Manik(holding her hands):Tumhe kuch nahin hoga V..... Trust me !! Maine doctors se baat ki....

Veebha(cutting him off and chuckling):huh !! Main jaanti hoon M ki I am dying....there is no way I will be alive and moreover I can sense it...kehte hai na ki marte waqt insaan ko pata chal jaata hai...now I can feel that death is near to me...I wanted to make sure that I had a talk with my first baby...my daughter as my time is near....(chuckles)even you are aware of it M...so stop pretending to be strong and listen to me both of you !! I know tum yeh manne ke liye tayyar nahin ho but you two are the Only ones who can take care of my baby....make sure that not even a drop of blood in his body turns him like his dad...(cupping their cheeks with each hand as they are bending near her)you both will be amazing parents....usko batane ki zaroorat nahin hai ki I am his mother....jaldi se shaadi karlo...

Manik:V !! Kya bol rahi hai yaar ??

Veebha:shhh !! Listen to me....meri last wish samjho ?? Pleasee !!!!

Manik:hum dono shaadi kare yah nahin isse kya farak padta hai ?? Baby ke liye ache parents chahiye na....we will figure it out...koyi toh solution hoga aur baby ko paalne ke liye shaadi ki jaroorat kya hai ?? We both will take care of him...believe me !!

Veebha:and society ?? Will it accept that this baby is someone else and not your and nandu's ??

Manik:society ki....

He couldn't complete as veebha suddenly started to breathe heavily....manik and nandu shouted for doctors as she was shaking and hiccupping....doctors rushed inside and checked her pulse....they connected oxygen to her as she was without oxygen mask from few minutes...few minutes later she settled down a little but was not normal as anytime she can loose her life....everyone left the room leaving them alone... doctors tried to stop the bleeding but couldn't as it was a small organ and they are supplying blood to her she is surviving but her survival is becoming difficult by every minute as due to the force her body is facing her stitches are opening one by one...(guys !! This may not be true...i am just framing a concept)

veebha gestured them to bring her baby with her hands who was laying in a crib beside her....till now nandu didn't noticed the baby as she was in shock yet...nandu moved near crib and saw little prince in the room for first time...her heart instantly felt a warm feeling to protect him...may be this is the time for nandu to grew up....

He was sleeping so peacefully unaware of the fact that his mother is soon going to leave him alone....he was an exact replica of veebha....not even a bit of his father...though nandu had no idea how he looked but she knew that this baby looks like his mother....nandu slowly took him in her arms without disturbing his sleep and reached near veebha....

She sat on the stool beside her bed and slowly leaned so that baby is near her...she caressed baby's hair a little and placed his little hand in nandu's hand....she slowly removed the mask again...manik tried to stop her but she pushed his hand away...

Veebha:nandu !! You used to always ask me na how can you repay me for my love ?? May be god too wanted this to happen...from now onwards you are going to be his mother... Will you take hia responsibility nandu ??

Nandu(smiling with tears):He is completely my responsibility now di....I will never let him go away from me....I will shower him with all the love I have...I am his mother from today but will tell him about you too when time arrives...he too needs to know which angel gave birth to him....

Veebha smiled faintly and asked manik and nandu to place their hands on her hand....they did so...she placed her other hand too on their hands...

Veebha was aware of nandu love for manik and she herself saw love for nandu in manik's eyes....but couldn't confront him as she knew how stubborn he is.....she suddenly started to breathe heavily and manik tried to place mask but she threw it away...

Veebha:pr..om...i...se...me both of you that...you both will marry each other and become my baby's parents....pro...mise...meeeee !!!

She shouted at the end and started to breathe heavily....she understood that he is not gonna accept his love so soon and may be till he realise it might get too late...so she decided to use her this situation....she knew this is wrong but she wanted to see them happy and knew their future will be bright !!

Manik(choking):acha !!! I....pro....

He couldn't complete as she suddenly shouted "I love you three alot" and stopped breathing....

Manan couldn't decipher what happened suddenly and shouted for doctors who came and declared that she is no more....they both just lost their sanity and started to cry while doctors left by giving them privacy and nurse took kid to place him in kid as they were emotionally weak....

They were crying looking at her and their hands only to find veebha's hold loose on their hands.....they turned their face towards each other and looked at each other....suddenly manik pulled his hand out and stumbled backwards....he couldn't stand on his feet and fell down on his knees...though nandu was in tears but she knew manik can't take it all in....she moved near him and slowly kneeled infront of him....she cupped his face and manik immediately hugged her while crying....

He was crying by hugging her tightly and suddenly started to rant " maa !! Maa !! " yes !! He used to call veebha maa whenever he was emotional.... slowly he broke the hug but didn't stopped his rant and all of a sudden shouted maa...

Nandu moved stumbled back a little due to his shout....manik needs to let it out and she knew that but someone don't know it and started to cry as he was startled by sudden shout and nandu ran towards crib only to find him crying his lungs out as he got scared....manik too gained his senses back and stood up to reach crib where nandu is trying to shoo him by patting his chest lightly and swinging the crib.....

Manik immediately held him in his arms to coo him but he didn't need to make any effort as he stopped crying as soon as he was in manik's arms....

They both looked at each other shockingly and then smiled slowly as they looked back at him and slowly cooed him....manik tried to place him in crib but couldn't as baby changed his expressions indicating he is again gonna start crying....

Manan chuckled at his actions and nandu took him in her arms...she feared he would cry but didn't and nandu giggled at him as she understood that he is attention seeker....she tickle him a bit and he smiled...

Nandu turned to look at manik and found him looking back at veebha with tears flowing from his eyes....nandu too got tears in her eyes....she stood beside manik with baby and he turned himself towards her....he slowly wiped her tears....

Nandu conposer herself and looked at manik to see tears in his eyes....she smiled lightly and wiped his tears too with single hand as baby was in other arm....she cupped his cheek and planted a kiss on his forehead....

Manik too smiled slightly and was about to kiss her forehead when baby made a sound indicating that he too is present....manna chuckled and nandu bent her face to kiss baby while manik kissed her forehead....

They stood in that position for sometime and came out of their trance when they heard a click sound....manan turned towards the source to find that a nurse captured their pic.....

Nurse:I am so sorrryyy !! I was on my rounds and saw you three together...you seemed as a perfect family and I couldn't stop myself from clicking your pictures... Sorry sir !! Sorry mam !!

Manik(composing himself):It's ok !! Make the discharge papers ready....

Nurse nodded and left while manan sat on either side of veebha with baby in nandu arms whereas veebha's soul is watching them contently as she was looking at her dear ones of this life for final time before she entered other bodyy !!!!
