No Nandini was much more to Manik than that and he was sure about it when he saw Manik going a little away from where they were standing and brushing away a lone tear from his eyes which was threating to fall any moment...

Cabir was soo sure about this something new... Start of something new... Maybe for both Manik and Nandini.

Manik's pov.

I met Cabir and he was with Navya...

I remember Cabir was telling me that his dad Mr. Dhawan and Navya's brother Rithvik Patel well known business tycoon of London....

They had word with each other and the were looking forward for the marriage of Navya and Cabir ...

Of-course if they both agree then only they will take this alliance forward..

It was confusing that how all of them behaved seemed like they know each other....

I was in total dilemma....

Firstly I was not knowing what to do seeing Nandini in that condition I didn't knew what and how should I react it was only when I had a word and I was standing by the side near the bench that I realized that tears were threatening to fall from my eyes.

Maybe I was thinking so much was it just a mere attraction or something more...!

I informed Cabir and went to washroom. I washed my face. The cold water gave a soothing effect to my burning face. I felt relieved as soon as the water touched my face. I headed towards cafeteria I bought myself a coffee and occupied a table in far corner..

As I sipped the coffee it gave a nice warming sensation throughout my throat.

I need to clear mind. I think it's good to let my mind and heart go with the flow. I will not think more about this let the destiny take me where it wants me to. Time will tell what I exactly feel about Nandini.

With this I finished my coffee and went towards the ward where Nandini was admitted.

I went there and saw them inside the room.

Oh was Nandini awake..

I slightly knocked on the door before entering it..

Cabir nodded signalling me to come in.

Navya was holding Nandini's hand and sitting beside her...

Cabir was standing at the corner of the bed and Latha she sat on the couch on the other side of the room.

And Nandini she was lying on the bed looking pale and drips attached to her hand.

As soon as she saw me she tried getting up.

Nandini: arre hello Mr. Malhotra .

Me: arre no no its fine keep lying. And please Manik is totally fine Mr. Malhotra sounds to formal.

She gave me a small smile and a slight nod.

Me: so how are you feeling now.

Seems like she was trying to avoid my gaze may because she knew that I knew the reason that she took those pills and maybe she is embarrassed to it...

Nandini: I am fine now.

It was quite for sometime.

After few minutes of silence she spoke...

Nandini: mm I don't know how to say but thank you so much for getting me to the hospital..

Me: anytime ... I am glad I helped you. And yes I gave your mobile to navya.

Nandini again nodded..

Yr why doesn't she speaks anything I mean come-on she doesn't has that horrible voice also in-fact her voice is sweet ...

We sat there for sometime .

After which doctor came in he suggested that it would be fine if Nandini stays at hospital but seemed like she hated the hospital to core she argued with doctor saying she is all well and if she finds any difficulty she would visit hospital back...

Finally agreeing to what she was saying doctor was ready to discharge her.

Cabir: Manik can you do one thing please drop Latha at home and I will drop Navya and Nandini both to their home and I will catch you later.

Me: sure.

Me: hope you get fine soonest. Till then take care take rest and yeah good night see you soon.

I spoke off as I forwarded my hand for a hand shake .

She shakes her hand with me.

Dude what is this girl made of cream and butter..

So soft and warm skin felt like I never wanted to let that hand go off..

Brakes... Manik apply brakes to your thoughts .

We decided that let things go as they go not to apply your mind and heart as a catalyst here...

Got that..

To which my mind and heart nodded..

Good for you I said to my heart and mind .

Things were getting worst for Nandini..

She was bot able to differentiate the reasons for which she wanted to leave.

What did everyone think.. ?

Did they seriously believe that Nandini had those pills cause she was tired of working and not having sleep and wanted to rest for sometime..

They were wrong.

No doubt Nandini had those pills cause she was tired... But not tired of working..

She was tired of her life .

She had to go with hefty men who could protect her.  She didn't had life like any other normal girl who could dream of a normal life..

Enjoying street food, having gala time with family,  a lover who would sneak her out and have a long walk with her at beaches..

No her life was a big mess...

Her own family was not with her... Her brother was ready to kill her the moment he saw her..  And not only this the few people left out in her life are also facing danger she can't even go out with them in the fear that if she goes with them even their life is in danger and if at all she thinks of going with them then again she has to stay hidden in the layer that bodyguard form for her...

Life isn't simple four letter word for "NANDINI MURTHY"

Finally what felt like ages for Nandini - Navya spoke.

Navya: Nandu are you sure you want to go home we can stay here its just a matter of night..

Nandini: Navya I am cent percent sure. And more over this hospital bed gives me sick vibes and trust me once we are home I will rest properly and I also don't have any meetings for next two days so I will take proper rest please lets go home...

Navya: fine stay here I will come clearing all the bills and I will have word with doctor.

Cabir : arre nahi Navya you stay here I will pay the bills..

Navya: no Cabir it's fine I will pay...

Nandini: yeah please Cabir don't do that Navya will pay and Navya please take my card not your's.

Said Nandini her voice turning stern towards the end of sentence to which Navya nodded..

Cabir: okay fine but I will drop you guys at home.. Once the formalities are over.

Nandini just nodded with a small smile.

Navya went to doctor..

Navya knocked on the door and asked for the permission.

Doctor: yes come in Miss.

Navya: mm doctor I am here to talk to you about Nandini Murthy's case..

Doctor : yeah Miss Navya no need to worry about her and make sure she doesn't have them again least for a week if she can't avoid them and it would be better if she stops taking them... Or else it would be fatal for her.

Navya: I will keep a check on her doctor and she doesn't even touches them when I am  around her. But yesterday she was tired and then I was also not there eventually she took those pills again.

Doctor : I can understand her situation. It seems like she is going through some serious stress. Anyways I would suggest you to keep her and yes she needs lots and lots of rest and nourishment her body is too weak and yes I will prescribe one medicine to you give that to her if she asks for those pills...  Give her these medicines these are simple medicine for vitamins and since its a little heavy dose toh it would induce sleep so this medicine won't harm her but remember one tablet a day and also not straight for more than 2 times as I told its heavy dose so ...

Navya: sure Doctor I would keep a check on these things and what you said.. Can we take her home..

Doctor: if you want then its fine I would get the discharge papers ready but make sure any uncommon symptoms and first thing you do is come back here...

Navya: sure doctor and anything else like I need to keep a check on like food or something else.

Doctor: to say nothing but make sure she doesn't eats spicy food and yes if she gets fever again don't panic. Just give her normal paracetamol yeah if its to high then give the medicine I have prescribed her or else nothing to worry.

Navya: thank you so much doctor.

Doctor: pleasure was mine's dear now would you please come with me so that all the formalities and other things could be cleared.

Navya: sure doctor.

Navya went with doctor and after a while she came back into the room.

But for the first time ever in these days she actually saw something to genuine.

And that was Nandini's smile.

Yeah she was actually smiling and that to a genuine one..

Cabir and Latha were talking with Nandini and she was having a peaceful time.

A beautiful smile and tears of little joy adored Navya's face.

She wiped them up and went towards them.
