After having breakfast everyone got ready and left for airport....they reached mumbai and only close relatives accompanied them as this reception is for media and business associates...Reception of Mr. And Mrs. Cabir Dhawan became talk of the town as they were looking perfect and happy with each other....after a long time there happened an event in dhawan family which excited media much more...everyone enjoyed a lot and fell into deep sleep as they all took leave till wednesday !!

Nandu is sleeping peacefully in her bed unaware of all the happenings around her...infact she even didn't cared about the date as cavya's marriage made her hell happy...she is in deep slumber after a lot of tiredness....her face is looking so serene

Manik have no heart to wake her up but it's time for something big...He slowly caressed her hair and with light pecks on her forehead he was successful in waking her...if given chance manik would never let anyone to wake her up !! Manik : I have placed a dress in your closet...wake up and get ready in it... i am waiting for you downstairs !!

He left from room without waiting for her reply...after 30 minutes nandu reached downstairs looking no less than a doll !!

Manik smiled at her and took her with him outside while nandu looked excited as she thought that they are going to have breakfast outside at some hotel which is very rare with manik around.....mostly nandu eats with cabir and others outside !! Manik made her sit in his car and started to drive on his own...nandu was looking outside the window as she is in no mood to talk today...after few minutes she got confused as the way they are going leads to their industry area...their industries are constructed in a separate area away from city yer confined to them alone !! Their industries and factories are pollution free which is their best quality...soon they reached the main gates of Manan Industries but he drove past it which confused her further !! But her confusion replaced with shock as they reached a gate which have " Manan Estates " engraved on its side wall...

Gates are decorated beautifully as if there is some grand opening event happening over there with people moving inside along with their vehicles and everyone are smiling heartfully....she tried to remember them as she felt their faces to be similar and soon realisation dawned on her that they all are their employees and factory workers !! She got lost in the place as they entered the gates and a reverie started to play infront of her !!

Past

Nandu is in her 10th and manik is in his graduation first year...though he have an opportunity to study abroad yet he didn't go as he can't live without nandu !! Nandu used to come to office directly whenever manik is late as she can't be without manik at evenings....one usual day she came to meet manik and entered inside his cabin...at that time he is talking with their manager about school fees of workers children as according to him every child have right to study which their fathers taught them !! Nandu listened to their talks and as soon as manager left she reached manik and sat on his table folding her legs...manik smiled at her and sat comfortably in his chair as whenever nandu wish to talk with manik at office she sit in this way as she says that in this way she will have his entire concentration !!

Nandu: Maniii !!! I have a doubt ??

Manik gestured her to continue....

Nandu : humare company ke employees and workers ke bachon ki fee hum hi pay karte hain na every year ?? (manik nodded in yes)phir woh sab happy hain ??

Manik(confused): matlab ??

Nandu:matlab....amma kehti thi na ki ek family tab khush hogi jab unke paas unka apna ek chota sa hi sahi ghar ho...har roz teen baar khaane ke liye khaana....pehne ke liye kuch kapdein ho !! (manik nodded) phir...do they all have a permanent house ??

Manik:nahin bacha !! I guess most of them live in rented houses !!

Nandu(shocked and closing her mouth) : Really !! Acha..government employees ko pension milti hain na ?? (he nodded his head) aur humare workers ko ?? (manik got lost in his thoughts and nodded in no) par manik....agar unhein pension nahin aayegi aur unka apna ghar bhi nahin hain toh agar unke bache unhe chodh de toh itna mehnat karke itne saal unhone jo bhi kiya humare liye...usse hum khush rahenge...par woh ??

Manik : Tum sach keh rahi ho bacha...I will think about it !!

Later they both left to home once he finished his work and as time passed nandu forgot all these things...but guess manik didn't...instead he held meetings for it though they don't have much board members as manik didn't wanted to take any risk in their parents dream so they only have investors and partners in projects as by the time their parents died Manan Industries was financially strong !! Manik took opinion from his grandparents, Mr. dhawan and Mr. Thakur as they are much more experienced than him.....and the result was right now in present...

Nandu came out of her reverie as manik opened the door of her side and she looked at him with an untold happiness in her eyes which only manik knows....he led her slowly inside and nandu is just looking at her surroundings and manik is explaining her about which belongs to whom as he understood that she remembered her childish act which was so mature !!

They finally reached the centre of apartments where a stage has been set for the inauguration to happen !! Nandu looked at the people and as she was stepping on stage she noticed all their friends and family members on stage...nandu reached them all and hugged them...manik made her stand at the centre and gave her a file which was kept on the table !! Nandu smiled at him and opened the file....there were two sets of papers..she read them and this is the first time nandu noticed that papers have her name as M.D. of Company while manik as CEO !! She took the pen and signed all papers...once they were signed manik moved near mike all the while holding nandu hand in his hand !!

Manik:Aap sab log soch rahe honge ki itna kuch karke...yeh signature aaj ke din hi kyun kiya....haina ?? Ek khaas baat hain iss din mein...aur ek bahut bada reason bhi hain...aap log yeh soch rahe hoge ki nandini meri sab kuch hain isliye uske haath se karwaya...par yeh ek hi reason nahin hain !! Maine hamesha aapke bachon ke padhayi ke baare mein socha...par kabhi yeh nahin socha ki agar woh bache aapka khayaal nahin rakhenge future mein toh aapka kya hoga ?? Lekin meri nandu ko aaya woh darr...tabhi maine decide kar liya tha ki humare jitne bhi workers aur employees ke paas apna ghar nahin hai un sabke liye yeh ghar....Par inn ghar pe unke bachon ka koyi haq nahin hoga...chahe woh kitne bhi ache ho...yeh ghar sirf unke papa yah phir mama jo humare yaha kaam karte hain unke aur unke jeevan saathi ka hoga...aur haan...aaj se humari company mein bhi retirement hoga aur retire hone se pehle jitna salary aata tha utna hi retirement ke baad bhi aayega !! Aap log bina tension ke reh sakte hain aur haan...education amount aur health amount bhi rahega !! Aap log bas humara saath dijiye aur humein kabhi dokha math kijiye !! Now time for today's speciality...

Manik turned towards nandu and held her hands in his hands....

Manik : HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANDU !! Hope you like your 21st birthday gift !!

Nandu was shocked would be an understatement as she seriously forgot her birthday and thia was the besr gift of her all bithdays...she just hugged him with tears in her eyes and everyone hugged her and wished her...she took blessings from elders !! After that everyone wished her in chorus and their tone spoke their happiness !! Nandu is just crying with happy tears as she was getting so many blessings from all of them...they are atleast 1000's of people and no one was from business circle who just flaunt their richness !! A cake is brought on the stage and nandu grinned after looking at cake !!

Manan together cut the cake and everyone started to feed her starting from her grandparents....finally it was manik who fed her cake and kissed her forehead !! Remaining cake was distributed among all the children who gathered happily to collect it while a girl from them climbed the stage and reached nandu....nandu bent on her knees as soon as she reached her and smiled at the girl....

Girl : Happy birthday didi !! Papa ne kahan ki aaj hum sabko naya ghar milne wala hain...kal school mein teacher ne kuch banana sikhaya tha aur maine jo kiya woh main aapko dena chahthi hoon...du ??

Nandu nodded with a bright smile and she who was hiding her hands behind her back brought them infront of her and nandu stood shocked after looking at it....

Girl : papa ne kahan ki aap ek princess ho...issliye ek princess ke liye ek flower tiara !!

Nandu bent her head infront of her and girl smiled brightly before placing tiara on her head....nandu hugged her tightly and kissed her cheeks without even caring whose child she is !! Girl ran to the line to collect cake while Nandu reached near mike....

Nandu(folding her hands): aap sab ka bahut bahut shukriya ki itne saal se humare company ke saath hain...yeh company hum dono ke papa ka dream hain jo aap sab ki wajah se hi poora ho paya hain...main aap sab ki yeh ehsaan kabhi nahin bhul paungi !! Thank you so much !!

She just hugged manik and cabir asked everyone to have lunch coz it's lunch time by now !! They too descended the stairs and settled to eat lunch !! Everyone got busy in their own worlds and manik is as usual feeding nandu !!

Manik : are you happy bacha ??

Nandu : Happy !! Tumne mere dono sapne complete kiya hain !! Ek ki humare company ke saare employees har roj raat peacefully so sake...aur...meri wajah se kisiko kuch acha ho...now I truly feel like a princess of this entire empire just because of you and that baby girl proved it to me !!

Manik(cupping her cheeks):Tumein feel karke rukhne ki jaroorat nahin hain coz you are our princess !! An angel with a golden heart and magical wand in her hand with which she fulfills wishes of pure and innocent hearts !!
