But seriously if I'm bothering anyone by my excessive posts about Adam let me know. Because that's the last thing I want.

Anyway Adam was recently added to the RWBY mobile game RWBY:Amity Arena and in this game they have information about the character on their card. This is what Adam's says:

"Adam Taurus used to gaze up at the sky with bright blue eyes, whenever he could between shifts in the dust mines, dreaming of the day he would leave the tunnels behind to find his place in the world. But what he found instead was himself, on the ground, staring up at the three letters that damned him forever.

Scarred. Despised. Cold. Adam's heart grows black, his hatred red hot. The final traces of love, the beauty he let go, never returns, and as the last petal falls Adam is cursed to forever remain a beast. Because in this tale as old as time there is no happy ending.

In this story....HE is the monster.

Adam Taurus had finally found his place and he would watch humanity burn."

First of all HOW DID I NOT FIGURE THIS OUT MYSELF?!
You all have obviously seen the Disney version of Beauty and the Beast so you're more then likely gonna understand what I'm getting at.

Think about what happens in the movie. Whether or not Belle (Blake) showed up that last petal on the cursed rose was going to fall. It just depended on whether or someone was going to show up for the beast (Adam) to love.

In the movie Belle leaves the beast behind and while he hates that she leaves he knows that she has too. Of course she comes back and is able to admit her love for him before the last petal falls and his curse to remain a beast becomes permanent.

In RWBY Adam obviously loved Blake and he let her go, except he was a lot less willing to then his Disney counterpart. Blake never came back to him and she never admitted her love for him so when it came time for the "last petal to fall" so to speak Adam's "curse" became permanent. Without Blake there was no way for Adam to turn back into the "prince" that he once was. Yes I know I just blew some minds XD.

Also someone on twitter pointed this out "when Adam was killed by Blake and Yang what was the last thing he did? He looked up at the sky one last time. That 'oh' he said when he was stabbed wasn't 'oh they killed me' it's 'oh I really messed up and now it's just dawning on me'"

See this is what I wanted from the show and I hate it that it took a spin off game to give us this information when so very few people play it. But anyway that's a rant for another day.
