Alright so this is gonna contain spoilers for RWBY Volume 6 chapter 10. So if you don't want to be spoiled then I wouldn't read this.

A few months ago I made a theory that Adam has silver eyes. Well rip that theory. I mean it isn't totally confirmed that my theory is busted but it's looking like it because this is what Adam looked like in today's episode

He's got a blindfold on. So I'm now on board with the "Adam is blind" theory. But I mean hey he may have had silver eyes but then just lost them or something but I doubt they would do that with two characters. But if he really is blind then his fighting style and semblance make a lot more sense. Think about it Adam always seems have his head down when fighting, he's probably listening to his surroundings. As a Faunus he probably already has advanced senses but if he really is blind then he really has to rely on his other senses. Also his semblance, if you think about it, makes a lot of sense if he is blind. He can't see his opponent so having a semblance that obliterates his target all at once is helpful because he doesn't have to worry about his target being able to fight back. I mean this theory may be debunked but I don't know. Also you can't see in the picture all that well but Adam's blindfold looks very similar to Blake's bow that she used to wear over her ears or the one she uses in Gambol Shroud. Someone in the comments of a review of the episode pointed out this scene from the Blake anthology

Yeah Blake replaces the bow in her weapon when it gets worn out. And the ribbon Adam is wearing is torn up so he's probably more then likely wearing one of her old bows that she left behind at the White Fang base. Dude I love you and all but that's creepy on so many levels. As for what Adam looks like under the blindfold well there was a leak from a CRWBY behind the scenes recently that shows this

It's hard to see but basically if that is Adam then he has one scar stretching across his forehead, a big circular scar over his left eye and what appears to be a hook shaped scar over his right eye. The leak also seems to be plausible because there was another picture of a fight concept art leaked that shows a figure (Adam) facing a purple character (Blake) and a yellow character (Yang) so could Yang finally get her payback? I don't know. But what I do know is that I'm excited for next week's episode. Also I probably will add this post to my review once I make it.
