on the bed and kept his head on her lap..

Nandini ( surprised ): Manik, ye tum kya kar rahe ho..

Manik: I want to sleep..

He faced her belly and hugged her by holding her waist while she ruffled his hair..he was about to speak something when she interrupted him..

Nandini: Manik, ab no more talks..you need to sleep..you are really drunk, you need rest..

Manik ( sadly ): Drink tho mein har din kartha tha..tumhe patha hai, tumhare jaane ke baad mein har raath peetha tha..When I wake up in the morning, Cabir used to get me medicine to remove my hangover. He said I used to speak about you, he asked me to search for you but no, I neevr trued. You were right, you said my anger will destroy me one day. It did, when I lashed out at you on that day, I thought I was right but thenn when I met you in Paris, I understoodd you weree right...Nandu ( cupped ehr cheeks ) tum mujhe chodke nahi jaoge na..I don't want to get back to darkness, i promise mein apne gusse ko control karoonga..But, don't leave me in that darkness, I won't be able to live without you..

She had tears in her eyes after hearing him..She bent and kissed his forehead..

Nandini ( whispered to him ): I promise, mein apna Manik ko chodke kahi nahi jaoongi..Nandini Promise..

He grinned like a baby and soon his eyes were closed and slipped into a deep slumber..She caressed his cheeks..

Nandini ( in tears ): Your Ego spoke that you were happy without me but your eyes always longed for me, Manik..But, I couldn't bear one more heartbreak warna Manik ko chodke Nandini kahi jaa sakthe kya..

She shifted Manik's head from her lap to a pillow and was about to get up when he held her hand in sleep, she couldn't remove his hold so she just laid beside him and covered both of them with a quilt and she too slipped in a slumber..

On the other side..

Everybody decided to stay at Kapoor's Mansion while Sid lied to Raj and Viren that Nandini had some urgent work and Manik had to accompany her since they both were working for it..Everybody bought it except Raj and Viren since Nandini never thinks about work during family occasions while Manik working with Nandini when he enjoys with his friends was something unbelievable for Raj too..But they chucked every thoughts and retired to their bedrooms after a hectic day..

Next Day

Malhotra's mansion

Raj has returned to his Mansion since he needed a file for his important meeting. he went to his bedroom and took his file and was walking back to downstairs..

Raj: Arey, i didn't check on Mnaik..Did he return back..?

He moved towards Manik's bedroom and was about to knock..

Raj: If I knock, he will think i care for him..

He held the door's knob and opened it and the next moment his eyes widened in shock..

Raj ( shocked ): Love..Manik..

He couldn't believe his eyes..Manik and Nandini were cuddling with each other. They were still sleeping. The girl who said no in marrying Manik and the guy who doesn't like Nandini are actually sleeping in each other's arms..

He closed the door in a swift and turned around..

Raj: What did I just see..Love in Manik's arms..ye sab kya hai..Viren..mujhe Viren se baath akrna padega..

Raj dashed out of the Mansion in a jiff and drove to his office..

In Manik's bedroom

Manik was the firs one to wake up. He held his head with his right hand in pain..

Manik ( murmured ): God, this hangover..

Suddenly he felt something on his chest and he felt his left hand wrapped on it..He felt it was someone's skin. He freaked out and opened his eyes in a jerk only to get lost in the view in front of him..

Mnaik ( whispered ): Nandini..

She was sleeping with her head on his chest and her left hand on his shirt's collar like a baby who doesn't want to get away form her mother..He smiled widely and caressed her cheeks..

Manik: How come my dream is this beautiful..

He heard his mobile buzzing which broke his trance and he got to know it wasn't a dream..

Manik ( shocked ): Mathlab sach mein..??
