Nandini and Navya got ready..and had their breakfast and spent some time together..navya left..and after sometime.. completing all the work at home..

Nandini too moved out of the office..

She reached five minutes early..nut Manik was present there before her..

She thought he'd get angry..but when she entered inside his cabin..he smiled warmly at her..and said to bring his coffee..

Nandini went to her cabin..and kept her bag and stuff..moved to take coffee..

And taking that she went to manik..

Taking the coffee they discussed about their day..

They were talking..when aliya entered the cabin..and hugged manik..

Manik saw Nandini getting uncomfortable with Aliya and his closeness.mand he was happy with that..

But then not to make things wrong..he pushed aliya gently and told her to go out..and not to disturb him will he be working..

Aliya didn't like the way he spoke to her..that too in front of Nandini..she went out stomping her foot.

But damage was done.. Nandini's mood..that was getting better after coming to office..again got off..which could be seen on her face by manik..and he didn't like it..

Nandini taking a leave..left from there quickly...

Manik wanted to talk to her..but then he waited coz he had work..and people above him to supervise him..

It was lunch time..and Nandini didn't for once come in front of him..

So he sent the peon to call her to his cabin..

She came and knocked on the door..

Manik let her in and said"you don't need to knock always..your my P.A..so your allowed okay..

But she objected taunting him.. unintentionally"sir but what is your busy with someone in there..I mean in meeting or something.."

Manik got her tone..but then ignoring it said"You know all my schedule for meeting.mso i know you'll not disturb me at that time..and even if you need to...you can come in..coz you should know about all my work.."

She just nodded..not understand him..

Again Manik continued"Are you going for your lunch?"

Nandini"No sir..I'm not Hungry..I'm continuing my work"

Manik"and can you please tell me..why exactly you are not Hungry..coz as per i know.. human being to feel hungry..after continuous work of 3-4 hours."

Nandini"I know sir..but  not I'm feeling like to have anything.."

Manik"do one thing..go bring whatever you are doing over here..I need your help.. go"

She nodded and went away..

Soon she came again..

When manik told her"keep your things on the table..and go sit on the couch"

Nandini said"sir??"

Manik"Nandini..I said.. go sit in the couch..it's it that hard to understand"

Nandini"but why sir"

Manik"coz it's my order"

Nandini went and sat.. giving a weird look to manik..

After a minute.. someone from the canteen.. got a pack of lunch..as per Manik's order..

Manik commanded him to keep on the table near the couch and go..

Then he himself got up and settled besides nandini and said"I needed Company to eat..as I hate eating alone..and now that you are my P.A..you will have to accompany me everyday.."

Nandini"but sir.."

Manik"i know you don't want to..but please for me... please"he said.. making her best puppy face.. which eventually made Nandini give up.

She nodded..

Manik passed her a pack..and he himself opened one for himself..

They were eating in silence..and Manik wanted her to talk to him..

While Nandini still had the thing about that night in her mind..so she was not very comfortable with him..so she was eating silently..which made the situation awkward for her

The awards silence was killed by Manik..

Manik"nandini..why are you sitting so silently..don't you like to talk "

Nandini"No..it's.. not like that..I mean I do talk..but then your my sir..what else them about work can I talk to you..and I don't like talking about work while eating"

Manik"hmm..so that's the problem..okay we can do one thing."

Nandini"what??"

Manik"Till the time we have lunch..you can become my friends..so we can talk other than work too..is it okay"

Nandini"Friends?"

Manik:"Why now do you have a problem becoming my friend too??"

Nandini"No..but then you are my boss na."

Manik"Nandini..where is it written..that we can't be friends with boss..boss is also human"

Nandini"umm okay.."

Manik moved his hand forward..and Nandini looked at him frowning..

Manik"are you said na..we are friends now..so shake your hands"

Nandini forwarded her hand..and took his hand in her..and she felt a shiver through her spine..and manik could feel her shiver..and smirk at it but then leaving her hand he continued his with his food..

Nandini too after a second started eating.. ignoring his touch..when she heard him

Manik"so now that we are friends..let me something about yourself..which you would like to tell your friend"

Nandini"there's nothing interesting about me..that you would like to know about me"

Manik" you tell me..I'll decide if it is interesting or not"

Nandini"I live with my sister..and you can say..i'm kind of orphan..coz I lost my mother after my sister was born..and my my father left me coz he thinks.. because of my sister..my mother died..and so girls are curse..from then we leave alone..so my whole life revolves around my sister.."

Manik"Not even for once..did your father came back"

Nandini"no"

Manik"so how did you manage all alone"

Nandini"we studied on scholarship..and after my 12th..I started working at small small placed..and took a degree..and o was still working at a cafe..and waitress at parties..but then the amount was not enough for out lining..and for my sister's fees..as she is studying mass media..so I was searching for some good job..when I can e across this..and this didn't require high degree so here I am."

Manik"i must say...you surely are very strong and independent..all girls should be like you.."

Nandini"Thanks"

Manik"and what about your friends.."

Nandini"I have none..ny everything is my sister.."

Manik"you do have one..I'm there no..I'm.your friend..and from now I'll always be there"

Nandini"Thanks sir."

Manik"aah..no sir..we are friends..so call me Manik.."

Nandini"but in office.."

Manik"in front of other call me sir..when we are alone..or out of office..call me Manik.. simple"

Nandini"okay"

Nandini"manik..umm"

Manik"Don't hesitate..say na"

Nandini"you asked about me na..so now tell something about yourself too"
