Everyone had started loving the little one. Shakti and Neil spent time playing with her while Avni took care of her daily needs. She craved for a child and here she was getting that by luck. Kid had marked people in her secure circle and felt comfortable with them.

Sanskar had developed a bond with the baby. He was living his childhood in her. He named her Eva (it's also name of Maa saraswati goddess if education) while they called her Sunshine. Unknowingly he became a father, he got scared with her nightmares and sat up all night so she sleeps comfortably. Her warm body down with fever or her shivering in fear got sanskar severe migraines. Her antics reminded him of someone special in his life.

He was knowing her bit by bit her likes, dislikes, mood swing. He easily knew when she got angry believe me she is seriously hot headed. He could understand her slightest emotion just by looking into her eyes. He started learning sign language to understand her better. His lonely life now had a partner who hugged him with pure love. He remembered his little neil in her, his pure love for him.

Still addiction didn't leave him. He was trapped very badly he shivered and became aggressive if he didn't take drugs. His body wasn't following his commands he had severe withdrawal symptoms so doctors gave him little dose but he managed to take high dose bribing the staff. He was hiding and taking drinks which was not allowing his stab wound to heal but his body was now a slave of drugs.

Shanaya visited her, also spent time but the kid couldn't connect with her. Knowing sanskar loves the kid shanaya tried her best to be in good books of the kid. She had no experience of being with kid rather she was the first kid she had ever been with. She was unable to understand her bond with sanskar.

Many time she felt that this little one would wrap sanskar around her finger. But she also knew one day she will go back to her parents. She feared then sanskar would break. May be everyone had that fear not only for sanskar but also for themselves.

In kids room:

Doctor was doing check up of the kid.

Doctor (smiling): You look much better now. You are very strong baby, born fighter.

Kid also smiled at the doctor she just understood that he called her strong with his action. Later understood doctor said she would be discharged by evening.

Nurse get her discharge paper ready. The nurses on her duty were also dumb so they used sign language to communicate.

Doctor left while nurses spoke among themselves in sign language.

Nurse 1: Today this kid will be discharged but police is unable to find out her whereabouts neither she remembers anything.

Nurse 2: Poor child, in this case she will be sent to an orphanage or child care centre.

Nurse 1: Oh is it so

Nurse 3: Yes, these big people won't take any such kid to their house because it would spoil their name and media would make news.

Nurse 1: I heard in news Neil sir and Avni madam have her custody with the opposition lawyer what's her name???

Nurse 2: Who Mrs Dharmadhikari?

Nurse 1: Yes, i heard she is very dangerous she turns case in her favour by every means.

Nurse 3: Oh is that so, but it's a police case rather she is rape victim. So, i think to bury the news they kept her with them later they will throw her. They mighy hire some maid to look after her. Who would wish to keep a girl touched by others even if she is a kid poor soul doesn't even know this lavish life is soon going to end.

Nurse 2: You are right upon that she is dumb and mute it's so difficult to handle such children. Also, police won't allow her to house of the person who is accused in her case.

Nurse 3: You remember that attack on her in which that lawyer's husband was hurt and it's blame also came on Sanskar sir. Some people are like curse...

Nurse 3 : Just like us

That word stuck in kids mind she remembered someone else also saying the same. She didn't understand most of  the thing but whatever she understood she could conclude she is a burden and could spoil her Rockstars life. She needs to find her way.

Nurse 2: I heard yesterday this girl was talking to Dr Amaya the speech therapist she feels safe with rockstar sanskar and she loves him a lot. She wishes this was her family truly. Foolish girl she doesn't know how big star he is.

Nurse 3: No, she knows about his stardom she signed the doctor that she is his fan seen him singing.

Nurse 1: May be she is trying to encash the opportunity. Still, i feel pity how much ever she tries she won't be able to go with him. Even if rockstar tries his name would be ruined in society and his social status would be in jeopardy.

Nurses left as they were there for long time, without observing the little heart they had broken. The kid was crying hiccuping she decided to leave the place. As she doesn't want to go to bal sudhar gruh or any orphanage. She also doesn't want her idol to feel the burden of her life.

She silently grasped a little soft doll which RV got as per Sanskar's like and  sanskar had given her. She looked at Sanskar who was being injected by the nurse. She knew this was his time to rest and guards time to change duty.

As she peeped outside she got scared all the moments of that day started running in her mind. She found herself running on the street hiding behind trees. Kid was seeing herself staring at food and begging for a single morsel then she saw herself eating the waste. Her breath became uneven she again stepped back into the room.

Again catching her breath she took a small step out. She remembered the night how she was running and hiding when those people dumped her into their car and got her to that dark place. Those dirty touches on her body.

She tightly closed her eyes to ward off those bad thoughts she started shivering. Then she heard sanskar's smooth voice "Darte woh hain jo galat karye hain, jo sahi hain woh ladte hain"(People who do wrong get scared  ones who are right always fight)

Remembering the days she spent with Sanskar, Neil, Avni, Shakti. A smile crept on her lips so much love. She remembered Sanskar holding her hand and assuring he is always with her. He believes in her and that she can do anything. How sanskar held her his love and his gentle words calming her heart just like her mother would do. She was crying inconsolably thinking about leaving, unknown to what she would do alone.

She kept hand on her heart as if making herself understand then she tip toed outside the room and slowly moved away from their with heavy steps and wet eyes. Still her body ached and fear made her sweat.

As she was stepping out she saw a huge battalion of people entering the hospital and her body began to shiver.  She again rushed back into the hospital she was running scared. She found a door open and without giving second thought in an attempt to hide she mistakenly entered a room. She went and cuddled into one of the cabinets kept just beside patients bed hearing footsteps nearing the room.

Dr. Shakti came to her cabin he had got fruits and chocolates for her with a big snuggly bear. Behind him entered Avni with lots of shopping bag and they shouted surprise...They were surprised on finding nobody in the room.

She checked the washroom and shakti glanced into Sanskars room from the glass and  found him in deep slumber under medicine effect.

Shakti went and enquired with the security but got a negative response. A fear filled in their heart was she kidnapped? What would they reply sanskar? A void was created in his heart. They started searching her everywhere. Neil was also informed he also at once rushed towards hospital. Complete security was put on high alert.

This news leak would spoil Sanskars case. It would also lead Neil and Avni in jail. This was a blunder but what if the child was harmed again.

Majorly everyone dread for her safety. Shree was worried about Neil and avni's name being spoiled as they had her custody. They would be put behind the bars. More then everything else they were scared what would sanskar do when he knows this?

Guards were on alert, knowing this Neil was personally trying to locate the kid. Sanskar was out of his slumber and found Shakti and Avni sitting in his room with a sad face.

He looked through glass and didn't find the kid.

Sanskar: Where is sunshine?

Avni: Wohhh

Sanskar: Did they take her for final check up, but i told them do it in this room itself. (Still not getting any answer) What is happening will you let me know?

Shakti: Bhai actually...

Shakti's sad face made his heart pain. He was feeling constricted and suffocated as his blood pressure was rising due to stress.  He was feeling restless an emotion he feels when something is wrong with his loved ones. This child had become so close to his heart in just few days. Then he caught view of Avni whose eyes were red and swollen due to crying he looked around and on not finding Neil a fear engulfed him. Being on top of industry there was a lot of threat around them and their family.

Everyone knew Neil was sanskar's weaknesses and he had been harmed earlier.

Sanskar: Shakti, what's wrong? Where is Neil is he fine?

Avni: Bhai, he is fine.

Sanskar: Something is wrong where is sunshine and Neil?

He was about to get out of the bed pulling out the string attached to his body. Everyone was trying to calm him but as he got up with jerk he had a sharp pain in his stomach. His head started spinning badly. Neil and shree hurriedly entered the room his heart ached seeing his brothers condition. Sanskar sat their with tightly closed eyes to bear the tremendous pain.

Neil: Bhaimaa

Shree: Bhai

They gently held sanskar and with help of shakti made him lie down. He was breathing heavily they called doctor. Sanskars eyes flung open hearing Neil's voice. His eyes were scanning his brother just like a scanner. Touching his face he made sure he was fine. Neil held his bhai's hand firmly.

Neil: Bhaimaa I am fine...I promise your sunshine would be with you absolutely fit and fine. Please relax bhai...

Sanskar: (fine lines formed on his forehead) She would be fine?(questioning tone) ...Neil...what happened to sunshine where is she Neil tell me.. he began coughing hard his breath became heavy....ahhh Ahh...

Doctor in meantime came in room. He immediately injected some sedatives in his vein. Sanskars body went loose and he lost all his strength for one last time he turned towards the glass of room where his sunshine was kept. A drop of tear slipped from his eyes seeing her empty bed and his eyes got heavier as his heart.

Doctor: I told you all stress and such emotional set backs are not good for his health. His body is very weak on top of that he is still taking drugs. Moreover we can't give him sedatives frequently as it would detoriate his health more.

It was like an eye opener for everyone they looked in shock.

Neil: Drugs

Dr: Yes, he is on mild drugs because he is habitual to having high doses sudden stoppage might result in worst scenario.

Sanskar: (screaming in unconsciousness) Please get sunshine i want to see her. sunshine sunnn...danger on her life...he was blabbering as slowly darkness started engulfing him.

Doctor opened his bandage which was soaked in blood. Avni being weak hearted and not able to see the scene left the room determined to find sunshine.

As doctor removed the Cotton covering the wound a soft moan escaped ahhhahhhhahahh....

Neil softly grasped his brothers hand closed his eyes on opening it were filled with anguish. As doctor finished his dressing Shakti was given Sanskars case to handle. Neil left his brothers side and took complete internal security on his head accusing them for their negligence.

A simple girl wearing a chicken kurta with white cutwork plazzo with pearl earrings and simple platinum chain with single pearl in it. She looked elegant and was walking in hospitals corridor when she bumped into shanaya whose pearl bracelet with hanging chain got tangled in Swara's watch. Swara held her from slipping and falling on the floor.

Swara: Careful you might have got hurt. (She said removing the pearl which stuck in her watch) She was keenly watching the lucky charm bracelet.

Shanaya: I am sorry was lost somewhere. This bracelet is my little sister's favourite she would kill me .Thank you for helping

Both looking at each other surprisingly.

Shanaya has seen swara in photographs, Media news and cover page of magazines. Shanaya knows swara's name rather for swara she is a stranger.

Shanaya showed her the kids pic in mobile. Shanay wore jeans with a smart shirt looking beautiful but no one could guess she is an officer.

Shanaya : Swara ji, Did you see this kid?

Swara: No, i have not seen the kid (thinking where she had seen this kid earlier a very known face). Do we know each other? How you know me?

Shanaya: Actually

Shree came from behind: Who won't know India's top lawyer that to hailing from great Deshmukh Raje family. After false accusation on rockstar you are everywhere on TV. Good way of garnering publicity you know.

Swara: (anger) We are Deshmukh's we don't need means to gain publicity. We are news in ourselves media hover to get bytes from us.

Shree: Still you get so much time to waste behind spreading fake videos he said showing her the manipulated video of sanskar and avi's fight.

Swara: What the hell? She said snatching the phone from his hands. It's not done from our end... You b....

Shanaya stepped in between: Enough, shree you know what is Sanskar's condition and swara ji even your husband is admitted. As it is there is so much to handle and you both are unnecessarily creating more issues.

Shree: (to shanaya) And why do you think so she will inform us? (Looking at swara) If she would get the child she will take her to the court right in the night and showcase how irresponsible we are and try to make more stupid allegations to get her case strong.

Swara remembered it is the same kid whose case she is handling.

Swara: Hey, we are Deshmukh's keep our words not cheap like you people. Be assured if i find her I won't give to people like you. Yes, but i am not a manipulator who uses wrong means to win case illegally. So, shanaya if i find her i will give you back instead of giving these double faced monster's.

Shree: Madam mind your words( in teasing tone) by the way meet ACP Shanaya rockstar sanskar Garewals love interest.... His soon to be...

Swara: Whatever...

Swara just walked off but something had pinched her. While shanaya and Shree walked in opposite direction as Avni called them.

Shanaya: Why did you say that to her?

Shree: What??

Shanaya: Shree, please don't behave innocent like you don't know what I am asking about.

Shree: Nothing just like that, and as far as i think I did not say anything wrong....forget it... We need your help, VIP rooms need to be checked as an officer only you can enter those rooms it's private. We can't take permission for security to enter because if the news leaks it will be scandalised.

Shanaya: Don't worry i will check those rooms. Also, give permission to avni so she can also just glance wherever necessary... As it is girls like her are no harm (she smiled remembering her sweet sister avni).

Swara entered Avi's room in thoughts when she felt someone's presence their. She looked around on not finding anyone she went near avi's bed and sat on a stool near.

Suddenly door was opened in a hurry and guards entered checking everything there were metal detectors, bomb squad and an army of security around swara. She knew who was coming therefore she just sat their calmly.

Here enters minister of state Mr Dev Raje father of Avinash and behind him is his son Maddy aka madhav Raje. Maddy wore black jeans, black t shirt with creamish jacket which is having loads of chains and hangings on it. He tied a bandana on his head covering his curls.

Bodyguard got a big flower bouquet and arranged it on a table. Alongwith a basket of fresh fruits discarding all the other flowers and bouquets around.

Swara gets up from stool and gives way to Dev. He gently caresses his sons face.

Dev Raje stood up and looks at her, he keeps hand on her head.

Dev: Sunbai(daughter in law is addressed as sunbai in marathi culture), don't worry i would make that man regret everything.

Swara: Baba, I think you should not worry I would surely get justice for Avi.

Maddy: That bloody rockstar had the guts to attack my brother. He will pay for this i will kill him in public. His brother is his weakness n i would rip him.

Swara: Maddy, behave we are binded by law and every culprit will get his punishment. As a law abiding citizen we must not take law in our hands till we are sure about one being guilty.

Dev: (provoking) Doesn't your blood boil seeing your husband in this position or is it that you are still dwelling in the past or are those things still going on behind his back.

Swara felt hurt by accusation of her fil but she was also not the one who would keep quiet.

Swara: Accusations has to be proved before holding anyone guilty.
Unnecessary allegations won't let you win all the times. So mind your tongue before you utter rubbish against anyone. Ya, Avi knows the truth I think that's enough.

Maddy: Vahini, visarlat wate konashi bolat ahat( sil you forgot to whom are you talking)

Swara: I am still within the boundary of my respect and dignity bhauji. Would be till you mind your tongue.

Maddy was aggressive he would have charged on swara but Dev Raje held him back. He gently patted maddy's chest and gestured him to back off. He showed a Namaskar gesture and left the space. His stance alerted swara of consequences very soon. She watched him slightly limping.

(Dev Raje): Keep our people around i want every second detail of Avi and also (to maddy) Keep your vahini(swara) in check whom she meets what she is doing everything.

Swara sat beside avi holding his hand. He was a very dear friend to her more then a husband. Husband they never shared that relationship because she doesn't remember their marriage.

Swara: Please wake up...I promise i would put that bloody sanskar Maheshwari behind bars. Whatever he says i know he is the culprit.
She wiped the tears and was about to get up when she felt a tug on her palazzo and her eyes went wide looking at the little soul cuddled and wrapped into a ball inside the cabinet.

She asked the child to come out but it nodded headed vigorously in no. Child was scared and shivered.

Swara lovingly like a mother caressed her face. She assured a safety that no one would harm her. The child was trying to tell something through sign language which swara didn't understand. The kid keenly observed swara then at once rushed out into swara's embrace.

Kid signed then said something which was not clear but slowly swara started understanding "Maa rockstar is innocent he didn't do anything rather he saved her. She loves him he is her rockstar and she her only family."

This kid only knows the relation of mother and daughter as she is very small. Therefore she addressed her as mother that's what swara thought.
Swara was also confused as how she herself understood sign language so well.

"Rockstar" the way kid showed her a different sign. It was all so confusing for her.

Swara wanted to put forward her stand so she calmly spoke with signing in between.

She signed the kid rockstar is irresponsible and avi her friend is in this condition because of him. She assured that she will keep her safe but make sure sanskar would be behind the bars soon. He also troubled you

Swara: Why are you hiding? I know you are scared isn't it?

Kid was shaking head in no but swara kept on pestering her with fake claim and allegations again and again. Finally the eva was tired she joined her hands dramatically then she kept hands on her ears shaking it in no asking to stop.

Swara(raising hands); Okay Ziddi..

Eva smiled and signed less than you...

Eva signed that she was very hungry Swara frowned as there was nothing around but then she saw some fruits in a basket. She gave her an orange and then opening a chocolate from her bag made her sit comfortably on one end of a couch. She took her phone and sat on other end of the couch.

Swara connected on video call with nisha. We have the ace she said looking at the kid who sat on the other end of the couch. She flipped the ipad camera towards the kid.

Nisha jumped with joy: What??

swara: This kid is enough to destroy sanskar his complete case would be in our favor.

Outside the door stood avni fidgeting with her fingers. She knew whose room it was as she had the list in her hand. She wished everyone was wrong swara didn't have the kid. Having no option she made up her mind to go in and see herself.

While swara was still on video call someone entered the room. Sunshine got scared with the click of door. She rushed towards swara and cocooned into her arm out of fear. Swara looked at the person with big wide eyes. Avni took a deep breath and relaxed her heart which was running at fastest speed. Swara stood up disconnecting the call and dumping the tab on the couch.

Swara: I didn't kidnap her she was in the room when i came here.

Avni: I trust you always shiny. Right now bhai needs her more his condition is not good.

Hearing about her favourite rockstar the little one curiously signed her confusing Avni. Avni took her and hugged her kissing her whole face showering her love.

Avni: Nothing baby your rockstar is missing you a lot.

Swara(giving a painful smile): That stone hearted is missing someone strange. After reaching avi here is he still able to survive.

Avni: Shiny, eyes show us what we see but it's not always the truth.

Swara wanted to ask avni not to call her shiny just address her as swara so she called out.

Swara: Avni

Avni: Yes shiny....

Swara: Nothing

Swara tried to avoid and decided never to come face to face again.

Avni moved towards door with baby in her arms and swara also turned her back walking near avi's bedside but she felt a tug on her neck and saw the little one had wrapped her dupatta in her finger. Avni also observed the same. They both again looked at each other.

Flashback:

A girl and boy are sitting and observing the sunset. The boy is lying in girls lap while the girl was softly ruffling his hair.

Avni : Neil why you always wound my dupatta in your finger.

Neil:  I always wrap end of bhaimaa's  kurta while i sleep i feel good. It's a habit since childhood.

Avni: So basically your still a baby?

Neil: Just for you and bhaimaa.

Avni: Why your conversation never finishes without bhai?

Neil got up from her lap and sat straight making her look into his eyes.

Neil: You sound J... Avni, when i opened my eyes and started seeing the world it was through his eyes. He is my mother I can't explain you what he is for me. He has loved me selflessly i am fearless, can do anything just because i know my bhaimaa is always their to take care of me.

Avni: What if your bhaimaa someday tells you to forget me?

Neil: I would leave you

It hurt her but she knew he was saying the truth.

Avni: You would forget our relationship in a single day just because your bhai said that's how much you love me.

Neil: I could never forget you because it would leave me lifeless but i would leave you on my bhai's word. Bhaimaa, has defeated death for me. He always took all my pain. Even if I die i won't be able to repay his debt. Avni, now you are also part of our family and bhai would never allow you away from me knowing how much i love you.

Avni(smiled): Family means you and bhai?

Neil: Nope

Avni looked confused.

Neil: Me, Bhaimaa, shiny, shree, cutiepie (shree's sister), RV and you.

Avni gave a hearty smile.

Avni came out of flashback she slightly wiped the tears on her face, she looked towards swara who looked disturbed.

Swara stood their lost in thoughts She could see shadows of someone wrapping her dupatta in finger tugging. Nothing was clear...
A boy walked towards a girl wrapping her dupatta whose one end was in his hand.

The little one had made a cute pout looking at lost swara and signed Avni what happened?

Avni just smiled and nodded her head in nothing. She slightly nudged swara.

Avni: So similar isn't it?

Swara just shook her head and unwrapped her dupatta from kids hand giving a lovely smile.

Avni was about to go: I think you must come...

Swara wanted to deny but she looked at the kid who signed her a cute please.

Swara was in dilemma she turned to go but found avi's finger was entwined in hers. She turned and gently kept avi's hand on bed covering  him properly.

Swara: Don't worry i won't do the stupidity of trusting again. Also, I can't spoil abbasaheb's respect.

He was still in deep slumber. While she silently walked out of the room.
