The term was steadily ending and all the girls were packing as much work as they could. Mary was released from the san. "Oh it was just a slight fever i'm fine now." said Mary happily when the girls crowded round her. The midnight feast was scheduled for the night of the exams. "So after the exams we have something to look forward too!" Said Jalissa. The girls immediately went silent when Tina entered the room. Tina suspected they had been talking about the feast and stalked off. "Everyone has to contribute something to the feast!" Said Ambrosia. Before exams the girls headed into town. Lilac bought a little beef pie, Jalissa bought cream bun's and Tammy bought crisps. Mary and Tilly had donated Ginger beer for drinks. "This shall be splendid!" Cried Ambrosia. The girls however couldn't Get too worked up. "The exams are in a few minutes everyone come on or we shall be late!" said Tammy. "Oh these beastly exams." Said Tina as they walked into the room. After hours of hard work the girls were released. "I think i've done quite well." Said Lilac hopefully. The scores were put up.  

All of the girls felt extremely proud as they left the classroom but most of all Jalissa who had topped the form! After a scrumptious supper the girls headed to bed. Jalissa set a timer for 12:00 and headed to bed. The alarm went off and Jalissa sat up in shock. For a moment she forgot all about the feast. Then, she remembered. Excited she got up. "Lilac, Lilac wake up!" Lilac shivered and got up. Together the girls woke up everyone except of course Tina. But Tina was already awake. She pretended to sleep as the giggling girls walked out into a music room. Then she sat up. She tiptoed over to where Mrs. Potts was. She knew if she just outright told Mrs. Potts she would think her a sneak and so would the rest of the form. Outside the door she made a squealing noise. "I'm so excited for our feast in the music rooms!" She said in a impersonation of Jalissa. She hoped Mrs. Potts would hear and indeed she did. Tina hid behind the door as Mrs. Potts walked out. Then she ran back into the dormy and slipped in bed. Meanwhile the girls were unpacking their treats. "Oh tinned peaches and apricots how marvelous!" Cried Tilly looking excited. The girls piled food onto their plate's. "Oh this cake is Marvelous!" Cried Lilac happily. As the girl's munched they heard footsteps. They looked at each other fright painted on their faces. "You don't think..." Began Jalissa. The girls in a rush stuffed the food under the piano and in the cupboards. Quickly Jalissa pulled Lilac and Tilly into the cupboard. Tilly began to say something but Jalissa covered her mouth. The door creaked open. Footsteps. A sigh and the door closed. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. "Could Tina have sneaked?" asked Tilly

"But she didn't know about the feast." said Ambrosia. They decided to check the dormy. Tina was sound asleep snoring softly. The girls looked at each other. "Time to head off to bed I guess." said Mary. The girl's slipped into bed and fell asleep immediately.
